WILL GOD (AL-AR-RABBAANIYYAH IRAADAH)

Al-iraadah ar-rabbaaniyyah (God Almighty) is divided into two kinds:
1. Iraadah Kauniyyah Qadariyyah (sunnatullah).
Iraadah is to convey the same masyii-ah (God's will), and the iraadah this, there is nothing that comes out of scope. Infidels and Muslims alike are in this kauniyyah iraadah. Therefore, obedience and disobedience everything is masyii-ah and iraadah God.
Among the examples is the word of Allah Almighty:
وإذا أراد الله بقوم سوءا فلا مرد له
"... And if God wills evil to a people, then no one can resist it ...." [Ar-Ra'd / 13: 11]
Also he said:
فمن يرد الله أن يهديه يشرح صدره للإسلام ومن يرد أن يضله يجعل صدره ضيقا حرجا كأنما يصعد في السماء
"Whoever Allah wills will give instructions to him, surely he paved his chest for (to embrace Islam). And whoever God wants apostasy, Allah makes his chest narrow again, as if he were climbing up into the sky .... . " [Al-An'am / 6: 125]
2. Iraadah Syar'iyyah Diiniyyah (Shari'a).
Iraadah includes love of Allah and His good pleasure.
Among the examples is the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:
يريد الله بكم اليسر ولا يريد بكم العسر
"... God desires ease for you, and does not stop you climb distress ...." [Al-Baqarah / 2: 185]
His words are also others:
والله يريد أن يتوب عليكم
"And God is going to accept taubatmu ...." [An-Nisaa '/ 4: 27]
Also His saying:
ما يريد الله ليجعل عليكم من حرج ولكن يريد ليطهركم
"... God does not mean to bother you, but he wanted to make you clean ...." [Al-Maa-idah: 6] 
Differences Between Both Iraadah 
Between iraadah iraadah syar'iyyah kauniyyah and there are some differences that distinguish each of them. Among these differences are as follows:
1. Iraadah kauniyyah sometimes God favored and blessed him, and sometimes unpopular and not pleasing to Him. The iraadah syar'iyyah is loved by God and blessed him, because it was to convey the same kauniyyah iraadah masyii-ah (the will), whereas it was to convey the same syar'iyyah iraadah mahabbah (love).
2. Iraadah kauniyyah sometimes meant for others, such as the creation of the devil and all evils, because it was obtained that the various cases of a loved one, such as repentance, Mujahadah, and seek forgiveness.
The iraadah syar'iyyah aimed dzatnya itself, because God wants obedience and love, mensyari'at her, and also pleased with dzatnya itself.
3. Iraadah kauniyyah sure it happens, because if God wills something, then it must happen, like someone turned on or off, or otherwise.
As iraadah syar'iyyah, such as Islam, for example, it does not have to happen, but it can happen and can not happen. If definite occurrence, surely the whole people had become Muslim.
4. Iraadah kauniyyah is rububiyyah regarding God and His creation, while iraadah syar'iyyah Uluhiyyah regarding God and His Shari'ah.
5. Two iraadah is gathered in those who obey. People who have been praying, for example, he has accumulated in between. Therefore, pray that God loved, He commanded, be pleased with, and love. This is a side of iraadah syar'iyyah. And because of what happened has been called, then this shows that God wants there, so be iraadah kauniyyah from this side. Therefore, the two iraadah is gathered in those who obey.
While iraadah kauniyyah, he alone, for example, in disbelief of the unbelievers and those who engage in immoral immorality. Because it has happened, then this shows that God wanted him, because something does not happen unless the masyii-ah (will) him. And because it (the case) was not loved and blessed God, it shows that this is not iraadah syar'iyyah iraadah kauniyyah.
While iraadah syar'iyyah was alone, for example in faith and obedience of the Gentiles were adulterous. Because of this love of God, then this is iraadah syar'iyyah. But because it has not happened-when God ordered him and loved him-then it shows that it iraadah syar'iyyah alone, because this is something that you want more preferably not happened.
6. Iraadah kauniyyah more general in terms of its relation to something that is not like God and not pleasing to Him, as the kafiran and disobedience, and more specifically in terms that he is not related to, for instance, faith and obedience of the Gentiles are wicked.
While iraadah syar'iyyah, it is more common in terms of its relation to everything ordered, either already happening or not happening, but more specifically in terms of that what happened to iraadah syar'iyyah sometimes not ordered.
Here are some differences between the two iraadah. Anyone who knows the difference between the two, he survived the various doubtful that have derailed many feet and misleading understanding. Whoever looked deeds-deeds that emerged from the servants of the two views, he has seen (correctly), and the goods-who saw the shari'ah without Qadr or otherwise, then he is the one who is blind. Examples of Case-Case Concerning Syar'iyyah and Kauniyyah
As the (division) iraadah, there are kauniyyah qadariyyah and some are syar'iyyah diiniyyah, as kitaabah (writing, permanence), orders, permits, make, word, entrepre-making, prohibition, provision, hatred, and the like. All of these cases, some of which shar `i and there are kauni.
a. Among the examples that are kauniyyah kitaabah is (like) the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:
كتب الله لأغلبن أنا ورسلي
"God has ordained, 'I and My apostles will be victorious ...." [Al-Mujaadilah/58: 21]
Meanwhile, among the examples that are syar'iyyah kitaabah is (as in) his word:
كتب عليكم الصيام
"... Compulsory upon you to fast ...." [Al-Baqarah / 2: 183]
b. "Orders" that are kauni is (as in) his word:
وما أمرنا إلا واحدة كلمح بالبصر
"And Our command is but one word like a blink of an eye." [Al-Qamar/54: 50]
While that is syar'i is (as in) his words:
إن الله يأمر بالعدل والإحسان
"Verily, Allah tells (you) to be fair and do good ...." [An-Nahl/16: 90]
c. "Permit" which is kauni is (as in) his word:
وما هم بضارين به من أحد إلا بإذن الله
"... And they (sorcerers) do not provide the magic to harm anyone except by Allah ...." [Al-Baqarah / 2: 102]
While that is syar'i is (as in) his words:
آلله أذن لكم أم على الله تفترون
"... What God has given you permission (about it) or you have to invent a God?" [Yunus/10: 59]
Also (are like in a) his words:
أم لهم شركاء شرعوا لهم من الدين ما لم يأذن به الله
Do they have any gods besides Allah mensyari'atkan to their religion are not allowed to Allah .... "[Asy-Syuura/42: 21]
d. "Making" which is kauni is (as in) the word of his:
كذلك يجعل الله الرجس على الذين لا يؤمنون
"... That God inflicted punishment to those who have no faith. [Al-An'am / 6: 125]
While the syar'i is (as in) his word:
ما جعل الله من بحيرة ولا سائبة
"Allah is never any bahiirah mensyari'atkan, saaibah ...." [Al-Maa-idah / 5: 103]
As His Word:
جعل الله الكعبة البيت الحرام
"God made the Ka'bah, the shrine ...." [Al-Maa-idah / 5: 97]
So this paragraph is included two iraadah. Because, God makes the Qadr and also with his shari'ah.
e. Similarly, "the sentence (word)," some of which kauni, (like) his words,
كذلك حقت كلمت ربك على الذين فسقوا أنهم لا يؤمنون
"Thus is thy Lord penalties against those who rebel: Verily they will not believe." [Yunus/10: 33]
While the syar'i, is (as in) his word:
حتى يسمع كلام الله
"... He had heard the word of God ...." [At-Tawbah / 9: 6]
Both types are gathered in His Word:
وصدقت بكلمات ربها
"... And she confirmed the Words of her Lord ...." [At-Tahrim/66: 12]
f. Similarly, "the mission (Ba'th)," there are kauni, (as in) his words:
بعثنا عليكم عبادا لنا
"... We shall bring unto the servants of Us ...." [Al-Israa '/ 17: 5]
There is also a syar'i, (as in) his word:
فبعث الله النبيين
"... Then Allah sent the Prophets ...." [Al-Baqarah / 2: 213]
Also he said:
هو الذي بعث في الأميين
"He was the one who sent to an illiterate people ...." [Al-Jumu'ah / 62: 2]
g. Similarly, deputation (Irsal) there are kauni, (like) his words:
وهو الذي يرسل الرياح
And he who winds .... "[Al-A'raf / 7: 57]
And there is also a syar'i, (as in) his word:
هو الذي أرسل رسوله بالهدى
"He who has sent His Messenger with the guidance ...." [Ash-Shaaf/61: 9]
h. "Prohibition" that are kauni, (as in) his words:
وحرمنا عليه المراضع
"And we are prevented Moses from suckling to the women who want to breastfeed (it) ...." [Al-Qashash/28: 12]
While the syar'i (as his word):
وحرم عليكم صيد البر ما دمتم حرما
"And forbidden upon you (catch) the ground game, as long as you are in a state of ihram ...." [Al-Maa-idah / 5: 96]
i. "Giving" which is kauni is (as in) his words:
والله يؤتي ملكه من يشاء
"... God gives reign to whom his desirable ...." [Al-Baqarah / 2: 247]
While that is Diini (syar'i) is (as in) the word of his:
خذوا ما آتيناكم بقوة
"... Hold firmly what We have given you ...." [Al-Baqarah / 2: 93]
And also (as in) his word,
يؤتي الحكمة من يشاء
"God gives wisdom to whom He wills ...." [Al-Baqarah / 2: 269]
The above verse includes two types iraadah, because He gave the second command, and religion and Taufik and inspiration.
j. Similarly "hatred," there are kauni, (as in) his word:
ولكن كره الله انبعاثهم
"... But Allah disliked their departure ...." [At-Tawbah / 9: 46]
And there is also a syar'i, as in His saying:
كل ذلك كان سيئه عند ربك مكروها
"All the evil in the Lord greatly hated you." [Al-Israa '/ 17: 38]
The differences between these matters-from one side of them that there are syar'i Diini and there are kauni qadari-are like the differences between the two will of god, that there is kauniyyah qadariyyah and there are syar'iyyah diiniyyah.

WHAT CAN ugliness ascribed kepad GOD Almighty?

If someone asks: We believe in Qadar, good and bad, that comes from God, but is justified evil person attributes to Allaah? Is there anything bad in his actions?
The answer: Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is the Glory of the evil, and do not do except kindness. Qadar attributed to God not contain any bad in a way. Therefore, the knowledge of God, recording, masyii-ah and His creation, everything was pure goodness and perfect in every way. Vices should not be attributed to any one aspect of God, not in His Essence, not in Asthma (names) and his nature, and not also in his deeds.
If he did evil, He has drawn a name from the ugliness to him, and will not also all His Asma Husna (beautiful), but it will undoubtedly be drawn to him the law of ugliness. High and Holy God (of it all).
The ugliness was there in His creatures. Vices that are in what is specified (al-maqdhi), not in the conditions (al-qadha '). He became worse when connected to a place, and well when connected to other places. Sometimes being good when connected in place (or goal) from one side, as he is worse than the other, even that common.
It's like Qisas, enforcement of hudud, and kill infidels. It is bad for them, not from all sides, but from one side only, but good for them because it provides benefit other than to deter, punish, and reject evil humans to each other. Similarly the disease, although the bad from one side, but both of the other sides.
In conclusion, the evil is not attributed to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, because there is information in Shahiih Muslim that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam praised his Lord to purify him from evil, through prayer istiftah, which in his words:
... لبيك وسعديك والخير كله في يديك, والشر ليس إليك, أنا بك وإليك, تباركت وتعاليت ... .
"... I call thee filled with joy, kindness wholly at thy hands, and evil is not attributed to you. I take refuge in and rely on You, Glory to You and the Most High .... "
Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said, commenting on this hadeeth, "Glorified and Almighty God of penisbatan ugliness in him, and all that is attributed to him is good. The ugliness is disconnected into disrepute because of Him. If connected to Him, He is not an evil. God created good and evil, then evil exists in most creatures, not in His creation and works.
Creation, deeds, qadha ', and His Qadr is better as completely. Therefore, He Subhanahu wa Ta'alasuci of kezhaliman, which ha-kikat of kezhaliman itself is not put something in place. He's not putting anything but a suitable place, and it is either entirely. The ugliness is not putting anything in its place, if put in place, it is not bad. Thus has been known that the evil is not attributed to him, and the names of His Attributes proves it. "
He also said, "The names of His Attributes blocking penisbatan evil, ugliness and kezhaliman to Him, though He Subhanahu wa Ta'alaPencipta everything. He is the Creator of man, action, movement, and their speech. If the servant doing the forbidden vices, the servants themselves who have done evil.
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is what makes doing so. His creation is righteousness, wisdom, and truth. He makes those who do (for the ugliness of it) is a virtue, while acts committed culprit is evil. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, by doing this, it has put something in its place, because it contains the profound wisdom that He rightfully praised therefore, all that is goodness, wisdom, and welfare, despite the actions resulting from the slave is a sin, disgrace , and ugliness. "
"As a result, that the evil is not attributed to Allah Ta'ala, as is the ugliness is not putting anything in its place, namely kezhaliman, the opponent is justice, and God is the Holy One of kezhaliman.
If what is meant by evil punishment, because sin does, then by God holding penalty for sin, it is not considered evil for him, in fact it is the justice of his.
If what is meant by that evil is the absence of goodness and the factors that led to the good of it, then it's not ketidakadaannya works, so it can be attributed to God. Servant of God does not have the right to order that He gave taufik him, because this is a gift of God that He gives to whom He wills. And, blocking the gift is not a kezhaliman nor evil. "
Shaykh al-Islam rahimahullah said: "Allaah does not need all his servants. He only ordered them to what is beneficial for them, and forbid them from what they are harmful. He does good to all His servants with orders to them, and do good to them by helping them in obedience.
Suppose, a pious man who worships ordered to what is beneficial for them, and then he helps some people to do what he tells them, and do not help others, surely he (thought) has been good to all of them perfectly, and does not do injustice to the people who he does not do good to him.
And if he punishes those who sin with punishment demanded by justice and wisdom, nis believe he was praised for this and that.
Contrast this with the wisdom of the wise Judge and Merciful The most cherish? Therefore, His command is the guidance, instruction, and guidance to goodness. If he helped them for doing what he was told, then he has perfected over the case ordered a favor, and thanked him for this and that. Even if he did not help him, even let him, so he does sin, then in this case he has the wisdom of others. "
Then if a servant has to know what is beneficial and what is harmful to him, then he berkeharusan submission to Allaah, so he helped him to do what is beneficial to him, and said, "I will not do, that God created the act to me. "Similarly, if an enemy or wild animal attacked him, so he had to run and do not say," I will wait, until God made me run. "
From this it seems clear to us that evil can not be ascribed to God Almighty.

The role of parents is crucial and the whole good-bad-whether or not the child's personality. For that parents must be held accountable before Allah Almighty in the Hereafter of her children.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
ما من مولود إلا يولد على الفطرة فأبواه يهودانه أو ينصرانه أو يمجسانه
No one is born but was born in fithrah (Islam) it. Both his parents are making the Jewish people, Christian or Zoroastrian. [HR. Al-Bukhari and Muslim] 
This hadith shows that parents determine whether or not pious child. Because each child is at the origin of Islam and the nature of faith; until later came outside influences, including whether or not the parents manage them.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:
كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته الإمام راع ومسئول عن رعيته والرجل راع في أهله وهو مسئول عن رعيته والمرأة راعية في بيت زوجها ومسئولة عن رعيتها
Each of you is a caretaker, and each of you will be asked for answers as to what is the responsibility of maintenance: A leader is a custodian, he will be asked for answers as to what is the responsibility of maintenance. A man was also caretaker in her family, she will be asked for answers as to what is the responsibility of maintenance. And a woman is a caretaker in her husband's house, she will be asked for answers as to what is the responsibility of maintenance. [HR. al-Bukhari] 
So the parents are fully responsible for their children. Therefore every parent should take fully into account the development and future of their children, the future is not oriented to worldly success, but the important thing is to be successful afterlife. Thus, parents should not be selfish, for example by doing push outwardly looks as if for the sake of the child, but the truth for the sake of goodness, prestige or popularity parents. So finally one step.
Here are some tips to form a true child's personal and tips implementing education.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF EDUCATION
If returned to the purpose of human creation, which is only to worship God Almighty alone. So the role of the parents to be very big to drive their children to be servants of Allah Almighty that the pious, who only worship Him alone. It is a great sin if the parents do not really steer their children toward worship is the goal of human creation.
In this case the example of the prophets' was Salam alaihimush shalâtu must be followed. For example, Allaah tells the Prophet Ya'qub Alaihissallam attention to their children. Allaah tells his words to his children when he dies before:
أم كنتم شهداء إذ حضر يعقوب الموت إذ قال لبنيه ما تعبدون من بعدي قالوا نعبد إلهك وإله آبائك إبراهيم وإسماعيل وإسحاق إلها واحدا ونحن له مسلمون
Are you present when Ya'qub arrival (signs of) death, when he said to his sons: "What do you worship after me?" They replied: "We shall worship your god and the god of your fathers; Abraham, Ishmael, and Isaac, (ie) the only deity of His Almighty one and we submit to Him." [Al-Baqarah / 2:133]
Although this verse is actually intended to refute the notion of people ahlul book that Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, and Ya'qub are the ones who are Jews or Christians, but it also contains a clear understanding that prophets are always memperhatian creed offspring . Namely that they are always just worship God Almighty alone.
Imam Tabari rahimahullah said in his commentary: "The interpretation of the verse is:" O Jews and Christians, those who reject the prophethood of Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam! Did you attend and see the state on the eve Ya'kub death? ' That is; guys when it is not present. Therefore you should not claim to be bathil that the prophets and apostles of my Jewish and Christian. Behold I have sent my Khalil (beloved) of Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael and offspring to carry the message of Islam is right. With this treatise they give testament to their descendants and ordered them to follow him. If you are present at the time of their death, would you hear from them that they are not in your religion consider ". [3 ]
So is the attention and education that do Luqman to his son. Allah Almighty says:
وإذ قال لقمان لابنه وهو يعظه يا بني لا تشرك بالله إن الشرك لظلم عظيم
And (remember) when Luqman said to his son, at the time he gave a lesson to him, "My son, do not be to Allah Almighty, indeed ascribe (Allaah) is really kezhaliman (injustice) are great".
ووصينا الإنسان بوالديه حملته أمه وهنا على وهن وفصاله في عامين أن اشكر لي ولوالديك إلي المصير
And We commanded man (to do good) to the two mothers of his father, his mother had conceived him in a weakened state that increase steadily, and weaning in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your fathers two mothers, only to the husbandman your return.
وإن جاهداك على أن تشرك بي ما ليس لك به علم فلا تطعهما وصاحبهما في الدنيا معروفا واتبع سبيل من أناب إلي ثم إلي مرجعكم فأنبئكم بما كنتم تعملون
And if they strive to associate anything with Me, that which you have no knowledge about it, then do not obey them, both in the world and pergaulilah well, and follow the path back to me, and then only to the husbandman return, then I will tell you of the future-what you do.
يا بني إنها إن تك مثقال حبة من خردل فتكن في صخرة أو في السماوات أو في الأرض يأت بها الله إن الله لطيف خبير
(Luqman said): "O my son, indeed if there is (a deed) weight of a mustard seed, and be in a rock or in the heavens or in the earth, Allah Almighty will bring it (reply). Smooth Allah, All-knowing .
يا بني أقم الصلاة وأمر بالمعروف وانه عن المنكر واصبر على ما أصابك إن ذلك من عزم الأمور
My son, be steadfast in prayer and dispatch (humans) are doing good and forbid (them) from the unjust actions and be patient over what befalls you. Verily it includes things that are required (by Allaah)
ولا تصعر خدك للناس ولا تمش في الأرض مرحا إن الله لا يحب كل مختال فخور
And do not look away from the man (for pride) nor walk in insolence through the earth. Indeed Allaah loves not the arrogant pride themselves again.
واقصد في مشيك واغضض من صوتك إن أنكر الأصوات لصوت الحمير
And how simple you in walking and lunakkanlah voice. Indeed, the sound is bad-bad ass voice. [Luqmân/31 :13-19]
So the important lesson of Luqman to his son contained in Surah Luqman, verse 13-19. The essence of the lesson Luqman is important for the educational future of their children, especially the future hereafter.
In a nutshell the essence of a lesson in Surah Luqman is as follows:
1. Disyari'atkannya that parents provide education and testament to their children about what it can provide benefits in this world and in the hereafter.
2. Wills it must start from the question of monotheism and warning from Shirk, because Shirk is kezhaliman and injustice that would abolish charity.
3. Then about the necessity of gratitude to God Almighty, thankful (grateful) to both parents, and about the necessity of doing good to the parents.
4. Furthermore should not obey anyone if the command is disobedience to Allah Almighty. Obedience is the thing that is not immoral.
5. About the necessity of following the path that tauhid Mu'minin, and the prohibition of following the path of innovation experts.
6. Feel the necessity of always being watched by Allah Almighty, whether in closed or open. And should not underestimate the goodness or badness affairs although small or little.
7. Obligatory prayers correctly in accordance with the terms and harmony, and should thuma'nînah in it.
8. Enjoining enforce mandatory - nahi unjust gently conform to your needs and abilities.
9. About having to be patient in the face of challenges when implementing enjoining - nahi unjust.
10. About illegitimate arrogant and cocky bastard when walking.
11. On his modest and moderate when walking, not slow and not too fast.
12. And also about not raising the voice exceeds the needs, because loud outside needs a donkey habits. 
Indeed, efforts to direct the child to be pious children who pray only to Allah Almighty and the left and hated idolatry, will be done through a process tarbiyah (education). "Tarbiyah is one of the most important aspects of human life". 
Murabbi or educator fact only Allaah alone, without partners him in Lordship. He is the Rabb (the mentarbiyah) throughout the universe. Furthermore, the right to follow tarbiyahnya after Allah Almighty is the Apostles; those who have been chosen by God Almighty and have ditarbiyah directly by him the Book and Wisdom, as ditarbiyah directly with all ni'mat and gifts His. Then, later followed entitled tarbiyah again are the heirs of prophets tarbiyah; tarbiyah people are getting directly from the hands of the prophets and nurtured by the food science and morals of the prophets. The ensuing period was serialized tarbiyah pattern is the next generation is taken from the previous generation. Most people can absorb tarbiyah pattern prophetic teachings of Allah Almighty is one of the most ittiba 'against him, either scientific, its practice and preachings. 
More specifically, tarbiyah or education that properly implemented in order to establish personal worship to God Almighty and of course had to rely on the rule of Allah Almighty tarbiyah. Because He is Murabbi actually. Means also have tangible guidance to people in general, and to children in particular, to always follow directions (huda) Allah Almighty.
Meanwhile, Imam Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah (d. 751 H) explain the meaning of following instructions (huda) Allah Almighty to produce happiness, elimination of fear of the Hereafter and loss of sadness (because it is not a disaster in the next-pen.) Is;
First: To believe all the news coming Allaah syubhatpun untrammeled by anything that can contaminate beliefs.
Second: Carry out all his commandments syahwatpun untrammeled by anything up to block the execution of the order.
At this the two pivots faith, believe that the news and obey orders. Two it was followed by two others, namely:-Get rid of doubtful doubtful that infiltrate falsehood and hinder convictions intact, and get rid of fleshly intact inhibit aberrant practice of the commandments "
Doubtful danger and lust:
Indeed, in the life of this world there are two great dangers, namely:
1. Danger doubtful. That is the danger that will destroy and change the beliefs, of the right to deviate.
2. Danger lust. That is the danger that will destroy the personality and adherence to religious orders.
In management education, your child will face two big dangers. Therefore, parents should always be aware of two dangers. While the dangers of lust must be addressed with continuous guidance towards the implementation of the religious orders. Then choose a good milieu; choose the institution of strict control over disobedience and violation of sharia, as well as strict in giving a good example and always minimize the potential for the development of disobedience, irregularities and violations syar'i in children. In addition, parents should also supervise the child reading materials.
Imam Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said, "Two of the case, which is doubtful, and lust, is the base of a human damage and misery in this world and in the hereafter. As the first two points, which believes every word of Almighty Allah and obey His commandments, is a base of human happiness and goodness, in this world and in the hereafter. 
Tashfiyah And Tarbiyah:
In essence, that the role of parents in managing their children can run optimally, must meet two important things:
1. Tashfiyah, namely cleaning of understanding, thought and belief from all harm. So that faith, understanding and manhajnya in religion so straight. This is done by providing knowledge and scientific teaching straight.
2. Tarbiyah, which is to guide, develop, adapt and provide exemplary child to get used to enforce obedience to Allaah and leave all disobedience.
In this regard Imam Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah explains: "That is because humans have two potential;
1. The potential power of accurate comprehension and its other potentials that follow the form of the power of science, knowledge and ability to speak.
2. The potential of the will and preferences along with other potentials that follow the form of intention, determination and (spirit) do.
Doubtful it will affect the corrupted (stray) and his understanding of its scientific potential, as long as there is no attempt to treat by getting rid of it doubtful. While impotence will affect the potential failure (screwing) it will do good, as long as there is no attempt to treat with doubtful rid of it. 
It is also the task of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam as educators people in accordance with the command of Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty says:
لقد من الله على المؤمنين إذ بعث فيهم رسولا من أنفسهم يتلو عليهم آياته ويزكيهم ويعلمهم الكتاب والحكمة وإن كانوا من قبل لفي ضلال مبين
Indeed God has given gifts to people who believe when God sent among them a Messenger from among themselves, who read to them the verses of Allah, cleanse (soul) them, and teaching them the Book and Wisdom. And indeed before (the coming of the Prophet), they are really in manifest error. [Ali Imran / 3:164]
It is also a must for every preacher and educator, including the mother's father.
Tazkiyah (cleansing the soul) will not be able to run perfectly without any tarbiyah. While the study groups (teaching science) would not be perfect without any tashfiyah. Because the two are closely related and can not be separated .
Someone to clean his soul if practiced all the provisions of the Shari'ah of Allah Almighty which includes faith, worship until mu'amalah. Without it, how can someone be clean soul. But all that will not happen unless the right tarbiyah and exemplary.
Meanwhile, knowledge and understanding of one's be straight and true when scientific teaching him properly done by al-Qur'ân and Sunnah appropriate understanding of the Salafush-Salih, through the hands or teaching resources are also true.
If one studies Islam through innovation expert hands, the deviant, the Western infidels, or other sources are wrong understanding of Islam, of course, is the knowledge and understanding of the results have a distorted and perverted. That is the importance of the tashfiyah.
Because of that every parent has an important role in this process and tarbiyah tashfiyah.
So some things may need to be considered in the care of mother father children.
Furthermore, that is also important for the parents is to pray to God Almighty that his efforts a success with the kids and really be pious children and shalehah. Allaah al-Muwaffiq.

Praise be to Allaah who has arranged this nature in such a way that neatly, but the humans that change the order of a very big mess, both in human life and the universe.
Greetings and hopefully always salawat devolved to the main model in the association that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, family, his Companions and his followers ridwânullahualaih good until the Day of Resurrection.
In today's door wide open disobedience. Fajir wicked woman and have been deceived by Satan to spit genitalia everywhere. Free people's eyes look things which are forbidden, except those who Allah Almighty blessed. Mixed between men and women happens everywhere. Pornographic magazines and movies is rampant without control. Traveling to the lands and infidel broken wide open. Loved every teenage promiscuity. Prostitution and pornographic media opened at any place, and any person freely enjoy without limits.
Free sex and dating, even casual sex among young people is considered normal case, because it has become a lifestyle (lifestyle) among some people. Woman hand and go with men who are not mahram, whether in an official event, relax, study or business. So it is not inevitable that a great calamity will befall the young generation of this country.
Therefore, a Muslim teenager who wants to have a way but still clean and not contaminated by various kinds of bad habits and moral decadence to become "the dregs of society", should pay attention and avoid bad habits following:
1. Free association
The condition is truly alarming, because the children are still young and productive, that should still mean it determines the direction of his life, was mired in promiscuity and drug use. This condition is exacerbated by the television show featuring a bed scene is vulgar or cheap magazine. Waliyyâdzu Billah, Allahu musta'ân.
Islam as a perfect religion, ethics association has set the norms are very beautiful. If practiced, will create a life of honor and dignity. Allaah keep people with Islamic law that restricts mingling between men and women closely. Not to be mixed up between men and women, even the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade women often leave the house, except for urgent and very important; though to pray. As `Abdullah ibn Umar Umar narrated that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
إذا استأذنكم نساؤكم بالليل إلى المسجد فأذنوا لهن
"If your wives permission to you during the night to the mosque (for worship), then let them." 
A wife should not leave without getting the pleasure of the husband, even to visit his family, for the husband to comply with obligatory. The above hadith also has meaning if she wanted to pray in congregation in the mosque had to ask her husband.
2. Shaking Hands with Women Not Mahram

لأن يطعن في رأس أحدكم بمخيط من حديد, خير له من أن يمس امرأة لا تحل له

So he would not dare oppose the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was, for whatever reason. So therefore he dare to break the tradition that can trigger a variety of immorality, including adultery. Subhanallah detailed how Allaah make rules to keep his servant so that any small untainted. It is appropriate we Muslims in particular and mankind in general carry out the instructions the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, because nothing is forbidden except in it and nothing contained mafsadat everything ordered except where there is benefit.
3. Courtship (berkhalwah and ikhtilath)
Courtship in Indonesian dictionary meaning is a friend of the opposite sex are fixed and have a relationship based on love. Means to be in love with each other while dating or berkasih-pity or so trivial an affair with the opposite sex before marriage is usually done only together.

من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يخلون بإمرأة ليس معها ذي محرم منها فإن ثالثهما الشيطان
Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day let alone with a woman who was not with mahram because the third is the devil. 
Amir bin Rabi'a radi anhu said that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
ألا لا يخلون رجل بامرأة لا تحل له فإن ثالثهما الشيطان إلا محرم
You know, not to be a man alone with a woman who is not lawful for him, because the third one is evil except with mahram. (Narrated by Ahmad no: 142) and a similar hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbaas anhu have spoken above.
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
إياكم والدخول على النساء, فقال رجل من الأنصار: يا رسول االله فرأيت الحمو?, قال: الحمو الموت.
Keep yourself from getting into the place of women. A man from the Ansar said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about Al Hamwu? He said: "Al Hamwu is death." 
The purpose of al-Hamwu is the husband's brother (in-law).
4. Wild Eyes outlook
Keep careful not littered with women who do not look kosher to open some or all of her nakedness. Similarly, a woman should not look at the man who opened his private parts, either on television, film or other, let alone see firsthand. Say to the believing men: "Let them hold views, and maintains his cock; such is purer for them, surely Allah is Aware of what they do" Say to the believing women: "Let them hold their views and maintain their genitals. [An-Nuur/24: 30-31]
In Musnad Ahmad that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
النظرة سهم مسموم من سهام إبليس.
"The view is one of the darts darts arrows of Satan" 
Ibn Qayyim rahimahullah said: "They are the arrows and demonic messenger, so keep a principle of maintaining pubic view. Those who take his view means has plunged himself into ruin. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
يا علي لا تتبع النظرة النظرة فإن لك الأولى وليست لك الأخرة
O Ali, do not follow the view after view, because you only have the right to view the first and not the next view. "
(That was a sudden and accidental). 
5. Listening to Music and Singing.
This act includes the cunning of Satan to ensnare people who are stupid and evil expert. Among sleaze was clapping, whistling, happy singing and musical instruments are haraam; were all making people drowned and helpless in the face of wickedness and immorality. Because music including the devil jampinya barrier and closing the heart to know God Almighty. Shaykh al-Islam rahimahullah said: "Singing and music is spell power adultery, because he was the most important factor that menyebabkab humans fall into indecency. Really! Men, children and women or someone who is keeping up, but after listening to the music, unable to control himself ended up doing an abomination, so inclined to him either as subject or object, as happens among addicts khamr. "[8 ]
عن أبي مالك الأشعري قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ليشربن ناس من أمتي الخمر, يسمونها بغير اسمها, يعزف على رءوسهم بالمعازف والمغنيات, يخسف الله بهم الأرض ويجعل منهم القردة والخنازير
Abu Malik al-Asy'ary said, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "It will be a group of people from my ummah khamr drink, they gave the name with no name, they sing to the accompaniment of the music and the ladies, God Almighty submerge them into the earth, and Allah Almighty to change them into monkeys and pigs. "
Ibn Qayyim rahimahullah said that according to some scholars if the heart was used to the habit of cheating, and a wicked rebellion, and stained with the complete nature of the perpetrators behave like animals apes and pigs. 
Because of the youth should be wary of a dangerous moral disease which enjoys the songs or dances in various ways and means which lead to a lot of crazy teenagers.
6. Women Traveling Without Mahram
Among the habits that lead to a libel lust and promiscuity is to let her go the distance qashar unaccompanied mahram, even going around the city alone. Imam Nawawi in Sharh Sahih Muslim vol confirms the conclusion, that all sorts of traveling for women is prohibited, except with her husband or a mahram better mileage three-day, two days, one day or other matters. It was narrated by Ibn 'Abbaas that mention anhu absolute prohibition as the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:
لا تسافر المرأة إلا مع ذي محرم
Let a woman traveling with a mahram except along. [Agreed alaih].
So it covers all forms of safar. 
7. Communicating with the Opposite Sex Mesra.
According to the poem "Whence came the leeches, from the fields down to the river, where it comes from love of the eye down to the heart." Beginning of the seductive eyes, and hearts trembling and feeling too flowery, the dipper was parried; thus there is a sense passionate love-nggebu. Both stayed up late into the night. Finally, the devil did not stay silent, so they were put through acts that are forbidden. Allah Almighty prohibits any form of conversation with the opposite sex, as in His saying:
فلا تخضعن بالقول فيطمع الذي في قلبه مرض
So do not be subject to the wishes of people talking so there is a disease in his heart. [Al-Ahzâb/33: 32]
However, that does not mean a woman is absolutely forbidden to talk to men who are not mahram, because the conversation is sometimes necessary. But to speak seriously as necessary, either directly or when talking on the phone. The phone call could cause a lot of damage because of the sound madharat and spoiled woman who can seduce the listener.
Muslim youth should leave social forms mentioned above, filling the time with useful knowledge, worship and preaching in the way of Allah Almighty.

EQUITABLE pretext Opponents Da'wah THE APOSTLE
Muslim cleric Abu Isma'il al-Atsari
Indeed Allaah sent His Messenger with the same task, which calls men to worship God Almighty alone and away taghout. Allah Almighty says:
ولقد بعثنا في كل أمة رسولا أن اعبدوا الله واجتنبوا الطاغوت فمنهم من هدى الله ومنهم من حقت عليه الضلالة فسيروا في الأرض فانظروا كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين
And indeed We have sent Messengers to every nation (to call): "Worship Allah (Alone), and depart from Evil", then among the people that there are people who are instructed by Allah Almighty and some of them the people who have definitely heresy for him. Then, walk ye in the earth and see what was the end of those who denied (the apostles). [An-Nahl/16: 36]
Propagation of the Apostles is a cry towards the creation of human wisdom in this world. as his word:
وما خلقت الجن والإنس إلا ليعبدون
And I have not created jinn and man to worship Me. [Adz-Dzâriyât/51: 56]
That Allaah created them to govern alone worship Him and away from worship to other than Him.
AGAINST ALL PEOPLE WITH THE SAME REASON
All of the people against the noble mission of the Apostles with proof (argument) of the same, to follow customs of their ancestors. Long ago, the people of ignorance in Mecca at the time of the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam - did polytheism without evidence, without guidance, and without a real argument, then Allah Almighty said, denying them: 
أم آتيناهم كتابا من قبله فهم به مستمسكون بل قالوا إنا وجدنا آباءنا على أمة وإنا على آثارهم مهتدون
Or have We give a book to them before al-Qur `an, and they stick to the book? Even they say: 'We found our fathers following a religion, and in fact we were the ones who got the instructions (follow) in their footsteps. " [Az-Zukhruf/43 :21-22]
This is the reason they shirk, that is following in the footsteps of ancestors. Therefore, Allaah explains that the reason they were also the reason for all the infidels in the ancient times:
وكذلك ما أرسلنا من قبلك في قرية من نذير إلا قال مترفوها إنا وجدنا آباءنا على أمة وإنا على آثارهم مقتدون
And thus, We did not send before you a warner in a country, but the people who live in luxury in the country said: 'We found our fathers following a religion, and surely we are followers of their footsteps. " [Az-Zukhruf/43: 23]
THE ARGUMENT NUH ALAIHISSALLAM
Alaihissallam Noah was the first time that the Apostle of Allah Almighty sent on earth. The he is the idolaters first time in the world. He called on his people to the Oneness of worship only for Allaah alone, as his word:
ولقد أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره أفلا تتقون
And verily We sent Noah to his people q, then he said: "O my people, worship Allah, (for) ever there is no god other than Him. Then why do ye not fear (Him)?" [Al-Mukminûn/23: 23]
But he deny the apostolic him, on the grounds that they had never heard of Noah's call it Alaihissallam during their forefathers. Allah Almighty says preach this:
فقال الملأ الذين كفروا من قومه ما هذا إلا بشر مثلكم يريد أن يتفضل عليكم ولو شاء الله لأنزل ملائكة ما سمعنا بهذا في آبائنا الأولين
Then the princes of the unbelievers among his people said: "This man is nothing but a man like you, who intend going to be a higher-than-thou. And if Allaah willed, He would send some angels. Yet been we heard (the call is like) is in the first of our ancestors ". [al-Mukminûn/23: 24]
INTEREST ARGUMENT 'AD, THE PROPHET HUD ALAIHISSALLAM
After the destruction of the people of Prophet Nuh Alaihissallam, people become much again. Appears polytheism in tribal 'Ad, Allah Almighty sent Prophet Hud Alaihissallam:
وإلى عاد أخاهم هودا قال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره أفلا تتقون
And (We sent) to the 'Ad their brother, Hud. He said: "O my people, worship Allaah, occasionally there is no god for you apart from Him. Then why do you not fear Him?" [Al-A'raf / 7:65]
Then look rebuttal tribe 'Ad is the prophet, they argue defend their polytheism habits of their ancestors!
قالوا أجئتنا لنعبد الله وحده ونذر ما كان يعبد آباؤنا فأتنا بما تعدنا إن كنت من الصادقين
They said: "Have you come to us, so that we only worship Allaah alone and leave what is commonly worshiped by our fathers? Then bring your doom ancamkan to us if you include people who are right." [Al-A'raf / 7:70]
Thamud INTEREST ARGUMENT, THE PROPHET Salih ALAIHISSALLAM
Likewise Thamud tribe, because they do shirk with taqlid to their ancestors. In His wisdom, God Almighty sent the Prophet Salih Alaihissallam to them:
وإلى ثمود أخاهم صالحا قال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره هو أنشأكم من الأرض واستعمركم فيها فاستغفروه ثم توبوا إليه إن ربي قريب مجيب
And to Thamud (We sent) their brother Salih q. He said: "O my people, worship Allaah, never there for you other than Him. He has created you from the earth (ground) and make settled you therein, therefore seek His forgiveness, then repent to Him, Indeed, so close again to allow my god (prayer of His servant). " [Hûd/11: 61]
But what about the attitude of the tribe Thamud? They are no different from their predecessors fellow pagans, their propaganda against Prophet Salih Alaihissallam the grounds following the ancestors!
قالوا يا صالح قد كنت فينا مرجوا قبل هذا أتنهانا أن نعبد ما يعبد آباؤنا وإننا لفي شك مما تدعونا إليه مريب
Thamud said: "O Salih, actually before this you are one among us that we were expecting, do you forbid us to worship what is worshiped by our fathers?, And indeed we really in doubt disquieting to religion that you call on us. " [Hûd/11: 62]
ARGUMENT THE IBRAHIM ALAIHISSALLAM
Allah Almighty says Prophet Ibrahim Alaihissallam propaganda tells to his father and his people:
ولقد آتينا إبراهيم رشده من قبل وكنا به عالمين إذ قال لأبيه وقومه ما هذه التماثيل التي أنتم لها عاكفون
And We bestowed upon Abraham guidance truth before (Moses and Aaron) and we know (the state of) it. (Remember) when Abraham said to his father and his people: "The statues are that you diligently serve him?" [Al-Anbiya '/ 21:51-52]
So if their answers to Abraham?
قال لقد كنتم أنتم وآباؤكم في ضلال مبين
They said: "We found our fathers worshiping." [Al-Anbiya '/ 21:53]
Hear the classic answer is, unequivocally Prophet Ibrahim sentenced them to plain error.
قالوا أجئتنا بالحق أم أنت من اللاعبين
Alaihissallam Ibrahim said: "Indeed you and your fathers have been in manifest error." [Al-Anbiya '/ 21:54]
THE ARGUMENT Shoaib ALAIHISSALLAM
The other is the Prophet Shoaib Alaihissallam in Madyan, Allah Almighty says:
وإلى مدين أخاهم شعيبا قال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره ولا تنقصوا المكيال والميزان إني أراكم بخير وإني أخاف عليكم عذاب يوم محيط
And the (population) Madyan (We sent) their brother Shoaib Alaihissallam. He said: "O my people, worship Allaah, occasionally there is no god other than Him. And do not reduce the dose and weight, in fact I see you in good shape (capable of) and that I am worried about you will doom day destroy (Resurrection). " [Hûd/11: 84]
Rebuttal similar to those infidels before.
قالوا يا شعيب أصلاتك تأمرك أن نترك ما يعبد آباؤنا أو أن نفعل في أموالنا ما نشاء إنك لأنت الحليم الرشيد
They said: "O Shoaib Alaihissallam, whether prayers (religion) tells you that we left what was worshiped by our fathers perpetrate or prohibit us what we want on our property. Indeed you are a very forbearing more intelligent. ' [Hûd/11: 87]
STATE OF THE PROPHET JOSEPH ALAIHISSALLAM
Alaihissallam Joseph was sent to the Egyptians. He had started preaching when he was in prison. He reminded his friend in jail that polytheism by the Egyptians at that time was made by themselves and their ancestors. Allaah tells Alaihissallam his words:
يا صاحبي السجن أأرباب متفرقون خير أم الله الواحد القهار ما تعبدون من دونه إلا أسماء سميتموها أنتم وآباؤكم ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان
Hi both the prison, which is good, gods in variety or Allah the Almighty, All-Mighty? You do not worship besides Allah the Almighty except only (worship) the names and your fathers ye him. Allah Almighty does not lose any information about the names. [Yûsuf/12 :39-40]
ARGUMENT THE PROPHET MUSA ALAIHISSALLAM
Prophet Moses and the Prophet Aaron Alaihissallam Alaihissallam also sent to the Egyptians than to the Children of Israel. Allah Almighty says about them:
ثم بعثنا من بعدهم موسى وهارون إلى فرعون وملئه بآياتنا فاستكبروا وكانوا قوما مجرمين

قالوا أجئتنا لتلفتنا عما وجدنا عليه آباءنا وتكون لكما الكبرياء في الأرض وما نحن لكما بمؤمنين
They said: "Have you come to us to turn us away from what we found our fathers doing it, and that you both have the power in the earth? We're not going to believe you two." [Yûnus/10: 78]
ARGUMENT THE PROPHET Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
The last apostle of Allah Almighty sent in this world through the same thing. The Quraysh would prefer to follow their ancestors rather than following the instructions of Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty says:
وإذا قيل لهم اتبعوا ما أنزل الله قالوا بل نتبع ما وجدنا عليه آباءنا أولو كان الشيطان يدعوهم إلى عذاب السعير
And when it is said unto them: "Follow what Allah has revealed." They answered: "(No), but we (only) follow what we found our fathers doing it." And if they (would follow their fathers) though Satan was calling them to the punishment of the blazing fire (hell)? [Luqmân/31: 21]
Even the leaders tried to block the Islamic Qurasiy Abu Talib, the uncle of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, the argument following the religion of their parents. So finally, Abu Talib prefer disbelief rather than faith. It is narrated in the following hadith:
عن سعيد بن المسيب عن أبيه قال لما حضرت أبا طالب الوفاة جاءه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فوجد عنده أبا جهل وعبد الله بن أبي أمية بن المغيرة فقال أي عم قل لا إله إلا الله كلمة أحاج لك بها عند الله فقال أبو جهل وعبد الله بن أبي أمية ((يا أبا طالب)) أترغب عن ملة عبد المطلب فلم يزل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يعرضها عليه ويعيدانه بتلك المقالة حتى قال أبو طالب آخر ما كلمهم على ملة عبد المطلب وأبى أن يقول لا إله إلا الله
From Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from his father, he said: "When death came to Abu Talib, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to see him. Once we know the attitude of the people towards their messengers, who opposed al-Haq with the argument following the ancestors, it is no wonder how many people today who reject al-haq parents arguing tradition, heritage, customs of the tribe, or the like.
But the strange thing is some Muslims who follow this mindset of ignorance and left al-Kitab and Sunnah, but proof has come to them. So with a bit of paper, I hope we realize that the value of the truth that size is a revelation of the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to form al-Kitab and Sunnah, with a true understanding of the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah. HOW ULAMA ijtihad

Allaah has made the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam as the cover of the Apostles and the entire religion of Islam as a cover shari'ah and religion. Allah Almighty says:
ما كان محمد أبا أحد من رجالكم ولكن رسول الله وخاتم النبيين وكان الله بكل شيء عليما
"Muhammad is not the father of a man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the prophets cover., And Allah is well acquainted with all things." [Al-Ahzâb/33: 40]
Not just as a cover, but Islam is also a standard of truth for all previous shari'ah. Allah Almighty says:
وأنزلنا إليك الكتاب بالحق مصدقا لما بين يديه من الكتاب ومهيمنا عليه فاحكم بينهم بما أنزل الله ولا تتبع أهواءهم عما جاءك من الحق
"And We have sent down to you al-Qur'ân with the truth, confirming what was before, that the books (derived previously) and as a touchstone of the other books, so they decide cases according to what Allah has sent down and do not follow their lusts by leaving kebenarang that has come to you. " [Al-Maida / 5:48]
It's one of wisdom maketh Islam as a religion that must to be carried by all mankind, without exception. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
والذي نفس محمد بيده لا يسمع بي أحد من هذه الأمة يهودي ولا نصراني ثم يموت ولم يؤمن بالذي أرسلت به إلا كان من أصحاب النار
"By the One That soul (the Prophet) Muhammad was in his hands, there is not one of these people, whether Jew or a Christian, and he died while she was yet faithful to the religion I was brought (ie Islam), but he will be Companions of the Fire. " [HR. Muslim, 218]
Islamic Shari'ah is the only one that must be carried out and that can bring happiness to all people in the world and the hereafter. Islam is a religion that suited to be carried out at any time, the country and society. Since the Islamic shariah explained everything that mankind needed, either religion or world affairs. Allah Almighty says:
ونزلنا عليك الكتاب تبيانا لكل شيء وهدى ورحمة وبشرى للمسلمين
"And We have sent down to you the Book (al-Qur'ân) to explain all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for those who submit." [An-Nahl/16: 89]
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa salllam has taught his followers all things, through procedures of small and large bowel. Thus, there is no reason for anyone to reverse a method or teaching in worship to God Almighty or the prosperity of the world we live in it. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
عن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال: تركنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وما طائر يقلب جناحيه في الهواء إلا وهو يذكرنا منه علما قال فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: ما بقي شيء يقرب من الجنة ويباعد من النار إلا وقد بين لكم
"Friend of Abu Dhar radi 'anhu said:" The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam has left us, and there is not a burungpun flapping its wings in the air, but he has taught us about science. Furthermore, Abu Dhar radi 'anhu said: The Messenger sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "It is not nothing left to mendekatkanmu to heaven and keep you out of hell, but has been described to you." Ilmiyah fact is true in all aspects of human life.
For a little give regard Islamic law in a wide range of contemporary issues; following the methodology presented Ulama 'experts diligence in conducting case studies of these issues.
1. Do not be hasty in Thinking and concludes.
Normally, when the scholars' ijtihad experts confronted with a problem that has never happened, they were being extra careful. In fact, on many occasions, they did not immediately provide an answer to the problem. They delay the answer for a few days, so it has enough time to learn the Ulama 'ijtihad other experts:
Hushain Abu Uthman ibn 'Asim al-Asady rahimahullah said: "Verily, they were very reckless when berfatwa about an issue, which suppose the issue presented to the Caliph Umar ibn al-Khatthab radi' anhu, surely he quickly gathered the leaders of friends who participated in the Badr for discussion. "
Thus the tradition of the first four caliphs when faced with a variety of contemporary issues. They gathered scholars 'alhi ijtihad of the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, discuss and even make announcements to the general public: "He who has the knowledge about these problems should soon pass".
It is said, a woman came to the Caliph Umar ibn al-Khatthab radi 'anhu, who tells her that her husband had killed others. He asked that he get his share of diyat (ransom) her husband. Caliph Umar radi 'anhu said: "I do not know if you are also entitled to a part of it?" Then he radi' anhu made the announcement: "Anyone who knows the science of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam about this issue, it should come see me." Then came the ad-Dhahak ibn Sufyan al-Kilâbi, who said: "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam once asked me to give his share Asyyam Ad-Dhababi wife of diyat husband." This is the first method that should be taken by any person who want to understand and menghukumi various contemporary issues.
2. Mastering the Law of Shari'ah.
The first and main skills that should be owned by someone who want to understand and menghukumi various contemporary issues are mastering the science of shari'ah. Various disciplines related to shari'ah, whether linguistic, usul fiqh, hadith and other sciences really have mastered first. What good man pondering and thinking about a contemporary case, if he had not mastered the science of religion. People will only torment himself and his brother also misleading. Allah Almighty says:
ولا تقولوا لما تصف ألسنتكم الكذب هذا حلال وهذا حرام لتفتروا على الله الكذب إن الذين يفترون على الله الكذب لا يفلحون متاع قليل ولهم عذاب أليم
"And say not of what was mentioned by lisanmu a lie" is lawful and this is unlawful, "to invent a lie against Allah. Verily those who invent a lie against Allah Nor was lucky, it was a little pleasure; whereas for them a painful punishment. " [An-Nahl/16 :116-117]
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
إن الله لا يقبض العلم انتزاعا ينتزعه من العباد, ولكن يقبض العلم بقبض العلماء, حتى إذا لم يبق عالما, اتخذ الناس رؤوسا جهالا, فسئلوا فأفتوا بغير علم, فضلوا وأضلوا
"Verily Allah does not elevate science by pulling it from his servants, but he lifted the science by turning off the Ulama '. Till the time comes, God is no longer leaving a Ulama' all, so that people will convert fools as their leader, then they asked, and they answered with no science, consequently they also lost and misleading ". [Muttafaq 'alaih]
Of course we all agree that science can not possibly Shari'ah controlled by the 'Ulama' karbitan "or" practitioner impromptu ". Scholars or practitioners karbitan impromptu generated various institutions or entities, to train cadres for some time, it is not worthy to be a reference to such issues. Moreover, to become Ulama 'absolutely entitled to ijtihad in a variety of contemporary issues.
One day Imam Malik ibn Anas, rahimahullah Abdurrahman bin Rabi'a priest found in a state of tears. Spontaneous, Imam Malik rahimahullah asked him: "What on earth makes you cry? Is misfortune befalls you? "He replied:" No, I did not cry because of the knowledgeable people who asked for a fatwa. "Then the priest Rabi'a said:" Really, some people are more worthy berfatwa here to prison rather than the thieves. "[ 3]
Ibn Salah rahimahullah comment on this story by saying: "May God Almighty continue to bless the priest Rabi'a, what the hell his comments assume he witness the behavior of people in this age." 
Some scholars 'Ulama explain the reasons underlying the' experts ijtihad to be extra cautious, saying: "Whoever is going to answer a question, then he should first think about how how he can survive in the afterlife, after, then he answered." 
3. Mastering the Problems Faced With Perfect.
Formerly the scholars' saying:
الحكم على الشيء فرع عن تصوره
"The law is a branch of a problem understanding the description of the problem."
Based on this, Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said: "It is not a mufti and a judge can give a fatwa or legal ruling correctly, unless he has an understanding of two types: First: an understanding of the problems that occurred, and in-depth about the actual nature of the incident. Studies it can be done with the help of a variety of signs and related indications, that she was really in charge of the problem in question. Understanding these two: Understand what is a liability in the matter, the law of Allah Almighty which has been decided in al-Qur'ân or through oral Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam about it. then he reconcile these two types of understanding. "
"Indeed, the reality of a problem-by-Ulema divided into two parts:
Part one: the reality that has influence in the determination of shari'ah law. Understanding the reality of this type is a must. Whoever menghukumi an issue, without understanding the reality, he had made a mistake. If a reality has influence in the determination of the law, it is compulsory in controlled by the Ulama '.
Part two: Reality has no effect on the determination of sharia law, for example: it happened so and so, and story length: but the reality and the story did not affect the determination of shari'ah law.
When ijtihad, the scholars' neglect of this kind of reality, even if they understand it. Thus, not every reality that is known to have an influence in determining the shari'ah law ". 
Reality The second type is called the science of usul fiqh with (الأوصاف الطردية). Reality second type is classified in the "science is not useful to know, and no harm if ignored".
To be able to distinguish between reality influential in determining the laws of reality that has no effect at all, must know the science of the Shari'ah which is a standard range of facts and reality.
For example: We all know that khamer is forbidden drink. We also know that in ancient times khamer made from grapes and dates, as told in verse 67 letters an-Nahl. Well, if this reality has influence in the determination of unlawful khamer law, so khamer made from sugar cane is not named khamer alias halal?
Scholars' ijtihad experts have explained that khamer is haram, although made from sugar cane or other. This legal decision based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:
كل مسكر خمر وكل مسكر حرام
"Every intoxicating is khamer, and any intoxicants is haram." [Reported by Muslim]
Thus the ancient khamer reality, that is made from palm wine and does not affect the law khamer.
In order to understand the reality of the problem, an expert ijtihad lead the way:
a. Ask the experts problem.
b. Ask the person who struck the problem.
4. Standard of Truth is Al-Qur'ân and Sunnah.
The whole Ulama 'have agreed that there is not religion, besides religion brought by Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. There is no worship but that she had taught, but that has not halal and not haram halalkan him but he has forbidden. Thus, the standard of truth in all matters, including various contemporary issues are al-Qur'ân and Sunnah, well aligned with the opinion of most scholars' or menyelisihinya.
وما آتاكم الرسول فخذوه وما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا واتقوا الله إن الله شديد العقاب
"And all that was taught by the Prophet to you, then amalkanlah, and banning everything, then leave". [Al-Hasyr/59: 7]
They are not considered mild or severity of an opinion when practiced. Taste mild or severe when the charity is very relative, and many causes, therefore imam ash-Syaukani said: "What shall we embrace and we must instill opinion is based on the proposition saheeh. And if his arguments seem contradictory, the lightness or weight of an opinion can not be taken as an excuse amplifier. At that time, we are obliged to look for other reasons are justified, in order to strengthen an argument. "
5. Do not fall for the Major Difference Problems So neglecting nature.
Among the methods of ijtihad were taught the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in dealing with contemporary issues is to always associate legal problems with substance, rather than just its name. Therefore, he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
ليشربن أناس من أمتي الخمر, يسمونها بغير اسمها, وتضرب على رؤوسهم المعازف, يخسف الله بهم الأرض ويجعل منهم قردة وخنازير
"It will be a group of people from my Ummah who drank khamer, and they named it other than its name, while beating musical instruments above their heads, then Allah Almighty will drown (some) them into the earth, and some are doomed to be apes and pigs ". [Reported by Abu Dawud, and this hadith has many syawâhid]
Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani rahimahullah as-Shafi'i said: "In this hadith there is a strong threat on the people who manipulate the various ways to justify the things forbidden by Allah Almighty by changing its name. And in this hadith also can concluded that any law always follow the 'god it (reason), and the' illah khamer Prohibition is as intoxicating. If a drink cause someone drunk, then drink it definitely haram, although the name has changed, not anymore khamer. "
Ibn al-'Arabi rahimahullah said: "This hadith is the basis for the rule:" Any law is only concerned with the meaning of a term, not just the name alone. "
An expert ijtihad truly understand Islamic law, will not be affected by the sparkle beautiful name. They realize that varying penchant for changing the name of law, is just a piece of Jewish heritage. Scholars 'ijtihad experts will always remember the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam told them:
لا ترتكبوا ما ارتكبت اليهود, فتستحلوا محارم الله بأدنى الحيل
"Do not do what the Jewish people, so you justify things that are forbidden by God to do a little engineering." [HR. Ibn Batthah and dihasankan by Ibn Kathir and approved by Al-Albani].
Therefore, although the claim has been given a new name that is more lucrative savings, or capital, or bonds, or sukuk, the law is still receivable. Thus any form of benefit is withheld from him usury.
6. Not Kaku In Applying Ulama Fatwa '.
All know that the religion of Islam has been outstanding for more than 14 centuries. Thus, Islamic law has been understood and practiced in different society, with various differences that exist between them. Each of these scholars' face various problems in society. So it is not denied that the papers and their fatwas Ulama 'often stained traditions and lifestyles that exist in society.
Therefore, a wise attitude, if ever considering different traditions and lifestyles of our time there in the days of Ulama 'as the reference, when assessing a variety of contemporary issues.
Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said: "Considering the prevailing customs and traditions in a society when berfatwa is attitude really brilliant. Whoever berfatwa based solely on what is stated in the book, without considering the differences in traditions, customs, time, and circumstances exist in each community, it has been false and misleading. crime against religion greater than the evil doctor trying to treat people in different countries with all different traditions, time and nature of them, just based on the information only one medical book. Your doctor or mufti stupid is the most dangerous to the integrity of the body and soul. "
As an obvious example, that in the books of fiqh and tafsir has been stated, if a husband calls his wife to call "oh my mother" or something similar, then he has exposed dhihâr law. So he is not allowed to intercourse his wife until he pays an expiation, the freeing of a slave, or fasting two consecutive months or feed sixty poor people. This law is clearly explained in the letter that al-Mujâdilah verses 2-4.
If we apply the information Ulama 'on in our society, then 90% of married couples in this country was exposed to liability. Most of the husbands in our country to call his wife with the title: mom, mom, sister, or other.
To facilitate the implementation of the existing laws in the books of jurisprudence to the facts that exist in society, the scholars' sets out a rule that berbuyi:
لا ينكر تغير الأحكام بتغير العادات
"No doubt syar'i law change, in line with changes in customs."
"That tradition has the force of law."
Based on the explanation above, the scholars' stating that when a tradition is not menyelisihi shari'ah, it should be carried out, even on several occasions required to be carried out. However, if the customs and traditions of a society menyelisihi Shari'ah teachings, then forbidden to do. So that shariah law remains raw and can not be changed due to changes in customs and traditions. This is the meaning fiqhiyyah rules (rules in the science of jurisprudence) above . It is based on the word of Allah Jalla wa Kazza:
وما كان لمؤمن ولا مؤمنة إذا قضى الله ورسوله أمرا أن يكون لهم الخيرة من أمرهم ومن يعص الله ورسوله فقد ضل ضلالا مبينا
"And it is not appropriate for a believing man and not (also) for mukminah woman, when Allah and His Messenger have set a statute, there will be other options for them about their affairs. And whoever disobeys Allah and the Messengers Him, then indeed he has gone astray, misguided real. " [Al-Ahzâb/33: 36].
Dr. Muhammad Al-Burnu Shidqi said: "All the scholars of jurisprudence have agreed that these laws are subject to change-change in tune with the changing times and human behavior is the laws that are the result of ijtihad Ulama '. Namely laws are an attempt Ulama' in realizing beneficiaries, qiyas, or custom. Accordingly, laws based on the arguments of al-Qur'ân and Sunnah, fixed and unchangeable, and is not covered by this rule. Based on that, some scholars' fiqh found text is a more precise rule is:
لا ينكر تغير الأحكام لإجتهادية بتغير الأزمان
"It is inevitable laws of change ijtihadiyyah by changing times", in order to ward off this kind of confusion. And (I think) such additional affix the rules are good and sound. "
7. Find Solution Strategies.
No doubt that most of the problems of contemporary society is the result of engineering and the idea of the non-Muslims, who do not care about halal and haram. Therefore, if an expert has proven ijtihad will illicit a contemporary issue in the community, should he not be satisfied with the legal conclusions; until he had handed me a halal alternative. Thus, Muslims can escape from the unlawful practice and to realize kemaslahatannya in ways that Allah Almighty blessed.
Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said: "When a mufti who is really knowledgeable and sincerely asked by someone about something forbidden, when he really needs it, undoubtedly mufti would soon show a halal alternative. Thus, the mufti of the unlawful acts managed to close the door, and opened a kosher solutions. Certainly no one is capable of doing this than the people who really knowledgeable more sincere, truly sincere for Allah k to apply their knowledge. Such Mufti reliable like a doctor again sincere, he was trying to protect patients from danger, and gives her recipe. Thus, physicians should conduct spiritual and physical.
It was narrated in the hadeeth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "It is Allah Almighty sent a Prophet but the Prophet is obligatory for every kindness leadeth his people to what he knew, and warned them of every evil that he knew". Thus temper the Apostles and their heirs after him "
What is described above are just a few methods Ulama 'experts ijtihad which can summarized from several references. Hopefully, this brief exposure to all.
