Da'wah Salafiyyah, is Ahlus-Sunnah Propagation

Salaf Da'wah is not a new mission. But he was preaching Ahlus Sunnah. That mission haq made friends. Invites Salaf Da'wah Islamic Ummah adhering to the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, asked the Ummah to return to al-Qur `an and Sunnah according to the understanding Salafush-Salih.

In this paper, I will explain some of the terms and definitions of the Salaf, Ahlus Sunnah and others. The author will also explain some of the principles of Ahlus Sunnah in preaching in the way of Allah. Hopefully this writing effort.

DEFINITION salaf (السلف)
According to the language (etymology), Salaf (السلف) meaning, the former (ancestors), the older and more mainstream. [1] Thus, the meaning is the precursor Salaf. If it is said (سلف الرجل) someone Salaf, meaning both parents who had preceded him. [2]

As it is known (terminology), the word Salaf means the first generation and the best of the Ummah (Islam) is. They are the friends, tabi'in, tabi'ut tabi'in and priests carrier instructions on three period (generation / future) first honored by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

خير الناس قرني ثم الذين يلونهم ثم الذين يلونهم.

The best man is at my time (ie the time of the Companions), then the next (tabi'in period), then the next (period tabi'ut-tabi'in). [3]

According to al Qalsyani: "Salafush-Salih was the first generation of this ummah, a very deep understanding of science, which follow the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and keep the Sunnah. God chose them to accompany His Prophet and establish n His religion ... "[4]

Shaykh Mahmud Ahmad Khafaji said in his book, al 'Aqiidatul Salafiyyah wal-Islamiyya Bainas Mu'tazilah: "Determination of the Salaf term is not enough to only limited time only, even should correspond to the al-Qur` an and Sunnah according to the understanding Salafush- Salih (of 'aqidah, manhaj, morality and mysticism, Pent.). Anyone who thinks according to al-Qur `an and the Sunnah of 'aqidah, legal and suluknya (behavior) according to the understanding of the Salaf, then it is called Salafi, though distant place and different time. Instead, whoever thinks violate al-Qur `an and the Sunnah, then he is not a Salafi even though he lived a long time friend, ta-bi'in and tabi'ut tabi'in". [5]

Penisbatan word Salaf as-Salafiyyuun or not including a new case or a heretic. However, this is penisbatan syar'i, because a person attributes itself to the first generation of this ummah, namely the Companions, and tabi'ut tabi'in tabi'in.

Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah also called as Salafiyyuun, because they follow the manhaj Salafush-Salih from his friend, tabi'in and tabi'ut tabi'in. Then everyone who followed in their footsteps, and walk-in based on the methodology of their all-time, they were called Salafi, as attributed to the Salaf.

So, not a group or class Salaf as understood by most people. But is manhaj Salaf. That system ber'aqidah live, worship, arbitrate, and the other moral, which is mandatory for every Muslim. Understanding Salaf ascribed to those who maintain the safety of 'aqeedah and manhaj done according to what the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam and his companions g before the strife and division. [6]

T Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (d.. 728 H) said: "It is not a disgrace to the people who appeared manhaj Salaf and person attributes himself to the Salaf. In fact (she) must receive such that, for manhaj Salaf is nothing but the truth ". [7]

DEFINITION Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah
Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah is, those who take what ever taken by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions radi anhum. Called Ahlus Sunnah, because of the strong (they) hold and berittiba '(follow) the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam and his companions radi anhum.

As-Sunnah according to the language (etymology) is a path or way, whether it is good or bad way. [8]

Meanwhile, according to scholars 'Aqeedah (terminology), as-Sunnah is a guide that has been ditujukkan by the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam and his companions, both about science, i'tiqad (beliefs), word and deed. Thus it is as-Sunnah that must be followed. People who follow him will be praised, and criticized those who would menyalahinya. [9]

Understanding as-Sunnah by Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali rahimahullah (d. 795 H): "As-Sunnah is the road taken, includes the cling to what is implemented Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his successor who guided and straight, in the form of i 'tiqad (belief), words and deeds. That's perfect as-Sunnah. Therefore, the previous generation was not named Salaf as-Sunnah, but to what covers three aspects. It is narrated from Imam Hasan al-Basri (d.. 110 H), Imam al Auza'i (d.. 157 H) and Imam Fudhail bin 'Iyadh (d.. 187 H) ". [10]

Called al-Jama'ah, because they are united in the truth. Do not want berpecah-sides in religious matters, gathered under the leadership of the priests (who cling to) al haq (truth), not getting out of their congregation, and follow what has been agreed Salaful-Ummah. [11]

Jama'ah according to scholars' Aqeedah (terminology) is the first generation of this ummah. That is the best friend, tabi'ut tabi'in, as well as those who follow in his favor until the Day of Resurrection, as gathered on the truth. [12]

Imam Abu Shammah rahimahullah Shafi'i (d.. 665 H) said: "The order to hold the congregation, that is, hold on to the truth and follow it; despite carrying it a bit and the Sunnah menyelisihinya lot. Because the truth is, what is the first carried out by the congregation, which is practiced Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions, without notice to persons who deviate (commit falsehood) after them ".
As was stated by Ibn Mas'ud radi anhu:

الجماعة ما وافق الحق وإن كنت وحدك.

Al-Jama'ah is following the truth, even if you are alone. [13]

So, the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah is, people who have followed the Sunnah of the nature and character of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and away from the new matters and heresy in matters of religion.

Because of them, people who ittiba '(follow) to the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam and follow atsar (trace Salaful Ummah), they were also called to the Ahlul-Hadeeth, Ahlul-Atsar and Ahlul-Ittiba '. In addition, they are also referred to as the ath-Thaa-ifatul-Manshuurah (groups who get the help of God), al-Firqatun-Naajiyah (Sect), Ghurabaa `(foreigners).

About ath-Thaa-ifatul-Manshuurah, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لاتزال من أمتي أمة قائمة بأمر الله لا يضرهم من خذلهم ولا من خالفهم حتى يأتيهم أمر الله وهم على ذلك.

There had always been a party of my ummah who always uphold the commandments of God, will not harm them, people who do not help them and the people they menyelisihi, up came the commandments of God and they stay on top of such. [14]

On al-Ghurabaa ', the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

بدأ الإسلام غريبا, وسيعود كما بدأ غريبا, فطوبى للغرباء.

Islam initially alien, and the alien would later return as originally; then fortunately for al-Ghurabaa `(foreigners). [15]

While the meaning of al-Ghurabaa 'is as narrated by' Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-' Ash radi anhuma, when one day the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam explained the meaning of al-Ghurabaa `, he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

أناس صالحون في أناس سوء كثير من يعصيهم أكثر ممن يطيعهم.

People who worships at the center of many people who are ugly; those who disobey them more than to obey them. [16]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said about the meaning of al-Ghurabaa `:

الذين يصلحون عند فساد الناس.

That is, people who are constantly improving (ummah) in the midst of the destruction of mankind. [17]

In another narration mentioned:

... الذين يصلحون ما أفسد الناس من بعدي من سنتي.

That is, people who fix Sunnah (Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) after me after destroyed by humans. [18]

Ahlus-Sunnah, ath-Tha-Ifah al-Mansurah and al-Firqatun-Najiyah all called Ahlul Hadeeth. The mention of this already famous and known since the generation of the Salaf. Because it is a reference to the demands of texts, and in accordance with the conditions and reality. It is narrated with a saheeh isnaad from the priests, as 'Abdullah Ibn al-Mubarak,' Ali Ibn Madini, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, al-Bukhari, Ahmad ibn Sinan and others rahimahullah. [19]

Imam ash-Shafi'i (d.. 204 H) rahimahullah said: "When I see a hadith expert, as if I saw one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam; hopefully Allah reward the best to them. They have been keeping the specifics of religion for us, and mandatory for us to thank them for their efforts ". [20]

Imam Ibn Hazm Azh-Zhahiri (d.. 456 H) v describes the Ahlus Sunnah: "Ahlus Sunnah that we mentioned it was Ahl-ul-haqq, while in addition they are Ahlul Bid'ah. For indeed it is Ahlus Sunnah of the Sahaba g and every person that follows them from the Tabi'in manhaj selected, then ash-haabul hadith and who followed them from jurists from each generation until our time as well as lay people who follow them both in the east and in the west. "[21]

HISTORICAL EMERGENCE OF TERMS Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah
Naming the term Ahlus Sunnah, it's been around since the first generation of Islam in the period of the exalted God, the generation of friends, and tabiut tabi'in tabi'in.

When interpreting the word of God Almighty.

يوم تبيض وجوه وتسود وجوه فأما الذين اسودت وجوههم أكفرتم بعد إيمانكم فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون

(On the day that at that time there were white faces glow, and some black face grim., As for those who face grim black (who said): 'Why do you disbelieve after ye faithful? Because of that felt torment caused disbelief that . - (Ali 'Imran / 3, paragraph 106),' Abdullah ibn 'Abbaas anhuma said: "As for the white face, they are Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah, while black people face, they are Ahlul Bid'ah and heretic ". [22]

Later, the term Ahlus Sunnah is followed by most scholars of the Salaf rahimahullah, among them:

1. Ayyub as Sikhtiyani rahimahullah (d.. 131 H), he said: "When I was told about the death of someone from Ahlus Sunnah, (it) as if it was missing one of my limbs."

2. Ats-Tsauriy rahimahullah Sufyan (d.. 161 H) said: "I wasiatkan you to stick to the Ahlus-Sunnah well, because they are al-Ghurabaa`. How Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah least. "[23]

3. Fudhail bin 'Iyadh rahimahullah (d.. 187 H) said: "... Says Ahlus Sunnah:' Faith is belief, word and deed. '"

4. Abu 'Ubaid al-Qasim ibn Sallam rahimahullah (live th. 157-224 H) said in his book Muqaddimah al-Iimaan: [24] "... And verily, if you ask me about faith, disputes the people of the perfection of faith, grow and loss of faith, and you say as if you want to know the faith according to Ahlus Sunnah of the way ... "

5. Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal rahimahullah (live th. 164-241 AH), he said in his book Muqaddimah, as-Sunnah: "These schools ahlul 'ilmi, ash-haabul atsar and Ahlus Sunnah, they are known as followers of Sunnah and the n friend, since from the time of the Companions g up to the present time ... "

6. Imam Ibn Jarir Tabari rahimahullah (d.. 310 H) said: "... As for the right of the words of the belief that the believers will see Allah on the Day of Resurrection; then it is a religion, a religion with us. And we know that the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah found, the hosts of heaven will see God in accordance with the authentic message of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. "[25]

7. Imam Abu Ja'far Ahmad ibn Muhammad ath-Thahawi rahimahullah (live th. 239-321 H). He says in the book Muqaddimah 'aqidahnya the famous (al-' Aqiidatuth Thahaawiyyah): "... This is the explanation of the 'Aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah."

With penukilan, then it is clear to us that the Ahlus Sunnah lafazh already known among the Salaf (early generation of this ummah) and the scholars afterwards. The term Ahlus Sunnah is an absolute term as opposed to the word Ahlul Bid'ah. The scholars of Ahlus Sunnah written explanation of the 'Aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah, so that the Ummah ideology of' aqidah is right, and to distinguish between them and the Ahlul Bid'ah. As has been done by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, Imam al-Barbahari, Imam ath-Thahawi and others.

Manhaj of da'wah of Ahlus-Sunnah
The meaning of da'wah (inviting people to the path of Allah), which invites people to believe in God, believe in what brought the apostles, confirming what they preach to men, say two sentences creed, prayers, issue a zakat, fasting Ramadan, pilgrimage to the House, invites people to believe in Allaah, His angels, His books, His messengers, believing the end of the day (man resurrected after death), faith in Qadar which good and bad, and invites people to worship only to Allah as if he sees Him. [26]

So says mission is to invite people to the Five Pillars of Islam, the Five Pillars of Faith, and implementing Islamic law, obey Allah and His Messenger, Allah invites people to mentauhidkan, banning people from shirk, invites people to ittiba '(imitating the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) forbade doing and heresy. Invite people to the right path, so that people survive in this world and in the Hereafter, that following the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions radi anhum.

Propagation in the way of Allah is the greatest obedience to God. And the word is best to invite people to the path of Allah and do good deeds.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alaberfirman:

ومن أحسن قولا ممن دعا إلى الله وعمل صالحا وقال إنني من المسلمين

Who better words than those who call to Allah, doing charitable deeds, and said: "I am among those who submit." [Fushshilat/41: 33].

A. Propagation The Haq Should the Bekal Science Syar'i
Indeed, people who pay attention to the journey of the clergy Experts Hadith period has passed, it will see that the scholars of hadith experts had followed the same method in preaching to God in the light and bashirah (knowledge and beliefs).

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alaberfirman:

قل هذه سبيلي أدعو إلى الله على بصيرة أنا ومن اتبعني وسبحان الله وما أنا من المشركين

Say: "This is the way (religion) me, me and the people who follow me invites (you) to Allah with tangible proof, Glory to God, and I am not among those who idolaters". [Yusuf/12: 108 ].

That includes the methods of science, learning and teaching. For indeed, if the missionary position toward God is the most noble and principal for a servant, it would not happen except by science. In science, one can preach, and to the science did he preach. Even for perfect propaganda, science must be achieved to limit maximum effort. [27]

Terms somebody preaching should be knowledgeable and understood the science syar'i, who with his knowledge, he can bring mankind to the true Islam. The scientific method is built on three grounds. [28] First, al 'Science. Ie knowing al haq (truth). Second, the propagation toward al haq (inviting people to the truth). Third, firm and committed and on the truth. [29]
Word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

هو الذي أرسل رسوله بالهدى ودين الحق ليظهره على الدين كله وكفى بالله شهيدا

He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth so that his win against all religions. And enough is Allah as a witness. [Al Fath/48: 28].

What is meant by الهدى (guidance) is beneficial knowledge, and دين الحق (true religion) is good deeds. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alamengutus Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallamuntuk explain the truth from falsehood, describes the names of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, His attributes, His actions, laws and news coming from His command all that helpful to the heart, soul and body. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam commanded to worship mengikhlaskan solely because of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, His love, moral with noble character, good deeds, with civilized manners that are useful. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade shirk, bad behavior and morals are harmful to the liver and the body, the world and the hereafter. [30]

B. Ahlus-Sunnah preach (Refer Man) to the Way of God With Wisdom [31]
The Word of God al Hakiim:

ادع إلى سبيل ربك بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة وجادلهم بالتي هي أحسن إن ربك هو أعلم بمن ضل عن سبيله وهو أعلم بالمهتدين

Summon (people) to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good lessons and bantahlah them in a better way. Surely thy Lord, He Who knoweth best who strays from His path, and He is the One who knows the people who receive guidance. [An-Nahl/16: 125]

Noble verse above is a principle that teaches the way to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, and teach the preachers, the way in preaching. For verily, Allah has mensyari'atkan to His servants through His Book which He sent down, and with His Messenger n explanation in cases that can provide lighting for their intellect, the sanctity of life and the righteousness of their actions.

Allah has named (shari'ah it) with sabil (road), so that they remain consistent in all phases of the journey on that road; thus can lead to the top of the target, which is eternal happiness in the afterlife. And He weave sabil (road) with Himself, so called sabilillaah (in Allah's way), so that the servants knew, he was the one who had made it, and there is nothing that can be delivered into His pleasure than God's way.

The above verse, the origin is the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alayang addressed to His chosen Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. In this verse, Allah commanded His Prophet to preach n the road to his Lord. And he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was al Amiin (credible) and al Ma'shum (who awake from sin), thus, is not he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam left something in the way his Lord, but he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has mendakwahkannya. Thus we know, anything that was not called by the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then it is not included the path of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. So we also get a clue about the difference between al haq al bathil, instructions with heresy, and the preacher-preacher-preacher preacher of God with Satan.

Therefore, he who called on what was called by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, meaning it includes preachers-preachers of God, who called on al Haq and guidance. [32] And whosoever calls on the what not called by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, it includes preachers demon-preacher, who called on falsehood and error. Thus, a Muslim who followed the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he will exert all his ability to preach all that he knew from the way his Lord. And if any individual from among the Muslims carry out this mission according to his ability, it will be God's way is clear for the people who covered it, science will be spread among the Muslims. The streets of falsehood, would be devoid of a preacher-preacher devil. [33]

Greatest obligation that must be taken by the preachers, teachers and scholars, namely climbing manhaj in da'wah towards the prophets of Allaah. Based on reviews from the angle of religion and reason, then a preacher should not deviate from the methodology of da'wah Anbiya, then choose another manhaj of da'wah, because:

1. Manhaj Anbiya (The Prophets) is the straight path of God assigned to all prophets, from first to last.

2. Indeed the prophets really have to hold fast and methodology of such practice. It clearly shows us that the problem is not including the methodology of ijtihad issues (not from thought).

3. Allah has made obligatory upon His Messenger glorious n to imitate and take the methodology of the prophets, and we are obliged to follow the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

4. Because the concept of perfection is reflected in the mission of the prophets Abraham Alaihissallam mission, God commanded the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa manhaj sallamuntuk follow Prophet Ibrahim Alaihissallam. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alajuga ordered people of Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallamuntuk follow the religion of Prophet Ibrahim hanif Alaihissallam. [34]

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alaberfirman:

يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم فإن تنازعتم في شيء فردوه إلى الله والرسول إن كنتم تؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر ذلك خير وأحسن تأويلا

O ye who believe, obey Allah and obey His Messenger and ulil amri among you, and if you differ on anything, then restore it to God (al-Qur `an) and His Prophet (Sunnah), if you truly believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is over (advantageous) and better in the end. [An-Nisaa `/ 4: 59].
If we return to al-Qur `an, Allah has informed us, that the 'aqidah of all the apostles is monotheism. As for their mission, starting with tauhidullah, and monotheism is the most important and the biggest case they preach.

5. God has created the universe, so neatly arranged, and made provisions for nature. If the provisions of different nature, nature is inevitably corrupted. Likewise, in terms of Shari'ah, it is not upright except in the 'Aqeedah of truth. If the Shariah has been separated from the 'Aqeedah, then corrupted Shari'ah, so that is no longer true as the shari'ah.

Clearly, the relationship 'Aqeedah Tawheed of all Shariah prophets (including the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam), like the foundation of a building and the like spirit to the body. The body will not stand up and live, except in the presence of spirits.

To add us to sunnatullah of understanding that his disyari'atkan, here we bring you three examples. That arrangement and order in the shari'ah his subjects that serve the purpose, so that must be followed and should not deviate from the following:

1. Prayer.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has taught us to pray to the real action. Suppose there is a group of people who change the ways of prayer the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then what prayer is true and in conformity with Islamic law?

2. Hajj.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was the pilgrimage and teach people about the rituals of Hajj. So if there is a congregation that wants a change associated with the rituals of Hajj, then what is justified by the Islamic Hajj or pilgrimage would damage?

3. Propagation Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam (this is important).
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam began his preaching with a monotheism, and so are all the apostles. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alaberfirman:

ولقد بعثنا في كل أمة رسولا أن اعبدوا الله واجتنبوا الطاغوت فمنهم من هدى الله ومنهم من حقت عليه الضلالة فسيروا في الأرض فانظروا كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين

And verily We sent messengers to every Ummah (to call): "Worship Allah (Alone), and shun the Evil that, then among the ummah that some were given instructions by God and some of these people who have definitely heresy for him. then walk ye in the earth and see what was the end of those who denied (the apostles). [an-Nahl/16: 36]. [35]

In the example, the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam told Mu'adh bin Jabal radi anhu when sent to Yemen. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إنك ستأتي قوما أهل كتاب, فإذا جئتهم فادعهم إلى أن يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله, وأن محمدا رسول الله (وفي طريق: فليكن أول ما تدعوهم إليه عبادة الله), (وفي أخرى: أن يوحدوا الله) فإن هم أطاعوك لذلك (وفي رواية : فإذا عرفوا الله), فأخبرهم أن الله قد فرض عليهم خمس صلوات في كل يوم وليلة, فإن هم أطاعوا لك بذلك فأخبرهم أن الله قد فرض عليهم صدقة تؤخذ من أغنيائهم فترد على فقرائهم, فإن هم أطاعوا لك لذلك فإياك وكرائم أموالهم واتق دعوة المظلوم فإنه ليس بينه وبين الله حجاب.
Actually you will come to a people of the Book, then invite them to testify that none has the right god diibadahi correctly except Allah, and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. (On the other lafazh: So the first time you preach to them is to worship Allah alone). (Also lafazh more: That they take God as the only one entitled to diibadahi). If they mentaatimu as such it (in a history: If they have mentauhidkan Allah), then notify them, Allah has obliged them to pray five times a day. If they mentaatimu as such, then notify them, Allah has made obligatory upon them Sadaqah taken from the rich people among them, and then distributed to the poor people among them. If they mentaatimu as such, then ye turn away their wealth of good, and fear ye the people dizhalimi prayer, because there is no veil between the dizhalimi prayer with God. [36]

1. Ahlus Sunnah invites MENTAUHIDKAN GOD AND MAN'S DEEDS away from SHIRK.
The preacher must begin by referring to his message of unity, because it is the most important mission and most noble. Propagation of monotheism, the invite to the highest degree of faith. It is as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

الإيمان بضع وسبعون أو بضع وستون شعبة, فأفضلها قول لا إله إلا الله, وأدناها إماطة الأذى عن الطريق, والحياء شعبة من الإيمان.

Faith has over seventy branches or over sixty branches. The highest branch is saying "Laa ilaaha illallaah", and the least is to get rid of thorns (blockage) of the road, and shame is one branch of faith. [1]

Imam an-Nawawi rahimahullah said: "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has warned that the other branches of the faith will not be valid and are not accepted, unless the validity of these main branches (tawhid)".

Based on what was mentioned above, all the missionary movement that stands upright on the indictment and symbols ishlah (improvement), but do not focus our attention and efforts to improve not departed from monotheism, would be instances of abuse and diversion away from the subject as a very important this. As the deeds of the people that have spent their age in improving mu'amalah between humans, but they mu'amalah against al Khaliq (Allah) or 'Aqeedah them against him stray far from the instructions Salafush-Salih. The role of 'Aqeedah in life is important, so the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam always stressed to the preachers, that they must pay attention to the 'Aqeedah and began preaching to the' Aqeedah as stated in the hadeeth of Mu'adh bin Jabal radi anhu.

Some people were curious and quaint with a priority mission to monotheism. Imam Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said: "Unity is the key to unlocking the mission of the apostles," and then he mentioned the hadeeth of Mu'adh rahimahullah mentioned earlier. [2]

Light monotheistic call this blessed, never be extinguished for a moment, just a plea for stability and steadiness of monotheism in the human heart.

Although awareness of and response to the unity of the Ummah has reached perfection, however, there is a definite shortage in human beings. Disadvantages of the ugliest is lacking in sincerity and conviction disappearance of monotheism. Therefore, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not remain silent, he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam always call ugliness shirk, until the last days of life he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the world. Al 'Irbadh bin Sariyah radi anhu said:

صلى بنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات يوم ثم أقبل علينا فوعظنا موعظة بليغة ذرفت منها العيون ووجلت منها القلوب, فقال قائل: يا رسول الله كأن هذه موعظة مودع, فماذا تعهد إلينا فقال: أوصيكم بتقوى الله والسمع والطاعة وإن عبدا حبشيا, فإنه من يعش منكم بعدي فسيرى اختلافا كثيرا, فعليكم بسنتي وسنة الخلفاء المهديين الراشدين, تمسكوا بها وعضوا عليها بالنواجذ, وإياكم ومحدثات الأمور فإن كل محدثة بدعة, وكل بدعة ضلالة.

"One day, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never prayed with us, and then he was facing to us and gave us advice with advice that made her eyes water and make the heart tremble. 3. Ahlus-Sunnah commands to THE ma'ruf and counter evil CONDITIONS BY Shari'a
Definition ma'ruf, according to the explanation Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, is a name that includes anything that loved God from matters of faith and good deeds. The evil that is, a name that covers anything for any unwelcome God and that he commanded. [5]
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

كنتم خير أمة أخرجت للناس تأمرون بالمعروف وتنهون عن المنكر

You guys are the best to people who are born to humans, sent to the ma'ruf and prevent the evil. [Ali 'Imran / 3:110]

ولتكن منكم أمة يدعون إلى الخير ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر وأولئك هم المفلحون

And let none of you class of people who call to virtue, sent to the ma'ruf and prevent it from being evil, they are the lucky ones. [Ali 'Imran / 3:104]. [6]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من رأى منكم منكرا فليغيره بيده, فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه, فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه, وذلك أضعف الإيمان.

Whoever among you see misguidance, then let him change his hands. If you are not able to, then do it with his tongue. And if it is not able to as well, then with his heart. That's the least of weak faith. [7]

Law enjoining nahi munkar is fard kifaya, [8] and the perpetrators must meet the following conditions:

• knowledgeable.
His words:

قل هذه سبيلي أدعو إلى الله على بصيرة أنا ومن اتبعني وسبحان الله وما أنا من المشركين

Say: "This is the way (religion) me, me and the people who follow me invites (you) to Allah with tangible proof. Glory to Allah, and I am not among those who idolaters". [Yusuf/12: 108]

• Weak-tender.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إن الرفق لا يكون في شيء إلا زانه, ولا ينزع من شيء إلا شانه.

Indeed, the gentleness in anything, it would have adorned it, and not revoked (gentleness), but it will contaminate anything. [9]

Salaf Da'wah is famous for preaching in a gentle, not harsh and rough. They are the ones who know the truth and affection for creatures. They are decisive and courageous in telling the truth. Sometimes, because of his firm in the truth that causes Salaf accused of being a missionary preaching a hard, stiff, coarse, and more. In fact, with firmness in truth, many of the ummah who became acquainted with Islam, get guidance from God. Primary mission is gentle and affection among the believers and harsh to unbelievers.

• Patience.
Word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

يا بني أقم الصلاة وأمر بالمعروف وانه عن المنكر واصبر على ما أصابك إن ذلك من عزم الأمور

My son, be steadfast in prayer and dispatch people doing good and forbid them from evil deeds, and be patient for what happened to you. [Luqman/31: 17].

واصبر على ما يقولون واهجرهم هجرا جميلا

Be patient you of anything they say, and turn away from them in a good way. [Al Muzammil/73: 10].

• There is the ability and power [10]
• Must be sincere solely for Allah.

Enjoining and forbidding evil is an obligatory charity, most important, and most good. [11]

4. Ahlus-Sunnah invites MUSLIMS TO UNITY
Often people who are not happy to say this unity, preaching Salaf made Ummah divided, antagonists, and other charges. Their allegations are not true, but it is they who make the split. Because of Ahlus-Sunnah propaganda invited to the unity of the Muslims and prohibits berpecah apart, as the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولا تفرقوا

And hold fast, all of you to the rope (religion) of Allah, and do not disperse ... "[Ali 'Imran / 3:103].

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ولا تكونوا كالذين تفرقوا واختلفوا من بعد ما جاءهم البينات وأولئك لهم عذاب عظيم

And do not be like those odds crumbled and came after a clear explanation to them. They are the ones who get severe punishment. [Ali 'Imran / 3:105].

ولا تكونوا من المشركين من الذين فرقوا دينهم وكانوا شيعا كل حزب بما لديهم فرحون

Do you include people who are to Allah, those who divide their religion, and they became some classes. Each group was proud of what is in their class. [Ar-Ruum/30 :31-32].

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

الجماعة رحمة والفرقة عذاب.

Congregation is a blessing, while berpecah apart is torment. [12]

So, that Ahlus-Sunnah are not called on matters that can break up the unity of the Muslims. However, the Ahlus-Sunnah took the union based on the al-Qur `an and Sunnah according to the understanding Salafush-Salih, not a false unity and misguided. The desired unity, ie unity according to the understanding of the Salaf scholars and those who follow manhaj (guidelines) them, not according to the understanding of the passions and hizbiyyah followers.

Lafazh hizb, terms of aspects of the language, has several meanings. Al Fairuz Abadi in-iru Bashaa Dzawit-Tamyiizi (II/457) said, al hizb is a group (class). Al Ahzaab is a collection of people who are allied combat the prophets. And according to Al-Qur `an, lafazh al hizb has several points of view:

• Meaningful some classes that are in dissent, shari'ah, and religion. Each group feels proud of what is in them. (Ar-Ruum/30: 32).
• Meaningful demon army. (Mujaadilah/58: 19).
• Meaningful army of God. (Mujaadilah/58: 22).
• Those in the world is the winner. (Al-Maa idah / 5:56).
• Due to (children) for them are as lucky winners.

Shaykh al-Rahman Shafiyur Mubarakfuriy said, "Al hizb, the language is, the class (set) of human gathering of human beings because of the nature of the Allied or kemashlahatan a whole. They are bound by ties of 'Aqeedah and belief, or disbelief bond, wickedness, disobedience, or bound by (a feeling of) nationality and homeland, or (bond) lineage (descent), occupation, language, or anything similar to these bonds, the criteria, which are customary kemaslahatannya people gathered on it and together because of these traits. "

For people who have sense, is something that is very clear, that every hizb common principles, ideas, backrest that are internal and theories as a standard, as the laws for hizb groups, although some of them do not call it a law- legislation. Position of the law as the principle on which the system berpijaknya hizb organizing and hizb deliberately constructed by the law.

Those who trust and believe in earnest, then in the end he will admit it, take it as a principle of movement and charitable jama'i neatly arranged in such hizb. So he is a member or supporter of allegiance. Who do not agree (refuse), it does not include members of hizb. Thus, the law principle wala '(allegiance / loyalty) and bara' (enmity) unity and division, concern and indifference.

Based on the description, the real world there are only two hizb. That hizb God and Satan hizb, who wins and who loses, is a Muslim and the infidel.

The man who put God into hizb hizb (groups, movements, congregation-worshipers) the other, it means he had torn hizb God, to divide the Word of Allah. So that a Muslim should leave and abandon all forms hizbiyyah narrow and cursed, because God has weakened hizb and may not be tolerant to all groups, (class, congregation) that Islam is wholly owned by God. [13]

Ahlus-Sunnah Invites Muslims To Unity Upper Sunnah
If the Muslims are united in the Sunnah, they will receive mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, kindness and strength. Conversely, if they disagree, then what will happen is a weakness, defeat and destruction. As Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وأطيعوا الله ورسوله ولا تنازعوا فتفشلوا وتذهب ريحكم واصبروا إن الله مع الصابرين

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not be arguing, which causes you to flinch and lose strength and be patient. Verily Allah is with those who patiently persevere. [Al Anfaal / 8:46].

Must be noted, however, that the union must be built on ittiba '(devotion) to the as-Sunnah, not heresy. Most firqah-firqah denouncing the division and bring to unity, they mean by split menyelesihi they are the ones who, despite the dicelanya group is above the truth. While they mean by unity, that is, back to the principles and methodology of them. Though the principles and methodology of the way they have deviated from the ash-Shirathal-Mustaqeem (the straight path). Therefore, if there is any dispute, let restored to God and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam with the understanding Salafush-Salih. [14]

Ahlus-Sunnah sent to the unity of the Islamic Ummah on the basis of the Sunnah and prohibiting berpecah apart and bergolong-class. Ahlus Sunnah also told the Islamic ummah to be in a single row on the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the face of the enemy. The underground groups, splinter congregation and the congregation-allegiance-allegiance allegiance known as propaganda, is the cause of the breach and defamation (contention). Allegiance should only be given to the person designated by the Ahl-ul-halli wal 'aqdi (sort of the judiciary), or to a Muslim who came to power by force, even though he was an injustice.

Ahlus-Sunnah hadith found on:

... من مات وليس في عنقه بيعة, مات ميتة جاهلية.

(... Whoever dies while he has not berbai'at, the death count in the death of Jahiliyyah). [15]

The sanctions mentioned in the above hadith addressed to people who do not membai'at authorities designated and agreed upon by the Ahl-ul-halli wal 'aqdi. [16] As was said by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, when answering questions Ishaq ibn Ibrahim ibn Hani on hadith above, he (Imam Ahmad) said: "The definition of Imam is that the Muslims-completely-assembled to pay allegiance. That priest, and thus the meaning of this hadith. "So, not as claimed by each congregation or group. [17]

Al Katsiri in his book, Fa-Baari idhul said: "Know that the hadith shows that allegiance is considered legitimate, allegiance by all Muslims. Then if there are two or three people are inducted, it does not say (as) Imam until (he) dibai'at by Muslims or ahlul halli wal 'aqdi ". [18]

So, about those who left bai'at Jahiliyyah threatened with death, it applies to people who do not berbai'at to the priest, who had gathered to him all the Muslims or are represented by the Ahl-ul-halli wal 'aqdi. As performed by groups (jama'ah-worshipers)-that exist today-is bai'at innovations that should be abandoned. As was stated by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to Hudzaifah radi anhu, when no congregation and priest, then he must leave all the congregation.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

... تلزم جماعة المسلمين وإمامهم, فقلت: فإن لم تكن لهم جماعة ولا إمام? قال, فاعتزل تلك الفرق كلها, ولو أن تعض على أصل شجرة حتى يدركك الموت وأنت على ذلك.

"... Let you hold fast (united) to the congregation and the imam of the Muslims," ​​then Hudzaifah radi anhu asked: "What if they do not have the congregation and the priest again?" He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied: "Stay away from all of the groups, although it should bite the root of the tree, until you die in such circumstances". [19]

5. Ahlus-Sunnah Wal Jama'ah invites Morals GLORIOUS PEOPLE TO CHARITY-CHARITY AND GOOD, [20] and prohibits depraved [21]
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was sent to invite humans to worship only Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala alone and improve human morality. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إنما بعثت لأتمم صالح الأخلاق.

Surely I was sent to perfect good character. [22]
Indeed, the character of the 'Aqeedah there is a very strong relationship. Due to good morals as proof of the faith, while bad character as evidence of lack of faith. The more perfect a Muslim character, meaning the stronger faith.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

أكمل المؤمنين إيمانا أحسنهم خلقا, وخياركم خياركم لنسائهم.

The believers most perfect faith are the most depraved kind of them. And best of you are the kindest to his wives. [23]

Good morals are part of the good deeds that can add to the faith and have a heavy weight in the scales. The owner is very loved by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. And good morals to be one of the causes of a person can get into Heaven. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

ما شيء أثقل في ميزان المؤمن يوم القيامة من خلق حسن وإن الله ليبغض الفاحش البذيء.

There is nothing heavier in the scales of a believer on the Day of Judgment, but good morals. And verily, Allah hates people who like to talk nasty and dirty. [24]

He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

إن من أحبكم إلي وأقربكم مني مجلسا يوم القيامة أحاسنكم أخلاقا ...

Indeed, the most I love in between you and the closest his association with me on the Day of Resurrection, is the moral good ... [25]

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was asked about the cause most people to go to heaven, then He sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam replied:

تقوى الله وحسن الخلق, وسئل عن أكثر ما يدخل الناس النار? فقال: الفم والفرج.

"Piety to God and good morals." And when asked about the cause most of the people going to hell, then He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "The tongue and the genitals". [26]

Ahlus-Sunnah also ordered to do good to parents, encouraging bersilaturrahim, and be kind to neighbors, orphans, the poor, and ibn sabil. [27] They (Ahlus Sunnah) banned from doing cocky, arrogant, and injustice. [28] They ordered the ban of the noble and humble character. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إن الله كريم يحب الكرم ومعالي الأخلاق ويبغض سفسافها.

Verily Allah Most Gracious, like generosity and noble spirit, low morals and hated (despised). [29]

It was a noble character ennoble someone in the sight of Allah, as mentioned in the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

إن المؤمن ليدرك بحسن خلقه درجة الصائم القائم.

Indeed, a believer with a good moral, will achieve the degree of the sawm (fasting) during the day and pray at night. [30]

Noble spirit can add life and make the affluent, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

... وحسن الخلق وحسن الجوار يعمران الديار ويزيدان في الأعمار.

... Good morals and good neighborliness, they make the house prosper and increase lifespan. [31]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was the most excellent moral. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has said in His Word:

وإنك لعلى خلق عظيم

And verily, you really have a great character. [Al Qalam/68: 4].

This is consistent with the narrative of 'Aisha radi anhuma:

كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أحسن الناس خلقا.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was the most depraved kind. [32]

Similarly, the companions radi anhum, they are the kindest people depraved after the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Among morals Salafush-Salih, namely:

• Ikhlas in science and charity, and fear do riya '.
• Be honest in all things and distanced from nature lies.
• sincere in fulfilling the mandate and not treasonous.
• Uphold the rights of Allah and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
• Trying to abandon all forms of hypocrisy.
• Soft heart, a lot of remembrance of death and the afterlife, and the fear of the end of life are ugly (su'ul Khitmah).
• A lot of dhikr of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, and not speak in vain.
• Tawaadhu '(humble) and not overbearing.
• Many of repentance, forgiveness (ask forgiveness) to God, both day and night.
• earnestly cautious and not claiming to be the cautious, and always fear Allah.
• Busy with disgrace yourself and not busy with the disgrace of others, and always cover the disgrace of others.
• Always maintain their oral, not like backbiting (not wag his fellow Muslims).
• Shy. [33]

Shame is the morals of Islam, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

إن لكل دين خلقا وخلق الإسلام الحياء.

Indeed, every religion has a morality, and morality is a shame Islam. [34]
So is the word of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

الحياء لا يأتي إلا بخير.

Shame it does not bring anything but goodness alone. [35]

• Many forgiveness and patience to those who hurt him.

خذ العفو وأمر بالعرف وأعرض عن الجاهلين

"Be thou merciful and dispatch people are doing good work, and turn away from the ignorant people." [Al-A'raf: 199]

• Many bershadaqah, philanthropist, helping people who are difficult, not hunks / not stingy.
• Reconciling the people who have disputes.
• Do not envy (envy, jealousy), did not prejudice his fellow believers.
• Dare to tell the truth and love. [36]

So in between morals Salafush-Salih. They are people who have a high and noble character and praised by Allah and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. People who follow in their footsteps, it should also have a noble character, because character is closely related to 'aqeedah and manhaj.

May we always be taufiq by Allah Almighty and moral strength to be able to imitate the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his companions radi anhum. And for someone, not allowed to say "Salaf was not moral," because this sentence is a reproach to the best generation of this ummah. The individual errors in moral issues, then surely no human had Ma'shum, except the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

BEST GUIDE ONLY EXIST IN AL-QUR'AN

إن هذا القرآن يهدي للتي هي أقوم

"Verily Al-Qur` an is giving instructions to the (road) is more straight .... [al-Isra '/ 17:9]

In this noble verse, Allah Jalla wa 'Ala praised the book which was revealed to His Messenger, Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, namely Al-Qur `an, as a book of divine greatest and most wide-ranging concerns all kinds of science, book at last, comes from-Lord of the worlds. With arguments, proof-proof, rules and advices dikandungannya, Al-Qur `an is a factor of the number of people who obtain guidance, and he drove straight to the road more and more light. That is, the instructions of Al-Qur `an more straight, just, and true in matters of Aqeedah (belief), deeds-deeds and morals [1].

The above verse is one of the verses which praise the virtue of Al-Qur `an, the height of rank and glory in the previous books. Among the verses that praise is as follows.

ولقد جئناهم بكتاب فصلناه على علم هدى ورحمة لقوم يؤمنون

"And We have brought in a Book (Al-Qur'an) to those who we have explained on the basis of the knowledge we; a guidance and a mercy to those who believe." [Al-A'raf / 7:52].

ونزلنا عليك الكتاب تبيانا لكل شيء وهدى ورحمة وبشرى للمسلمين

"And We have sent down to you the Book (Al-Qur` an) to explain everything, and guidance and mercy for those who have surrendered. " [An-Nahl/16: 89]

In the two verses above, globally Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala describes the content of Al-Qur `an, as guidance towards the best, the most just and right. If we wish to explore the details hidayahnya perfectly, surely we will navigate the entire content of Al-Qur `an [2]. A person who obtained the guidance of Al-Qur `an, undoubtedly he was a perfect human being, the straightest and most are filled with clues. [3]

Following exposure of concrete evidence regarding the guidance of Al-Qur `an that beat all copyright and the results of human thought and other legislation. In nature, evil in the act of adultery that has been recognized by all human beings are still straight. Because adultery is already injure honor, littering and damaging the sanctity of the family lineage in the community.

As for the woman who likes to commit adultery with any man, then it is the same. People like this are so dirty and do not deserve the right to life. Its existence is a thorn for the community. Therefore, al-Khaliq, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala punish the law to kill, so that the fornicators bad deeds can be turned off, and close human desire not to make the same conduct.

Other Lessons from stoning, is of benefit to the adultery to clean from the dirty deed he had ever traveled. Legal killed by stoning it was terrible, because the crimes are also crimes unspeakable, so that the punishment he received must setimpat. Adultery as punishment for people who have never been married, the punishment is very hard, because to meet the needs of "biological", in fact he could enjoy with his wife. However, on the contrary, he channeled in the wrong and dangerous.

Legal provisions Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala always bersendikan in principle rule out the danger and bring benefit to the people mausia, and uphold the noble values. Hence, no doubt, a very severe acts of betrayal content repaid with severe punishment anyway.

2. Law of Qisas.
Legal provisions is very useful to keep the peace of the community of actions to kill each other. With this Qisas law, the crime of murder can also be inhibited. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ولكم في القصاص حياة يا أولي الألباب لعلكم تتقون

"And in Qisas there (security of) life for you, O ulil Albab (intelligent people), that ye may fear Allah" [al-Baqarah / 2:179].

No doubt about it, this is the best and most fair rules. Facts prove the low number of murders in the countries that execute the laws Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. Because the Qisas law becomes a powerful control for people who want to do crime and murder.

Contrary to the enemies of Islam, they mengopinikan that Qisas against the spirit of wisdom. Because it is so easy to reduce the proportion of people with a death sentence for the murder after the death of the victim. Or the name of the person's right to life shall be respected. Because it is very basic. So pantasnya, the perpetrators were sentenced to jail.

Opinions enemies of Islam is certainly not worth at all, and far from wisdom. Since the prison was unable to prevent the practice of killing. If the punishment is not really a deterrent, it will increase the desire to do the next murder from the people who do not fear Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

The people who cast the comments above, essentially feeling "knowing" human benefit and try to make opposition to the law of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. They just look right to life for the murder, but did not care about the lives of the victims that floated in vain, without a valid reason. 3. Law To Cut Hand Thief.
Includes instructions Al-Qur `an is straight, the law of cutting off hands for theft of goods reaches a certain threshold. It is expressed in the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

والسارق والسارقة فاقطعوا أيديهما جزاء بما كسبا نكالا من الله والله عزيز حكيم

"The man who steals and the woman who stole two hand cut (as) the reward of what they are doing and as a punishment from God. Allah is Mighty, Wise." [Al-Maida / 5:38].

Similarly, the Prophet sallallaahu 'aliahi wa sallam affirmed to his family: "If Fatima steal, I will surely cut her hand".

Jumhur scholars said the law was made from hand cut joints of his right hand, not to the elbow joint. If making theft a second time, then the left foot cut off. If the repeated actions, kirilah hand cut. If they keep doing the stealing again, the left foot should be lost.

Hand thieves deserve to be eliminated, because that hand has done vile and treasonous. In fact Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is used in order to create things that are allowed and pleasing Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, execute commands and avoid His prohibitions, and take part in building society. But he used his hands to treasonous by taking someone else's property without a justifiable reason. The power of the hand used to commit treasonous. Taking possessions in this way is a very bad deed. Dirty hands, trying to shake the public tranquility. Therefore, the property has an important role of social stability. Then al-Khaliq, who created the hand, punished him by cutting and eliminating them. The withdrawal, which had broken limbs again rot which will transmit the disease in the whole body if it is not amputated, so hand it must be eliminated to maintain the body and set him free from the threat of disease.

The law cut the hand is also useful for cleaning burglary theft perpetrators of sin which he did, at the same time serves as the controller firmly in the community.

4. Islam And Technological Progress.
For a look at the content of Islamic law, he will know for sure that progress is not contrary to the commitments (istiqomah) fulfill religious values. وأعدوا لهم ما استطعتم من قوة

"And prepare against them what force you can afford ..." [al-Anfal / 8:60].

ولقد آتينا داوود منا فضلا يا جبال أوبي معه والطير وألنا له الحديد أن اعمل سابغات وقدر في السرد واعملوا صالحا إني بما تعملون بصير

"And verily We gave David grace from Us. (We said):" O mountains and birds, glorify repeatedly with David, "and we've softened iron for him, (ie) make great armor -large and measure the basket, and do it the righteous deeds. Behold, I see what you do ". [Saba `/ 34:10-11].

Word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala: {(ie) make armor and a big basket measure}, show preparation in the face of the enemy. As for His saying: {and do it the righteous deeds}, contains instructions for dealing with an enemy that preparations done in the frame haniif religion. And peace be upon the Prophet Dawud including prophets embodied in Sura al-An'am:

ومن ذريته داوود وسليمان وأيوب ويوسف وموسى وهارون وكذلك نجزي المحسنين

"... And to some of his descendants (Noah) that David, Solomon, Job, Joseph, Moses, and Aaron. Thus we reward those who do good". [Al An'am / 6:84].

After calling several prophets (including the Prophet Dawud peace be upon), Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to steer the conversation to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

أولئك الذين هدى الله فبهداهم اقتده

"They are the ones who have been given instructions by Allah, then follow their instructions ...." [Al-An `am / 6:90].

This is an indication that we are also part of the command addressed to the Prophet Dawud peace be upon them. In the fight against the enemy, we must formulate preparations accompanied by commitments still adhere to religious teachings. Notice the word Allah in Sura al-Anfal / 8 verse 60, this is a definite order to prepare for all abilities, even if the power has boomed. This is a firm order to condition myself to progress in worldly matters, not old-fashioned, and always innovating. If all Muslims to know and follow the religion properly, will undoubtedly be firm to the Salaf generation kuffaar as being the ancestor of the kuffaar. Therefore, religion has not changed. However, those who have been deceived by the propaganda of the West, at odds with the teachings of Islam. And this makes their views to Islam bad. So, God made them as slaves infidels are evil. If they want to hold back the Islamic religion, then is glory, hegemony, and the power will be back in the hands of the Muslims. So that the Muslims would be acting as a world leader. Allah says:

ذلك ولو يشاء الله لانتصر منهم ولكن ليبلو بعضكم ببعض

"Thus, if Allah wills Allah will destroy them but Allah wanted to test some of you with others". [Muhammad/47: 4].

O Allah, We beseech Thee that faith can not be separated, favors are not exhausted, and accompany Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the highest heaven for ever. [7]

Praise belongs to Allah. He who has given to each offender forgiveness of sin. And God also has double the reward for the doers. He bestows a variety of goodness and pleasure to all creatures.

You know, the best gift God has bestowed upon a slave is faith and piety. Wealth and adequacy of life, should not be an obstacle for someone to be cautious. He also must make sure, that the faith and piety is God's favor and grace alone. Therefore, giving a little, if grateful and considered, it is better than many but still consider it always lacked. So it is not an abundance of delicious berfaidah and abundance of things for people who do not give thanks to God.

Remember, wealth is not due to the abundant treasures. But the real wealth is the wealth contained in the soul. That soul is always qana'ah and gracefully accept any gift of God to him, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

قد أفلح من أسلم ورزق كفافا وقنعه الله بما آتاه

Really lucky people who had surrendered, given sufficient fortune and given the nature of qana'ah to what God gave him. [Reported by Muslim]

By the nature of this qana'ah, a Muslim should be able to keep in seeking fortune or livelihood. When bermu'amalah in search of livelihood, not to commit kezhaliman to take someone else's property by unlawful means. This is the fundamental principle that we must make in bermu'amalah barometer. Allah says:

يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل إلا أن تكون تجارة عن تراض منكم

O ye who believe, do not consume each treasure neighbors by way of vanity, except with the prevailing trade with consensual among you .... [An Nisaa / 4: 29].

ولا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل وتدلوا بها إلى الحكام لتأكلوا فريقا من أموال الناس بالإثم وأنتم تعلمون

And do not some of you take some of the other treasures of you with a false path, and (do not) you take (the affairs of) the treasure to the judge, that ye may take a part of the property of another person is (the doing) of sin, but ye know [al-Baqarah / 2: 188]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has warned:

كل المسلم على المسلم حرام دمه وعرضه وماله

Every Muslim against another Muslim is unclean blood, dignity, and wealth. [Reported by Muslim].

Look at the example on self Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. When selling a slave to al 'Adda', he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam wrote: "This is the purchased al' Adda 'ibn Khalid ibn Haudhah of the Prophet Muhammad. He had bought a slave with no hidden defects. No trickery and engineering, "n then he continued:" This is the sale of the other Muslims with Muslims ".

So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam exemplify ethical trading fellow Muslims, by holding a contract in writing, and no element of falsehood.

But hunters greedy world, has deviated path in search of treasure. They accomplish this by vanity, trickery, manipulate, and deceive those who are weak. There's even impersonate a helper of the poor, but it turned out to extort, take the property of people who oppressed distress, seems not to have compassion and mercy. Various guises, they meant by soft loans, mortgage, auction, or otherwise. In fact, aid and loans will not lighten the load, let alone alleviate suffering, but more plunged into the abyss of misery, hardship and poverty. It is true that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

ليأتين على الناس زمان لا يبالي المرء بما أخذ المال أمن حلال أم من حرام

It will come upon man a period, that person no longer cares where he got the treasure, of the lawful or (a) unlawful. [Bukhari]

We are witnessing these days, how proliferation efforts forbidden religion, such as gambling bookie, shamanism, the prostitute, the trade of prohibited items such as khamr, cigarettes and drugs, the result of theft and robbery, not honest in trade with fraud and reduce the weight, consuming riba, consuming the orphan's property, corruption, collusion. In fact, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has reminded us:

فواله m ما الفقر أخشى عليكم ولكني أخشى أن تبسط عليكم الدنيا كما بسطت على من كان قبلكم فتنافسوها كما تنافسوها وتهلككم كما أهلكتهم

By Allah, I fear kefaqiran not befall you. But what I fear is the opening of the world for you, as it has been open to people generations before you. So you will be competing, as they have been vying. Similarly, it will destroy you as well have destroyed generations before you. [Agreed alaih].

You know, someone who takes illicit wealth, his life would not be calm and happy. Prayer that he prayed would be rejected. Prophet had mentioned a story. That is a man who has come a long way, until the situation becomes tangled and dusty, then he lifted his hands to the sky as he prayed "ya Rabbi, ya Rabbi," but the food is unlawful, his drink unlawful, his clothing unlawful, nourished from haraam. So, how can prayer be answered?! [Reported by Muslim]

Therefore, remember to reckoning, revenge and punishment in the afterlife. The perpetrators will kezhaliman bankrupt in the afterlife. Although he brings so many rewards that are collected when in the world, but the rewards he has managed to gather while in the world, will be transferred to the people who had him zhalimi. If the reward is exhausted while kezhaliman he does not get covered, the sins of the people he zhalimi transferred to him, so he's burdened with the sins of the people he zhalimi, so he broke without merit. And finally thrown into the fire of hell. Wal 'iyyadzu billah.

Look now, so many people who are clever but cunning to take someone else's property. In fact none of them were questioned and brought before a judge. Ditempuhlah various ways, in order to get the treasure that is not rightfully his. In fact, anyone who takes part property rights of others, so essentially she has taken part of the embers of the fire of hell.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

من اقتطع حق امرئ مسلم بيمينه فقد أوجب الله له النار وحرم عليه الجنة فقال له رجل وإن كان شيئا يسيرا يا رسول الله قال وإن قضيبا من أراك

"Whoever deprives a Muslim oath, God requires him to go to hell and heaven forbid him," then one said, "Although a little, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Yes, even though only a sprig of sugi wood (Siwak)." [Reported by Muslim]

To employers, remember! Do you circumcise wage employees, or even reluctant to pay for it. Fear God. Behold, the employees who have worked, they have sacrificed their time and energy to you. The workers also have dependent children and wife to be dinafkahi. Indeed, woe to those who do injustice. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has warned:

أعطوا الأجير أجره قبل أن يجف عرقه

Give wages to employees before the sweat dries. [Ibn Majah].

We warn ourselves and also the Muslims. That effort will not result in unlawful, except destruction. Bribe by bribe food obtained from the haram, will lower our self-esteem in the community. Instead, business is good and lawful, albeit slightly, the savings will be rewarded and that always increases are not interrupted in the Hereafter and berbarakah.

In life, sometimes we can not be separated by the so-called debt, due to specific purposes. However, we should avoid and avoid debt, unless the state has been forced, because of the urgent urination, which is not possible unless the need to cover the debt. Because a debt, he will always be in a state of captivity, until he pays his debts.

Narrated, someone asks in the presence of the Prophet:

يا رسول الله أرأيت إن قتلت في سبيل الله أتكفر عني خطاياي فقال رسول اله a صلى الله عليه وسلم نعم وأنت صابر محتسب مقبل غير مدبر إلا الدين فإن جبريل عليه السلام قال لي ذلك

"O, Messenger of Allah. How do you if I killed fi sabilillah, my sins are wiped out?" Then he answered: "Of course, if you just be patient and expect the reward, keep moving forward and not shrink back, but if you have debt. Indeed such Jibril has said that to me". [Reported by Muslim]

Seeing how the influence and consequences will be borne by those who owe, then we should have concern. Because, whoever can help people who are in distress, helping to relieve the burden of dependents, providing tempo or acquits the debt, then God will overshadow him on the Day of Resurrection. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

من أنظر معسرا أو وضع عنه أظله اله a في ظله

Those who pay attention to the troubled person, or even killing the misery, God will overshadow him on the Day of Resurrection. [Reported by Muslim]

Finally, let the search for good luck, stay out of the way of halal, the blessed God, so that we will get happiness in this world and in the hereafter. Be avoided as far as roads are prohibited. And there is no truth, unless it comes from Allah and His Messenger. Allaah knows best.
