Wisdom Hajj

Wisdom Hajj

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Baz

Among Asmaul Husna owned Allaah is Al-Hakim which means: "What sets the Law, or What have the nature of Wisdom, where God is saying and acting in vain. Hence all the Shari'ah of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has a great and good of the many benefits of His servants in the world like the splendor hearts, peace of mind and good condition. Also due to the good and the great victory in his hometown of pleasure (the Hereafter) by looking at his face and earn His good pleasure.
Similarly Hajj, an annual worship of the God syari'atkan for His servants, has many great benefits and a greater purpose, which brings good in the world and the hereafter. And among the lessons of this pilgrimage is.
[1]. Mengikhlaskan All Worship Worship solely to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and exposes his heart to the belief that nothing is worshiped by haq, but Him and that He is the sole owner of the names of the beautiful and noble qualities. No partner for Him, nothing resembles Him and there is no match for him.
And this has been hinted at in his word.
"Which means: And remember when We place where Baitullah to Ibrahim by saying:" Do not associate me with any and purify My house is for those who circumambulate, worship, bowing and prostration "[Al-Hajj: 26]
Sanctify his house in this case is to simply worship God in His house (Ka'bah) is noble, mebersihkan around the Kaaba of the idols, statues, unclean, unclean that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala forbid, and of all the things that bother people who are performing Hajj or Umrah, or other things that occupy (neglect-pent) from their destination.
[2]. Mercy got Sins And Jannah Reply "From Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" The umrah umrah to another is as the sin between them and there is no reward for Hajj except Jannah Mabrur "[Bukhari and Muslim, Bahjatun Nanzhirin no. 1275]
"Abu Hurayrah said:" I heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said that whoever pilgrimage to the House is due to Allah, do not do rafats and fusuuq, surely he returns as the day she was born by his mother "[Bukhari]
Rafats: jima '; introduction and dirty words, Fusuuq: disobedience
Whoever went to the Kaaba, then go for Hajj or Umrah well, without rafats and fusuuq and sincerely for Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala alone, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala forgive his sins and write her jannah. And it is this which is coveted by every believer and the luck of mu'minah that won and saved from hell jannah.
[3]. Welcoming the call of the Prophet Ibrahima Alaihissalam "And summon mankind to pilgrimage, they will come to you on foot and camel riding skinny coming from every corner of the lot" [Al-Hajj: 27]
Prophet Ibrahim Alaihissalam have called (for hajj) to humans. And Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala makes whomever He wills (to be) heard the call of Prophet Ibrahim Alaihissalam and welcome. It lasted since the time of Prophet Ibrahim till now.
[4]. A variety witnessed Muslims Benefits Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says: "In order that they may witness the benefits for them" [Al-Hajj: 28]
Ne Subhanahu wa Ta'ala mentions the benefits of the muthlaq (generally without ties) and mubham (without explanation) because the number and magnitude of the immediate benefits menafaat-occurring and will occur later both temporal and hereafter.
And among the largest is the witness of His unity, that they pray to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala alone. They come with the intention of seeking the face of his glorious not because of riya '(visible to others) and also not because sum'ah (talk about someone else).Even those betauhid and sincere to Him, and pledged (tawhid) among His servants, and edify each other among the people who came (pilgrimage and so on,-pent) about it (tawhid).
They thawaaf round it, glorify Him, and prayed in his house, begging for his grace, praying that their hajj acceptable, their sins are forgiven, returned safely to nergara each and given the gift of re-again to pray and humble ourselves kepda him.
They speak loudly so talbiyah heard by people near or far, and others can learn to know its meaning, sense, realize in their hearts, and practice their spoken. And that meaning is: mengikhlaskan worship solely to Allah and have faith that He is' their god of truth, their Creator, Giver of good luck to them, The pilgrims and worshiped as the other.
[5]. Getting to know each other and Advise Each Other And among the lessons is that the Muslim pilgrimage to know each other and advise each other and the intestate by al-Haq. They come from all directions, from west, east, south and north of Makkah, gathered at the house of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and old, in Arafat, in Muzdalifah, Mina and Mecca. They know each other, advise each other, some other teaching, guiding, helping, helping to beneficiaries next world-beneficiaries, beneficiaries taklim procedures for pilgrimage, prayer, charity, beneficiaries guidance, direction and mission into the nets of God.
They could hear from the clergy, what is beneficial to those there are instructions and guidance to the straight path, the path toward happiness tauhidullah and sincere to Him, which is required by obedience to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and knowing disobedience to be shunned , and so they know the limits of Allah, and they can help each other in goodness and piety.
[6]. Learn the religion of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala And the great pilgrimage among the benefits is that they can learn the religion of Allah in the environment of the old house of God, and in lingkungann Nabawi mosque of the clergy and counselors as well as a warning about what they do not know about the laws of religion, hajj, umrah and others. So that they can fulfill their obligations to the science.
Of Makkah is an orderly science, the science of monotheism and religion. Then the (developed) of Medina, of the whole peninsula and of all the lands of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala that there is a science and expert knowledge. But all are originally from here, from the old neighborhood house of God.
It is mandatory for the scholars and preachers, wherever they are, especially in the home environment is Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, to teach people, the people who go for Hajj and Umrah, indigenous people and migrants, and the pilgrims , about their religion and rituals of Hajj.
A Muslim is commanded to learn, however (the circumstances) it, anywhere and anytime, but in the old house of God, this affair (religious education) is more important and urgent.
And among the signs of goodness and happiness of a person is learning about the religion of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
"Meaning: The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi said:" Whoever desired by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala that is good, surely He made the faqih in religion "[Bukhari, Kitab al-Ilmi three chapters: 14]
Here, in the land of God, in your land anywhere in the country and, if you find a pious scholars of shari'ah of Allah, then use your opportunities. Do not be arrogant and lazy. Because science can not be achieved by people who are arrogant, lazy, weak and timid.Studies that require alertness and a high willingness.
Withdraw from their studies, it is not shyness, but a weakness. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.
"Which means: And Allah is not ashamed of the truth" [Al-Ahzab: 53]
Therefore, a believer and a visionary mukminah, will not be ashamed in this chapter; even he advanced, ask questions, investigate and reveal kemusykilan he had, so there goes the kemusykilan.
[7]. Deploying Science Among the pilgrims is to spread the benefits of science to his brothers, who perform the Hajj and his companions, who in the car, on airplanes, in tents, in Mecca and in all places. This is an opportunity that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala bestowed. You can spread your knowledge and explains what you can, but must be with what you know based on the Book and Sunnah and istimbath expert knowledge of both. Not from ignorance and ideas that deviate from the Book and Sunnah.
[8]. Increase Adherence Among the benefits of the prayer and the pilgrimage is tawaf, as Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
"Meaning: Then let them remove the dirt that is on their bodies; let them refine their nadzar nadzar-and let them berthawaf around the old house (Ka'bah)" [Al-Hajj: 29]
Then it is prescribed for people who run the Hajj and Umrah to reproduce and multiply their best tawaf prayer in the land unlawful. Therefore multiply prayers, qira'atul Quran, prayer beads, tahlil, dhikr. Perbanyaklah also enjoin unjust and da'wah to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala road where many people gather from Africa, Europe, America, Asia and others. It is mandatory for them to use this opportunity well.
[9]. Fulfill Nadzar Nadzar although it should not be done, but if someone has to do obedience bernadzar, it is obligatory upon him to fulfill it.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"Meaning: Whoever bernadzar to obey God, then let him obey him" [Bukhari]
So if someone on the ground bernadzar this illicit form of prayer, worship or other Tawaf, it is obligatory upon him to perform the prayer in this forbidden land.
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.
"Which means: And let them perform nadzar" [Al-Hajj: 29]
[10]. Help and do good to the Poor Among the benefits of the pilgrimage is to help and do good to the poor who are performing Hajj good or not this country safe.
One can treat the sick, visit him, indicating to the hospital and helped him with the treasure and drugs.
This all-inclusive benefits of pilgrimage.
"It means: .... so they see the benefits for them" [Al-Hajj: 28]
[11]. To reproduce the Dhikr of Allah Safe in this country let Dhikr of Allah, whether in a state of standing, sitting and bebaring, with a rosary (saying Subhanallah), hamdalah (saying Alhamdulillah), tahlil (saying Laa ilaha ILALLAH), Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar) and hauqallah ( speech wa Laa laa haula quwata billah illa).
"Meaning: From Abu Musa Al-As'ari Allaah 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:" The likeness of one who remembers his Lord and who do not remember him is as the living and the dead ". [Bukhari, Bahjatun Nadzirin no. 1434]
[12]. Pray to Him Among the benefits of hajj, should humble himself earnestly and constantly pray to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, that He may accept charity, put hearts and deeds; for His help to remember Him, thank Him and worship would enhance Him: that He would help to fulfill obligations with which he ridhai nature and that he helped to do good to his servants.
[13]. Manasik perform with the best Among the benefits of hajj, should carry out in as perfect as possible, with the best and may well seikhlas when doing tawaf, sa'i, wukuf at Arafat, are in Muzdalifah, throw Jumrah, as well as prayer, qira'atul Quran, dhikr , pray, and others. Should also be working on the concentration and sincerity.
[14]. Slaughtering of Sacrifice Among the benefits of Hajj is the slaughter (animal) sacrifice, both mandatory and when berihram tammatu qiran, and no obligation is to taqarrub to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
During the Farewell Pilgrimage 'Messenger of Allah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam 100 individuals have been sacrificed animals. The friend also slaughtered the sacrifice. It is a sacrifice of worship, because the meat is distributed to the poor and needy in the days of Mina, and others.
Such are some of the lessons of Hajj (the five pillars of Islam) hopefully we can take the benefits, and always given guidance of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and be easy to fulfill. Amen

Mabrur Haji, Haji Akbar, Change Name After Hajj, Origin Hajar Aswad, give my kind regards to the Prophet

By Ubaidah cleric Abu Al-Atsari

HAJI Mabrur From Abu Huraira Allaah 'AHU that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "Umrah to Umrah next sin is melting between the two, and there is no reward for Hajj Mabrur but heaven" [Bukhari: 1683, Muslim: 1349]
Haji Mabrur have some criteria.
First: Sincerity. One only hopes the reward of God, not for show, pride, or so called "pak haji" or "bu pilgrimage" by the community.
"It means: They are not sent except to worship God with great sincerity," [Al-Bayyinnah: 5]
Second: Ittiba 'kepda Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. He haj pilgrimage in accordance with the procedures practiced by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and away from the heresy case pekara-Hajj. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"It means: Contohlah how rituals hajiku" [Muslim: 1297]
Third: Treasure for Hajj is the lawful property. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"Meaning: Truly God is good, he did not receive except of the good" [Muslim: 1015]
Fourth: Steer clear of all vices, and aberrations kebid'ahan
"Meaning: Whoever set the intention for Hajj in the month it should not be rafats (say profanity), acted wickedly, or arguing during Hajj .." [Al-Baqarah: 197]
Fifth: good moral among others, tawadhu 'in the mix, and like to help the needs of other siblings.
How wonderful greeting rahimahullah Ibn Abd al-Barr in the At-Tamhid (22/39): "The Mabrur hajj, the pilgrimage is that there is no riya and sum'ah in it, no wickedness, and from property halal" [Latho'iful Ma'arif Ibn Rajab it. 410-419, Masa'il Yaktsuru Su'al anha Abdullah bin Salih Al-Fauzan: 12-13]
HAJI AKBAR Popular opinion in the Shafi'i madhhab, the day "Haji Akbar" is the day of Arafah (9th Dhul-Hijjah). But the opinion is right that today is the day of the great pilgrimage of Nahr (slaughtering of sacrifice, which is 10 Dhul-Hijjah], based on the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.
"Which means: And (this is) a proclamation from Allah and His Prophet to mankind on the great pilgrimage ..." [At-Tawbah: 3]
In Sahih Bukhari 8/240 and Saheeh Muslim: 1347 mentioned that Abu Bakr and Ali Allaah 'anhuma announced on the day of Nahr, rather than on the day of Arafah.
Sunan Abu Dawud in 1945 with a very shohih sanad, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa salam said.
"It means: Today is the day of hajj akbar Nahr (slaughtering of sacrifice)"
Similarly, is said by Abu Hurairah and some companions radi 'anhum [See Ibn al-Qayyim Ma'ad Zadul 1/55-56]
NAME CHANGE after the HAJJ Question: Does the law change the name after returning pilgrims, as many have done the majority of Indonesian pilgrims, where they changed the name in Makkah or Madinah, whether or not it is sunnah?
Answer: The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam used to change the names of the bad with the good names. So when the pilgrims Indonesia is changing their name because of it, not because after making the pilgrimage, or for a pilgrimage to the Prophet's Mosque, then it is permissible. But if the Indonesian pilgrims change their name because of reason ever in Makkah / Madinah or after making the pilgrimage, then it includes the case of heresy, not the sunnah.[Fatawa Lajnah Daimah 2/514-515]
Zam-zam water Al-Humaidi rahimahullah said: I've been on the side of Uyainah rahimahullah Sufyan bin, and then he told us the hadeeth.
"Meaning: zam-zam water depends on the will a drink"
Suddenly there was a man rose from the assembly, then back again saying: "O Abu Muhammad, the hadith that you would not tell us earlier about the zam-zam is a saheeh hadeeth?" He answered, "Yes", He then said : "Just now I drank a bucket of zam-zam water in the hope you will tell me a hundred hadith." Finally rahimahullah Sufyan said to him: "Sit down!", And even then sit down man, and Sufyan rahimahullah convey to him a hundred hadith. [Abu Bakr Al-Mujalasah Ad-Dinawari 2/343, Juz-Zam Zam Ma'a Ibn Hajar case.271]
May God have mercy on Imam Sufyan bin Uyainah, it would spread the spirit of science! And may God bless the person who asked it, what a passion in their studies and gentle satire to get it! [Fadhlu Zam Zam-Sayyid Ma'a Bakdasy it. 137]
ORIGIN Black Stone Of Allaah ibn Abbas 'anhuma said: The Messenger sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "Black Stone (as) came down from heaven, whiter than the snow, then the sins of the sons of Adam make it black" [Sahih Tirmidhi: 877, Ibn Khuzaimah: 1/271, Ath-Kabir Mu'jam Thabrani in 3/155, Ahmad 1/307, 329, 373. See pedigree Ash-Al-Albani Saheehah: 2618]
We believe in this hadith textual and let go completely, even those philosophers deny it. [See hadeeth of Ibn Qutayba Mukhtalif ta'wil hal.542]
Khalil bin Sulaiman rahimahullah (Grand Mosque imam and preacher first) relates that he saw three white spots on the crystal clear Black Stone and said: "I noticed the spots before, turned out every day reduced the color" [Al-Al-Fasi Aqdu Tsamin Al-Makki 1/68, Asror wa Fada'il Futhi Majdi Sayyid Hajar Aswad it. 22]
Indeed in that case there is a lesson for men of understanding, because if so would the former sin in hard rock, then how would the human heart?! [Fathul Bari Ibn Hajar 3/463]
JEDDAH INCLUDING MIQOT? There are some people who raised the idea that the city of Jeddah may be used as one miqot for pilgrims who come by airplane or boat. But this opinion is strongly refuted by Ha'iah Kibar Ulama in meeting their decision no. 5730, dated 21/10/1399 as follows.
First: Fatwa on bolehnya miqot to make Jeddah as pilgrims who come by plane and ship is a fatwa that vanity, because it does not rely on the Qur'aan and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and ijma 'salafush deeds. None of the Muslim scholars that preceded earlier this opinion.
Second: Not allowed for pilgrims who passed miqot, either by air or sea (miqot Indonesia is Yalamlam, pent) to go beyond it without ihram as stated in many texts and founded by scholars "[Fiqh Al-Jizani Nawazil 2/317 , Alam Al-Bassam Tisir 1/572-573]
NAME MIQOT Medina Miqot Medina residents or pilgrims passing by Medina is Dhul-Hulaifah [1] as mentioned in many hadith. The penamannya with "Bir Ali" as is popular in the community, should be replaced. Because as stated in the hadith lafazh it more mainstream, especially if we trace the source of naming was Bir Ali (Ali the well) is the story that sold well among Rafidhah (Shia) that Ali bin Abi Talib Allaah 'anhu had fought with the genie in the these wells, because that's called Beer shingga Ali.
The scholars of hadith experts have agreed batilnya confirmed the story, such as Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah the Sunnah Minhajus 8/161, Ibn Kathir in Al-wan Bidayah Nihayah 2/344, Ibn Hajar in al-Ishobah 1/498, At Ali Al- Al-Qari in al-Maslak Mutaqossith it. 79, and others. [Qashashun La Tatsbutu famous Salman Hasan 7/95-119]
WHEN tawaf dhikr Rahimahullah Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said: "The Sunnah when thawaf for dhikr and pray with the prayer-prayer that is prescribed. If you want to read the Quran under his breath then it should be. And there is no specific prayer of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam both of his command, his words, as well as teaching, may even pray with the prayer-prayer that generally disyari'atkan. With regard to the majority of people under a special prayer tentng mizab (gutters Ka'bah) and in others [2] all of them have no basis "[Majmu Fatawa 26/122]
THE PROBLEM bald It has been understood, in terms of pilgrimage there shaving / hair shortened. But what about a bald and has no hair to be shaved? Most of jurists said. Should he still missed the shaver head. However, the correct opinion is that it is hated, Shari'ah clean it, (the act) and not useless boondoggle, because missing shaver merely as Wasilah (intermediaries) are not the primary goal. If the main purpose of the fall, then Wasilah no longer meaningful. Exactly with this problem is a person born while dzakarnya already terkhitan, should circumcised again? Or skip the knife to her? The correct opinion is not necessary. [See Tuhfatul Maudud Ahkamil Maulud bi Ibn al-Qayyim it. 330]
Say hello FOR Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam Culture entrusted or send greetings to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to the pilgrims is a culture that needs to be abandoned and be reminded of them, because they can and can not include new cases in the religion category. Alhamdulillah, including the breadth of God's grace upon us, He made our greetings to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam came to him wherever we are, both on the east and west. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"It means: Jangalah you make my grave as a celebration, and (do not make) your houses as graves, bershalawtlah to me because to me the real blessings on you wherever you are."
Hadiths that convey the same to him a lot. [View Mustadrak Al-'Ala Mu'jam Manahi Lafzhiyyah Sulaiman Al-Khurosi it. 231-232]

Procedures of Hajj: Day Tarwiyah

By Yusuf bin Ahmad bin Abdullah Al-Ahmad

Tarwiyah day is the eighth day of Dhul Hijjah. So called because on that day the people filling up with water to drink (preparatory service) the next.
Jobs on Tarwiyah: A. Sunnah for the person performing the hajj tamattu 'to perform hajj pilgrimage on the day, ie from the place where he stopped. So, should he showered and rubbed perfume on her body, not wearing a seamless fabric, and his ihram with scarves, cloth and sandals.
As for women, then he should bathe and wear whatever she wants with the requirement not to show her jewels, do not wear masks, do not wear gloves.
2. Next you say: لبيك حجا (I fulfill your call to perform the pilgrimage). If the feared no obstacles then you give the terms Sunnah by saying:
فإ ن حبسني حا بس فمحلي حيث حبستني
If I was blocked by an obstacle then the place (tahallul) ku is where you hold me.
Furthermore talbiyah just say:
لبيك اللهم لبيك, لبيك لا شريك لك لبيك, إن الحمد والنعمة لك والملك, لاشريك لك
Allahumma Labbaika labbaika, Laa Labbaika Syariika labbaika laka, laka wal innal Hamda wanni'mata mulka, laa syariika laka
I fulfill your call, O God, I fulfilled your calling, your call I meet, no partner for You, I fulfill your calling. The truth is all praise, pleasure, and the kingdom is yours, no partner to You. "
Thus you have continued to extol talbiyah with his voice, until you throw Jumrah Aqabah on the day of Nahar (sacrifice).
3. On this night you spend the night in Mina Sunnah.
4. And in Mina, you pray Sunnah noon, Asr, Maghrib, 'Isha' and Shubuh on the day of Arafah, everything is done with qashar, without jama '.
Every Haji should make the most of his spare time to something useful. Like listening to religious lectures, reading the Quran, read a book about the rituals of Hajj and so on.
Day of Arafah A. If the sun rises on the day of Arafah (the ninth day of Dhul-Hijjah), then every Haji depart from Mina to Arafat, as he proclaimed talbiyah or Takbir. It was, as has been done by the Companions of Allaah 'anhum, they were with the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam; talbiyah and there are echoes of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not deny it, there are bertakbir and the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam did not deny it.
If the sun has slipped, so he prayed Asr noon and the jama 'qashar with one Adhan and two iqamat. Before the prayer, the priest sermons convey that the material is appropriate to the circumstances (the pilgrimage, pen.).
2. After the prayer, every Haji busied himself with remembrance, prayer and humbling ourselves to AllahAzza wa Jalla. Should pray with his hands raised and facing Qibla until sunset. Similarly, as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Therefore, every Haji should not waste this great opportunity. Should he repeat and increase the prayer, he should also repent to God in repentance truthfully.
The Hajj, below are some texts that show the primacy of the day of Arafah:
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
الحج عرفة
Hajj is Arafah. [HR. Ahmad and the authors of the book of Sunan, saheeh].
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "No day is when the servant of Allah frees more of the (punishment) Hell is other than the day of Arafah. And indeed he had been close, and then boast of their God in the presence of the angels, as he said, 'What do they want?'" [HR. Muslim].
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
أفضل ما قلت أنا والنبيون عشية عرفة, لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له, له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير,
The main thing I say, is also spoken by the prophets on the afternoon of Arafah is, 'No god but the God of truth alone, no partner to Him, the kingdom and all praise to Him, and He has power over all things'. [HR. Malik and others, saheeh].
Warning: A. Should every Haji sure that he really is in the region Arafat.Arafat's boundaries can be identified by large banners that surround Arafat.
2. Namirah not all mosques in the area of Arafat, but Arafat is in the region in part (the back of the mosque), and others are out of Arafah (the front of the mosque).
3. Some people think if the mountain (hill) Arafat (sometimes called mountain Rahmah, pen.) Has primacy. This is not true.
4. Most of Hajj in a hurry, so get out from Arafat to Muzdalifah before sunset. This is wrong. Which is required to stay in Arafat until sunset.
Spend the night at Muzdalifah If the sun had sunk on the day of Arafat is the Hajj flocking (left) Arafah to Muzdalifah quietly, quiet and not crowded. If you have come to Muzdalifah he prayed Maghrib and 'Isha' to jama 'qashar with one Adhan and two iqamat.
Forbidden mengakhirkan evening prayers 'until after mid-night, based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam:
"When Isha 'is until the middle of the night." [HR. Muslim].
If he fears the passage of time, he should pray Maghrib and Isha 'in place anywhere, even in Arafat.
Then he spent the night at Muzdalifah until sunrise. Then he prayed Shubuh in early time, then headed Masy'aril Haram, which are in Muzdalifah hill, if it was possible for him. If not, then the entire Muzdalifah is mauqif (disyari'atkan stopping place). There should he face the qiblah and say praise to God, bertakbir, Oneness and pray to Him. If the morning had seemed very yellow, before the rising sun, the Hajj went to Mina with talbiyah peal, so he kept her up to throw Jumrah talbiyah Aqabah.
As for those who are weak and the women then they are allowed to go directly to Mina at the end of the night. It was based on the hadith of Ibn Abbas radi anhu, he said:
"The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam sent me late at night when a group of people (in Muzdalifah) to bring supplies Nabiullah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam." [HR. Muslim].
And is Asma 'bint Abi Bakr Allaah anhuma depart from Muzdalifah after the sinking of the month. While the moon is sinking occurred after the passage of approximately two-thirds of the night.
Warning: A. Some people believe that the pebbles to throw Jumrah taken from since their arrival in Muzdalifah. It is the belief that one and never performed by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.Pebbles that may be taken from any place.
2. Some people think that the middle of the night is midnight. This is wrong. Right, middle of the night is half the total hours available in the evening. If the math is calculated as follows: (All hours are there in the evening: 2 + time = mid-evening sunsets). If the sun sets at six o'clock for example, while the rising of the dawn of the morning at five o'clock in the middle of the night was eleven-thirty. (All hours are there in the evening, which is 11 hours: 2 + when the sinking sun, ie at 6 = 11, 30 minutes).
3. Among the irregularities in the evening it is sad that some Hujjaj Shubuh establish the prayer before the time comes, when the prayer is invalid if done before the entry time.
4. Should any right Haji believes that he is in the region Muzdalifah. It can be known through the large banners that surround Muzdalifah.
Feast of Sacrifice Several deed on the day of the Festival of Sacrifice: A. Throw Jumrah Aqabah. 2. Slaughtering hadyu (for those who performed Hajj tamattu 'and qiran). 3. Shaving (bald) head hair or shorten it, but shaved (bald) is more mainstream. 4. Thawaf ifadhah and sa'i for Hajj.
Important Warning: A. Orderly above is sunnah, and if not done in an orderly manner is not why. Like the people who put circumambulate rather than shave, shaving or putting on a hair-tossing from Jumrah, or putting sa'i than tawaf, or other.
2. Throw Jumrah Aqabah with seven pebbles are the sequence. He raised his hand and say Takbir each time throwing pebbles. Jumrah Sunnah and he is facing Mecca was made to his left and Mina on his right.
3. When throwing Jumrah ba Aqabah i they are strong (physically) is started from after sunrise. It was based on the hadith of Ibn Abbas radi anhu he said:
"Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam we put the children of Bani Abdul Muttalib Muzdalifah during the night by riding a donkey, then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam pat our thighs as he said:" O my children, do not you throw Jumrah so that the sun rises . "[HR. Abu Dawud, Saheeh Sunan Abi Daud].
As for the women and those who are weak then allowed to throw since their arrival in Mina at the end of the night. It is based on the hadith Asma 'radi anha, of Asma Abdullah servants' of Asma':
"Behold, he stopped at the night clubs in Muzdalifah, then he straightened up the prayer, he prayed for a moment then asked, 'O my son, if the moon had drowned?' 'Not yet', I replied. He then prayed for a moment then asked, 'Does the moon have been drowned?' 'It', I replied. He said, 'Then I went.' So we left and went until he throws Jumrah. Then he went home and prayed Shubuh at his home. So I asked him, 'Really, we do not think except that we have thrown (Jumrah) at night. "He answered,' O my son, the realProphet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, allowed her to women'. "[Agreed alaih].
4. Time continues to throw Jumrah Aqabah zawal [1]. And allowed to throw setelahzawalmeskipun even at night, if found it difficult to throw before zawal.
5. Jumrah Aqabah, reservoirs (gravel) it is a half pound. Therefore he must be sure that the pebble stones into the shelter page., But if after it slipped (out) then why not.
6. Sunnah for immediate slaughter hadyu, shave, and sa'i tawaf, but if diakhirkan until after the Festival of Sacrifice is no why.
7. Hadyu slaughter is mandatory for those who perform Hajj tamattu 'and qiran. As for the hajj is not obligatory slaughter ifrad hadyu.People who can not slaughter hadyu required three days of fasting during Hajj and seven days when they go home to his family. Slaughter is not to be done in Mina, but may be done in the holy land of Mecca or the other (Medina, pen.). Also allowed for seven people to associate in a camel or a cow's tail. Sunnah to kill himself with his hands, but if delegated to others then it is permissible.
Sunnah is also for my back hadyu (cow or goat) on his left side and the direction it is facing, is your foot (the one who slaughtered) is placed on the animal's neck. As for the camels, the Sunnah when slaughtered in a state of standing, his left hand tied up and exposed to a direction.
When slaughtered, required the name of Allah, and the Sunnah to add it to the reading:
بسم الله والله أكبر, اللهم إن هذه منك ولك اللهم تقبل مني,
"In the name of Allah, Allah is Great, God, this really is from you and yours, God graciously (sacrifice) from us (this)."
Time of slaughter was continued until the sunset from the end of the day tasyriq, namely the 13th of Dhul Hijjah.
8. Circumambulate the Kaaba seven times is, as tawaf when umrah, but not with Raml (brisk walking) and idhthiba '(slung Selen-dang). Then Sunnah to pray two rak'ahs behind maqam Ibrahim, if it were possible. If not, then allowed to pray in any place of the Grand Mosque.
9. Between Safa and Marwah sa'i are seven rounds, the procedure as it existed on sa'i for Umrah. As for those who perform Hajj and ifrad qiran sa'i enough for him then the first, if they have done on thawaf qudum sa'i.
10. Shaving should be about all the hair. As for women, it simply collects all of her hair and then cut the tip about the tip of the finger. If the ends of her hair is not the same pan-jangnya then be deducted from each braid (grip) hair.
11. If a Haji has thrown Jumrah Aqabah and the shaving or cutting hair he has tahallul early. That is, allowed him to do everything that is prohibited from ihram except when the woman's problem. And Sunnah for him to get cleaned up and put on perfume before Tawaf.
Then, if he has been throwing, shaving or cutting hair, and sa'i thawaf means he has tahallul Thani, who is thus permissible for him all things to women's issues (marital relations).
DAYS TASYRIQ A. Obliged to spend the night in Mina on the nights tasyriq, the night of the 11th and 12th (for those in a hurry) and evening to-13 (for those who live meng-akhirkan/tetap).
2. Obliged to throw in the days Jumrah tasyriq, the way is as follows:Haji throws every third Jumrah (ula, Wustha, Aqabah) on each day of the days tasyriq after slipping sun. Ie, with seven consecutive pebbles for each Jumrah, and should he bertakbir each throw. Thus the amount of gravel that he must throw every day is 21 gravel. (The size of the gravel is slightly larger than a pea).
Pilgrims started to throw Jumrah ula, which is located near the mosque Jumrah Al-Khaif, then he should go to the right hand as he stood facing the Qiblah. There should be a long time he stood up to pray with lifted hands. Then he threw Jumrah Wustha, then look for a position on the left and stand facing the Qiblah. There should be a long time he stood up to pray as he raised his hand. Then he threw Jumrah Aqabah with him and make the city facing Mecca was on his left and Mina on his right. There he did not stop (to pray). Thus, the same thing he should do on the 12th and 13th of Dhul Hijjah.
Warning: A. Is wrong, washed gravel (before throwing), for which there is no such statement of the Prophet J, nor of his friends.
2. The size (true pitch) is a pebble falling into a shelter, and instead throw a pillar in the middle of the shelter (gravel).
3. Time starts throwing Jumrah is slipping from the sun to its setting, but why not throw until the evening, if it is indeed necessary. It was based upon the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam:
"Herdsman throws (Jumrah) at night and herding (cattle) in the daytime." [Hasan hadeeth, As-Lineage-Saheehah Ash, 2477].
4. May not represent the throw Jumrah except when in a weakened state (not can) or fear of danger for the elderly, sick, young or the like. And when it represents, should he throw Jumrah ula seven times for themselves first, then throw to the person it represents.Similarly, he should do in Jumrah Wustha and Aqabah (if representing someone else). As most people today are simply throwing Jumrah represent is wrong. People who are afraid to jostle with men and women then should he go throw on the quiet moments, such as at night.
5. Jumrah should throw it in an orderly three, namely shughra then Wustha ago Aqabah.
6. Very wrong people to berate and insult when Jumrah throw, or throw a shoe, umbrella and a large stone, and some belief that the devil was tied to a pole in the middle of the gravel reservoir.
7. That must be carried out overnight in Mina is to stay there at night most of the time. For example, if the rest of the night is the eleventh hour he or she must stay in Mina for more than five hours and 30 minutes.
8. Allowed for people who are in a hurry to leave Mina on the 12th of Dhul Hijjah, which is after throwing Jumrah and should he get out of Mina before sunset. If the sun had sunk and he was at Mina, he or she must spend the night and throw again the next day, unless he was getting ready to leave Mina and sunset because the traffic or the like so he allowed it to go and why it was not for him.
ON 12 Dhul Hijjah A. If you've finished throwing Jumrah on the 12th of Dhul Hijjah, then you want to hurry then you are allowed out of Mina before sunset, but if you want to stay then it is more mainstream. Come stay (another day) at Mina on the 13th of Dhul Hijjah, and the third throw Jumrah (ula, Wustha, Aqabah) after his slip of the sun and before sunset, because the days tasyriq ended with the sinking sun.
2. If the sun had sunk on the 12th of Dhul Hijjah (the second day of the days tasyriq) and you are still in Mina then you must stay back at Mina on the night and then throw Jumrah next day, unless you have been getting ready to leave, but the traffic such that the sun sink then you are allowed out of Mina and why it was not for you.
3. When you want to leave Makkah, you must perform the Farewell Tawaf 'round seven times, after you pray two rak'ahs Sunnah behind maqam Ibrahim.
4. Women who are menstruating or postpartum is not required to perform the Farewell Tawaf '.
Thus the work was finished the pilgrimage.

Procedure for Umrah

By Yusuf bin Ahmad bin Abdullah Al-Ahmad

First: From Miqat Ihram. Usapkanlah wash and perfume to the body, such as the hair and beard. Do not rub perfume into ihram clothing. If the ihram clothing exposed to perfume the wash. Avoid clothing that seamless. Wear a scarf and a white cloth, as well as sandals. (Umbrella, glasses, rings and belts should be worn by people who are ihram).
As for women, though menstruation then he showered and dressed he wants, but must meet the hijab, so it does not seem anything else than the body. Nor is decorated with jewels and do not wear perfume and do not resemble men.
If you are not able to stop in miqat as traveling by plane since then wash at home, and if it had been approached miqat start ihram and say:
لبيك عمرة Labbaika Umratan
I meet summons for Umrah pilgrimage.
If you can not worry about perfecting the pilgrimage because of illness or another, saying:
فإ ن حبسني حا بس فمحلي حيث حبستني Fa in habasanii haabisun famahallii haitsu habastanii
If I was blocked by an obstacle then the place (tahallul) ku is where you hold me.
Then start saying talbiyah to get to Mecca. Talbiyah mu'akkadah Sunnah (emphasized), both for men and women. For men to turn up the volume talbiyah Sunnah, and not for women. Talbiyah in question are the words:
لبيك اللهم لبيك, لبيك لا شريك لك لبيك, إن الحمد والنعمة لك والملك, لاشريك لك
Allahumma Labbaika labbaika, Laa Labbaika Syariika labbaika laka, laka wal innal Hamda wanni'mata mulka, laa syariika laka
I fulfill your call, O God, I fulfill your calling. I fulfilled your calling, no partner for You, I fulfill your calling. The truth is all praise and blessings as well as the kingdom is yours, no partner to You.
Sunnah shower before entering Makkah, if it were possible.
Warning: A. Some people believe that women should wear clothing that particular color, such as green, black or white. This is not true!Really there is no provision at all about the color of clothing to be worn.
2. Talbiyah conducted jointly with one voice in which this is done by most pilgrims is heresy. The act was not an example of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, nor from one of his friends. The truth is that every Haji should say talbiyah own.
3. Is not required of a pilgrim, both men and women continue to wear the clothes he was wearing when ihram during worship, but allowed it to replace it whenever he likes.
4. Haji should any really close attention to the problem genitalia, because some men are sometimes open his private parts in front of others, such as sitting or sleeping, while he did not feel.
5. Some women believe in the permissibility of opening the front face of the man while he remains in a state of ihram. This is wrong! He must cover his face. Among the evidence of this problem is the greeting Aisha radhiallahu anha:
كان الركبان يمرون بنا ونحن مع رسول الله محرمات, فإذا حاذوابنا أسدلت إحدانا جلبا بها على وجهها, فإ ذا جا وزونا كشفناه
There was a caravan that passed us, we are in a state of ihram with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. When they drew near to us, we reached one of her scarf into her face, and when they have passed, we open it again. [HR. Ahmad and Abu Dawood with a hasan isnad].
And of Asma 'bint Abi Bakr radhiallahu anha, he said:
كنانغطي وجو هنا من الرجال, وكنا نمتشط قبل ذلك في الإحرام
We cover our faces from the (vision) of men and our previous hair when ihram. [Issued Al-Hakim and others, this atsar saheeh].
Second: If you have arrived at the Grand Mosque, dahulukanlah right foot and say (prayer):
, بسم الله, والصلاة والسلام علىرسوالله, اللهم افتح لي أبواب رحمتك أعوذ بالله العظيم وبوجهه الكريم وسلطانه القديم من الشيطان الرجيم.
With the name of Allah, may the prayers and greetings bestowed upon the Prophet. O Allah, open for me the gates of mercy '. 'I seek refuge in Allah Almighty and with his face and sublime power that Mahaazali of Satan the accursed.
This prayer uttered when entering mosques others.
Third: Then start doing tawaf of the Black Stone (and or from the same direction with him, pen.), Then face the him and say, Allahu Akbar, Black Stone and rub it with your right hand and then kiss. If you are not able to kiss the Black Stone wipe it with your hand or the other, then kiss her something that you wipe the Black Stone. If you are not able to do it, then do not urge the people (to achieve), but give a signal to the Black Stone with a hand gesture at all (and do not you kiss your hand). Do it in the start of each round of Tawaf.
Berthawaflah seven times round the Kaaba to be on your left.Perform Raml (brisk walk with a shortened step) in the first three rounds and walk (usually) on the next round. In all rounds of the tawaf do idhthiba '(lay mid-cloth shawl under his right shoulder, and both ends in the upper left shoulder). Raml and idhthiba 'is specifically for men and only performed on the first tawaf. Umrah or tawaf for people who worked on pilgrimage tamattu 'and thawaf qudum for those who performed Hajj and ifrad qiran.
If you have reached the Pillars of Yamani then rub with your hands if it's possible-but do not smell it. If not then do not wipe it beckoned to him. And Sunnah when you are in between the Pillars of Yamani and the Black Stone to read the prayer:
ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
O our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and guard us from the torment of Hell-fire.
In the Tawaf, there is no special prayer-the prayer of guidance of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, in addition to the above prayer, but it is Sunnah Dhikr and supplications when tawaf (supplication anything you want, and pen. ). If you read the verses of the Quran when the tawaf, then it is good.
Warning: A. Purification is a legitimate requirement thawaf. If you are washing off in the middle of doing tawaf, then exit and berwudhulah, then repeat the tawaf you from the beginning.
2. If you are in the midst of doing tawaf established prayer, or prayer that you follow the corpse, then Pray with them and then complete the tawaf you from the place where you stopped. Do not forget to cover both your shoulders, because it covers both the prayer is obligatory.
3. If you need to sit down for a while, or drink water or move from downstairs to upstairs and vice versa in the middle of tawaf, then it does not matter.
4. If you are in doubt about round numbers, then wear a number that you believe; that is a little more. If you are in doubt whether you have done the tawaf of three or four times the charge was three times, but if you prefer to think a certain number then stick with those numbers.
Most of Haji do idhthiba 'early wear ihram and stays that way throughout the rituals of Hajj. This is wrong. The disyari'atkan is should he covered his shoulders, and do idhthiba 'except when the first Tawaf, as has been alluded to in advance.
Fourth: If you are done from the seventh round, as it approached the Black Stone, cover the right shoulder, then go to the station of Abraham, if it's possible, and then pronounce the word of God:
واتخذوا من مقام إبراهيم مصلى
And make some maqam Ibrahim the place of prayer. [Al-Baqarah: 125].
Make the station's position between you and the Kaaba, where possible, and Pray two cycles. In the first rak'ah you read, after Al-Fatiha Al-infidels-mail and in the second rak'ah of Al-Ikhlash.
Warning: Prayed two rak'ahs Sunnah thawaf done behind maqam Ibrahim, but do it in a place where any of the Grand Mosque are also allowed.
Including mistakes made by most pilgrims were praying behind maqam Ibrahim at the overcrowded, thus hurting other people who are thawaf. The truth, he should be going back so far from those who circumambulate, and should he make the maqam Ibrahim position between himself and the Kaaba, or even allowed to pray anywhere in the Grand Mosque.
Fifth: Then go to the zam-zam and drink water. Then berdo'alah to God and zam-zam water pour over your head. If at all possible, go to the Black Stone and stroke.
Sixth: And he went to Safa, and when it was close to read the word of Allah, the Exalted:
إن الصفا والمروة من شعائر الله
Indeed Safa and Marwah are part of God syi'ar. [Al-Baqarah: 158]
Then say:
أبدأ بما بدأ الله به
We start with what you start with God.
Then went up to the (hill) Safa and face the Kaaba and bertakbirlah three times and say:
لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له, له الملك وله الحمد يحيي ويمييت, وهو على كل شيء قدير, لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له, أنجز وعده ونصر عبده وهزم الأحزاب وحده
There is no god but Allah is haq alone, no partner to Him, only Him all the kingdoms and just praise Him, and He has power over all things. There is no god but He who haq, no partner to Him, who keeps his promises, who won his servant, and that destroys the factions (infidels) with no help to anyone.
The dhikr Repeat three times and on each berdo'alah finish it with a prayer-prayer that you want.
Seventh: Then come down to between Safa and Marwah sa'i. When you are in between two green signs, take a jog sa'i (specifically for men and not for women). If you have arrived at Marwah, come up to it and face the Kaaba, then say, as you say in Shafa. Thus should you do on the next round. Away (from Safa to Marwah) were counted once round and back (from Marwah to Safa) was also calculated a perfect round up to seven times round. Because of this, the seventh round ended sa'i at Marwah. There is no dhikr (prayer) for sa'i, therefore multiply supplications and dhikr and reading Qur'an.
Warning: There are two innovations as tawaf and sa'i scattered in some people:
A. Glued to the prayer-specific prayers at each round, as found in the booklets. 2. Pilgrims pray together with in-command of a leader (party) with a chorus (one vote) and hard.
The Hajj should be aware of the innovations on top, because there are no admonitions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, nor from one of his friends.
Eighth: When finished with your hair Shave your sa'i (clean) or pendekkanlah. For people who perform the umrah, shaved (shaven) hair is more mainstream, except if the Hajj is near, the main hair shortened, so that the shaved (shaven) hair done at the time of Hajj. And not just shorten only a few strands of hair on the front of the head and behind him, as was done by some of the congregation of Hajj, but the shortening should be done on the hair or the most of it.As for women, then he should collect his hair and took therefrom about the tip of the finger. If curly hair (not the same length edges) then it should be taken from each of the braids (grip).
If the above has to do, then you've completed the Umrah. And all praise belongs to Allah alone.
Warning: Including mistakes made by most of the congregation were repeating the Haj pilgrimage to Mecca when. That is not the guidance of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, nor is the guidance of his companions. If there is any virtue in it, would they have done before us.

Throwing Jumrah Tasyriq On Day Before Sunset Leaning Into the West (Before Dzhuhur)

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: When is it time to start throwing Jumrah tasyriq days and when it last? Is illegal throw in the evening on days tasyriq because the density and difficulty in throwing in the afternoon. Where some people referring to the hadeeth narrated by Imam Bukhari in shahihnya of Ibn Abbas, he said:
"Meaning: It is the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa Salam Nahar asked yesterday in Mina, then he said:" Never mind ". Then someone asked him, saying:" I shaved before slaughtering the sacrifice? ". So The Prophet' alaihi wa Salam said: : "Sembelihlah, and why not." Then someone said: "I was throwing after the afternoon". And The Prophet alaihi wa Salam said: "Never mind". [Hadith Bukhari]
They said, "If the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa salam Jumrah allow someone throwing in the evening on the day Nahar that is obligatory for every person who pilgrimage until he can tahallul beginning, then how about throwing on three days tasyriq a lower level of the necessity of throwing Nahar today?. This suggests that throwing on three days tasyrik be done at night ". So what people are throwing Jumrah law at night in the days tasyriq, and whether he is obligated to pay kifarat? Please explain it and its arguments.
Answer When throwing Jumrah tasyriq in the days of the fall of the sun is to the west after dzhuhur by Imam Muslim in shahihnya history, that Jabir radhiallahu 'anhu said:
"It means: the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam Nahar throwing in the day at Duha and flipped after (days) when the sun has shifted to the west" [Muslim Hadith History]
Imam Bukhari narrated from Ibn Umar radhiallahu 'anhu that he was asked about it, he said.
"Meaning: It is our waiting time, then when the sun shifts to the west we throw." [Hadith Bukhari]
This is the opinion of such scholars jumhur. But if in an emergency that requires him to delay throwing up at night is no why. But more is throwing caution before Maghrib for yan able to do so was due to be guided by the Sunnah and out of peselisihan.
As for the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbas mentioned, it is not as throwing arguments at night. For the questioner asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam on Nahar. Then the words, "I flipped when I entered the evening" it means he's throwing as the sun shifts to the west. However, an argument can be flipped in the evening was the absence of a clear text of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam indicating bolehnya not throwing in the evening, being the law of origin is allowed. But during the day throwing more and more primary care. And when there is a need to push to throw in the evening then why not at night when melontarnya the sun was down to the end of the night. As for throwing in the days to come it can not be done at night to pass the night apart from Nahar for people who are weak in the final half of the night. As for those who are stronger then the corresponding Sunnah is that they throw Jumrah A'qabah after sunrise, as has been mentioned because it combines some of the hadith that explains it. And Allaah knows best.
Throwing UNAUTHORIZED Jumrah BEFORE THE SUN to the west
Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: At the time I flipped the pilgrimage Jumrah quarter of an hour before the midday call to prayer. Does this mean throwing it to the west after the sun?Am I obligated to pay kifarat if throwing it before entering the time?
Answer You shall slaughter sacrifices at Mecca for the poor in the holy land.Because throwing Jumrah on tasyriq be after the sun to the west and invalid if done before. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam tasyriq throw on when the sun has been biased toward the west and he said: "Take it from me manasikmu". Then the Muslims must follow in that respect. And you also have to repent to God for violating sharia. May Allah forgive us and you and to all Muslims.
Throwing Jumrah Aqabah TIME, WHETHER IN OR OUT OF MENGQADHA discharge '

By Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen

Question Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen was asked: Kapa end of time throwing Jumrah 'Aqabah, both in performing as well as mengqadha?
Answer Throwing Jumrah for Id day ended with the dawn to night-11 Dhu al-Hijjah, and started the second half of the night of Eid al-Adha for people who are weak and others, such as those who could not jostle with humans. As for throwing Jumrah Aqabah on the day-to-day is like throwing Jumrah tasyriq Ula and Jumrah Wustha. Ie starting from the slipping of the sun to the west (after midday) until dawn the next night. Except on the final day tasyriq, then flipped end until sunset.
Although throwing Jumrah on days tasyriq performed better during the day, but because at times the density of pilgrims there and throw some of their lack of concern for others, if worrying destruction, harm or severe difficulties, it may at night and throwing innocent. As is also allowed to throw in the evening and do not sin therefore although not as worrisome from damnation and the like. But the main thing is keeping a close eye on this issue, so that one does not choose throwing at night except for urgent conditions. The time mengqadha throwing Jumrah Aqabah is after sunrise of the next day.
Throwing Jumrah ON THE DAY BEFORE THE SUN TASYRIQ to the west (BEFORE DZHUHUR)

By Al-Lajnah Ad-Da'imah Lil Ifta

Question Al-Lajnah Ad-Da'imah Lil Ifta asked: One of pilgrims from outside Saudi Arabia did not know the ins and outs of travel, ticket and business aircraft. He asked, if possible postpone the departure of the return at 4 pm (13-12-1405H). Then answered, so it's possible. Then he put off the departure at the time, and he mabit at Mina on the night of the 13 Dzulhijjah. The question is whether he should throw in the morning (13 Dzhulhijjah) then leave Mina? For if he missed the sun to the west then he came home late to his country and will have great difficulty as well as dealing with pemerinrtah.
Answer He should not be throwing before the sun to the west. But throwing him fall for such emergencies. But he must slaughter a sacrifice in Mina or Mecca or delegated to the person who will kill it, and distributed to the poor, then he's Farewell Tawaf 'and return to his country.
As for the suggestion may throw before the sun to the west, the view that this was not true. But that is true, that after throwing the sun to the west (after midday). Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Take it from me manasikmu". And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not throw it to the west after the sun is just pebuatan, while the act does not indicate mandatory, then the statement is true. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not order the throw to the west after the sun and also does not prohibit the throwing before the sun to the west. But that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in throwing to the west after the sun showed must throw like that. The reason is, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam mengakhirkan throwing up the sun to the west (dzhuhur time has come). For if the throw before dzhuhur undoubtedly allowed the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did.Because it's so much easier for humans. In which the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was not given a choice of two things but he chose the easiest of the two for not sin. And because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not choose the easiest of the throw, the throw before midday, then so it shows that throwing is a sin before midday. This is the first.
The second reason that suggests that what the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam show is mandatory, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam immediately throwing Jumrah when the sun has been biased toward the west before prayer dzhuur. As if he would wait for the sun to the west with great patience to be able to be flipped. Hence the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam mengakhirkan midday prayers. On the main thing to pray at the beginning of time. All of that is because it is time to throw to the west after sunset.

Wukuf At Arafat, Arafat Leaves Me Time

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: When pilgrims go to Arafat, and when to leave?
Answer Disyari'atkan come to Arafah after sunrise on the day of Arafah (9th Dhul) and perform Asr prayer at midday and qashar and jama 'taqdim with one Adhan and two iqamat due to imitate the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam and his companions. And pilgrims in Arafah until sunset with Dhikr, prayer, reading the Koran and talbiyah. Also prescribed multiply read:
"Laa laa ilaha illallahu wah syaikalahu Dahu, lahulmulku walahulhamdu wahuwa 'alaa kulli syain qadiir, subhaanallahi walhamdullahi walaa ilallahu ilaha illa quwwata wala wala hawla billahi"
Sunnah also raised both hands and facing the Qiblah while praying to praising God and reading the blessings on the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam at the beginning and end of prayer, because it is a place wukuf Arafat. Then when the sun goes down disyri'atkan leave Arafat for Muzdalifah to reproduce the atmosphere of calm accompanied talbiyah. And if it has arrived at Muzdalifah perform Maghrib prayer and evening prayer dijama 'with one Adhan and two iqamat, in which the Maghrib prayers remain to be done three cycles were performed evening prayers two rak'ahs.
LEAVING 'Arafah BEFORE SUNSET
Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: What is the law of the pilgrims who leave 'Arafat before sunset because the conditions of service.?
Answer For people who leave 'Arafat before sunset, then according to the majority of scholars, he is obliged to pay kifarat, the sacrificial slaughter slaughtered and distributed to poor people in the holy land. But when he returned to Arafat in the evening then kifarat the fall of it.
Wukuf OUTSIDE 'Arafat
Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: If a person is out of bounds wukuf pilgrims 'Arafat, near him, until sunset and then leaving' Arafat. How the law Hajj?
Answer If the pilgrim is not in 'Arafah on wukuf time, then there is no Hajj for him. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"It means: Hajj is Arafah wukuf on. So anyone who finds' Arafah on the night before dawn, he has got The real pilgrimage" [Hadith Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah]
The time wukuf is biased toward the west after sunset on the day of Arafah until dawn on the eve of Eid al-Adha. It is agreed by all scholars. Sedanghkan wukuf before matahri to the west, there is a difference of opinion among scholars. The majority of scholars said wukuf Arafat considered invalid if nothing is done after matahri to the west and in the evening. Then who wukuf in the afternoon after the sun to the west or in the evening it was enough for him. But the main thing is that someone wukuf after midday prayer and Asr prayer with jama 'taqdim until sunset, and must not leave Arafat before sunset for people who wukuf during the day. If he does so, then according to the majority of scholars, he must kill the victim for leaving the Hajj obligation, which is in Arafat wukuf between night and day for people who wukuf day.
CAN NOT wukuf AFTERNOON, EVENING IN MAY wukuf
Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: A person carrying out deeds pilgrimage, but his work did not allow him wukuf in Arafat during the day. Whether he should wukuf at night after the man left Arafat? How much time is enough for him wukuf? And what if he passed in his car at Arafat then so it was enough for him?
Answer Wukuf time in Arafat is the ninth day of Dhul dawn till dawn night of Eid al-Adha. If someone does not allow wukuf at noon and then he wukuf at night after the man left so that Arafat had enough for him, although he wukuf until the late evening and early morning mejelang just a few minutes. Similarly, if a vehicle passes over Arafat, it was enough for him. But the main thing is when a human is present at the time of their wukuf together in prayer in the evening of 'Arafah with humility and hope, as they expect a decline in the acquisition of grace and mercy of God. But if anyone missed lunch time, then he can wukuf at night. As for the main thing is when someone hasten wukuf when he was able to do and stop at Arafat, although only briefly as he recited the prayer to God and humbled himself in asking Him, then go with them to Muzdalifah and mabit at Muzdalifah until the end of the night so that Hajj perfect.

Sa'i nature, Ruling When Starting sa'i, Putting Up Thawaf sa'i, Thawaf But Not sa'i

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: How do I sa'i?Where to begin and how many times?
Answer Sa'i starts from Safa and ends at Marwah seven times. Where is it calculated, from Safa to Marwah counted once, and from Marwah to Safa counted once, so the count of seven ends at Marwah. And when sa'i Sunnah Dhikr, prayer beads and prayer. And each arrived at Safa or Marwah read Takbir three times by raising both hands while facing the Ka'bah as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
WHEN STARTED prayer sa'i
By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: What is the start of each round sa'i allowed when I read: "Bismillahi, nabdau 'bimaa badaa' allahu wa rasuuluhu bihii, inna min shaffaa walmarwah syaa'irillahi". Or so it heresy?
Answer As for the disyari'atkan in sa'i is, for a person in the early sa'inya reading "Inna al-wal shaffaa Marwata min sya'a 'irillahi", as did the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. The repeat-ngulang so, then we do not know the proposition that it is Sunnah menunujukkan. And in sunnahkan for people who sa'i reproduce in any given round of Allah (dhikr), supplications, prayer beads (read Subhan Allah), tahmid (read alhamdulillah), Takbir (Allahu Akbar reading) and forgiveness (read the heavens). Similarly, when the Tawaf. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
"Which means: Verily maketh tawaf around the House, sa'i between Safa and Marwah, and throwing Jumrah is to remember Allah" [Hadith Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud with a hasan isnad]
Putting sa'i THE thawaf
By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: Is it permissible to put the sa'i the tawaf, both in Umrah and the Hajj?
Answer According sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was first tawaf and sa'i after Tawaf. But if someone sa'i before thawaf then there is no sin in that way. Because there is a history that someone said to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "I sa'i before Tawaf". So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied: "Never mind". And so it shows that if a person triaging sa'i the tawaf was enough for him. But the Sunnah is that when someone new sa'i thawaf then, both in Umrah and Hajj.
Putting sa'i thawaf THE DAY ON 'ID or later
By Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen

Question Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen was asked: Someone heard that sa'i be done before the tawaf, then he sa'i then circumambulate ifadhah on day-12 or-13 Dhu al-Hijjah. Then said to him, that special ifadhah thawaf on 'Id. Then what is the law in that regard?
Answer The truth is there is no difference between the day of 'Id and the other day about the permissibility of putting sa'i Hadith circumambulate because generalizability. Where a person said to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "I sa'i before circumambulate". So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied: "Never mind". And because of the hadith is giving a general sense there is no difference in the permissibility of putting sa'i the tawaf on the day of 'Id and the days thereafter
Thawaf BUT NOT sa'i
By Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen

Question Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen was asked: If a person is required to circumambulate sa'i but he just went out and did not return after the tawaf sa'i. After five days later informed him that he must sa'i. Whether he should be and not thawaf sa'i before?
Answer If someone does not sa'i thawaf and because they believe that he is not obliged sa'i, then after it was told that he must sa'i, then he came to sa'i only and do not need to repeat Tawaf. Because it is not required must be continuous between the tawaf and sa'i. Although if he left it for deliberately so, that he mengakhirkan sa'i of thawaf intentionally, then he is innocent. But the main thing is he sa'i after tawaf an ongoing basis.
Sa'i FROM TO Safa Marwah '
By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: A person who is aged for Umrah and Tawaf sa'i seven times, but starting from Marwah and Safa hair cut then wearing seamless clothing. How the law in that regard?
Answer He must do sa'i one more step that starts from Safa and ends at Marwah. Because he missed a step in sa'i. Unless she sa'i eight times, then he is not guilty, where the first sa'i that starts from Marwah is an advantage that is not harmful to him. That is, if da sa'i eight times with the starting and ending at Marwah Marwah, then of the eight sa'i that mean he's perfect sa'i seven times since the first one does not count. As if he was only seven times to start a sa'i of Safa Marwah and ends at one stage he missed sa'i. Therefore he must refine sa'inya by starting from Safa and ends at Marwah. In addition he is also obliged to repeat the cut hair to be perfect umrahnya. For the first hair cut is not enough for him because it was done before perfecting sa'i, where sa'i of First Instance that starts from Marwah not rated.

Tawaf Wada 'One Kewajban In Hajj, and Ruling Thawaf Farewell Pilgrimage In

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: My pilgrimage with a group and we've improved the pilgrimage. But at the end of the sixth round in the Farewell Tawaf 'my wife passed out, then I have to bring him out of Mecca so that I, my wife's brother and also my wife can not complete the seven rounds of Tawaf. Are we obliged to do something?
Answer If you do not circumambulate Farewell ', then each shall slaughter sacrifices at Mecca and distributed to poor people the holy land. For the Farewell Tawaf 'hajj obligatory upon every person who wants to get out of Mecca, and when leaving it applies dam (slaughtered animals), which is one-seventh the camel, or one-seventh cow, a goat or a qualified person as the victim. In addition, you also have to repent and ask God. For the Farewell Tawaf 'should not be left behind by the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam
"It means: Do anyone of you come home, but end the pilgrimage to circumambulate the House" [Hadith Muslim History in shahihnya]
Also based on the history of Ibn Abbas radhiallahu 'anhu.
"Meaning: The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam commanded people (the hajj) to the end he did was to circumambulate the House. But he gave relief to women who menstruation" [Agreed alaih]
While the law of the puerperal woman in the opinion of legal scholars such as menstruation women.
LEAVE thawaf WADA 'IN HAJJ
By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: What is the law of the person who left the Farewell Tawaf 'when the pilgrims?
Answer There is a history of authentic from the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam that he said.
"It means: Do anyone of you come home late, but he did was Tawaf in the House" [Reported by Muslim in the Hadith of Ibn Abbas shahihnya radhiallahu 'anhu]
And in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim there is a history of Ibn Abbas radhiallahu anhu, he said.
"Meaning: The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam commanded people (the hajj) to the end he did was to circumambulate the House. But he gave relief to women who menstruation" [Agreed alaih]
And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam thawaf when completed of all charities in waji Farewell Hajj' when it would return to Medina, and he said: "Take from me the rituals hajimu". Some of the hadith indicates the necessity of the Farewell Tawaf 'except for women who are menstruation and childbirth. So who is left of a pilgrim people, he must kill the victim because he was violating the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam left the dam must worship in pilgrimage. This is true of the opinions of scholars.Because there is a history of Ibn Abbas radhiallahu authentic 'anhu, he said:
"It means: He who leaves a compulsory worship in Hajj or forgotten, then he must slaughter the sacrificial" [Hadith Malik History]
It is the opinion of the majority of scholars. The woman's menstruation and childbirth so they are not obliged Farewell Tawaf 'is based on the hadith of Ibn Abbas and the other a similar history.
Thawaf WADA 'ONE OF LIABILITY IN HAJJ
By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz asked: I am resident of Jeddah and I've pilgrimage seven times. But I do not circumambulate Farewell '. Because some people say that the people of Jeddah are not required to circumambulate Farewell '.Whether true or not my pilgrimage? Please explain, may Allah reward you good.
Answer Obligatory upon the people of Jeddah and the like they did not leave Mecca for the Hajj except after the Farewell Tawaf 'like Ta'if residents and pilgrims who like them. Thus, according to the generality of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam when delivering his sermon to the people of pilgrimage. He said.
"It means: Do anyone of you come home late, but he did was Tawaf in the House" [Hadith Muslim History in shahihnya]
And in Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim from Ibn Abbas mentioned history radhiallahu 'anhu, he said.
"Meaning: The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam commanded people (the hajj) to the end he did was to circumambulate the House. But he gave relief to women who menstruation" [Agreed alaih]
And for those who leave the compulsory slaughter of sacrifice, that is one-seventh camel, cow or one-seventh, or the goats, and slaughtered in Makkah and distributed to the people msikin in the holy land. Also accompanied by repentance and ask forgiveness to God and a true willingness to not be repeating the same thing. As for women who menstruation or childbirth so they are not obliged to circumambulate Farewell '.
As for the umrah, then he is not obliged to circumambulate Farewell "in the opinion of the authentic scholars. This is the opinion of such scholars jumhur. Even Ibn Abd al-Baar said that scholars are agreed on this opinion based on many arguments. Among other things, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not command the people who tahallul of umrah in the Farewell Pilgrimage' for Farewell Tawaf 'when they come out from Mecca. Also there is a history which states that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam commanded tahallul people in Mecca in the Farewell Pilgrimage' to leave their homes to Mina to Arafat and then he did not order them for Farewell Tawaf '

Haji For Women Who Menstruation, Menstruation and Ruling After Ihram, Haid When Ihram Not Allow Prayer

By Ad-Daimah Lil IftaAl the Standing Committee

Question Ad-Daimah Lil IftaAl the Standing Committee were asked: What is the law of a Muslim woman who menstruation in the days of Hajj, his Hajj is invalid because it is so?
Answer If a woman's menstruation in the days of Hajj then let him do what those who are pilgrims circumambulate and sa'i addition to her sacred. If he had holy bath and then he circumambulate and sa'i. If a woman's menstruation and not left-deeds of charity Farewell Hajj except tawaf ', then when I got home he was not obliged to pay any kifarat for Farewell Tawaf is not mandatory for him and his Hajj valid. As is the basic foundation.
[A]. Hadith narrated from Abdullah bin Abbas radhiallahu 'anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said.
"It means: The woman childbirth and menstruation when they come to miqat then both bath and berihram and perform all the rituals of Hajj except Tawaf in the House" [Hadith Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud]
[B]. Mentioned in the hadeeth of Aisha's history radhiallahu 'anha, that she menstruation before carrying out the rituals of Umrah, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam commanded him to Hajj except Tawaf ihram in the House until he was a saint. Also ordered to do what the person entering Ihram for Hajj and Umrah.
[C]. Ayesha Imam Bukhari hadith narrated radhiallahu 'anha.
"Meaning: wife Safiya Bhawa Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam menstruation, and she conveyed this to the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, then he said: 'Does he keep us (from home)'. He said: 'Surely he has thawaf ifadhah '. the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: 'If so then do not.' " [Hadith Bukhari, Muslim and others]
In another report stated that 'Aisha said: "Safiya menstruation after thawaf ifadhah. Haidhnya I mentioned to the Messenger of Allaah' alaihi wa sallam. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" Does he hold the (return) to us? "I said: "O Messenger of Allah, he indeed thawaf ifadhah in the House and then she menstruation after ifadhah". Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "But let him (go) back home!" [Hadith Bukhari, Muslim, and others]

Menstruation WHEN SHE CAN NOT ihram Prayer

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: How pray two rak ihram for women with menstruation?
Answer Women's menstruation should not be prayed two rak'ahs ihram, even without his ihram with prayer. Because prayer is forbidden for menstruating women. Especially pray two rak jumhur Ihram is Sunnah according to scholars, even some scholars likened it is sunnah because there is no specific arguments. While the judge jumhur sunnah is due to be guided by the hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"It means: Allah said:" Pray ye this blessed valley and say: 'Umrah in the pilgrimage "[Hadith Reported by Ahmad, Bukhari and Abu Dawud]
That is, in the valley of al-Atiq in the Farewell Pilgrimage '. There is also a history of a companion of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam prayed then ihram. So jumhur scholars said that the ihram after the Sunnah, whether mandatory or sunnah prayers. Because women are menstruation and childbirth haram establish the prayer, then both of ihram without a prayer and not to making up those 'prayers (two ra'kaat ihram).
Puerperal menstruation OR AFTER ihram

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: If a woman's menstruation or childbirth after the ihram, whether he is legitimate if he circumambulate the House, or whether he should do, and whether he required the Farewell Tawaf.?
Answer Childbirth or menstruation a woman when he arrived for umrah then he should wait until the sacred. If it was holy, he is tawaf, sa'i and a haircut, then complete the umrahnya. But if the arrival of menstruation or childbirth after the umrah or hajj pilgrimage on the day after the 8 Dhu al-Hijjah, then he did the rituals of Hajj, which is wukuf at 'Arafah, Muzdalifah mabit in, throwing three Jumrah in Mina, and others like talbiyah and dhikr. Then when he was holy, his tawaf and sa'i for Hajj. But if a woman menstruation or childbirth after tawaf and sa'i and before the Farewell Tawaf 'Farewell Tawaf then killed him'. For women who are not obliged to menstruation or childbirth Farewell Tawaf '.

Hajj and Umrah Melafazkan Intention

By Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen

Question Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen was asked: Is it permissible to carry out the intent melafazkan Umrah, Hajj, tawaf, or sa'i? And when turned to say the intention?
Answer Melafazkan intentions there is no description of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam whether in prayer, thaharah, fasting, and even in all the worship of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam including Hajj and Umrah. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam when they want to Hajj or Umrah is not to say: "Oh God, I wish so and so". There is no history of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and he is also so it was never ordered one of his best friend. "There was in this case only that Dhaba'ah bint Zubair, may Allah be pleased with, complained to the Prophet sallallaahu' wa sallam alihi that he wanted to pilgrimage and he was sick. So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to him:
"It means: you and syaratkan Berhajilah, that my place when I'm stuck. Because you are judged by God, what have you exclude" [Agreed upon]
Indeed the words spoken here by. For Hajj contract with nadzar. And when a man in his intention to bernazdar then so it is not and does not apply nadzar nadzar law. Because of the pilgrimage as nadzar the necessity to keep it if it had been planned (the intention), so the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam ordered Dhaba'ah to mensyari'atkan by saying: "If I was hindered by any obstacles, it is my place when I was blocked". As for the hadith that says the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Verily Jibreel came to me and said:" Pray ye in the valley of the blessed God, and say: "Umrah in Hajj or Umrah and Hajj."
Then so it does not mean that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said intention. But it means that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said manasiknya in talbiyahnya. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never said intention.

Haji To Both Parents And Replaces Haji Both Parents With Other People To deputize

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: Both of our parents have died and they have not the hajj, but they do not mewasiatkannya to us. Apkah we may menghajikan for both. And how such laws?
Answer If both people are rich in life and be able to pilgrims of their own property, then you must pilgrimage for both of their property. And if you pilgrimage for both the fund apart from their property because of the sincerity both of you, then you get a reward in that. But if they are not rich and not capable of pilgrims during their life together then you are not obligatory pilgrimage for both. Or if one is not rich and can not afford then you are not obligatory hajj pilgrimage for him. But if you are willing to spend themselves for Hajj both parents then you get a big reward as a form of devotion to both parents.

HAJI for his mother, BUT FORGET WHEN ihram Intention
By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: How does the law of the pilgrimage to his mother and when the miqat talbiyah not for his mother?
Answer During a person's intent and purpose of Hajj for the pilgrims to her mother, though she forgot talbiyah pilgrimage to his mother when miqat. Because the intention of arriving for the pilgrimage is more powerful in this regard. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"Meaning: It is precisely the charity that depends on his intention" [Mutaafaqun 'alaih]
So if the purpose of someone coming to menghajikan mother or father and then he forgot when talbiyah in ihramnya the Hajj is for men that he intended and he meant, whether it be for his mother, father or another.

HAJI replace BOTH PARENTS WITH OTHERS TO depute
By Al-Lajnah Ad-Daimah Lil Ifta

Question Al-Lajnah Ad-Daimah Lil Ifta asked: I give alms to menghajikan father and my mother hajj. And I give and pilgrimage to the father to a woman that was given to her husband, is funding the pilgrimage to my mother gave to her. How can the law be?
Answer Menghajikan your alms to the father and mother is a form of worship and good deeds you to both parents, and Allah will give reward to you for the good of it.
The delivery of the money you intend to menghajikan your father to a woman that left her husband to fund the pilgrimage, the way it is a form of representation of the woman you are as you describe, and representation in this case is allowed. While replacing the pilgrimage is also allowed if the person who has replaced the hajj itself. Similarly, funds are transferred to a woman to replace the mother's pilgrimage. Then the replacement of the pilgrimage of a woman of a woman and man to man, then so it is allowed. there are arguments authentic from the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam about the way it is. But for people who want to replace the pilgrimage to others should look at the person who will replace him, ie to the strong faith and trust, so he was quiet in the performance of duty. And we ask God for help. As well as greetings and blessings on our Prophet Muhammad, his family and friends.

HAJJ AND NOT DEAD YET bequeath
By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: If one person died and did not bequeath to seseorangpun to replace the Hajj, the pilgrimage is an obligation from him if her son could fall for her pilgrimage.?
Answer If the children are Muslim pilgrimage to replace his father and he himself has the obligation of Hajj pilgrimage parents have died from it. Similarly, if a substitute pilgrimage in addition to his son and he also has hajj for himself. Because there is a hadith of Ibn Abbas in shahihain: "That a woman said to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:" O Messenger of Allah, verily Allah obligation to His servants have been applicable to the old father who can not afford the pilgrimage. Would I be able to replace her pilgrimage ". Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
"That is: Yes. Hajilah you to replace him". [Agreed upon] In this case there are several other traditions that show what we have mentioned.

Rich Man Died And yet Haji And Dihajikan from his property

By Al-Lajnah Ad-Da'imah Lil Ifta

Question Al-Lajnah Ad-Da'imah Lil Ifta asked: A man died and not settle for the pilgrimage but badal hajikan of his property. Does anyone else like the Hajj pilgrimage itself.?
Answer If a Muslim pilgrims died and while he has not qualified the obligation of Hajj pilgrimage must be replaced from the inheritance, whether he bequeath to dihajikan or not. And if the person who replaced Hajj was not his own but he's a legitimate performed Hajj and the Hajj pilgrimage have also legitimate to replace someone else and have enough of the death of an obligation.
The assessment of one's pilgrimage to replace another person, whether the reward Hajj as if done alone, fewer, or more, then so it's back to God. And no shadow of doubt that the person is immediately required for hajj if it has been able to before he died by some of the arguments that demonstrate this and feared the sin of procrastination.

ADULT AND HAS NOT DIED WHEN HAJI
By Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdurrahman Al-Jibrin

Question Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdurrahman Al-Jibrin asked: My son died at the age of 16 years and he has not pilgrims. Am I obliged to replace the Hajj for him?
Answer If someone has baligh or even the age of 15 years so he must have been able to Hajj if her pilgrimage and not enough has been done before he baligh. So if he died after baligh and have the ability to Hajj, he dihajikan of his property, or the guardian menghajikan him.

Or SUPERSEDE HAJI MOTHER TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE?

By Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz

Question Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz was asked: My mother died when I was young and he has to pay someone you trust to replace the Hajj. And my father had also died as a child. I do not know them. But I heard from some relatives that my father was Haj. Can I pay someone for Hajj on behalf of my mother, or my own pilgrimage to her? And for my father, if I may Hajj for him while I've heard that he was the pilgrimage? Please explain and thank you
Answer If you own pilgrimage for both parents and have been perfected in accordance Shari'ah Hajj, then so it's more mainstream. But if you pay other people who are good at religion and the mandate to replace both of your parents Hajj, then it's okay. As for the main thing is if your Hajj and Umrah for both parents. Likewise, if the mandates of others to do so, it should instruct her to Hajj and Umrah for your parents. And so it is a form of devotion and kindness to both parents. Hopefully Allalh accept your charity and the charity we are all

By Al-Lajnah Ad-Daimah Lil Ifta

Question Al-Lajnah Ad-Daimah Lil Ifta were asked: What is the ruling if my pilgrimage to my parents who had died and they have the pilgrimage because they poor?
Answer If you have been pilgrimage, the Hajj to be both parents, whether taken alone or with a substitute to other people who have been pilgrims. For Abu Dawud mentioned in Sunnannya history of Abdullah bin Abbas radhiallahu 'anhu, he said: "That the Prophet Shallalalhu a'laihi wa sallam heard someone say," O Allah I meet thee in the name calling Syubrumah ", the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "Who Syubrumah?" He replied: "My brother or my relatives," the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "You Hajj for yourself?" He replied: "Not yet". Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "Hajilah you for pushing yourself (first), then we are pilgrims on behalf Syubrumah ".
