People In The Happy Hari Raya. Allah Almighty says: قد أفلح من
تزكى وذكر اسم ربه
فصلى
Indeed successful who are clean themselves (with faith). And
he remembers the name of his Lord, then he prayed. [Al-'Ala/87 :14-15]

O Muslims, let us have fear of Allah Almighty and grateful
for all his grace to the tune of Ramadan fasting. Let us pray that Allah
Almighty accept all worship that we seek a fast and qiyâmul Lail to Allah
Almighty to forgive all the sins we do. Behold, today is the day real ied. All
Muslims are happy with the grace of Allah Almighty given to them in the form of
refinement and implementation of the Ramadhan fasting qiyâmul Lail. Rejoice
because God Almighty has made them able to use any of His grace in obedience,
obedience and worship deeds.
Today is a day of gratitude and remembrance, eating and
breaking of the day. Fasting on this day is haraam because the turn of the
banquet of Allah Almighty and His commandments are considered menyelisihi, and
Allah Almighty mensyariatkan break today. Indeed when the Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam came to Medina, they had two feast days they used to
bermainmain, then beliaub said: "Verily, Allah Almighty has provided you
with a switch to two days better than both the day of Eid Eid al-Fitr and Adha
".
Allah Almighty has replaced the two-day feast which they use
to play and frolic with a two-day feast for dhikr, gratitude, forgiveness and
the forgiveness won.
The Muslims have carried out a three-day feast after
perfecting one of the great acts of worship in Islam.
First: The Feast are repeated every week, namely Friday.
Allah Almighty made the Eid on a weekly basis and a great mensyariatkan Friday
prayers for Muslims. Prayer begins two sermons that included praise to Almighty
God and the testimony of the oneness of Allah Almighty and His Prophet, in
addition to giving advice and warnings. In addition, Friday is also the day
perfected the creation of man; the day Adam was created, entered heaven,
expelled from heaven; the day of doom and destruction of this world.
Second: Eid al-Fitr blessed, came after perfecting
obligatory fasting during Ramadan is Allah Almighty make it as the fourth
pillar of the pillars of Islam. They are entitled to forgiveness and salvation
from hell. They gathered on that day with gratitude to Almighty Allah, glorify
and bertakbir the guidance of Allah Almighty.
O Muslims, in fact among the most glorious worship
prescribed by God Almighty on the day of Eid al-Fitr is prayer. The argument is
the necessity of al-Qur'ân and Sunnah and ijma 'of the Muslims.
Allah Almighty says:
قد أفلح من تزكى
وذكر اسم ربه فصلى
Indeed successful who are clean themselves (with faith). And
he remembers the name of his Lord, then he prayed. [Al-'Ala/87 :14-15]
Religious scholars say, it means removing tazakka fitri
sadaqah. And Shalla means ied prayer. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
commanded Muslims to go out for prayer, and the women also came out of their
homes to pray and watch ied the Muslims worship.
Ied that prayer should be held in the large field, which is
near the residential population; as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
was formerly outside the prayer area. And no one has mentioned excerpt that the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam ied prayer in the mosque if there is no
udzur (emergency conditions). This is the greatest symbols of Islam. Thus, it
is not feasible for a Muslim to come to laze around and isolated himself from
the congregation of the Muslims.
And a third: the great day of Islam that Allah Almighty is
the Eid al-Adha syariatkan. And this feast is the largest and most Afdhal.
Allah Almighty mensyariatkannya after perfecting the Hajj
which is the fifth pillar of Islam. Nothing in the Islamic feast holiday in
addition to the three above. There is no feast of the Prophet's birthday
anniversary, or otherwise. Because it is an innovation or tasyabbuh with the
infidels and polytheists. How many Muslims have a great victory, and they do
not create something new by making a feast that was never prescribed by Allah
Almighty.
O servants of Allah Almighty, the real feast is made by the
Allah Almighty to frolic and play. However, be used for the dhikr of Allah
Almighty, do obedience, obedience and increased forgiveness to Almighty Allah,
submission to Him, give thanks for the fast and perfect working qiyâmul Lail
and closer to enforce the charity and prayer.
Behold, the people are happy it's not one to be met with a
feast day, beautify lahiriyahnya with new clothes, meet with the stomach
contents of various foods and bersenda-indulgence with his verbal banter.
However, the person is said to be unhappy if the Almighty Allah accept the
fasting and prayer and God Almighty removes all his sins.
To that end, let us not be deceived by the life of the
world. And do not be too fooled by the sparkling variety of jewelry that we see
every day. Truly the ultimate jewelry is piety. Allah Almighty says:
يا بني آدم قد
أنزلنا عليكم لباسا يواري
سوآتكم وريشا ولباس التقوى
ذلك خير ذلك من
آيات الله لعلهم يذكرون
O Children of Adam, Verily we have sent down to clothing to
cover auratmu and beautiful clothes to jewelry. piety and clothing. That's the
best. Such is the party of Allah's signs, hopefully they will always remember.
[Surat al-A'raf / 7:26]
Rahimakumullah Muslims, may Allah Almighty accept all the
deeds we have done in the month of Ramadan and the previous months.
Notice that there are nations and the lives of those around
you who are in kebodohon, delusion, a false religion, schools in Islam which
deviates, groups and rival factions are distorted. Indeed, the All-True God
Almighty when he said:
فإن آمنوا بمثل ما
آمنتم به فقد اهتدوا
وإن تولوا فإنما هم
في شقاق فسيكفيكهم الله
وهو السميع العليم
So if they believe in what you have faith in him, they
really have got the clue, and if they turn away, in fact they are in a feud
(with you). Allah will suffice you from them. and He is the all-hearing,
All-knowing. [al-Baqarah / 2:137]
This is sunatullâh for his servant. If they leave the truth,
they will be overwritten with the sleaze. It is not known except by those who
live in the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Then the opposite will reveal his
opponent, and the opposite of everything that's become clear / bright. Surely
no one knows except the expensive health care when in pain. And no one knows
the importance of light except those who are in darkness.
Know, O Muslims real Islam is not just a name and without
beriltizâm nasab to hukumhukumnya, uphold its obligations and keep away from
things that are contrary to her and the things that decrease it. However, Islam
has the pillars, the Shari'a Shari'a-Sunnah and the Sunnah. These include
worship of a servant to the al-Khaliq and include Ihsan (doing good) to the
creature. A Muslim is a person who worked on the obligations and avoid things
that are haram. Muslims are brothers and sisters who survived the verbal and
hands in blood, treasure and honor them. So, do not kill the soul which is
forbidden by Allah Almighty except the right way. Let us not hurt the Muslims
with a variety of actions.
Allah Almighty says:
والذين
يؤذون المؤمنين والمؤمنات بغير ما اكتسبوا
فقد احتملوا بهتانا وإثما
مبينا
And those who hurt believing men and believing women that
they do no wrong, then surely they lie bare and manifest sin. [Al-Ahzâb/33: 58]
O Muslims, let us have subjected our views. because it is
the devil who planted an arrow in the heart of man to fall into an abomination.
Let us do isbâl on our clothes and gloves, because all through the eyes of the
foot in hell. Let us bertawadlu ', Almighty Allah loveth not the arrogant. Get
used to the women wear headscarves and hijâb and away from mixing with men,
alone with the driver and helper. Surely a man should not be alone with a woman
who is not lawful for him but the devil a third friend.
Let us not be deceived in the purchase and all deeds. Is
indeed deceptive acts and kezhaliman zhalim is darkness on the Day of
Resurrection. Whoever cheated to the Muslims, then it is not from their group.
It's as contained in the hadith of the Prophet, "Do not do in a fight
wrongdoers and bermudah-easy in the oath, and testimony-testimony".
Allah Almighty says.
إن الذين يشترون بعهد
الله وأيمانهم ثمنا قليلا أولئك
لا خلاق لهم في
الآخرة ولا يكلمهم الله
ولا ينظر إليهم يوم
القيامة ولا يزكيهم ولهم
عذاب أليم
"Those who sell the promise of his (her with) Allah and
sumpahsumpah their prices a bit, they did not get a share (reward) in the
Hereafter, and Allah will not speak with them and will not see them on the Day
of Judgment and not (too) will purify them. for them a painful punishment.
" [Ali Imran / 3:77]
Let us not graft and usury. Surely they include a great sin.
Both include a nasty job that resulted in the wrath of Allah Almighty and
laknatnya. He belonged to an illegitimate and destruction and destroy society.
Let us have fear of Allah Almighty. Truly the best of speech
is the Book of Allah and the best of guidance is the guidance the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the ugly-ugly case is that the new matters
(bid'ah). Let us follow the Muslim worshipers because of the hands of Allah
Almighty in the congregation. Whoever is alone, he alone in hell.

Sorry, the Feast of Forgiveness in the Context of
prescribed?

Forgiving, compassionate towards their fellow Muslims and
gracefully about the faults of pious charity which is a great virtue, and
highly recommended in Islam. Allah Almighty says.
خذ العفو وأمر بالعرف
وأعرض عن الجاهلين
Be thou forgiveness, command what good deeds, and
berpisahlah of people who are stupid. [Al-A'raf / 7:199]
In another verse, Allah Almighty says.
فبما رحمة من الله
لنت لهم ولو كنت
فظا غليظ القلب لانفضوا
من حولك فاعف عنهم
واستغفر لهم وشاورهم في
الأمر
It was by the grace of Allah, ye gentle force against them.
Had you been harsh again be rude, they would distance themselves from all
around you. Therefore, pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult
them in affairs. [Ali Imran / 3:159]
In fact, these properties include characteristics of Allah
Almighty's servants who fear Him, as His word.
الذين ينفقون في السراء
والضراء والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن
الناس والله يحب المحسنين
(Those who are righteous are) those who spend (freely)
whether in the field as well as narrow and those who restrain anger, and the
(easy) forgiving (mistakes) of others. Allah loves those who do good.
[Ali-Imran / 3:134]
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is khsusus describe the
magnitude of the nature of virtue and merit forgiveness from Allah Almighty in
the words of his sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam: "It adds to a servant of
God by giving his apology (his brother) but the glory (of the world and the
Hereafter) "[1]
Meaning the increase in the glory of the world's forgiving
the person who was with him exalted and glorified in the hearts manusian
because it is easy to forgive others, while in the afterlife with the magnitude
and virtue rewarded by Allah Almighty. [2]
SORRY, FORGIVING IN THE DAY BRITAIN?
However, this great pious charity, can be transformed into
an act of unlawful and reprehensible if done in ways that no admonitions in the
Qur'an and Sunnah the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
For example, this act specializing in a particular time and
because there is no argument about specialization in the Shari'a. As separate
it on time and within the framework of the feast of Eid ul-Fitr and Eid
al-Adha.
This bid'ah [3] who obviously had been warned by the Prophet
sallallaahu ugliness 'alaihi wa sallam in the words he sallallaahu' alaihi wa
sallam: "Verily, all things which are bid'ah diada inventions, and all
heresies is false, and all the perverted (place) in the Fire "[4]
If anyone asks: why is this regarded as a misguided act of
heresy, but Islam was obviously strongly advocated and praised the character
easy to forgive the mistakes of others, as already mentioned in the description
above?
The answer: Yes, Islam highly recommend it, provided that if
no time is devoted to or in any way, without argument (argument) that show such
specificity. Because, if devoted to such period of time without special
arguments, then it turned into a very despicable act of heresy in Islam.
For example, the Sunnah of fasting and prayer night is
highly recommended in Islam. However, these two types of worship if the

لا تختصواليلة الجمعة بقيام من
بين الليالى ولا تخصوايوم
الجمعة بصيام من بين
الأيام إلا أن يكون
فى صوم يصومه أحدكم
Do you specialize in Friday night between the other night
(carry out) night prayers, and do not specialize on Friday at the price of the
other day by fasting, but fasting can be done by one of you. [6]
This is what is termed by scholars as the "heresy
idhafiyyah", the act which is generally recommended in Islam, but some
Muslims are specialized actions by time, place, cause, circumstances or certain
procedures that are not derived from God's guidance Almighty in the Qur'an and
the sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. [7]
Another example in this issue is devoted to prayer night of
Rajab and Sha'ban. Imam an-Nawawi, may Allaah have mercy say about these two
prayer: "Prayer (nights in the month of) Rajab and Sha'ban is an
innovation that is very bad and reprehensible" [8]
Imam Abu Shama rahimahullah explain this important principle
in the words: "It is forbidden to worship specializes in times of
(certain) that are not specified by the Shari'a, but should be all good deeds
are free (do) at any time (without specialization) . There is no virtue at a
time over time, except those preferred by the Shari'a and dikhsusukan with one kind
of worship .... Such as fasting on the day of Arafa and Ashura, praying in the
middle of the night, and the umrah in Ramadan ... "[9]
Rahimahullah Imam Ibn al-Qayyim said: "... include
(examples) in this case that the sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam said the ban specializes in fasting month of Rajab and Friday, so as not
to be used as a means toward the act of heresy in the religion (ie ) with the
specialization of a particular time is not devoted to the worship by the terms "[10]
CONSIDERING BIL HALAL HALAL EVENTS
Including a lively event carried out by Muslims in Indonesia
in order to forgive each other after Idhul Fitr feast is what is commonly known
as bil halal Halal event.
The event was a reprehensible bid'ah for reasons such as we
describe above. This event is never done and is exemplified by the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the best generation of this ummah, the
Companions of Allaah anhum, and priests who follow the sunnah ahlus their way
as well. Yet they are the ones who have praised their understanding and
practice of Islam by the Almighty Allah and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi
wa sallam. Allah Almighty says.
والسابقون
الأولون من المهاجرين والأنصار
والذين اتبعوهم بإحسان رضي
الله عنهم ورضوا عنه
وأعد لهم جنات تجري
تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها
أبدا ذلك الفوز العظيم
The people the preceding another in the first place (to
Islam) among the people Emigrants and the Ansar (the Companions) and those who
follow them well. God's good pleasure to them and they were pleased to God, and
God prepared for them Gardens underneath which rivers flow, therein to dwell
therein for ever. That is the true victory. [At-Tawbah / 9: 100]
And in a saheeh hadeeth, the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa
sallam said: The best of my people are the generation that I sent in the period
they (the Companions), then the generation that came after them, then the
generation that came after them. [11]
Besides, this event turned out to contain many kemungkaran
and violation of the Shari'a of Allah Azz wa Jalla, including:
A. The ikhtilath (freely mixed) among men with women with no
bond allowed in Shari'a. This act clearly forbidden in Islam, even it is the
mother of all corruption in society.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "I did not
leave after me slander (evil / damage) is more harmful to men than (fitnah) of
women" [12]
Imam Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah explains this in his speech:
"There is no doubt that allowing women to mix freely with men is the
mother of all disaster and destruction, even including the cause (primary) of
the various calamities which evenly. As this also includes the cause
(incidence) of damage in all cases that the general and specific. Promiscuity
is because the rapid growth and heinous act of adultery, which is included
because of mass destruction (humanity) and outbreaks of infectious diseases
that prolonged "[13]
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz rahimahullah further confirmed
this in beiau saying: "Arguments (from the Qur'an and the hadith of the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) further confirms the illegitimate (male)
alone with a woman who is not lawful for him , (as well as forbidden) looked at
him, and all the means that plunged the (human) in a case that is prohibited by
Allah Almighty. The arguments are many and strong (all) asserted
prohibition-ikhtilath (mixed freely among men with the women to the case
(damage) is very bad consequences "[14]
2. Shaking and shaking hands between men and women who are
not lawful for him (not mahram).
This act is forbidden in Islam based on the words of the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "If the head of a man was stabbed
with a needle of iron is better for him than he touched a woman who is not
lawful for him" [15]

In an authentic hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam said: "Verily, a woman is nakedness, then when he came out (the
house) will follow Satan (decorate it to be a trial for men), and the
circumstances that are closest to his Lord (Allah) was when he was in his home
"[16]
CLOSING
Thus the rough outline of the law of forgiveness, forgive
each other in order to feast. Obligatory for every Muslim to believe that all
things required by the Muslims to get closer to Allah Almighty all that has
been described and exemplified by the Prophet sallallaahu complete 'alaihi wa
sallam in the instructions which he had brought.
Noble friend Abu Dhar Al Ghifari Allaah 'anhu said:
"The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam has left us in the absence of a
burungpun the flapping his wings in the air unless beliu sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam has explained to us the knowledge about the ". Then Abu Dhar Allaah
'anhu said: Messenger of Allah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam has said.
ما بقي شيء يقرب
من الجنة ويبا عد
من النار إلا وقد
بين لكم
There is no (longer) left one bit of (ucapan'perbuatan) that
can bring (you) to Paradise and keep (you) from hell, unless it has been
explained to you "[17]
May God Almighty continue to bestow His taufiq us all to
always hold fast to the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah and stay away from
anything that deviates from the sunnah, he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam until
the end of our life. Amen
O God, our wafatkanlah on Islam and on the Sunnah (guidance)
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. [18]

Revisiting the Validity of Bi Halal Halal

DEFINITION AND HISTORY OF HALAL HALAL BI
In language, halal bi halal is a compound word in Arabic and
means kosher with halal or kosher alike. But this compound is known in Arabic
dictionaries and usage of everyday Arab society. Arabs in Mecca and Medina
would usually hear the pilgrims Indonesia, with the limited ability of their
Arabic-halal ask? When trading in markets and shopping centers. They ask if the
seller agrees with the quotes they give, so that the goods be lawful for them.
If agreed, the seller will come back to say "halal". Or when there is
food or drinks are served in public places, the pilgrims usually ask "kosher?"
To ensure that the food / drinks are free, and kosher to them.
This compound appears to be made in Indonesia, the country's
original product. The word halal bi halal Indonesian and it is absorbed is
defined as "the apology-forgiveness after fasting Ramadan pilgrimage,
usually held in a place (auditorium, hall, etc.) by the number of people and is
a typical habit of Indonesia" [1]
The author states that Iwan Ridwan halal bi halal is a
tradition of gathering a group of Muslims in Indonesia in a specific place for
each other shake hands as an expression of forgiveness that is haram to be
halal. Generally, these activities are held after Eid al-Fitr prayers [2].
Sometimes, the show also made halal bi halal in the days after Eid al-Fitr in
the form of lectures, warm-hearted, or eat together.
That said, the tradition of halal bi halal originally
pioneered by KGPAA Mangkunegara I (born 8 Apri 1725), which is known as the
Prince Sambernyawa. To save time, energy, thoughts, and cost, then after Eid
ul-Fitr prayer meeting between the king and the courtier and soldier
simultaneously in the palace hall. All the courtier and soldier with the
orderly conduct sungkem to the king and the empress. What did the Prince
Sambernyawa was later imitated by Islamic organizations in terms of halal bi

the books of the scholars. Some of the writers is proud to mention that the
halal bi halal is the creativity of Indonesia and the indigenization of Islam
in Indonesian society [4]. But in the eyes of religious knowledge, this kind of
thing it is questionable, because the farther the deeds of prophetic guidance,
it will be increasingly discredited. Islam is complete and addition to it will
only tarnish the perfection. Short paper seeks to review the validity of the
tradition of halal bi halal according to the views of the Shari'a.
Some understanding of the above, it can be concluded that
what is meant by halal bi halal is not a tradition of visiting each other on
the feast of Eid al-Fitr is also common in other Islamic world. This tradition
came out of the discussion paper, although there are also events Greetings
there.
HARI RAYA IN ISLAM must be grounded in the proposition
(TAUQIFI)
The legal origin of the problem is that all religious
worship is haram (done) until there are arguments. Whereas in traditional and
muamalah chapter, all things are lawful to the proposition that there
mengharamkannya. Festivals ('id) is actually closer to muamalah chapter.
However, the problem of 'id is the exception, and the arguments there show that
the' id is tauqifi (must be grounded in the proposition). This is because the
'id not only customary, but also has a religious side. Imam ash-Syathibi
rahimahullah said.
وإن العاديات من حيث هي
عادية لا بد عة
فيها, و من حيث
يتعبد بها أو تو
ضع وضع التعبد تد
خلها البد عة
Indeed the customs of the indigenous side of it, there is no
heresy in it. But from the side he used / positioned as worship, there can be a
heresy in it [5]
Taufiqi nature of the celebration 'id has two sides:
A. Tauqifi of the ground operation, because the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam limit there are only two brothers feast in the
year, and this is based on revelation.
عن أنس بن مالك
رضي الله عنه قال:
قدم سمع رسول الله
صلى الله عليه وسلم
المدينة ولهم يومان يلعبون
فيهما, فقال رسول الله
صلى الله عليه وسلم:
ما هذان اليومان?, قالوا:
كنا نلعب فيهما في
الجاهلية, قال: إن الله
عزوجل قد أبدلكم بهما
خيرا منهما: يوم الفطر
ويوم النحر
Anas bin Malik Allaah anhu said: (When) the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam came to Medina and its inhabitants have two days
in which they play in it. Then he asked: Are these two days? They said: In the
past we used to play on two days during the Jahiliyyah. He also said: Indeed
Allah has replaced them with two better days, the 'Eid al-Fitr and' Eid
al-Adha. [Reported by Abu Dawud no. 1134 judged authentic by Al-Albani] [6]
So, as a form of practice of this hadith, the time of the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the early generations of Muslims have
not known anything other than the two-day celebration of this feast [7], in
contrast to the Muslims of this age who has a lot of holidays and celebrations
which has no foundation syar'i.
2. Tauqifi of the procedures for its implementation, because
in Islam, the feast is not only customary, but also worship that is set up
procedures for implementation. Each service is performed on the feast of
prayer, Takbir, zakat, fasting has been slaughtered and illegitimate set. Even
things that are done on the feast of freedom in the form of food and drink,
dress, play around and have fun also remains constrained by the rules of
Shari'a. [8]

On the one hand, Islam explains the procedures for the
holiday celebration, but on the other hand does not impose limits on some of
the sunnah in the celebration of 'id, such as how to manifest joy, how the
makeup and dress, or a game of what should be done. This case refers to Islamic
law and tradition kepadaadat respectively.
Thus, Muslims may have gathered, have fun, travel, visit and
congratulate each other. Even the excitement of this needs to be emphasized
that family members feel different days and therefore satisfied, so that they
no longer tempted by the big day, big day that has no basis in Islam. [9]
However specializes days' Eid al-Fitr Greetings requires a

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his Companions

Taymiyyah rahimahullah said.
فكل أمر يكون المقتضي
لفعله على عهد رسول
الله صلى الله عليه
وسلم مو جودالو كان
مصلحة ولم يفعل, يعلم
أنه ليس بمصلحة
So each case the factors causing its implementation in time
of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was there when it (actually) is a
benefit (good), and (but) he did not do that, then be aware that the case is
not good. [10]
SIMILARITY WITH greet after praying and specialize
pilgrimages GRAVE IN THE DAY OF BOTANICAL
Because it is not known except in Indonesia and the newly
emerged in the centuries past, not many scholars who discuss the word halal bi
halal specifically. But there are other problems with similar characteristics
to the halal bi halal and has been widely discussed by scholars since ancient
times, the problem shake hands or greet after praying at the tomb and the
specialization of the pilgrimage festivals.
Shaking hands is sunnah when meeting with others, as
described in the following hadith.
عن البراء رضي الله
عنه قال: رسول الله
صلى الله عليه وسلم:
مامن مسلمين يلتقيان فيتصا
فحان إلا غفر لهما
قبل أن يتفر قا
From al-Bara (bin Azib) of Allaah 'anhu, he said: Messenger
of Allah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: It is two Muslims meet and shake
hands, but they are forgiven before parting "[Reported by Abu Dawud no.
5212 and at-Tirmidhi no. 2727, convicted saheeh by al-Albani] [11]
But when the sunnah is devoted to a specific time and is
believed to be sunnah performed continuously after each prayer, the law
changed, because this is an additional specialization in the new Sharia
religion.
In addition, greet after the prayer also makes the
subordinated deed is sunnah dhikr after prayers. [12]
Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah asked about this issue, then he
replied: Shaking hands after the prayer is not the sunnah, but it is a heresy,
wallahu knows best. [13]
More clearly, the scholars categorize specialization in the
grave pilgrimage festivals including heresy, [14] but also a grave pilgrimage
which basically recommended practice in Islam, as described in the following
hadith
عن بريدة رضي الله
عنه قال: رسول الله
صلى الله عليه وسلم:
إني كنت نهيتكم عن
زيارة القبور فزوروها? فإنها
تذكر الآخرة
Of Buraidah (al-Aslami) he said: Messenger of Allah
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: Truly I had been banned pilgrimages your
grave, so now berziarahlah; because he reminded hereafter. [HR Ashabus Sunnan,
and this is lafazh lafazh Ahmad (no. 23 055) is judged authentic by al-Arnauth
Syu'aib]
Similarly, shaking hands and Greetings are part of Islamic
teachings. But when it is specific to a particular day and believed to be a
sunnah which are constantly being made every year, the law turned into a
reproach. And Allaah knows best.
SOME IN VIOLATION Shari'a HALAL HALAL BI
In addition to the argument has no foundation, in halal bi
halal is also often found several violations of Shari'a, including;
A. Mengakhirkan apology until the arrival of Eid al-Fitr.
When a mistake or kezhaliman on others, some people waiting for Eid ul-Fitr to
apologize, as mentioned in the famous phrase 'forgive sorry affair is the
business day Eid'. And be "apologize and unseen" ucapa a
"mandatory". at the feast of Eid al-Fitr. Though we will not
necessarily live up to Eid al-Fitr and we are instructed to immediately justify
kezhaliman we do, as the following description of the hadith
عن أبي هريرة رضي

وسلم قال: من كانت
عنده مظلمة لأخيه فليتحلله
منها? فإنه ليس ثم
دينار ولا درهم من
قبل أن يؤخذ لأخيه
من حسناته, فإن لم
يكن له حسنات أخذ
من سيئات أخيه فطر
حت عليه
From Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam said: Whoever did kezhaliman to his brother, let them ask for lawful
(excused) from him, because there (the Hereafter) is no longer calculated dinar
and dirham, before the kindness given to his brother, and if he has no good
anymore, so bad that his brother would be taken and given to him. [Bukhari, no.
6169]
2. Ikhtilath (mixed up the opposite sex) that could lead to
other sinners, such as adultery and illegitimate views. Therefore, the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade it, as in the following hadeeth of Abu
Usaid.
عن أبى أسيد الأنصارى
رضي الله عنه أنه
سمع رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم يقول
وهوخارخ من المسجد فا
ختلط الرجال مع النساء
فى الطريق فقال رسول
الله صلى الله عليه
وسلم لانساء استأخرن فإنه
ليس لكن أن تحققن
الطريق عليكن بحافات الطريق,
فكانت المراة تلتصق بالجدار
حتى إن ثوبها ليتعلق
بالجدار من لصوقهابه
From Abu Usaid al-Ansari of Allaah 'anhu he heard the
Messenger sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said when out of the mosque and the men
mingled with the women on the street. Then he said to the woman: "Back off
you, you are not eligible to run in the middle of the street, walk on the
edge". Then the women attached to the wall, so that their clothes against
the wall, because their clothes are so mepetnya wall "[Reported by Abu
Dawud no. 5272, convicted hasan by al-Albani] [15]
3. Shake hands with the opposite sex who is not mahram.
These sinners are much underrated by many people in a lawful manner bihalal or
daily life, but keharamannya been described in the following hadith.
عن معقل بن يسار
رضي الله عنه يقول:
قال رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم: لأن
يطعن في رأس أحد
كم بمخيط من حد
يد خير له من
أن يمس امر أة
تحل له
Ma'qil Allaah ibn Yasar from 'anhu he said: Messenger of
Allah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "If one of you pierced his head
with a needle and iron, it is better for him than touching a woman who is not
lawful for him". [HR ath-Thabrani, judged authentic by al-Albani] [16]
Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah said: "The threat of
harsh for the person who touches a woman who is not lawful for him contained in
this hadith indicates illegitimate shake hands with women (who are not mahram,
ed) because there is no doubt that shaking hands, including touching. Many
Muslims who fall into this error, even some scholars "[17]
CLOSING
Of exposure to the above, we may conclude that at issue in
halal bi halal is specialization Greetings on festivals. Specialization of this
event has become the obvious addition of new Shari'a lacks foundation syar'i arguments.
So if a lot of gatherings held to welcome the empty Eid ul-Fitr Greetings from
the agenda, the meeting was permitted meeting; as an expression of joy at the
feast of Islam disyariatan and limitations refer to the customs and traditions
of local communities. Of course, if regardless of Shari'a offenses, among
others, which we have mentioned above. Besides Indonesia, the general meeting
called mu'ayadah (mutual congratulation 'id) also exist in other parts of the
Muslim world without a denial of the Ulama.
For those who say "ah, here's just really should not
be!", Remember that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said each
new case in religion as syarrul age (as bad as the worst-case). So how can we
underestimate him? Every Muslim haris careful with new matters that came later.

Eid ul-Fitr and Bi Halal Halal

Eid al-Fitr is one of the two major festivals that exist in
Islam. Usually in the Eid ul-Fitr, in this beloved country, always synonymous
with kosher bihalal event. Somehow origin, but the tradition has lasted for a
long time.
Clearly, the day of Eid al-Fitr is the day that the Muslims
celebrate the joy after Ramadan. Even today the Muslims are allowed joyful as
an expression of gratitude to God by doing kegaiatan whatever pleases as long
as it does not conflict with Islamic law.
Ibn Manzhur in Lisan al-Arab al-mother brought A'rabiy
words: "Hari Raya ('Id) called' Id, because it was always repeated every
year with the excitement of ever new"
Al-Allamah Ibn Abidin rahimahullah [2] says, "referred
to as the feast of 'Id, because on that day Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has a
good variety of good Samua it back to His servants. Among others: (Virtue)
iftar meal after the ban, as well as charity Fitr. Also perfect Hajj (the Eid
al-Adha) to circumambulate pilgrimage, eat meat, and others. His habit of that
day contains joy, pleasure, and joy.
For example, in an authentic narration, Aisha Allaah anha
said, "Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam came to me, while
there are two people before me slave woman who was singing (in another
narration mentioned: they were not a singer) with a song bu'ats. Then he
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was lying in bed, turning his face (mentioned in
another narration he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam covering his head with a
cloth). Abu Bakr came in, then he menghardikku and said, "Song of the
devil in front of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam?" So the
Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, facing Abu Bakr said, "Let
them". When he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was not taking care, so I
signaled to them to come out.
In another report (mentioned). Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi
wa sallam said.
يا أبا بكر, إن
لكل قوم عيدا, وهذا
عيدنا
O Abu Bakr, indeed every human group has a feast day. And
(today) This is the feast day (id) us. [3]
The meaning of the song is a poem that hum Bu'ats nasyid
style, contains depictions of war and courage.
Sheikh Ali bin Hasan Imam Hafizhahullah menukilkan Baghawi
rahimahullah word that says the following, "Bu'ats is today known among
the Arabs. Historically, the day it happened massacre by the army of Aus
against Khazraj tribe soldiers. Fighting took place between the two tribes were
to continue for one hundred twenty years until the coming of Islam.
Hum poems by two slave women is a poem describing the battle
and about courage. While the mention of this poem will be able to help arouse
the spirit of the defense of Islam dinul this affair.
As for the songs that mention things dirty, distribute and
unlawful matters openly voiced unjust words, it includes songs that are
forbidden. And it's not likely take place in the bosom Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam while he ignored the denial of it.
Then, with the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam, "today is the' Id (feast of) us", reveal the excitement is
understandable that the two Islamic holidays are religious symbols. The day was
not as other days. [4]
On the other hand, when explaining one of history that the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam covering his head with a cloth (so as not
to see two women singing the slave slaves), al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani
rahimahullah said.
"As for when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
and his head covered with a cloth, then in it there is a statement that the
Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam turned away from it because the position
he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam demands that do not pay attention to that sort
of thing. However, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not deny
it, show bolehnya such a thing if it matches what he sallallaahu' alaihi wa
sallam agree with, because he might not approve sleaze.
However, the native people must rid themselves of the above
games and things that are useless. So in this case, people should limit themselves
to things that exist nashnya, both in time and the procedure, to minimize the
mean deviation from the origin is allowed "[5]
Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani rahimahullah later said.
"In this hadith there are also several faidah (among
others) disyariatkannya give keleluasaaan to families on feast days, to do
various things that can please the soul and refresh the body after tired doing
worship. But turn away from those things (playing games) is better. In the
hadith is also contained information that appeared on the feast day excitement
including religious symbols "[6]
Thus, it is halal bihalal or whatever term one, is an
activity to be permissible, if it is only meant to express his joy at the
feast, Eid al-Fitr and Eid both Adha; eg for a bite to eat together, meet
family and friends. Because it allowed the musilmin expressed her joy in times
of feast, all the excitement did not deviate from the provisions syar'i.
The problem, indeed there are many things that then deviate
from the provisions of Shari'a, such as ikhtilath (mixed between men and women
are not mahram), a handshake between the opposite sex, rah-rah, show off
genitalia, show off beauty, immoral songs, playing fireworks and so forth.
Such immoral activities that should be avoided. In addition,
never mind sorry forgive each other activities into the main menu or in the
event berhalal bihalal days and holidays. Forgive each other need not wait for
the show bihalal halal. The assumption that mutual forgiveness as if more
Afdhal if done during the holidays, is a false assumption. And each kind of
sorry it's more apparent. Not to be earnest and sincere. People say:
"While the holiday, we forgive each other". As a result, people are
so easy to hurt each other, each other and each other oppressed infringes
another party, with the assumption: "easier to apologize later at the
feast".

Eid al Fitr days and Guidance

WHY called 'ID?
In language, 'Id is something that again and again and
again. Something that used to come and return from one place or time.
Then called 'Id, because God gives goodness to break their
back, after our fasting and paying Zakat Fitr. And a perfected pilgrims, after
being ordered to slaughter the animal sacrifice and Tawaf. Because, usually at
times like this there is pleasure and happiness.
As rahimahullah Suyuti said, "'Id is the specificity of this people. The
existence of two days of 'Id, the grace of God to this nation. From Anas Allaah
'anhu, he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam came to
Madinah, and the people of Medina had two feast days. At the time of
Jahiliyyah, they play on these two feasts. He said, 'I come and you have two
days, did you play in the Ignorance. God then replace with a better than both
of them, (namely) the day of Nahr and the day of Fitr. '"[Dr. Abdullah Ath
Thayyar, Ahkam Al 'Idain Wa' Asyri Dhi'l Hijjah, p. 9].
Sunnah THINGS ON 'ID
There are some who practice Sunnah for us on this happy day,
including:
A. Bath.
On the day of 'Id, Sunnah for the shower. Because on this
day the Muslims will gather, then the Sunnah as a bath on Friday. However, if
someone just wudoo 'only, it is legitimate for him. (Ibn Qudama, Al Mughni,
3/257). Such as bathing and kaifiyatnya janabat.
Nafi 'told, first, the' Eid al-Fitr, Ibn Umar 'anhuma shower
before leaving for the field. [Narrated Imam Malik in al Muwatta ', 1/177].
Sa'id Ibn Musayyib rahimahullah said, "Sunnah on the
day of 'Eid al-Fitr there are three. (It is): a short walk to the field, eat
and shower before leaving the house. [Irwa'ul Ghalil, 2/104].
2. Prayer Before Departure ornate 'Id.
Sunnah to wash up and put on its best clothes, wear perfume
and bersiwak.
Of Allaah ibn Abbas' anhuma, he said:
كان رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم يلبس
يوم العيد بردة حمراء
"It is the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, on
the day of' Id, She wore a red burdah". [Ash Saheehah, 1279].
Rahimahullah Imam Malik said, "I heard the Ahlul Ilmi,
they considered sunnah wearing perfume and decorated on the day of 'Id."
[Al Mughni, 3/258].
Rahimahullah Ibn al-Qayyim said, "In the past, when out
on a two-day feast prayers, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was
wearing a beautiful dress. Hullah He has been wearing for two days holiday and
Sun, at. One time, he was wearing two green garments , and sometimes wore
burdah (red blanket cloth). " [Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/426].
Whereas for women, not recommended for wearing clothes
decorated with a fancy, or wear perfume. And should they stay away from the men
so as not to slander, as the reality that we see today.
3. Eating Before Prayer 'Eid al-Fitr.
From Anas Allaah 'anhu, he said:
كان رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم لا
يغدو يوم الفطر حتى
يأكل تمرات. رواه البخاري
"It is the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not
come out to pray' Eid al-Fitr, so he ate some dates". [Reported by al
Bukhari].
And of Buraidah Allaah 'anhu, he said:
كان النبي صلى الله
عليه وسلم لا يخرج
يوم الفطر حتى يطعم
و يوم النحر
لا يأكل حتى يرجع
فيأكل من نسيكته. رواه
الترمذي وابن ماجه
"It is the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did
not come out on the day of' Eid al-Fitr, so he ate. And he did not eat on the
day of 'Eid al-Adh-ha, so he went home, then eat the flesh of the victim".
[At-Tirmidhi and HR Ibn Majah].
Rahimahullah Ibn al-Qayyim said, "In the past, before
going out to pray 'Eid al-Fitr, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam
eating some dates, with an odd number. And on the day of 'Eid al-Adh-ha, he did
not eat so the back of the field, then He ate the flesh of the victim. "
[Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/426].
4. Taking a Different Road Departure And Return Of When
Prayer 'Id.
Sunnah to menyelisihi way, namely by taking a road when go
out to pray 'Id, and pass the other way when returning from the field.
From Jabir Allaah 'anhu, he said:
كان النبي صلى الله
عليه وسلم إذا كان
يوم عيد خالف الطريق.
رواه البخاري
"It is the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, when
the day of' Id, he took a different path when the leave and go home".
[Reported by al Bukhari in the Bab Al 'Idain]
Rahimahullah Ibn al-Qayyim said, "In the past, the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam came out on foot, and he menyelisihi
road; (that) went through one way and return by another road." [Zaadul
Ma'ad, 1/432].
Law took a different path is only a special on two days' Id.
Not Sunnah for other deeds, such as prayer Sunday, as mentioned in the book of
Ibn Dhuwaiyan Manarus Sabil 1/151. Or in the good deeds of other problems, Imam
An Nawawi mentions in the book Righteous Riyadhush, chapter disunnahkannya go
to pray 'Id, visit the sick, the hajj, the war, accompanied the corpse and the
other by taking a different path, so multiply the place- place of worship.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen, may Allaah have mercy said:
"Things like this can not be diqiaskan. Moreover, the practice is no
practice at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. And never
quoted that he took a different path, except on two days' Id. We have one
important rule for thalibul ilmi, all that is why the time of the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and he did not do it, then the practice is
rejected ". Until Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen said: "It is true, the
suggestion is, take a different path, a special prayer at the two' Id alone, as
from the words of Zahir-al Hajjawi muallif in Zaadul Mustaqni'-because he did
not mention the day Friday, but only mentioned in two days' Id. This suggests,
that he chose not disunnahkannya opinion took a different path, except on two
days 'Id'. [Asy Syarhul Mumti ', 5/173-175].
5. Bertakbir.
Allah Almighty says:
ولتكملوا
العدة ولتكبروا الله على ما
هداكم ولعلكم تشكرون البقرة
- 185
"And so you perfected a matter of Ramadhan and
bertakbirlah because God has given to you, you may be grateful". [Al
Baqarah: 185].
Bertakbir time begins after sighting the new moon of
Shawwal, it is if possible. And if not possible, then with the arrival of the
news, or when the setting sun on the 30th of Ramadan. Then, this Takbir until
the Imam finished the sermon of 'Id. Similarly, in the opinion of the right,
among Ahlul Ilmi opinion. However, we do not bertakbir when listening to the
sermon, but if you follow takbirnya priest. And emphasized to bertakbir when
out of the house to the field, or while waiting for the priest to come.
[Ahkamul 'Idain, 24].
Rahimahullah Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said: "Takbir
on the day of Eid al-Fitr begins when sighting the new moon, and ends with the
completion of 'Id. That is when the priest completed of the sermon, (thus) the
opinion is right". [Majmu 'Fatawa, 24/220, 221].
The properties (shighat) Takbir, in this case there is
breadth. Has come an authentic narration of Ibn Mas'ud Allaah 'anhu, that he
bertakbir on tasyriq with even-numbered days (two times) Allahu Akbar lafadz
said. Narrated by Ibn Abi Syaibah, and sanadnya authentic, but noted that other
lafadz three times.
الله أكبر, الله أكبر,
الله أكبر, لا إله
إلا الله, الله أكبر,
الله أكبر, ولله الحمد
Should not be jama'i bertakbir, which gathered a group of
people for saying the with one voice, or the person giving the command followed
by a group of people. Because, as this practice is never quoted from the Salaf.
The sunnah, bertakbir everyone individually. As is well on any dhikr, or prayed
a prayer-prayer when the masyru 'at any time. [Ahkamul 'Idain, Ath Thayyar, p.
30].
Sheikh Al Albani rahimahullah said: "It is worth to be
given a warning at the present time, that her voice when the congregation
disyari'atkan bertakbir not with one voice, as is done by some people.
Similarly, at every remembrance were read aloud or no, it does not
disyari'atkan to berjama'i. We should be alert to this problem "[Lineage
Al ahadith Saheehah, 1/121].
Prayer LEGAL ID
The law of praying 'Id is fard' ain, for everyone to do it.
Of Umm 'Athiyyah Allaah' anha, he said:
أمرنا
- تعني النبي صلى الله
عليه وسلم - أن نخرج
في العيدين العواتق وذوات
الخدور وأمر الحيض أن
يعتزلن مصلى المسلمين. متفق
عليه
"The Prophet ordered us (the women) to bring out the
'awatiq (young women) and the girls are secluded. And he ordered to stay away
from menstruating women mushalla (place of prayer) of the Muslims".
[Agreed alaih].
In the past, Rasululllah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to
pray always keep' Id. This is an argument of the necessity of praying 'Id. And
praying 'Id abort the Friday prayer obligations, if the' Id fell on Friday.
Something which is not mandatory, is not likely to abort an obligation to
another. Look At Ta'liqat Ar Radhiyah, Sheikh Al Albani, 1/380.
Argument that the prayer 'Id is fard' ayn, is the madhhab of
Abu Hanifah and one of the history of Imam Ahmad. Similarly, the opinion of
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah selected. He said in Majmu'Fatawa (23/161), as
follows: "Therefore, we pray that the law merajihkan 'Id is mandatory'
ain. As for the suggestion is not mandatory, is a word that is very far from
the truth, because praying 'Id including the largest Islamic syi'ar. Muslims
who gather on this day, more than on Friday. Similarly disyari'atkan on that
day to bertakbir. As for his legal opinion that said fard kifaya, not exactly
".
Prayer time 'Eid ul-Fitr
Most of the Ahlul Ilmi opinion, that the time for prayer 'Id
is as tall as a spear after sunrise until the sun slipping. Namely the Duha.
Mengakhirkan also Sunnah to pray 'Eid al-Fitr, Muslims have
the opportunity to give charity Fitr.
Rahimahullah Ibn al-Qayyim said: "In the past, the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam mengakhirkan pray' Eid al-Fitr and the
urge to pray 'Eid Adh-ha. While Ibn Umar 'anhuma, a friend who is held to the
Sunnah. He did not come out until the rising of the sun ". [Zaadul Ma'ad,
1/427].
PLACE establish salat 'ID
Sunnah prayer 'Id in mushalla. Namely the field outside the
settlement of the Muslims, unless there is udzur. For example, such as: rain,
strong winds and the other, it should be done in the mosque.
Ibn Qudama rahimahullah said: "Doing the prayer 'Id in
the field is sunnah, because first, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa salalm
out into the field and leave the mosque. Similarly, four caliphs. And this is
all the Muslims. They have agreed in every age and place to get out into the
field when praying 'Id'. [Al Mughni, 3/260].
NO call and IQAMAH before prayer 'ID
Ibn Abbas and Jabir of Allaah 'anhuma, they said:
لم يكن يؤذن يوم
الفطر ولا يوم الأضحى.
رواه البخاري ومسلم
"Never call to prayer on the day of 'Eid al-Fitr and
the day of' Eid al-Adh-ha". [Reported by al Bukhari and Muslim]
Jabir bin Samurah of Allaah 'anhu, he said:
صليت مع رسول الله
صلى الله عليه وسلم
العيدين غير مرة ولا
مرتين بغير أذان ولا
إقامة. رواه مسلم
"I prayed with the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam on a two-day feast, once or twice, without prayer and without
iqamat". [Reported by Muslim].
Rahimahullah Ibn al-Qayyim said: "Formerly, when the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to the field, he started the prayer
without Adhan and iqamat or the word" ash shalatu jami'ah ". And the
Sunnah, to not do it ". [Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/427].
SHIFAT pray 'ID
Praying 'Id, worked two rak'ah, bertakbir in two rak'ah is
12 times the Takbir, 7 in the first rak'ah after takbiratul ihram and before
qira'ah, and 5 Takbir in the second rak'ah before qira' ah.
عن عمرو بن عوف
عن أبيه عن جده
أن رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم كبر
في العيدين سبعا في
الأولى وخمسا في الآخرة.

"From Amr bin Syu'aib of his father from his grandfather,
indeed the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam prayed bertakbir on two' Id
seven times in the first rak'ah and five times in the second rak'ah." [HR
Ibn Majah].
عن عائشة أن رسول
الله صلى الله عليه
وسلم كبر في الفطر
والأضحى سبعا وخمسا سوى
تكبيرتي الركوع. رواه أبو
داود و ابن ماجه
"From Aisha, verily Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
bertakbir to pray' Eid al-Fitr and pray 'Eid al-Adh-ha seven times and five
times, in addition to two Takbir bowing". [Reported by Abu Dawud, Ibn
Majah. See Irwa'ul Ghalil, 639].
Rahimahullah Ibn al-Qayyim said: "He started praying
'Id before berkhutbah. He prayed two rak'ahs. Bertakbir in the first rak'ah,
seven successive times after Takbir Takbir iftitah. He paused between two
Takbir. It is not known specific dhikr between Takbir, Takbir this. However,
(there) mentioned that Ibn Mas'ud Allaah 'anhu and blessed God, flattering and
utter blessings on the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam (between the two
Takbir), as mentioned by Al Khallal. And Ibn 'Umar' anhuma is a friend who is
very tamassuk (sticking) to the Sunnah. He raised his hands every time Takbir.
And after perfecting takbirnya, the Prophet started qira'ah. He read Al Fatiha,
then read the letter Qaf in one rak'ah. On the other rak'ah, reciting surat Al
Qamar. Sometimes reading the letter and the letter Al Al A'laa Ghasyiyah. He
has two legitimate than this, and the unauthorized history of the states in
others.
When finished reading, he bertakbir and bowing. Then, when
it has perfected the first rak'ah, he rose from the prostrate and bertakbir
five times in a row. After that he read. Then Takbir is opening in two rak'ahs,
then read, and after bowing. " [Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/427].
IS THERE BEFORE AND AFTER Sunnah Prayers' ID?
Not Sunnah Sunnah prayers before and after the 'Id. Allaah
is mentioned from Ibn Abbas' anhuma:
أن النبي صلى الله
عليه وسلم صلى يوم
الفطر ركعتين لم يصل
قبلها ولا بعدها. رواه
البخاري
"Indeed, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
prayed' Eid al-Fitr two rak'ah, do not pray before or since" [Reported by
al Bukhari].
Imam Ahmad, may Allaah have mercy said: "There is
absolutely no one sunnah prayer before or after the 'Id'. Then he asked:
"What about people who want to pray at that time?" He replied:
"I'm afraid will be followed by those who see it. Ya'ni do not pray
". [Al Mughni, Ibn Qudama 3/283].
Ibn Hajar Al Hafidz rahimahullah said: "In conclusion,
the prayer 'Id no sunnah prayer before or after, is different from the person
with prayer mengqiyaskan Gomaa. However, the sunnah prayers muthlaqah no
particular argument against it, unless it is done on time is makruh as on other
days. " [Fath-Hul Bari, 2/476].
When praying 'Id done in the mosque because of udzur, then
ordered two rak'ah prayer tahiyyatul mosque. And Allaah knows best.
IF A PERSON FROM LEFT BEHIND pray 'ID, IS NECESSARY MENGQADHA?
In this issue, Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen, may Allaah have mercy
declared in the Asy Syarhul Mumti' 5/208: "Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah
argues diqadha not. Those who left or escaped from praying 'Id, it is not
Sunnah for mengqadha'nya, because this has never None of the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. And praying' Id prayer is done with a special
assembly. Therefore disyari'atkan not, except in that way ".
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen, then he also said: "Prayer is
not diqadha Friday. However, for people who are left behind, (it) to replace
the obligatory Friday prayers with a prayer at that time. That Dhuhr. In
praying' Id, when the lag of congregation, it is not diqadha, because at that
time there is no obligatory prayer or praying sunnah ".
Sermon 'Eid ul-Fitr
In Shahihain and others mentioned:
كان رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم يخرج
يوم الفطر والأضحى إلى
المصلى فأول شيء يبدأ
به الصلاة ثم ينصرف
فيقوم مقابل الناس والناس
جلوس على صفوفهم فيعظهم
ويوصيهم ويأمرهم. رواه البخاري و
مسلم
"It is the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam came
out into the field on' Eid al-Fitr and 'Eid al-Adh-ha. First thing he did was
pray, then turned and stood facing his friend, and they remained seated in
their ranks. Then he would give 'izhah, wills and ordered them ". [Reported
by al Bukhari and Muslim].
In the matter of the sermon 'Id, the person is not obliged
to listen. Allowed to leave the field after the prayer. Not as the sermon
Sunday, which is mandatory for us to attend.
In the hadeeth of Ibn Sa'id As Allaah 'anhu, he said:
شهدت مع رسول الله
صلى الله عليه وسلم
العيد فلما قضى الصلاة
قال إنا نخطب فمن
أحب أن يجلس للخطبة
فليجلس ومن أحب أن
يذهب فليذهب
"I saw praying 'Id with the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi
wa sallam. When finished, he said:" We are now berkhutbah. Anyone who
would listen, please sit down. And whoever is willing, please go ".

Rahimahullah Ibn al-Qayyim said, "In the past, when the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam perfect prayer, he turned and stood in
front of his friends, while they sit in their ranks. He gave mau'izhah, wills
and orders and banning them. He opened khuthbah -his speech by praising God. It
was never reported-in-one haditspun that he opened two sermons on the 'Eid
al-Fitr and' Eid al-Adh-ha with bertakbir. And given rukhshah for people who
attended the 'Id to listen to sermons or go ". [Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/429].
IF DAY 'ID coincides with Friday
When the day of 'Id day coincides with Friday, the Friday
prayer obligations for people who have attended the' Id be forever barred. But
for the authorities, should be ordered to set up the Friday prayers, to be
attended by people who do not watch 'Id or for those who wish to attend the
Friday of the people who have been praying' Id. And instead of Friday for

From Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam, he said:
قد اجتمع في يومكم
هذا عيدان فمن شاء
أجزأه من الجمعة وإنا
مجمعون. رواه أبو داود
و ابن ماجه
"Have you gathered on these two 'Id. Whosoever will,
then pray' Id had enough of Friday. However, we are working on the Friday
prayers." [Reported by Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah]
GOOD DAY TO SAY 'ID
Shaykh al-Islam were congratulated on the day of 'Id. He
replied:
"Congratulating the day of 'Id; if someone meets his
brother, then he said تقبل
الله منا ومنكم (may Allah accept good deeds from us and
from you), or أعاده الله عليك (may God give good things to you), or
semisalnya, in something like this has been narrated from among a group of
friends, that they first do it. And diperperbolehkan by Imam Ahmad and much
more. Imam Ahmad said, 'I did not start with congratulating someone' Id.
However, if someone congratulated me, I'll menjawanya, because the answer
tahiyyah obligatory. The congratulations started 'Id is not a sunnah are
ordered, and do not include anything that is prohibited. Whoever does the work,
then there is a case in point. And for those who do not do it, there is also an
example ". [Majmu 'Fatawa, 24/253, see also Al Mughni, 3/294].

Exhausting event to welcome the arrival of the holiday
happening everywhere. Most of the Muslims with a flurry of late a lot of time,
effort and money. Did not hesitate, uangpun issued without feeling heavy. What
is important, according to their feasts can be passed to the more meaningful.
Habits like this, every year we can see, almost always paint
the eve of the feast. As if rushing is a necessity that can not be abandoned by
most of the people of Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. However, another
here, on the eve of the feast, many more important things are neglected.
Rampant kemungkaran much underrated by some people have blue
confuse this glorious day. Some kemungkaran it, there is already often the case
outside the holiday, and got worse when the holiday arrives. For example, like
to decorate themselves with shaving, greet non-mahram woman, tabarruj (beauty
showing off), like the heathen in the dress and enjoy the music, to set a time
for the pilgrimage of the grave, as well as distributing food and sweets, to
sit on top grave, wasting no faidahnya property, and many others. All of this
taint this glorious feast.
However, in this discussion, we will not explore the above
issues. However, we will focus on some of the errors in the exercise of the Salaah.
Hopefully this can inspire our awareness to be more careful. Encourages us to
be more eager to go to assemblies of science, asks' alim, as well as reading
the books of the scholars, so that could be spared and not get caught up in the
wrong habits. Moreover, if the error was already entrenched.
Among the mistakes that often occur in the implementation of
praying 'Id, is as follows:
A. SOME PEOPLE UNDERESTIMATE Salaah and consider CASE, AND
NOT IN THE FIELD fulfilled
Imam Ash Syaukani said, "Behold, the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam always pray at two feasts (' Eid al Fitr and
Adh-ha). He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never left, even if only once. He
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam commanded Muslims to come out of prayer, to the
extent ordered by a woman, whether slave, female seclusion and menstruating
women to get out. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam ordered to the periods away
from a place of prayer, witnessing and preaching the good of the Muslims. To
the extent that women are commanded to have a veil, in order to lend his
brother who does not have a hijab. All this shows, that the prayer 'Id
mandatory for all individuals (fard' ain, Red), not fardlu kifayah ". [As
Sailur Jarar, 1/315].
I (famous Shaikh Salman Hasan) said: "(In the above
explanation, Red), Imam Ash Syaukani intimated to the hadith of Umm Athiyah
Allaah 'anha who said:
أمرنا رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم أن
نخرجهن في الفطر والأضحى
العواتق والحيض وذوات الخدور
فأما الحيض فيعتزلن الصلاة
ويشهدن الخير ودعوة المسلمين
قلت يا رسول الله
إحدانا لا يكون لها
جلباب قال لتلبسها أختها
من جلبابها
"Allah ordered us to remove the women on 'Eid al Fitr
and' Eid al Adh-ha, that is the slave, the woman who is menstruating and
seclusion of women. As for the woman who is menstruating out of prayer. (In
another narration of the field) and witness and preach the good of the Muslims.
I (Umm Athiyah) said: "O, Messenger of Allah. One of us did not have a
veil". Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Let the brother
put a scarf to his brother, who did not have a veil." [ 1]
He commands sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that out, then the
command to pray for those who do not have udzur. This is based on the intent of
the conversation. Due out to mushalla (field) is washilah (means) for prayer.
(If) wasilahnya mandatory, it will cause the goal of washilah it also becomes
mandatory. And men are more obligatory than women. [See Al Mau'izhah Al
Hasanah, 43].
Among the arguments which show the necessity of prayer two
festivals, the prayers' Id could abort (could replace, Red) Friday prayers if
the coinciding on the same day. There is a legitimate history of the Prophet,
that he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said when the feast day coincides with
Friday.
اجتمع في يومكم هذا
عيدان فمن شاء أجزأه
من الجمعة وإنا مجمعون
"On the day you present, collected two feast days.
Anyone who would like (no Friday prayers), then he has been inadequate from the
Friday prayers. And we're collecting holiday and Friday prayers, and we'll keep
praying Fri ' at. "[2]
We already know, something that the law is mandatory, will
not be able to abort something that is mandatory. There is a legitimate
history, since the prayer 'Id disyari'atkan, he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam
always pray 'Id the congregation up until his death. Deed He sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam who always pray' Id coupled with its orders to the men to quit
praying 'Id. See Majmu 'Fatawa Ibn Taymiyyah (24/212, 23/161) and Ar Raudah An
Nadiyah (1/142), Nailul Authar (3/282-283) and Tamamul Minnah, 344. And the
necessity of praying 'Id, is the choice of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. He
said: "We consider rajih (strengthening) expressed the opinion that the
prayer 'Id it is obligatory for everyone, as the saying of Abu Hanifa and
others. So is the opinion of one of Imam ash-Shafi'i, and one of two opinions
in the madhhab of Imam Ahmad.
The greeting that says, 'Prayers' Eed is not required
", the words are very far from the truth. Indeed praying 'Id is a very
large syi'ar Islam, and people who had gathered for prayers' Id is greater than
the Friday prayers. On this day, disyari'atkan Takbir. And opinions of people
who say "Prayer" Id fard kifaya ", these words do not have a
solid foundation. [Majmu 'Fatawa, 23/161]
Here, we briefly reflect on the command Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam in the hadeeth of Umm Athiyah earlier. In it there is a
command for women who are menstruating and women slaves to witness and preach
the good of the Muslims. From this hadith can be taken two legal jurisprudence:
A. Disyari'atkan to women to attend prayers out 'Id.
We recommend to women to attend the congregation of the
Muslims, as Allah commands realization sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Do not
forget we remind them, as well as those responsible for the obligation to wear
the hijab syar'i. Sometimes some people are surprised to shariah court for
release of women into the Salaah.
Behold, this is the truth that there is no doubt in it.
Because, many hadith explains this. Here, we both ends meet with the hadeeth of
Umm Athiyah above. This hadith is not just as a proposition disyari'atkannya
prayer alone. Even more than that, which indicates the necessity of prayer for
the women, because it commands the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. And
the legal origin of the command is mandatory. This is corroborated by the
history of Ibn Abi Bakr Abu Syaibah and Allaah 'anhu.
حق على كل ذي
نطاق الخروج إلى العدين
"True, for every person who has sayak (skirt), exit to
the Salaah" [3]
2. Prayed two holiday place on the field, not a mosque,
although it may be in the mosque.
From the other hand, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam strongly encourage the women to attend prayers menstruation' Id, while
the mosque is not feasible filled menstruating women. When they visit the
mosque should not be when your period, then the only field that they should
attend. This is described in many ahaadeeth, such as those from Abu Said Al
Khudri Radhiyalahu 'anhu, he said:
كان رسول الله صلى
الله عليه وسلم يخرج
يوم الفطر والأضحى إلى
المصلى فأول شيء يبدأ
به الصلاة
"In the past, the Prophet came out to mushalla n
(field) at the feast of 'Eid al Fitr and Adh-ha. And the first thing he did was
pray n (ied)". [4]
Ibn al-Hajj al-Maliki said: "The Sunnah which has been
running in two prayers ied this problem, is done in the field. Since, the
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
صلاة في مسجدي هذا
أفضل من ألف صلاة
فيما سواه إلا المسجد
الحرام
"Praying in masjidku this a thousand times more
important than praying in a mosque in others, except the Grand Mosque" [5]
Although the prayers at the Prophet's Mosque great virtues,
but he n (still) out into the field and leave the mosque. (Al Madkhal, 2/283).
Action based on this sunnah goes on in the early days, unless forced, like the
rain and the semisalnya. Thus the opinion of four priests schools (Hanafi,
Malik, Shafi'i and Ahmad) and others.
Also, this sunnah (the prayer on the field) has great
wisdom. Ie, the Muslims have two days (special) in a year. On this day,
residents of all countries (a region) gathered, men, women and children. They
face to God wholeheartedly. They gathered in one sentence, praying behind an
imam, bertakbir, bertahlil and pray to Allah Almighty with full sincerity. As
if they were of one heart. They exult, rejoice with Almighty Allah's blessings
to them. So that the holiday is a happy day.
I hope the Muslims reacted positively to pursue their sunna,
turn religion into terms syi'ar glory (authority) and their good fortune.
ياأيها
الذين ءامنوا استجيبوا لله
وللرسول إذا دعاكم لما
يحييكم
"O ye who believe, fulfill God's call and the call for
an Apostle to the Apostles call on you to give life to you" [Surat
al-Anfal: 24]
B. WHEN NOT TO FIELD Takbir braze
Of Az Zuhri rahimahullah, that the Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam used to go out on holidays and bertakbir to get to the field,
and to finish the prayer. When finished, he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam stop
Takbir. [6]
In this hadith there is the argument disyari'atkannya acts
committed by some Muslims, namely Takbir loudly while walking toward the field.
Most people start meremehkam this sunnah, until now it seemed to have become
the story of the past (and almost nowhere to be found again-red). This is
because the weakness of their religion, and ashamed to confess and reveal this
sunnah.
Ironically, among them there is a duty to give guidance and
teaching to man. (But) as guidance in their view is limited to transfer
knowledge to the human teacher. As for something that is desperately needed to
know, this did not get their attention. In fact, they consider the discussion
and giving a warning in this matter, both by word and deed as an act of waste,
which do not deserve to be noticed in the actions and teachings. Innalillahi wa
inna ilaihi raji'un.
All you need to get attention here, namely the Takbir peal
disyari'atkan not be shared with one voice, as done by some people. Likewise
with the disyari'atkan dhikr out loud or not loud disyari'atkan. This is all
not disyari'atkan the congregation. And the semisalnya with this, is the prayer
in congregation as known in Damascus with the name Athan Al Juuq. Often times,
congregational dhikr (by one vote) to cause the termination of a word or
sentence, which should not be waqaf (stop) the word or phrase, like
"lailaha" in tahlil after Fajr and Maghrib, as it is repeated times
we hear.
Therefore, we should always be alert and always remember the
words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
وخير الهدى هدى محمد
"And the best of guidance is the guidance the Prophet
sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam'.
C. LIFT IN EACH HAND Takbir pray 'ID
There is no legal history of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi
wa sallam, who declared he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam raise their hands in
prayer when Takbir 'Id. However, Ibn al-Qayyim said: "And Ibn 'Umar, when
he was very keen to follow the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa
sallam - held up both hands simultaneously with each Takbir". (Zaadul
Ma'ad, 1/441). And best of guidance is the guidance of the Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam, although Ibn Umar narrated this hadith and father of Allaah'
anhuma, but will not make it as a Sunnah. Moreover it is not true history.
Shaykh Al-Albani said: "The history of Umar, is
narrated by Bayhaqi with a weak sanad. While the history of Ibn Umar, I have
not got it. And verily Imam Malik said, 'I have not heard about this one
haditspun'. "[Tamamul Minnah, p. 349].
Thus the opinion of Imam Malik, as contained in the Al
Madunah (1/169). And this opinion was quoted by Imam Nawawi in Majmu '(5/26).
Only Ibn Mundhir told: "Imam Malik said, 'In this case, there is no
definite Sunnah. Whoever wants, then he raised his hand every time the takbir.
And I'm most passionate about, namely the first (not held up his hand) '.
"
D. QABLIYAH Sunnah prayer before Salaah ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND
"AS prayer JAAMI'AH" BEFORE STANDING for prayers
Views of the majority Muslim country, the people who
attended the prayer 'Id in the field to pray two rak'ahs before sitting in his
place, to await the establishment of the priest to pray. Prayed two rak'ahs
there is no origin of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, even there is
a history of Allaah ibn Abbas' anhu
أن النبي صلى الله
عليه وسلم خرج يوم
الفطر فصلى ركعتين لم
يصل قبلها ولا بعدها
"That the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam prayed
two rak'ahs at the feast. He did not pray two rak'ahs before and after
that" [HR. Bukhari and Muslim]
Al Hafiz Ibn Hajar said: "In conclusion, there is no
circumcision before and after praying the prayer 'Id, the same person he
mengkiaskannya (equating praying' Id) with Friday prayers." [Fath-Hul
Bari, 2/476].
Imam Ahmad said: "There is no voluntary prayers before
and after the 'Id'. (Masail Al Imam Ahmad, no. 469). And he said also:
"There is no voluntary prayers before and after the 'Id. The Prophet came
out praying 'Id does not perform the prayer before or since. Most of Basrah
residents to pray before, and some residents Kuffah voluntary prayer after
". [Masail Al Imam Ahmad, no. 479]
Ibn al-Qayyim said: "He and his companions n g
circumcision does not perform prayers before and after praying 'Id when it has
reached the ground". (Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/443). When the Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa salam had reached the field, he was praying' Id prayer and iqamat
without, and without saying "ash shalatu jami'ah". And is the law, do
not do a bit of it. (Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/442 and At Tamhid, 1/243).
E. TURN NIGHT KINGDOM
Many preachers and preachers actively encourage people to
draw closer to God, namely by turning on the evening feast. In fact, their
advice is not found the back of the authentic.
They are not enough to encourage people to turn tonight.
Even those (brave) attribute (resting) greeting to the Prophet sallallaahu
'alaihi wa sallam by using the arguments:
من أحي ليلة الفطر
والأضحى لم يمت قلبه
يوم تموت القلوب
"Whoever turned the night 'Eid ul-Fitr and Adh-ha, his
heart will not die on the day of his death cautious man" [7].
History on a false hadith, and should not be attributed to
the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, much less charitable to him and
called for a human to do so.
F. Sermon OPENING AND MANY SAY WITH Takbir Takbir sermons
Ibn al-Qayyim said: "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam always opened his speech by praising God. There is no history in any one
hadith that he started preaching two id with Takbir. Only, Ibn Majah narrated
in his Sunan from Sa'ad Al Qardhi, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam reproduce Takbir in the middle of the sermon, and the emphasis Takbir
two holiday sermons.
But history does not indicate when he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa
sallam started the sermon with Takbir.
People have been at loggerheads on the issue and the feast
of the opening two istisqa. Some say 'sermon' id and istisqa begins with Takbir
", and others say" istisqa sermon begins with forgiveness ", and
others say" both begin with hamdalah ".
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: "(He began the
sermon with hamdalah), that's right". [Zaadul Ma'ad, 1/447-448].
Famous Sheikh, said: "The weak hadith earlier. In
sanadnya, there is a weak man. Namely Abdurrahman bin Sa'ad bin Ammar bin Sa'ad
Al Muadzan. The latter majhul (not known), the Ammar bin Sa'ad. So it should
not be sunnatnya berhujjah Takbir in the middle of the sermon with the hadith
". [Tamamul Minnah, 351]
G. MAKING 'THE TWO IED WITH SEATING sermon and separated
All the history that is related to this issue is weak, can
not be used as evidence. Imam Nawawi rahimahullah said: "None of the
legitimate history of the issue of repetition sermon". [See Fiqh Sunnah,
1/223 and Tamamul Minnah, 348]
Thus some of the issues with irregularities berkaitang
prevalent in the implementation of the feast of 'Id. May be useful. And Allaah
knows best.
