PROFIT mountain! WHY NOT?

PROFIT mountain! WHY NOT?

DR Ustadz Muhammad Arifin Badri

Brother, you're a trader? You definitely want a great advantage. In fact, if you can, with little capital or just having the clothes on the body, you expect to rake in a mountain of profit? Magnificent palaces, luxury vehicle with money, dreams to be realized soon. But, brother, have you ever asked, "Halalkah multiple advantage is that?"

Two Basic Principles of Commerce:
Before I answer this question, it is useful to know the two basic principles of Islam perniagan. Both have considerable influence in determining the answer to the question above.

First Principle: The principle of Suka Sama Suka
Islam you love this respect rights of his people. Thus, Islam forbids us to take our brother without any willingness right-though just kidding -,.

Do not ever take the treasure you joke with your brother, and do not take it too seriously. And if you already took the baton brother, you should return it immediately. [Reported by Ahmad, 4/221]

Not surprisingly, Islam outlines that each trade based on the principle of consensual. Allah Almighty says:

O ye who believe, do not consume each treasure neighbors by way of vanity, except with the commerce that goes with it was consensual among you. [An Nisa '/ 4:29]
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لا يحل مال امرئ مسلم إلا بطيب نفس منه

It is not lawful property of a Muslim except on the basis of willingness soul. [Reported by Ahmad, and dishahihkah by al-Albani in Saheeh at-rahimahullah Targhîb wat Tarheeb no: 839]

And in another hadith he said firmly again slebih:

إنما البيع عن تراض

Indeed, it is only commercial trade based on the sense of consensual. [HR. Ibn Majah and declared authentic by al-Albani]. [1]

In another narration the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لا يتفرق المتبايعان عن بيع إلا عن تراض

Do two people who buy and sell trade except separated when holding consensual both like. [HR. Ahmad and declared authentic by al-Albani rahimahullah] [2].

How messed up people's lives when they are free to buy the treasure one another, regardless of willingness owners. Strife, acts of anarchy, bloodshed and even hostility may not inevitable.
Based on this, the scholars' stating that unauthorized people are forced to trade without a justifiable reason.

Principle Two: Not Harming Others.
Muslims are a people united, so that they feel that the suffering of fellow Muslims is part of the suffering. Allah says, which means, "Verily the believers are brothers." [Al-Hujurât/49: 10]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in many hadith also confirms this. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

مثل المؤمنين في توادهم وتراحمهم وتعاطفهم مثل الجسد إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى له سائر الجسد بالسهر والحمى

Parable of the Muslims in the love, affection, and shoulder to shoulder their neighbors as one body. If any member of the body suffers, the other limb undoubtedly feel for sleeplessness and fever. [HR. Muslim, no. 2586]

Imam Nawawi rahimahullah said, "This hadeeth firmly and clearly shows how great the rights of fellow Muslims. Hadeeth is also a suggestion to them that love each other, prostrate-soft and help in things that do not belong sin or the the hated. "[3]

In another hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لا تحاسدوا ولا تناجشوا ولا تباغضوا ولا تدابروا ولا يبع بعضكم على بيع بعض وكونوا عباد الله إخوانا المسلم أخو المسلم لا يظلمه ولا يخذله ولا يحقره

Thou shalt not envy each other, increase mutual supply of goods (but do not want to buy it), hate each other, mutual ugliness plan, each step over the purchase of some others. Be the servants of Allah, brothers and sisters. A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim. It is not he menzhalimi saudaranyanya, nor did he let other people persecuted and not feasible for him to insult his brother. [HR. Bukhari, no. 5717 and Muslim, no. 2558]

On the basis of these arguments and others, the scholars' jurists forbid any trade that can be disturbing or harming other people, let alone the general public, both losses in religious affairs or the affairs of the world.

Is there a maximum limit Profit Enterprises?
Dalilpun not found one that limits the gains that may direngguk by a trader of the business. Quite the contrary, a number of arguments that suggest that traders are free to determine the percentage of the profits. Here are some of the arguments are:

First proposition:

Of Urwah al Bariqi radi anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam gave him a penny of money to buy a goat. With one dinar money, he bought two goats and then reselling a goat worth one dinar. Later he came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to bring a goat and one dinar money. (Seeing this) the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam prayed for blessings on commercial Urwah friend, so if he bought dust, will he make a profit from it. [HR. Bukhari, no. 3443]

In this story, a friend of Urwah radi anhu with capital one dinar, one dinar he profited or 100%. Taking profit of 100% is received the blessing of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. And not only condone, even he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam prayed that trade companions radi Urwah anhu always blessed. So since then, he was more cunning Umar radi trade.

The second proposition:
Various arguments I have said on the first principle can also be used as arguments on the issue. Imagine, the merchant had been legally own wares, then there is no reason to force him to sell the goods at a price he did not like.

The third proposition:
Friends of the Prophet, Anas ibn Malik radi anhu narrated that the Companions complained to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "O Messenger of Allah, there has been a price increase, you should make provisions sale price!" Responding to this demand, he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إن الله هو المسعر القابض الباسط الرازق وإني لأرجو أن ألقى الله وليس أحد منكم يطالبني بمظلمة في دم ولا مال

Verily Allah who determines the price movement, and Yang Yang narrowing melapangkannya sustenance. While I was hoping for a face to Allah and no one has sued one kezhaliman, both in matters of the soul (blood) or assets. [Reported by Abu Dawud, no.3453, Tirmidhi, no. 1314 and declared saheeh by Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah Misykâtul Mashâbîh in the book, no. 2894]

Brother! Try to cemati reason the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam refused to set prices. The reason he is a real signal that restrict the sale price or curb freedom of traders in selling merchandise is a form kezhaliman. Thus, it can be concluded that the free traders in determining the selling price and the amount of benefits that he wanted.

Important Notes:
Although essentially free traders set prices that he had, but at the same time he is not allowed violated two principles above commercial. Therefore, the scholars' experts Jurisprudence confirms that traders are prohibited from taking in ways that are not commendable in profit. Due to the arbitrary acts in determining the percentage of profits traders often collides with the two principles above. Especially when traders use tricks that are not commendable. Among the tricks are real greedy traders menyelisihi above two principles:

1. Monopoly
Some items to keep the merchant menimbum ambition big profits. This causes the goods to be rare in the market. As a result, people constantly raise its bid, in order to get their goods. The attitude of rogue traders is certainly disturbing public. And benefit in this manner are forbidden in Islam. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من احتكر فهو خاطئ

Those who hoard he has sinned [HR. Muslim, no. 1605]

Hoarding of goods contrary to the two principles that have been outlined above, so do not be surprised if prohibited and forbidden. Public would not be willing to price movement is unnatural and disturbing them.

2. Fraud
Not wanting to prospective customers that offers low, some traders acting to tell any prospective customers, that capital purchases are so many pre-existing or prospective customers who bid high prices, but they are not true. This kind of marketing trick is not in line with Islamic law.

From Abu Hurayrah radi anhu from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "There are three classes of people who will not talk and will not be seen by Allah on the day of qiamat the (first) people who swore on his wares," It was nothing like buy at higher prices', when he lies, and (second) after Asr people swear by a false oath in order to seize property of a Muslim, and (third) person who is reluctant to provide excess water (which is in the well), and later Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala will say: On this day I was going off of virtues / mercy me, as first you have excess blocking anything that is not produced by both hands. " [HR. Bukhari, no. 2240, Muslim, no. 108]

Among the tricks fraud scams that often occurs is the amount of goods or luggage scales. The trick is in clear improperly alias unlawful. Almighty Allah says, which means, "Accident great for people who cheat. Namely if the people who received doses of other people they asked were met. And when they measure or weigh for others, they reduce. [Al- Muthaffifîn/83 :1-3]

3. Counterfeit Goods.
Familiar, that among the merchants trick is to make profits by manipulating the goods. Bad stuff mixed in with the good, new and used goods said. Act like this will surely disappoint the consumer. So the principle of consensual unfulfilled in commerce, along with this kind of fraud. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam condemn the perpetrators of this kind of manipulation.

From Abu Hurayrah radi anhu bahwasannya Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam one day pass seonggokan groceries, then he put his hand in the food, and the fingers he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam felt something wet, so he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam asked, "What is this? Dear owners of food." He replied, 'Hit by rain, O Messenger of Allah!' He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,' Why do not you put it at the top, to be known by, any person not of the fool from me. "[Reported by Muslim, no. 102]

I believe you are a good-hearted Muslim merchants, so it was not going to pawn a piece of your afterlife gain material benefits.

Brother! Major benefit is the ideal every trader, but not properly justify the means. These goals must be pursued while maintaining your noble morality as a Muslim. Should not be this ideal sweep you, so neglect to do good to you. Remember always, that noble attitude you show to your brother, will not be in vain. All noble morality, would get a reply in kind from Allah Almighty. Hopefully the following story enough to motivate you to be noble, and not get lost in ambition world profits.

Companions radi Huzaifah anhu said that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam besabda, "(on the day qiamat later) Allâh brought one of his servants he ever give property, then Allah asked him,' What do you do when in the world? ( And they can not hide from Allah, an event) [4] And he answered, 'O Rabbku, You gave me fortune, and I buy and sell to others, and habit (akhlaqku) is always easier. I lighten (the bill) people who are able and delay (claims to) people who can not afford. then Allah says, 'I have more right to do this than you, my servant mudahkanlah this. " [Bukhari, no. 1971 and Muslim, no. 1560]

Mudahkanlah your brother, to determine a reasonable selling price and profit targets not put burden consumers. Believe me, wealth and life kabahagian you crave with abundant advantage you can easily realize. Hopefully this brief explanation, and if there are mistakes, then it came from my stupidity. Wallahu a'alam bisshawab

Muslim cleric Abu Ismail al-Atsari

It is the custom in some areas, people read the holy book al-Qur'ân Surah Ya-or read-later reward, a gift for the person who has died. Even some people, no hire or pay someone or a group of people to read al-Qur'ân and presented the reward to his family who have died. Reading of al-Qur'ân is sometimes performed at the funeral home, in the cemetery or other. Is it true what they did according to Islamic law?

Reading al-Qur'ân to the dead is not allowed in Islam to the following reasons:

1. Reading al-Qur'ân and reward reward for the person who has died is never done by the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, the Companions and the tabi'in. While we are in a religious obligation is to follow the instructions, instead of creating a new case. Allah Almighty says:

Say, "If you (really) love Allah, then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins." [Ali 'Imran / 3:31]

Indeed, the (self) that the Messenger of Allah has been good role models for you (that is) for those who expect (grace) of Allah and (the coming of) the Hour and many call him Allah. [Al-Ahzâb/33: 21]

2. People who are allowed to read al-Qur'ân and reward reward for those who had died, he had to bring the arguments of al-Qur'ân or Sunnah. If he can not bring the argument, he had talked about religion without science base.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

Say, "Rabbku only forbidden heinous acts, which looks and hidden, and sin, violate human rights in defiance of right, (forbid) Allah associate with something that Allah does not reduce the proof for it and (forbidden) to invent Allah what you do not know (speaking about Allah without knowledge) "[al-A'raf / 7:33]

Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz rahimahullah said, "Talking about Allah without knowledge, including the biggest case Allah has forbidden. In fact it is higher than shirk. Because in verse Allah Almighty to sort matters are forbidden from the low to the high. Speaking about Allah without knowledge, including speaking (without science) about the laws of God, His Shari'ah and His religion. Including talking about the names and attributes of Allah Almighty. It is a greater sin than talking (without science) about sharia and religion of Allah Almighty. "[1]

3. Whoever reads al-Qur'ân allow to be awarded the reward for those who have died, he had made the shari'ah is not diidzinkan by Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty said, denying that the unbelievers who do not follow sharia religious diidzinkan by God:

أم لهم شركاء شرعوا لهم من الدين ما لم يأذن به الله ولولا كلمة الفصل لقضي بينهم وإن الظالمين لهم عذاب أليم

Do they have any gods besides Allah are prescribed for those who are not allowed to Allah's religion? Had no provision that determines (from Allah) they would have been destroyed. [Asy-Syûrâ/42: 21]

4. The act is contrary to the word of Allah Almighty:

ألا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى وأن ليس للإنسان إلا ما سعى

A sinner will not bear the sins of others. And a man there is no gain other than what you have earned. [An-Najm/53: 38-39]

Imam ash-Syaukani rahimahullah said, "That was a man just to get the rewards of their own efforts and reply actions. Practices someone could not bring benefit to others. Generality of the meaning of this paragraph with such excluded Almighty Allah says:

ألحقنا بهم ذريتهم

We connect them with their children and grandchildren. [Ath-Thûr/52: 21]

And such a history about the intercession of the Prophets and Angels for the servants, the prayers of the living for the people who have died, and the like. People who say that this verse Mansukh (legal deleted) with the earlier matters is the word that is not true. Due to the specific arguments are not delete a general proposition, but only mengkhususkannya (generality narrowing its meaning). So all the arguments that show that people can get the benefit of that is in addition to his own business specializing proposition generality paragraph above. "(Fathul Qadir, commentators note an-Najm verse 39)

As for reading al-Qur'ân and reward awarded for the dead, there is no proof that the menuntunkannya.

5. Allaah lowered al-Qur'ân as guidance (guidance) for humans. So that people can use it live, follow the instructions in this world and to implement them. In the afterlife, people like this will be led by al-Qur'ân to heaven.

Meanwhile, people who have died, then the deeds had been lost, he was not able to add to or reduce deeds.

Some people at the time of the act is contrary to the above conditions. While still alive, they left the al-Qur'ân, reluctant to read or listen. They prefer to sing, listen to music, watch movies, and other things that are not useful in the afterlife. If someone died, they recited al-Qur'ân make the corpse at the funeral or at the grave.

They are like the hunger strike until death from hunger. After he died, people came to bring food for him to eat. Al-Qur'ân is only useful for people who live for still being in the world, charitable fields. As for after death, he has moved from the phase of the phase retaliation charity towards charity. At that time al-Qur'ân does not benefit him, because when he left the life of al-Qur'ân, when he was able to benefit from it. Allah Almighty says:

Al-Qur'ân is no more than lessons and books that enlighten. So he (Muhammad) gives a warning to those who live and so must be (provision Wrath) against infidels. [Yâsîn/36 :69-70]

Almighty Allah also says,

"So we profiled thee (Muhammad) some of the stories that people have past, and indeed We have given you from Us a warning (al-Qur'ân). Whoever turns away from al-Qur'ân, then surely he will bear the sin of the great in the day. they abide in that state, and so Evil sin as a burden for them on the Day of Resurrection. " [Thâha/20 :99-101]

6. Reading al-Qur'ân is worship and worship it tauqifiyyah, that should follow guidance. If someone worship without guidance, meaning he own way to worship Allah, when Allah Almighty says:

أرأيت من اتخذ إلهه هواه أفأنت تكون عليه وكيلا أم تحسب أن أكثرهم يسمعون أو يعقلون إن هم إلا كالأنعام بل هم أضل سبيلا

Explain to me about the people who make his desires as his god! Then you'll be a guardian over him?, Or do you think that most of them hear or understand? They were nothing, just like cattle, nay even more astray path (from the cattle). [Al-Furqân/25 :43-44]

7. Reward a charity is not necessarily achieved by those who practice it. How could he gave something to others is uncertain. Because the practice will be accepted subject to conditions:

1. Faith
2. Sincere
3. As per the guidance of the Shari'ah
4. Net of the things that invalidate the charity, such as riya ',' ujub and others.
Someone does not know whether his deeds accepted or rejected.

In a history mentioned that Ibn Umar anhuma once said, "If I knew my prayers be accepted (by Allah), so I was really expecting death, because Allah Almighty says:

إنما يتقبل الله من المتقين

Verily Allah Almighty only accept (good deeds) from those who fear Allah. [Al-Maida / 5:27]

8. Reading al-Qur'ân in the event of death or at the front of the body or in the cemetery is a new case in religion, while all new in matters of religion is an innovation and every innovation is misguidance. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

أوصيكم بتقوى الله والسمع والطاعة وإن عبدا حبشيا فإنه من يعش منكم بعدي فسيرى اختلافا كثيرا فعليكم بسنت وسنة الخلفاء المهديين الراشدين تمسكوا بها وعضوا عليها بالنواجذ وإياكم ومحدثات الأمور فإن كل محدثة بدعة وكل بدعة ضلالة

I wasiatkan to you for the pious to Allah; hear and obey (the ruler of the Muslims), though a slave Ethiopia. For verily whoever lives after me, he will see a lot of a dispute. Then shall ye cling to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the caliphs who get directions and straight. Hold and giggitlah with molars. Stay away from all things new (in religion), for every new matter (in religion) is an innovation, and every innovation is misguidance. [HR. Abu Dawud no: 4607; Tirmidhi 2676; Ad-Darimi; Ahmad, and other al-'Irbâdh bin Sariyah]

The act is no guidance from the Prophet, of the first four caliphs, from friends, from tabi'in and from tabi'ut tabi'in, the law of heresy and heretics.

9. If we know that it is heresy, then surely there is no reward, otherwise there is a sin. If this is the case, then presented the words and deeds of merit is futile. It is like a man who holds his empty hands, and he said to others who need help, "Take it!", But his hand is empty.

10. Virtually all people really need to deeds. On the day of Judgment, everyone will be very worried about him, would the deeds can save?! Each one will be more concerned with himself than his brother or mother or father. If so, the person who presented the deeds as if he was sure that he was secured, and the loss was not as if it did not take the gift of Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty says:

And when it comes the deafening sound (second trumpet blast), on the day when the man ran from his brother, mother and father, from his wife and children. Every one of them that day was having affair keep her busy enough. ['Abasa/80 :33-37]

Thus a brief description of some important points related to the reading of al-Qur'ân awarded reward for people who have died. There are those who argue that what he did was tradition or custom. But that's just an excuse, because the goal is the reward, while the name of tradition or custom, practice not to seek reward. If the objective search for reward, then it is worship. And worship must be in accordance with Shariah guidelines.

Hopefully this brief description can be useful and inspire us to be more conscious and vigilant in carrying out the spirit of worship.

Shaykh 'Abdul Bari ats-Tsubaiti Hafizhahullah

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

O you wrapped (Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam)! Wake up (for prayer) at night, except a little (it), (ie) seperduanya or subtract from it half a little, or add more. And read the Qur'an al it slowly. Sesungguhnyya We'll lose the weight you saying [Al-Muzammil/73 :1-5]

This is a call for Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to immediately enter the field of forging and upgrading so it's really ready to deliver the words of the great and heavy treatise. Containers that are forging madrasah (school) night serves to open (eyes) heart, strengthen ties with Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and emit light (faith).

Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam and the night prayers
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, one of the most familiar of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and the most cautious, often aloof to remember his Lord. Every time there is a chance, he rushed to worship Allah Almighty. When the night has come and started to envelop the universe, he was soon facing Allah Almighty, bermunajat and bertadharru '(humiliate themselves) before him with standing, prostrating and sitting. This he did most of the night, but he did not feel that long. How would feel old, he is Lantara seclusion (tandem) with Allah Almighty, the Lord of the universe, bermunajat to him, the joy of worship and surrender completely, heart and body.

Allah Almighty says:

Gastric them away from the bed, while they pray to their Lord in fear and hope, and they spend most of the sustenance which We have given them. No one knows what is hidden for them (in the form of a wide variety of pleasure) that the eye in response to what they resume practicing ". [As-Sajdah/32 :16-17]

There are ever asked to Hasan al Basri rahimahullah, "What makes the people who are praying Tahajjud be the most beautiful color in his face?" He replied, "Because they are alone with (Allah) the Most Merciful, the Almighty Allah also smear them (with a small part) of His Light".

Indeed, the evening prayer is worship that connects the heart of man by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, making it able to deal with a life full of fabrications and against lust. Therefore, the evening prayer is one barometer that shows the seriousness of one's determination and is one of those characters with big hearts.

Primacy of prayer NIGHT AND SOME usefulness
How many benefits are achieved by a person in the night prayers to educate and improve the situation. Among these are:

1. Making seeds sprout growing sincerity.
2. Realizing mutâba'ah to emulate the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam who perform the night prayers to broken legs.

Anyone contemplating al-Qur'ân when people are asleep, he will realize and regret negligence negligence. Whoever humility reading al-Qur'ân and perform prayer, surely tears of remorse and repentance will flow. Anyone remember when the Almighty Allah alone and the two wet eyelids (the fear of the Almighty Allah), then Allah Almighty will gather under the auspices of the Throne of His (on the Day of Resurrection), when there is no shade but shade- Him and there is no forgiveness but forgiveness from Him.

Dhikr in the evening prayer really sweet and prayers in the evening it easier to bring kekhusyu'an. Indeed, the night prayers will water the heart with peace, happiness and light. Therefore, one of the generation of the Salaf said, "People who used to pray the night will feel the delicacy of the night they exceed the delicacy that is felt by those who lost in vain act in their futility."

Hasan al-Basri rahimahullah tells the condition of the predecessors of this Ummah. He said, "Indeed, I have accompanied a people who spend their nights (seeking the pleasure of) their Lord prostrating and standing in a state (pray). They stood upon their feet all night, tears running down her cheeks, sometimes they are bowing and sometimes they bowed down. they bermunajat the Lord in order to free their necks (from the fire of hell, pent). they do not feel bored when the old 'stay awake' because they have been cautious optimism blanket by the mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. They enjoy their bodies exhausted after reaching the pleasure of Allah Almighty and achieve a good reward from Him. May Allah Almighty have mercy on those who want to compete with them, and do not feel satisfied with the slight negligence and deeds. Indeed, the world will coming to an end, while the practice will be returned to those who practice it. "

Night prayers will bear softness and light in the heart. Formerly 'Atha' al Khurasani rahimahullah said, "Prayer is the night life for the body, a light heart, light in sight and strength in the limbs. Indeed, if a (slave) wake up at night to pray Tahajjud, surely he will get the joy in his heart. And when he was subdued by two eyelids until he fell asleep and did not do it, then he will feel a deep sadness, heart broken, as if he had lost something, and indeed he has lost a huge benefit. "

Keep in mind that Allah Almighty was amazed by a wake in the night (to pray). Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

عجب ربنا عز وجل من رجلين رجل ثار عن وطائه ولحافه من بين أهله وحيه إلى صلاته فيقول ربنا أيا ملائكتي انظروا إلى عبدي ثار من فراشه ووطائه ومن بين حيه وأهله إلى صلاته رغبة فيما عندي وشفقة مما عندي

Allah Almighty was amazed of the two men; someone who rose to leave the soft bed and the blanket between the family and the (residents) village for prayers. Then Allah Almighty says, "O My angels, look at my servant, he rose to leave the mattress and the tidurnyanya and from the middle of the (residents) village and family to pray in expectation of what my side and the fear of what's on my side ... ". [HR. Ahmad and Abu Dawood from the 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud radi anhu]. [2]

Consider the above hadith!. What a glorious night prayers, until Allah Almighty amazed by the people who implement them. Anyone pursuing glory and honor (at the side of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala), then he should run continuously in night prayers. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

شرف المؤمن قيامه بالليل

The glory of a believer lies in his prayer at a time when the night. [3]

Night prayer is the habit of the righteous people, means self approach to Almighty Allah, the sin and repellent disease from the body. Prayer night is a tool to elevate and one of the doors goodness. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

ألا أدلك على أبواب الخير الصوم جنة والصدقة تطفئ الخطيئة كما يطفئ الماء النار وصلاة الرجل من جوف الليل

Will I show unto you the gates of goodness? (1) Fasting is a shield, (2) charity to extinguish errors as water can extinguish the fire and (3) pray someone in the middle of the night ... "[HR. Ahmad, Ibn Majah, and Tirmidhi] [4]

When a wake in the darkness last night went ablutions', then stood; bermunajat and pray to Him in prayer, then Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala will call and proud in front of the angels. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala hear Ibtihal (groan) and istighfarnya, beads and pengagungannya, also petition.

From Abu Hurairah Radhyallahu anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

ينزل الله إلى السماء الدنيا كل ليلة حين يمضي ثلث الليل الأول فيقول أنا الملك أنا الملك من ذا الذي يدعوني فأستجيب له من ذا الذي يسألني فأعطيه من ذا الذي يستغفرني فأغفر له فلا يزال كذلك حتى يضيء الفجر

Allah Almighty down to the lowest heaven every night when the first third of the night passed, as he said, "I am the king, I am the king. Whoever prays to Me, I would surely grant. Whoever asks Me, I will surely fulfill his request and Whoever begged forgiveness to me, would I forgive (sins) it. ' Almighty Allah continue to do so until dawn (dawn) illuminates (horizon). [Muttafaq 'alaih]. [5]

And from Jabir radi anhu, "I heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,:

إن في الليل لساعة لا يوافقها رجل مسلم يسأل الله خيرا من أمر الدنيا والآخرة إلا أعطاه إياه وذلك كل ليلة

Indeed, in the evening that there was a time that a Muslim does not find it, then he asked Allah the good of the world and the afterlife but Allah Almighty will give it. It's there every night. [HR. Muslim] [6]

One day, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said about heaven, and he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily in Paradise there is a room that is visible from the outside and it looks from the outside." Abu Musa al Asy'ariy radi anhu said, 'For who is he, O Messenger of Allah?' Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "(Used by) for anyone who is gentle in speech, feeding (to others) and through the night in search of keridlaan Allah Almighty standing (praying) while the people are asleep. " [HR. Ahmad]. [7]

Fudhail bin 'radi Iyâdh anhu said, "If you are not able to perform prayer (Tahajjud) at night and fasting during the day, then know that you people are deterred (from the good) again a multitude of sins."

A man said to Hasan al-Basri rahimahullah, "Behold, I sleep in good health, I was eager to get up and perform night prayers have prepared me for the purification of water, but why I still can not get up (disepertiga last night)?" He replied rahimahullah , "You have been chained by your sins."

If one can not pray the night, then let him contemplate a statement of the Salaf generation, "If you can not take part in the night, you shall not engage in immoral to your Lord in the day."

Radhiyallahunanhu Sahl ibn Sa'd said, "Gabriel Alaihissallam never came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and said," O Muhammad! Live as you please, the real death will surely get you. Love who you love, in fact you would have to leave him. And beramallah will, in fact you will reap the reward. "Then Gabriel says," O Muhammad, the glory of a believer lies in the night prayer and honor is when he no longer relies on humans. "[HR. Thabrani and graded hasan by Shaykh al- Albani rahimahullah in ahâdîtsis shahîhah pedigree, no. 831]

Anyone working hard and earnestly to reach something, surely he would be willing to make sacrifices, making light of all the difficulties and hardships felt a delicacy in whatever he found. People will be bleak berpidah of the goodness and kindness and obedience obedience to the other, day and night. Limbs used in obedience. This person will be seen always busy worshiping, is seen praying, and when he is done, he rushed holds al-Qur'ân and read. Then his tongue always voiced sentences dhikr and seek forgiveness, then he would raise his hands while praying. His heart humility, his tongue is always wet with dhikr, crying his eyes and limbs subject. He no longer tersibukkan with the whole man because he has been busy in obedience to Almighty Allah, the Lord of all mankind.

(Hopefully we can take the lessons and hopefully Allah Almighty always gives taufik us all to utilize the remaining life of the Almighty Allah has given to us in order to obey Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, especially on those nights when most people sleep lulled into a dream .-ed)

Ustadz Al-Yazid bin Abdul Qadir Jawas

From Ibn 'Abbaas anhu from the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam about the hadith which he riwayatkan from his Lord Almighty. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Verily, Allah writes virtues and faults and then explain it. Whoever intends to do good, but he does not (so) do it, Allah remains menuliskanya as one perfect in goodness his side. If he intends to do good then do it, then Allah wrote it on his hand as a ten-kindness to seven hundred times to many multiples. Whoever intends to do bad, but he did not do it, then Allah wrote in his side as a perfect goodness. And whoever intends to make mistakes and then do it, then write it as a mistake Allâh. "[HR. Al-Bukhari and Muslim in their Shahiih book]

This hadeeth saheeh. Narrated by al-Bukhari (no. 6491), Muslim (no. 131 [207]) and Ahmad (I/310, 361).

Hadiths that convey the same above hadith lot. Among the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "Allah Almighty said to the angels:

إذا أراد عبدي أن يعمل سيئة; فلا تكتبوها عليه حتى يعملها, فإذا عملها فاكتبوها بمثلها, وإن تركها من أجلي فاكتبوها له حسنة, وإذا أراد أن يعمل حسنة فلم يعملها فاكتبوها له حسنة; فإذا عملها فاكتبوها له بعشر أمثالها إلى سبعمائة

If the servant intends to make mistakes, so do not you write error until he (really) do. If he had to do it, then write it according to his deeds. If he leaves the error because I do, then write him a favor. If he wants good deed but does not do it, write it down as a virtue for her. If he was doing good, write it for him ten times to seven hundred goodness (goodness). '"[1]

In Muslim history, stated:

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says, 'If my servant intend doing good, so I wrote him a favor as he did not do it. If he was doing it, I wrote it for him ten times his kindness. If he intends doing wrong, then I forgive him as he did not do it. If he had been working on the error, and then I write it as one of the same mistakes. "Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said," The angels said,' O my Lord, that thy servants want to do error-He knows more about the servant- -His. 'Allah says,' Monitor him. If he worked on an error, write the same mistakes as her. If he leaves the error, write a kindness for him, because he left the error due to fear me. '"The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said," If any one of you improve Islam, then every good that is doing written by ten goodness the same up to seven hundred times and every mistake that doing written with the same error until he met Allah. "[2]

From Abu Hurayrah radi anhu from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam he said:

كل عمل ابن آدم يضاعف: الحسنة عشر أمثالها إلى سبع مئة ضعف. قال الله عز وجل: إلا الصوم, فإنه لي وأنا أجزي به, يدع شهوته وطعامه من أجلي ...

Every act of the son of Adam are multiplied; single kindness with kindness the same ten to seven hundred times. Allah Almighty says, 'Except fasting, because he was mine and I were back. He (the fasting) leaving his food because I was voluptuous and ... '"[3]

From Abu Dhar radi anhu from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam he said:

يقول الله: من جاء بالحسنة, فله عشر أمثالها و أزيد, ومن جاء بالسيئة, فجزاؤه سيئة مثلها, أو أغفر.

Allah said, 'Whoever doing good, he is entitled to the same ten goodness and I add (kindness to him). And whoever worked on the error, return the error is the same or I forgive him. '"[4]

And from Anas radi anhu from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said:

من هم بحسنة فلم يعملها, كتبت له حسنة, فإن عملها كتبت له عشرا, ومن هم بسيئة فلم يعملها, لم تكتب شيئا فإن عملها, كتبت سيئة واحدة.

Whoever wants goodness then do not do it, then the one written for her kindness. If he was doing good, then ten goodness written for him. And whoever wants mistake then do not do it, then not written anything for him. If he worked on the error, and then wrote a mistake for him. [5]

Sharh HADITHs:
Imam Nawawi rahimahullah said, "O my brother, may Allah give guidance to all of us-look how perfect gentleness Allah Almighty! Renungilah string these sentences. His Word: عنده (on his side) suggests attention to practice servant of Allah. Words: كاملة (perfect) serve as confirmation and show great attention to it Allah.

Then he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said about the evils that intended by a servant, but he left: كتبها الله عنده حسنة كاملة (Then Allah Almighty's perfect record as a favor). He is strong with the words "We're the guys" (perfect). Meanwhile, if he is still doing evil, then Allah records it as one evil. Here, small reinforced reply with the word "wahidah" (one) instead of the word "kaamilah" .. "[6]

Hadiths above describes the writing of goodness and errors, as well as writing for doing good wishes and errors. So, here are four points:

First: Doing Goodness
Reply goodness multiplied ten times to seven hundred times kindness even to infinity. Doubling the goodness to ten, apply to all goodness. This is indicated by the word of Almighty Allah, which means, "He who do good, then he received a reply ten like it." (Al-An'am / 6:160)

The replies were more than ten-fold given to anyone who desired Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty says, "The Parable of the person of his wealth in the way of Allah as a seed which grows seven stalks, each stalk in a hundred grains. Allah multiply to whom He will. Allah Almighty and wide, All-Knowing." ( al-Baqarah / 2:261)

This verse indicates that Allah doubled infak on the road up to seven hundred times.

Narrated Abu Mas'ud radi anhu, he said, "Someone came in with a camel that has been given the reins, then the guy said, 'O Messenger of Allah! The camel is to fight in the way of Allah. "He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,' On the Day of Resurrection, you are entitled to as much as seven hundred camels tail. Everything has been given a sign. '"[7]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah radi Allah anhu the word in the hadith Qudsi, "Except fasting, because it belongs to me and I am who responded," suggests that the multiplication of the reward of fasting is not known except by Allah Almighty, because fasting is the best patient. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says, which means, "... Only those who are patient an enhanced reward without limit." (Az-Zumar/39: 10)

Multiplication reply goodness to more than ten in accordance with the quality of a person's Islam. This is explicitly stated in the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah radi anhu and others. Reply was also in accordance with sincerity, excellence and the needs of the practice.

Second: Doing Crime Or ugliness
The ugliness of the ugliness without written doubled, as the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, which means: "... And whosoever does evil, it is rewarded balanced by crime. They do not hurt one bit (dizhalimi)." (Al-An'am / 6:160)

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, which means, "And written for her one mistake," indicates that the error is not multiplied. However, sometimes a mistake can be huge due to the time and place of honor bad deed was done, as was said Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, which means, "Verily, the number of the months according to Allah is twelve months (as) in the provision of Allah when He created heaven and earth, of which there are four months haram. That (provision) straight religion, do not ye yourselves in menzhalimi (four months) it ... "(at-Tawbah / 9:36)

On the verses above, Qatadah rahimahullah explains, "You know! Kezhaliman in the months to illicit a greater sin than in other months, although kezhaliman in each condition was still great, but Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala think of what He wills. "[8]

Allah Almighty says:

(Season) Hajj is (in) the months that have been understandable. Whoever worked on (religious) pilgrimage in (months) it should say slob (rafats), commit adultery (fusuq) and fight (the worshipers) pilgrimage ... "[al-Baqarah / 2:197]

Ibn 'Umar anhuma said, "Fusuq the above verse means doing immoral deeds, either by hunting or other (forbidden ground-ed)." [9] On another occasion, Ibn' Umar anhuma also explained, "meaning Fusuq doing immoral deeds in forbidden land (Makkah). "[10]

And Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says, which means: "... And anyone who intends to commit a crime is injustice in it (the Haram-red), will undoubtedly We feel him a grievous Penalty." [Al-Hajj/22: 25 ]

Many Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam who was trying not to live in the land of haram (Makkah) for fear of sinning there, for example, Ibn' Abbaas Umar and 'Abdullah bin' Amr radi anhu. The same is done 'Umar bin' Abdul 'Aziz radi anhu.

An error caused the culprit sometimes compounded return the respected, knowledgeable about Allah and closer to Him. Therefore, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala will multiply reply threatening disobedience if done by His servants, when Allah Almighty has kept them from such disobedience. Giving threat aims to reveal how great favors of Allah Almighty to those who have kept them from various berbuatan immoral. Almighty Allah says, which means, "And if we do not strengthen (heart) you, you niscya almost inclined to them, if so, would we feel you (torture) double in this world and multiply after death, and thou (Muhammad) will not get a helper against Us. "[al-Isra '/ 17:74-75]

And the Almighty Allah says, which means, "O wives of the Prophet! Those of you who work abominations are real, undoubtedly adzabnya would be multiplied twice to him. And so it is easy for Allah., And whoso between you (the wives of the Prophet) remain obedient to Allah and His Messenger and doing good, We shall give her reward twice: and We have prepared for her a generous Sustenance. O wives of the Prophet! You do not like other women if ye fear Allah. ye shall not be subject (melemahlembutkan voice) in speaking so rising lust is a disease in their hearts, and say a kind word. "[al-Ahzâb/33 :30-32]

'Ali ibn al-Husayn rahimahullah interpret the family of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam of Bani Hashim also like the wives of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam because of their proximity he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. [11]

Third: Intend to practice kindness
The intention was written as a perfect goodness, although the perpetrators are not doing it, as described in the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbas and others c. In the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah radi anhu, riwayatkan Muslim:

إذا تحدث عبدي بأن يعمل حسنة; فأنا أكتبها له حسنة ما لم يعمل

If the servant intends to doing good, so I wrote him a favor.

Zahir hadith indicates that what is meant by the tahadduts haditsunnafsi (intention) with a strong ambition to act. So it's not just a heart murmur and then disappear without a passion and determination to act. [12]

If the intention is accompanied by the words and efforts, the reply is certainly achieved, and those are the same as those who do, as narrated from Abu Kabsyah radi anhu from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said:

Indeed, the world was given to four people: (first) servant of Allah gave knowledge and wealth, then he have fear of Allah in his wealth, he connects with her relationship, and she realized that the property was no right of Allah. This is the best position (on the side of Allah). (Second) servant of Allah gave knowledge but not given a treasure, with honest intentions, he said, 'If I own property, I'm definitely doing what the do so and so.' So with that intention, they reward the same. (Third) servant of Allah gave wealth but knowledge is not given, then he uses his money arbitrarily without science, do not have fear of Allah in his wealth, do not connect the relationship and do not know that the property is a right of Allah. This is the worst position (on the side of Allah). And (fourth) servant of Allah gave wealth nor science, he said, 'If I own property, I'm definitely doing what the do so and so.' So with that intention, they get the same sin. "[13]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "So they are the same reward," meaning the same in terms of fundamental reward (intention-replies red) and not equal in reward multiplication. Due to the proliferation reply only special favor given to people who are already doing it, not just meniatkannya. If both are equal in all respects, it is not compatible with the existing hadiths. It is also indicated in the word of Almighty Allah, which means, "It is not the same between the believers who sit (which was not present) without having udzur (hitch) with those who strive in the way of Allah with their wealth and their souls. Allâh overstate the degree of the those who strive with their wealth and their souls over those who sit (do not go to war without a hitch.) To each, Allah promises (reward) good (Heaven) and Allah favored those who strive above those who sit with reward large, (ie) some degree of it, as well as forgiveness and mercy. Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. "[An-Nisa '/ 4:95-96]

Ibn 'Abbaas and others anhuma said, "People who sit (do not go to war), which differ from one degree to the mujahideen are people who do not go to war because they have udzur, were the people who did not join the war without having udzur many different degrees by the mujahideen. "[14]

Fourth: Intend Doing ugliness, But Not Done
In the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbaas anhuma mentioned that people who intend to do evil, but not earned, then it is written as a perfect goodness. The same is mentioned in the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah, Anas ibn Malik, and others. In the hadith of Abu Hurairah says, "He left the error due to fear me." This suggests that it was intended in the hadith is the person who is able to do immoral acts he wanted, but then he left because Allah Almighty. For people like this, must be written for him as a favor. Therefore, leaving sinners because Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is the good deeds.

As for the person who intends to carry out immoral then leave because of fear of humans or because riya ', then there is a view he still tortured. Because of fear of humans than the prelude to fear Allah, that is haraam. So also intends riya '. So, if someone leaves immoral because riya ', he remains tortured.

As for those who try to do immoral acts with all his strength then prevented destiny, then some scholars say that he was tortured so, because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إن الله تجاوز لأمتي ما حدثت به أنفسها ما لم يتكلموا أو يعملوا به

Verily Allah forgave my people from the evils that they whisper to their souls while they do not say or do. [16]

Whoever intends and exert its ability to work wickedness was not able to do it, then he is among those who have been working on. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إذا التقى المسلمان بسيفيهما, فالقاتل والمقتول في النار. فقلت: يا رسول الله! هذا القاتل, فما بال المقتول? قال: إنه كان حريصا على قتل صاحبه

If two Muslims meet with their swords, the killer and the killed his place in hell. "I (Abu Bakrah) said," O Messenger of Allah! This is (true) for the killer, what about people who were killed? "He said," Verily, he was eager to kill his best friend. "[17]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, which means, "While they do not say or do," suggesting that people who intend to commit adultery, if he had expressed keinginnnya with oral, then he sinned because he has prevailed immoral to one organ , the tongue. This is also confirmed by the hadith that describes the person who says, 'I wish I had a treasure, I must do what the do so and so (the adulterous to Allah with their wealth), "then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said," Both the same in sin "

(There are some people found him innocent by expressing a desire for the bad, as long as it is not immoral desired shape forbidden words like backbiting, lying and so forth. They postulate the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

إذا تحدث عبدي بأن يعمل سيئة; فأنا أغفرها له ما لم يعمل

If my servant intend doing evil, then I forgive him as long as he has not been doing it

This opinion is not strong, because the sentence was meant in the hadith tahaddatsa inner voice, not the words tongue. This hadith sense to combine this with the hadith, "While he did not say or do."

Hadith Abu Kabsyah above also confirms this [18]. Because someone saying, 'I wish I had a treasure, I'm definitely doing immoral deeds done to him as the so and so, "(these words) are not immoral desired shape of the speaker. He has expressed that he wants immoral form of wanting to use the property for immorality, and she did not have any assets. Thus, expressing the desire to do immoral acts that are forbidden, how can be forgiven? said that such a desire is forbidden.)

What If The intention Doing Maksiat Weakens?
If the missing person's intentions and determination of factors weakened without him, if he was still punished for disobedience he wants it or not? In case there are two problems:

First, if the desire to do the immoral is just a track (whisper soul) that arise without ignored by the culprit and he did not let it in his heart, even as he hated and tried to avoid it, the desire is forgiven, without sin. This desire is as ugly misgivings ever asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,

That is the nature of faith [19]

When Allah Almighty lowered his word:

وإن تبدوا ما في أنفسكم أو تخفوه يحاسبكم به الله فيغفر لمن يشاء ويعذب من يشاء

"... If you say what is in your minds or hide, surely Allah into account (of the act) for you. He forgives whom He wills and mengadzab whom He wills ... "(al-Baqarah / 2:284), the Muslims feel uneasy, because they thought the whispers into the hearts of the scope of the paragraph above. Then the verse came down afterwards, which of them is the word of Allah Almighty:

ربنا ولا تحملنا ما لا طاقة لنا به

... O our Lord, Thou pikulkan us what we can not bear it ... [Al-Baqarah / 2:286]

This verse explains, what they can not do so they will not be loaded and therefore not tortured.

Second: there is a strong determination in life, constantly surging and favored culprit. It is also divided into two parts:

1. Something in particular is an act of the heart, for example, was hesitant about the oneness of Allah Almighty, or prophecy, or the day of resurrection, infidelity, hypocrisy, or believe in the oneness of Allah untruth, and so forth. A servant tortured because of this, he became an apostate, infidel or hypocrite.

Included in the scope of this point is all that is usually done wickedness in the heart, such as love what Allah hates, hates anything that loved him, arrogant, ujub, envy, and prejudice to a Muslim without right. Although this does not make unbelievers but he has done a great sin.

2. Things were not included acts liver but an act of the organs of the body, such as adultery, stealing, drinking, killing, accusing good people commit adultery, and so if one wants continuous actions, determined to do it, but effect is not seen at all physically, is he innocent? About this time, the scholars divided into two opinions:

The first opinion, people were tortured. Ibn al-Mubarak rahimahullah said, "I once asked rahimahullah Sufyan," Did someone punished for intent and desire? " Sufyan said, "If this has to be determined, he was tortured by it."

Imam Ibn Rajab rahimahullah said, "This opinion is chosen by many scholars jurist, hadith scholars and theologians of our friends and others. They berhujjah the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, which means," ... Know that Allah knows what is in your heart, then fear Him ... "[al-Baqarah / 2:235]

And the word of Almighty Allah, which means, "" ... But He punish you for intentions contained in your hearts ... "[al-Baqarah / 2:225]

And they also berhujjah the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

الإثم ما حاك في صدرك وكرهت أن يطلع عليه الناس

Sin is something disturbing in your heart and you do not like it known [20]

They interpreted the word haddatsa the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

إن الله تجاوز لأمتي ما حدثت به أنفسها ما لم يتكلموا أو يعملوا به

"Verily Allah forgave my people of what he wants his soul as he does not say or do," the trajectory (whisper) heart.

They said, "Maksiat are loved by someone, and embedded in the heart, then it includes efforts and actions. He does not forgive. "

Among them are those who say, "In the world, people are tortured with sadness and confusion." There's more to say that on the Day of Resurrection, Allah menghisabnya because the act was later forgiven. So the sentence the person is judged. "It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar and Abbas Radhiyallahua ar-Rabi' bin Anas radi anhu. It was also chosen Ibn Jarir Tabari vol. Ibn Jarir Tabari rahimahullah berhujjah the hadeeth of Ibn 'Umar anhuma about the whispers. He said, "The hadith is not generally applicable, apply for the sins that are not visible in the world and is not anxious in the chest."

The second opinion, people who intend not tortured at all only because of his intention. Imam Ibn Rajab rahimahullah said, "This opinion is attributed to Imam Shafi'i rahimahullah. This is the opinion of Ibn Hamid, one of our friends, because berhujjah the generality of the hadith (above). Similar words al-Aufi narrated from Ibn 'Abbas radi anhu.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the hadeeth of Ibn' Abbas narrated by Muslim, "Allah Or delete", that is, that sin could have been written as an error for the culprit, or it could be a particular cause of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala removes it from the whom He will, for example by asking forgiveness, repentance, and do goodness.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam after that, "And no one except the people who perish dibinasa", that is, after Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala bestows His great grace and mercy are spacious with double the goodness and forgiving mistakes replies , then no one perish except those who are perishing, which lead him to destruction, dare to commit sin, hate and avoid various good deeds.

1. Perfection science Allah Almighty. There was nothing in heaven or on earth or beyond that which moves out of range of his knowledge, and nothing is hidden from Him. Allah knows what is in the human heart.

2. Among the angels task is to record the good and evil. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has commissioned a glorious angel to everyone they know and record what they do, Allah Almighty while they forget to count.

3. How grace of Allah it was very spacious and His glorious grace. Allah Almighty does not double the reward for the bad deeds of a servant, and forgive the evil desires (while not implemented).

4. An explanation of the gift of Almighty Allah to this Ummah. Because if not for gifts, then no one will go to Heaven, because his sin more than good.

5. Encouraging and educating memberian threat is the best method.

6. Setting deeds Allah Almighty.

7. Because grace and justice of Allah Almighty, the reward goodness be doubled, while the ugliness of sin is not multiplied.

8. Think about the good of the cause which could lead someone to do it.

9. Remind and enlighten yourself before doing evil can prevent yourself from it.

Ustadz Abdullah Zaen, MA

Mysticism is still quite strong with some of the homeland. Confidence in the authorities-that can bring good luck and get rid of the distress-besides Allah Almighty keep them rooted in this. Therefore, do not loose their lives with rituals varied offerings. There are is an annual, or practice when it comes certain moments (weddings, harvest), as well as when they are gripped by the threat of a catastrophe in their presumption arises because the wrath of the 'rulers' they believe.

To expedite the wheel of life, a celebration or business, they turn victimizing ritual offerings or offerings. Offerings victimizing usually in the form of cattle slaughtered either in advance or presented in a state of alive. While offering the offerings made by animals other than animate.

1. Slaughter in the Context of Worship
The first type is done to glorify the One Who is worshiped (diibadahi) and demeaning and draw closer to Him. This is a type of worship that should not be done except to Allah Almighty in the manner specified implementation. Present it to other than Allah Almighty including major shirk.

2. Slaughter in the Context of Respect
Neither party is an honored guest, or for weddings. At home, it's legal or permissible. Because someone told to honor guests. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليكرم ضيفه

Those who believe in Allah and the Final Day, should glorify his guest [HR. al-Bukhari no. 6018, Muslim no. 47]

3. Slaughter Sembelihannya To Do To Utilize Consumed Nor sale. This is legal or permissible

4.Penyembelihan For Besides Allah Almighty Purpose Worship
Slaughter is done in order taqarrub (closer) and worship to other than Allah Almighty is a major shirk that issued the perpetrators of Islam. Both dedicated to angels, jinn, apostles, prophets, guardian or inanimate objects such as statues and idols. Eating meat slaughtered by such designation is also haram, because instead slaughtered for Allah Almighty. Allah says

Forbidden to you (take) carrion, blood, pork, (meat animals) are slaughtered in the name of other than Allah ... [al-Maida / 5:3]

There is one way to distinguish between the objective is taqarrub slaughter with slaughter which the goal is respect. During a visit to a local authority, usually slaughter animals. If the purpose of slaughtering and taqarrub glorification of the ruler is: after the animal is slaughtered in the presence of the ruler, sacrifices are left alone. But if the goal is respect and penjamuan, the sacrifices will be cooked and eaten. [3]

All offering sacrifices to other than Allah Almighty, be it an idol, a cult figure, jinn or any creature, is shirk

The evidence is common texts that prohibit the slaughter for other than Allah Almighty

Among the common texts, Allah Almighty says:

وما أهل لغير الله به

(Forbidden to you (take) carrion, blood, pork,) (meat animals) are slaughtered in the name of other than Allah ... [al-Maida / 5:3]

Also words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

لعن الله من ذبح لغير الله

Allah curse those who slaughtered for other than Allah [HR. Muslim no. 1978]

Nash on the slaughter covers all the name of other than Allah, whoever he is.

Imam Nawawi rahimahullah explains the nature of the slaughter to other than Allah Almighty and the law of the culprit: "The definition of slaughter to other than Allah is: slaughter the name of other than Allah Almighty, like a man who slaughtered to (magnify) idols, crosses, Moses , Prophet Isa 'alaihimassalam, Kaba and others.'s all haraam, sembelihannya results are not kosher, either the butcher Muslim, Christian or Jewish. This has been stated by Imam Shafi'i rahimahullah and scholars agreed Syâfi'iyyah. If the goal to exalt and worship the object of the act was intended categorized kufr. If the slaughterer is Muslim, he is considered an apostate ". [4]

When the words of Imam Nawawi rahimahullah is observed, then we will find that he made the slaughter to other than Allah Almighty-whoever-target objects can not be separated from the two conditions. First, it is intended to taqarrub (worship) to him and this is a very big legal shirk real culprit fallen away from it. Second, the slaughter by calling one of the names being, not to taqarrub him, this act is also forbidden in the opinion of scholars also Syâfi'iyyah Imam Shafi'i rahimahullah statement. The results are also not halal slaughtered, with no consideration of religion is the butcher and names mentioned while slaughtering. [5]

The substance of the statement of Imam Nawawi rahimahullah murtadnya about the slaughter to be devoted to other than Allah sembelihannya Almighty, was also expressed by Razi rahimahullah of other scholars. He explained: "The scholars said: If a Muslim to slaughter the animal sacrifices and aims to taqarrub to other than Allah Almighty, then he is considered apostasy and apostates sembelihannya convicted slaughtered". [6]

In essence, offering offerings to other than Allah shirk also includes large, because the origin of the offering had to be devoted only to Allah Almighty alone. Allah Almighty has told us the story of the two sons of Adam Alaihissallam a sacrifice in His Word:

واتل عليهم نبأ ابني آدم بالحق إذ قربا قربانا فتقبل من أحدهما ولم يتقبل من الآخر قال لأقتلنك قال إنما يتقبل الله من المتقين

"Tell them the true story of the two sons of Adam (Abel and Cain) when both are present offerings. Offering one of the two (Abel) was accepted and the other (Cain) is not acceptable. He (Cain) said:" I would kill you! " . (Abel answered): "Verily Allah only accepts (sacrifice) of those who are righteous." [al-Maida / 5:27]

The above verse shows purify offerings obligation only to Allah Almighty from at least three sides:

First: Two sons of Adam Alaihissallam has presented an offering to Almighty Allah alone, there is no partner with Him. Shaykh as-Sa'di rahimahullah interpret the word of God when they offer sacrifices {}: "That when each one of them pulled something out of his possessions to draw closer to Allah Almighty". [7]

Second: Among the offerings for utterly rejected Cain in the Almighty Allah because he is not sincere in offering it. Al-Khathîb ash-Syarbîni rahimahullah explains the meaning of the verse {and not accepted from the other}: "The point is Cain, because he did not accept the provisions of Allah Almighty and sincerity in offering". [8]

Third: the emphasis contained in the end of the paragraph above, that Allah Almighty does not accept gifts except from people Muttaqin. As has been advised that in the nature of the most prominent people Muttaqin is sincere in deed for Allah alone, which is a manifestation of the consequences of the testimony of la ilaha illallah. Qatadah rahimahullah said: "People are cautious people who are committed to la ilaha illallah". [9]

Demonstrated dedication to Almighty Allah alone and not to other than Him is "the former prophets" [10] as stated by Ibn Qutaibah rahimahullah when interpreting the Word of the Almighty Allah (Ali 'Imran / 3:183).

It is emphasized that the present offerings to other than Allah Almighty laws shirk.

Worse, the people who dedicate offerings, deliberately aimed closer to the genie to escape the crime, rather than vice versa begged Allah Almighty in trying expel the dreaded genie. Their actions indicate a belief that the genie has its own power to do anything they want, as if it is beyond the power of Allah Almighty. Shirk the core of this phenomenon is to attribute a supernatural besides Allah Almighty. [11]

From the other side, people make offerings offerings to other than Allah Almighty is driven by the belief that jinn 'rulers' have the ability to bring distress and goodness, and power gives way, sending goodness and blessing, and eliminate evil and hardship. This is nothing but an act of shirk!.

Evidence of their belief and shirk,-according to them-recognition and statement, if it is gripped with great difficulty, when they present offerings to the guardian of offerings-so and so-and-so or jinn, and these difficulties disappear; their hearts formed the belief that the offering That causes the expected arrival of the goodness and the disappearance of the feared danger.

Anyone who examines carefully al-Qur `an and the Sunnah of the Prophet and listened to the statements of the Salaf Salih, he will know that the offerings were presented was identical to the sacrifices of the ancient pagans to their god, Allah mentioned the word k Him:

وجعلوا لله مما ذرأ من الحرث والأنعام نصيبا فقالوا هذا لله بزعمهم وهذا لشركائنا

They provide a portion of the plants and animals (part) to Allah as He said in accordance with their presupposition: "This is for God and that it is for our idols." [Al-An'am / 6:136]

Their action is relatively faithful to Jibt and Evil, as revealed by the Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah t: "Some people who do taqarub the genie with fennel food, they cook it and then put it in the bathroom or throw it away. Then ask for things commonly requested the demons. As they did in the bathroom, and similar places with him. Jibt This includes faith and Evil ". [12]

Here are some examples of deviant rituals that developed in the middle of some of the ground water in the form of offerings and offerings of casualties. Rituals is certainly very dangerous for the faith of a Muslim when you do.

1. Ritual Labuhan. In practice, performed burial buffalo head on the top of Mount Merapi at the beginning of the month of Muharram and at the end of the month of Rajab every year as an offering to Kiai Sapujagad claimed a genie ruler of Mount Merapi. They think, if the event is not held will mengakibatnya incidence of various sorts of dangers for the local community. [13]

2. Rituals were performed by the Central Java town of Cilacap offering buffalo head for Nyai Roro Kidul believed to be the ruler of the southern sea to avoid his wrath and wished blessings from him. [14] performed a similar ritual in Yogyakarta on the beach Samas [15] and on the beach Parangkusumo [16] and in the East Java town of Great Tulung Popoh beach. [17]

3. Some people slaughter cattle to sacrifice to the 'rulers' southern sea so willing to help the completion of the construction of a bridge that connects the city of Surabaya and Madura, which was then known as the bridge SURAMADU. [18]

4. Rituals are performed mostly traditional traders Banyumas in Central Java with a goat's head and offering a variety of food to the river Serayu melarungnya by the river. This ritual is included in Banyumas Market Charity Festival activities. Purpose of implementation, distanced bad destinies of their (?!). [19]

5. Some city dwellers Kulonprogo Central Java, before pelangsungan ceremony, they offered sacrifices of chicken, rice and a variety of food to the spirits of their grandparents to always shaded safety, so the event went according to plan weddings. Dedication is often referred to as Pure Lasti offerings. [20]

6. Buffalo slaughter by the tenants project in West Java Batudatar Purwakarta to be presented to the genie known as Haji Kamilin to avoid kecelakakan the way they were doing. [21]

7. Most people around the Swamp Dizziness Ambarawa Central Java ritual offerings of chicken, rice and other small lakes to the authorities that they call New Mbah k-ping, in order to get her ease in working, as a form of gratitude to him and hope to obtain blessings from him. [22]

8. Similarly, some residents of Yogyakarta make offerings in the form of cigarettes, bananas, rice and chicken blood drop if they will hold walimahan. Goal, so their village guardian genie disturb the proceedings. Known as Uba Rampe. [23]

9. Before making plant construction, bridges or other large bangungan, some people slaughtered cows or buffaloes and then smeared with the blood sacrifices that foundation. Furthermore, the animal's head buried in the building project that the project goes smoothly as planned, without interruption jin. With it, they hope to bring the building after so many benefits. [24]

The whole phenomenon of the above is an example of offering sacrifices to other than Allah, while offering offerings sembelihannya no element in the example in the country:

10. Rituals are performed by some of the villagers Sigentong Sicabe in Bradford Central Java, when before harvest or hold a celebration. They lit incense and presenting offerings at the graves Dul Jalab located in the village. This ritual according to their permit application form (blessing) to him. According to their assumption, if the event is not held, then the danger will befall them. [25]

11. Offerings designated for Dewi Sri, the goddess of rice and its ruler prosperity, which was held prior to the harvest season. [26]

12. While the belief that the death of some Dutch travelers who climb Mount Merapi caused first Dutch colonizers had built several buildings on a mountainside was not present offerings to Kyai Sweep the Universe, 'which mbaurekso' mountain. [27]

13. Offerings of food, beverages, fabrics and cigarette made shaman Mbah Bejo for building occupants ancient genie Disallow sewu in Semarang to avoid disturbances jinn. [28]

14. Annual offerings made by some villagers Weak White in East Java Nganjuk for occupants jin Princess wells to reduce the danger because love scaring people who walk through it. [29]

15. Offerings such as sugar cane, rice and corn are still in the grain when inhabiting a new house to evict residents of the dangers of genie and get good. [30]

16. Ritual offerings made by some villagers Kandat Kediri, East Java for empty jin residents of the village so as not to interfere with virgins local village. [31]

17. Offerings by some people for the genie occupants old railway bridge in Pabuaran Subang in West Java as a form because they saw in a dream that security is maintained. [32]

18. Belief some residents near the bridge Gorowong Karachi that the cause of the disaster that befell them were not execution offerings for bridge genie rulers. [33]
19. Ritual and Alms Alms nyusur Taneuh Dugna held by most of the population of West Java province on a day that coincided with the death of a person in the form of offerings of food and drink they like while still living at home and grave. [34]

This is part of the ritual in Java which contains victimizing offerings and offerings that cater mostly to the jinn are considered powerful and can bring goodness and danger to humans. Did not rule on other islands outside Java, there are rituals that same substance.

Doubtful AND objections
Some people would probably reject the verdict of kufr against the practice of offering victimizing the slaughtered animals to the genie and the other on the pretext that the people who slaughtered sacrificial slaughter it when the name of Allah Almighty (say basmalah). How can it be called slaughtered for other than Allah Almighty?

The answer: if so what happened means there is a difference between belief and expression of oral care. In conditions like this that is used as a measure of what is believed to be the heart, not what is expressed verbally. This is common in all charity kaedah obedience. [35]

The reason for the prohibition act back to intent. Mention the name of Allah Almighty in the liver with oral intend to except Him; does not change the legal status of the prohibition. Imam Ibn Kathir t have stated unequivocally that slaughter sacrifices by the name of Almighty Allah, but in a state of liver aim to present it to other than Him remains shirk.

When interpreting the word of Allah Almighty:

وما ذبح على النصب

.... (And forbidden to eat) are slaughtered for idols ... [al-Maida / 5:3]

He said: "The Mujahid and Ibn Juraij stated," an-Nushubu (idols) are the stones (to be worshiped) around the Kaaba. According to Ibn Juraij statue numbered 360. Formerly the Arabs at the time of ignorance they do slaughter animals around him. Then they sprinkled the statue that leads to the Kaaba with drops of blood of animals slaughtered, followed by slicing the meat and put it on the idol. Such information clerics.

Almighty Allah forbids the believers from the deeds and forbid them to eat the sacrifices-sacrifices that took place in the process penyembelihannya idols. Despite saying basmalah when slaughtered at the idol. It still includes shirk that is forbidden by Allah and His Messenger ". [36]

To clarify again, the condition of slaughter for other than Allah, there are several kinds, and everything is shirk [37]:

1. Been invoked the name of Allah (basmalah), but intentional for other than Allah Almighty. This includes shirk in worship
2. Been invoked the name of other than Allah, as well as intentional for other than Allah Almighty. This includes requests please also shirk in worship.
3. Been invoked the name of other than Allah, and sacrifices results untukAllâh consign Almighty. This type includes shirk in rububiyah

That's some examples of ritual offerings to other than Allah is still scattered all around us. Our obligation is to straighten the deviant behavior in a polite and wise, without sacrificing the principles of faith, especially late in the ritual, although for reasons of propaganda. Wallahul muwaffiq aqwamith Tariq ila ...

Victimizing AND offerings, TRADITIONS HERITAGE SHIRK jahiliyah

Ustadz Abdullah bin al-Buthoni Taslim, MA

Ritual offerings to present victimizing or delicate creatures (jin) is regarded as sacred guardian or ruler is nothing certain is customary shirk (associating partners with Allah Almighty creature) that has lasted for generations in some of our communities. They believe the spirits have the power to deliver the good (fortune, marriage, children, and others) or inflict havoc to anyone, so by offering or offerings are victimizing them hoping to dampen the spirits of anger and that all their wishes fulfilled.

Apparently this ritual has evolved since the days of ignorance before Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala sent His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to uphold monotheism (worship / servitude himself to Allah Almighty alone) and fighting shirk in all its forms.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

True, there were people from (among) people who took shelter with some men from (among) jinns, the jinn were adding to their sins and errors [al-Jin/72: 6]

That is, the people in the days of Ignorance took shelter with genies with worship and servitude to present himself to the jinn, such as slaughtering sacrificial animals (as victimizing), vowed, ask for help and others [1].

In another verse, Allah Almighty says:

{ويوم يحشرهم جميعا يا معشر الجن قد استكثرتم من الإنس, وقال أولياؤهم من الإنس ربنا استمتع بعضنا ببعض وبلغنا أجلنا الذي أجلت لنا, قال النار مثواكم خالدين فيها إلا ما شاء الله إن ربك حكيم عليم

And (remember) the Day when Allah will gather them all together, (and he said): "O group jinn (devil), actually you have a lot of (misleading) man". Then said they were close friends of the human race (the shaman and witches): "Our Lord, indeed we have been getting some of the pleasure / benefit of some (other) and we have come to the time that you specify for us ". Allah says: "Hell that's where you live, are you abide therein, unless Allah wills (to another)". Verily your Lord, the Knower, the Wise "[al-An'am / 6:128]

Shaykh 'Abdurrahman as-Sa'di rahimahullah said: "Jin (Satan) get a thrill when people obey, worship, mengagungkannya and shelter him (do shirk and kufr to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala). While humans get pleasure with full intention and achievement with the help of the jinn because to satisfy his desire. So those who devote themselves to the jinn (in return) is the genie will help to meet their own needs "[2].

Victimizing LAW IN ISLAM AND offerings
Sacrifice that means getting some wealth in order to draw closer to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala [3], is a great and glorious form of worship that is only appropriate addressed to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. K Allah says:

Say: "Verily, my prayers, sembelihanku (kurbanku), my life and my death are for Allah, the Lord of the universe, no partner for him; And so that is commanded, and I am the first to surrender (unto Him)" [al- An'am / 6:162-163].

In another verse, Allah Almighty said to His Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

فصل لربك وانحر

So establish prayer for your Lord (Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) and berkurbanlah [al-Kautsar/108: 2)]

Both of these verses demonstrate his great virtue and sacrifice praying, because doing two of worship is a testament to the love of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and religious purification for Him alone, and approaches to Him with a heart, oral and limbs, also with a sacrifice slaughtered sacrifices of a loved one more soul to the One who loves, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala [4].

Therefore, the act of offering worship to other than Allah Almighty, whether jinn, or spirit of man, in order to magnify and draw closer to him, which is known as victimizing or offerings, is a very big sin, even a major shirk which could lead to the perpetrator out of Islam (become infidels) [5].

Allah Almighty says:

Verily Allah only forbidden you carrion, blood, pork, and offered sacrifices to other than Allah [al-Baqarah / 2:173]

Imam Ibn Jarir Tabari rahimahullah said: "That is, the sacrifices were offered to the deity (except Allah Almighty) and idols, called names other than him (when killed), or dedicated to gods besides Him" [6 ].

In an authentic hadith, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talib radi anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "Allah curse those who slaughtered (sacrificed) for other than Him" [7].

This hadith shows big threat to people who slaughtered (sacrificed) for him besides Allâh be anathema SWT is deprived of his grace. Because of this action, including a very big sin, even shirk to Allah Almighty, so that the perpetrators deserve to mandapatkan wrath of Almighty Allah and His mercy away from [8].

It is important to be reminded in this discussion, that the main factor that makes the magnitude of these evil deeds, not merely because it is large or small sacrifices offered to other than Him, but because of the amount of adoration and fear in the hearts of those who offered sacrifices to the apart- He, that all this is the great heart of worship that only content addressed to Allah Almighty alone.

Thus, despite the sacrifice offered is very small and insignificant, like a fly even if accompanied by exaltation and fear in the heart to other than Him, then this also includes major shirk [9].

In a atsar of noble Companion, Salman Al-Farisi radi anhu, he said: "There are people who go to heaven because of a fly, and there are going to hell because of a fly, there are two people who passed (area) of a people who are meditating (worship) their idols, and they said: "No one should be passed (area) we are today until after he offered something (as a sacrifice / casualties for our idols)." Then they said to the first: "Offer something (to idols us)! ", but the man was reluctant - in another narration: the man said:" I will not sacrifice to anyone other than Allah Almighty -. So he killed (he later went to heaven). Then they said to the latter: "Offer something (for our idols)", in another: the guy said: "I do not have anything to be sacrificed" So they said again: "Offer something though (just) a fly! ". (With underestimate), the man said:" What's a fly. "Then he sacrificed with a fly. In another narration: so they let him pass, and then (in the Hereafter) he go to hell" [10].

Once we know that doing this Jahiliyyah ritual is a very big sin, even shirk to Allah, which means exposed to the threat in his words:

إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء ومن يشرك بالله فقد افترى إثما عظيما

Verily Allah will not forgive (the sin of) shirk (associating partners with Him), and He forgives all sins apart from (shirk), for whom He wills. Those who ascribe Allah, then indeed he has sinned a very great "[An-Nisa '/ 4:48]

On that basis, participate and support the implementation of this event, in all its forms, including the sin is very large, as it includes berta'awun (mutual help) in immoral acts largely to Allah Almighty, which is shirk.

Allah Almighty says:

And please-menolonglah you in (doing) virtue and piety, and do mutual assistance in sin and transgression. And bertaqwalah in Allah. Verily Allah is severe in punishment [al-Maida / 5:2]

Imam Ibn Kathir rahimahullah said: "(In this verse), Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala commanded His servants who believe, to help each other in doing good deeds, the deeds of al-birr (righteousness), and leave actions unjust act, which is piety, and prohibits them from (action) help each other and help each other in evil sin and sinners "[11].

Prohibition participate in immoral deeds and sins also corroborated by the hadiths hadith on riba and haraam haraam helping and supporting these actions. Jabir bin Abdillah radi anhu he said: "The Messenger Shalallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam cursed those who devour usury, those who work at it, the guy who wrote (transaction), and the two people who bear witness, they are all equal (in sin)" [ 12].

Imam an-Nawawi rahimahullah said: "In this hadith (there are arguments that show) Prohibition of help / support (implementation actions) vanity (Allaah)" [13].

USING FOOD LAW / PROPERTY USED FOR victimizing / offerings
If the food in the form of animal slaughter, it should not be used in any form, either to be eaten or sold, because the slaughtered animal has been dedicated to other than Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, then the meat is eaten unclean and impure, the same law with carrion [14 ]. Allah Almighty says:

Verily Allah only forbidden you carrion, blood, pork, and offered sacrifices to other than Allah [al-Baqarah / 2:173]

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah rahimahullah when interpreting this verse, he said: "All animals are slaughtered for other than Allah should not eat meat" [15].

And because the meat is eaten haram, haram it means to be traded, according to the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "Verily, Allah Almighty forbids consuming if something He (also) forbids its price (illicit sale) [16].

If the food is in addition to animal slaughter, some scholars mengharamkannya and equate legal with animal sacrifices dedicated to other than Allah Almighty [17].

However, a stronger opinion on the issue, insha Allah, is the opinion expressed by Shaykh 'Abdul' Aziz bin Baz rahimahullah which allow use of food and wealth, in addition to sacrifices, because the legal origin of the food / wealth is lawful and has been abandoned by the owner.

Shaykh 'Abdul' Aziz bin Baz rahimahullah said: "(The opinions say) that money (wealth), food, beverages and animal is still alive, which is presented by the owner to the (gods besides Allah Almighty, be it) to the Prophet, guardian or (gods) other haram to be taken and utilized, this opinion is not correct. Because it is a treasure that can be used and have been abandoned by their owners, as well as hukumya not the same as the carcass (the unclean and impure), then (legal ) may be taken (and used), the same as assets (other) left by the owner to anyone who wants it, such as grain and palm fruit left by the farmers and harvesters palm trees for poor people.

Theorem that shows this skill is (deeds) of the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam (when) he took the treasure (which is powered by the idolaters) are (stored) in the treasury (idols) Lata, and he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam ( use it to) pay off debts (Companions named) 'Urwah ibn Mas'ud ats-Tsaqafi. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam (in this hadeeth) do not consider dipersembahkannya property to the (idols) Lata as (cause) to prohibit the taking (and utilize these treasures) as can be (taken).

However, those who see the (other) committing shirk (the offered food / assets to other than Allah Almighty), from the stupid people and the perpetrators of polytheism, obliged him to deny such actions and explain to the offender shirk it that, those who shirk, so as not to prejudice that arises silence and did not deny (the act), or take the whole / part of his offerings, is evidence bolehnya bolehnya deeds and sacrifice with these treasures to other than Allah Subhanahu wa Ta 'ala. Because shirk is munkar (disobedience) the greatest (sin), it shall be denied / advised people who do.

As if the food (which is dedicated to other than Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) is made from the meat of animals slaughtered by the perpetrators of shirk, the (law) haram (to be eaten / used), as well as fat and gravy, because (meat) slaughtered actors shirk their legal equals (meat) corpse, so haram (to eat) and make unclean mixed with other foods. In contrast to (for example) or bread (food) that are not mixed with other (meat) slaughtered, it's all kosher for those who take it (to be eaten / used), as well as cash and other assets (halal to be taken), as been described. Allaah knows best "[18].

So this short article, may be useful for all those who read it for the good of the world and the afterlife.
