But unfortunately, a few months after me from the pilgrimage, I terbujukan by the devil and do some great sin. I ask forgiveness of Allah Almighty and deeply regretted the act. My question is, how does the law pilgrimage I have ever done? Is considered void, fall or how, so I am obliged to repeat it? Because of my pilgrimage has disappeared due to my sins. Or do I worship it not fall? and I repent enough alone, do not repeat that sin and the sin that does not affect the worship penah I do? This is what makes me confused
Answer.
If fact, according to your story, then you do not void the pilgrimage; due to a sin that you do is after making the pilgrimage. You are not obliged to make up the '. But you must repent to Allaah, reproduce forgiveness, committing obey, sorrow for sin that you have ever done and was determined not to repeat them. May Allah Almighty accept your repentance and forgive your sins. Allah Almighty says:
وإني لغفار لمن تاب وآمن وعمل صالحا ثم اهتدى
And 'I am the Forgiving for those who repent, have faith, good works, then keep on the right path. [Thâha/20: 82]

MENGHAJIKAN PEOPLE WHO HAVE DIED
Question.
Al-Lajnatud Standing Ifta Wal Ilmiyyah Buhûtsil Lil `asked: There is a 25-year-old man, he died before the Hajj. Can we menghajikannya? Enough with the Hajj without Umrah, while he had a treasure?
Answer.
People who are exposed to liability and died before undertaking the pilgrimage, it should be taken from his property and the cost to menghajikan mengumrahkannya. May also menghajikannya without taking property the deceased if there is going to her charity. We already know, the pilgrimage was one of the pillars of Islam. Obligation of Hajj can not fall because of the death of the affected person hajj obligation. Imam Bukhari rahimahullah narrates in his Sahih, that:
أن امرأة من جهينة جاءت إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقالت إن أمي نذرت أن تحج فلم تحج حتى ماتت أفأحج عنها قال نعم حجي عنها أرأيت لو كان على أمك دين أكنت قاضية اقضوا الله فالله أحق بالوفاء
There was a woman from Juhainah who came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam then said: "My mother never bernadzar perform Hajj, but he did not do so until death, if I may menghajikannya?" Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam replied: "Yes, he hajikanlah ! What do you think, if your mother has a debt of dependents, whether you will pay for it, God is more entitled to be repaid. "[1]
He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also been asked by a woman from Khats'am:
يا رسول الله إن فريضة الله فى الحج على عباده أدركت أبى شيخا كبيرا, لا يستطيع أن يستوى على الراحلة, فهل يقضى عنه أن أحج عنه قال «نعم
"O Messenger of Allaah, indeed the obligation to perform the pilgrimage to my father when he was old and weak and not strong at the top of a mount (vehicle-ed), may I menghajikannya?" Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied: "Hajikanlah your father!"
While on duty umrah, is based on the hadeeth narrated by five hadith scholar Imam (Imam al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi and Imam Ahmad-ed).
عن أبي رزين العقيلي أنه أتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال يا رسول الله إن أبي شيخ كبير لا يستطيع الحج ولا العمرة ولا الظعن قال حج عن أبيك واعتمر
From Abu Razin al-Uqaili. He came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam then said: "Verily, my father is old, he was not able to perform Hajj, Umrah and driving." Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "your father and umrahkanlah Hajikanlah him."
