5. Marriage Syighar.

As for the hadiths about this marriage prohibition is as follows:
Hadith narrated by Muslim in Shahiihnya of Ibn 'Umar anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

لا شغار في الإسلام.

"There is no syighar marriage in Islam." [35]

At-Tirmidhi narrated from Ibn 'Umar anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam forbade syighar. "[36]

At-Tirmidhi narrated from 'Imraan ibn Hushain radi anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

لا جلب ولا جنب ولا شغار, ومن انتهب نهبة فليس منا.

"Do not be evil, not to be disobedient, should not be doing syighar. And he did plunder, so he's not one of us." [37]

Al-Bukhari narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam forbade syighar. And syighar daughter is marrying someone with the condition that the person with his daughter marry him anyway, without any dowry between them. [38]

Some Statement The Ulama:
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah rahimahullah said: "Allah has made obligatory dowry and do not require witnesses. Whoever said that the marriage was valid without any dowry and not valid unless in the presence of witnesses, that he had to abort what God required and oblige him what God is not required.

This includes proving that the people of Medina and the expert opinions of the hadith is more authentic than the opinion of the prohibition of marriage syighar Kufa. The reason is simply because it negates dowry. So, whenever there is a dowry, the marriage became legal. "[39]

6. Marriage tahlil.
That married women who had been divorced three after the expiration of the 'iddahnya then divorced him back to give to her first husband. This is one of the major sins and abominable deeds which Allah forbade, and cursed culprit, based on what was narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam about it.

At-Tirmidhi narrated in his Sunan from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud radi anhu, he said: "The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam cursed muhallil and muhallal lahu." [*] [40]

Meaning muhallil from tahlil, the person who marries a divorced woman with the intention of three divorced after intercourse so that people can marry mentalak three back.

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam likening person who has done this with deer lent. As Ibn Majah narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, that he said: "Shall I point out to you about the deer that lent?" They said: "Of course, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "It is muhallil, may Allah curse muhallil and muhallal lahu." [41]

Opinions Opinions Cleric:
At-Tirmidhi rahimahullah said: "The practice of this is done on the scholars of the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam whom was' Umar ibn al-Khattab, 'Uthman ibn' Affan, 'Abdullah bin' Umar and much more, and it was is the opinion of jurists and Tabi'in. [42]

'Umar ibn al-Khattab radi anhu said when he was delivering the sermon: "By Allah, it is not confronted me and muhallal lahu muhallil but I stoned them. Because both are adulterers." Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah rahimahullah was asked about people who say: "If the divorced woman has fucked someone (who married) on the anus, then he is permitted to her husband, whether this is true or not?"

He replied: "These are the words bathil, menyelisihi of opinion of the Imams of the Muslims are distinguished and the Imams of the Muslims more. Therefore, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to a woman who divorced three (later married to another man and wanted to return to her husband who pertama.-ed.):

7. Between Marriage And The Forbidden:
a. Marriage in the time of 'iddah and marrying pagan women than kitabiyyah (Jewish and Christian women):

Based on the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

ولا تنكحوا المشركات حتى يؤمن ولأمة مؤمنة خير من مشركة ولو أعجبتكم ولا تنكحوا المشركين حتى يؤمنوا ولعبد مؤمن خير من مشرك ولو أعجبكم أولئك يدعون إلى النار والله يدعو إلى الجنة والمغفرة بإذنه ويبين آياته للناس لعلهم يتذكرون

"And do not marry polytheistic women until after their faith. Truly believing slave woman is better than a woman polytheists, even though he impress you. And do not marry idolaters (with women believers) before they believe. Truly believing slave is better than the idolaters even though he impress you. b. Marriage with women forbidden because senasab and mushaharah (family relationships as marriage).

According to his words:

حرمت عليكم أمهاتكم وبناتكم وأخواتكم وعماتكم وخالاتكم وبنات الأخ وبنات الأخت وأمهاتكم اللاتي أرضعنكم وأخواتكم من الرضاعة وأمهات نسائكم وربائبكم اللاتي في حجوركم من نسائكم اللاتي دخلتم بهن فإن لم تكونوا دخلتم بهن فلا جناح عليكم وحلائل أبنائكم الذين من أصلابكم وأن تجمعوا بين الأختين إلا ما قد سلف إن الله كان غفورا رحيما

لا يجمع بين المرأة وعمتها ولا بين المرأة وخالتها.

e. Women are forbidden to her husband after the third divorce, and not permissible for her to marry a man other than a wedding fair (not tahlil). [**]

According to his words:

فإن طلقها فلا تحل له من بعد حتى تنكح زوجا غيره فإن طلقها فلا جناح عليهما أن يتراجعا إن ظنا أن يقيما حدود الله

Based on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

المحرم لا ينكح ولا يخطب.

g. Should not marry a woman who is still married, and must not marry a woman adulterer.
Based on the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala

الزاني لا ينكح إلا زانية أو مشركة والزانية لا ينكحها إلا زان أو مشرك وحرم ذلك على المؤمنين

h. Forbidden to marry more than four women.
According to his words:

فانكحوا ما طاب لكم من النساء مثنى وثلاث ورباع

He replied: "Perhaps if the woman is married kitabiyyah maintain themselves again instead adulteress. Because God requires it to women who guarded her chastity. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

حرمت عليكم أمهاتكم وبناتكم وأخواتكم وعماتكم وخالاتكم وبنات الأخ وبنات الأخت وأمهاتكم اللاتي أرضعنكم وأخواتكم من الرضاعة وأمهات نسائكم وربائبكم اللاتي في حجوركم من نسائكم اللاتي دخلتم بهن فإن لم تكونوا دخلتم بهن فلا جناح عليكم وحلائل أبنائكم الذين من أصلابكم وأن تجمعوا بين الأختين إلا ما قد سلف إن الله كان غفورا رحيما) 23 (والمحصنات من النساء إلا ما ملكت أيمانكم كتاب الله عليكم وأحل لكم ما وراء ذلكم أن تبتغوا بأموالكم محصنين غير مسافحين فما استمتعتم به منهن فآتوهن أجورهن فريضة

Al-Bukhari narrated in Shahiihnya from Ibn 'Abbas, "Seven (a group) is permitted to marry for reasons of lineage, and seven (group) mushaharah reasons (related by marriage / marriage)." Then he read, حرمت عليكم أمهاتكم "Forbidden unto you (to marry) mom-mom ..." [1]

Similarly, paternal grandmother, and granddaughter of boys and so on down. Similarly granddaughter of girls and young women from sister niece and so on down. Similarly niece daughter of brother, daughter nephew of the brothers, sisters, and aunt (father's side) and so on up. Similarly, maternal aunt, both the father and mother, and so on up. Similarly, the father's aunt (mother's side), wife's grandmother and so on to the top, and girls from stepdaughter and so on down. Similarly, the daughter of stepson, wife of grandson of the sons and grandsons of the girls, and Meng-communion between a woman with her aunt, both the father and mother. "[3 ]

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah said: "The women are forbidden because of lineage, hence its resolve that all the relatives of a man of lineage it is unlawful, except girls' uncle, both the father and mother, and her aunt's daughters , both the father and mother. Fourth class is permissible by Allah to His Messenger with His words:

يا أيها النبي إنا أحللنا لك أزواجك اللاتي آتيت أجورهن وما ملكت يمينك مما أفاء الله عليك وبنات عمك وبنات عماتك وبنات خالك وبنات خالاتك اللاتي هاجرن معك وامرأة مؤمنة إن وهبت نفسها للنبي إن أراد النبي أن يستنكحها خالصة لك من دون المؤمنين

"O Prophet, verily We have to justify to you your wives, you have given her dowry and the slave that you have included what you earn in the war whom God has given you, and (so did) the daughters of his brother man your father, the daughters of your father's sister, daughters of the brother of your mother and the daughters of your mother's sister who also emigrated with you and a female believer who gives herself to the Prophet if the Prophet wanted to marry her as a specialization for you , not to all the faithful ... '"[Al-Ahzaab/33: 50]

So, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to justify his Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, from the ladies, the four groups, and Allah does not make it a specificity for him so it does not apply to other believers. He may marry a woman who donated her without a dowry, and this does not apply to other than him; based on the agreement of the Muslims. "[4]

Then, Shaykh al-Islam rahimahullah said: "As for relating to women that are forbidden because related by marriage, then all women related by marriage lawful for him except the four groups., And is contrary to the relatives, in which the whole forbidden to marry unless four groups.

The relatives of both husband and wife are all halal, except for the four groups, namely the ex-wife's father, former wife of son, wife's mother (in-law), his wife and children. Anathema to both husband and wife (for siding) parents and children respectively.

Forbidden the boy's mother married his wife; including the wife of his maternal grandmother and father, and so on up. He is also forbidden to marry the daughter of his wife, stepson and the granddaughter of his wife, daughter and so on down. Also girls from stepdaughter also is unlawful.

He is forbidden to marry his father's wife, and so on to the top, and his son's wife and so on down.

The four groups that are forbidden in the Qur'aan as related by marriage. The four groups were forbidden by the agreement; except stepson, he was not prohibited until (unless) the man had interfered with his mother.

The daughters of these two women and (daughters of) his mother, it is not forbidden. He must marry the daughter of his father's wife [*] and (the daughter of the wife) son [**] based on consensus of the scholars: for he is not a wife. Unlike the step-daughter, step-child because the child is a step-grandchildren. Likewise, wives daughters mother (mother-in-law) is not prohibited, [***] because he's not a real mother. Hence the fuqaha said: 'The girls from the women-except the forbidden is forbidden girls aunt of the father and of the mother as well as mother-wife, ex-wife and father and son are also forbidden. Al-Bukhari narrated from Zaynab, radi anhuma of Umm Habibah, he said: "I asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, do you want the daughter of Abu Sufyan?' Al-Bukhari narrated from Jabir radi anhu, he said: "The Messenger of Allaah wa sallam forbade aliahi married woman with her aunt, aunt both paternal and maternal." [13]

Forbidden From Sepersusuan As The Forbidden From lineage: [14]
Al-Bukhari narrated that 'Aisha radi anhuma, the wife of the Prophet sallallaahu' aliahi wa sallam, to tell his 'Umrah bint Abdurrahman that the Prophet sallallaahu' aliahi wa sallam was at his side, and he heard a man's voice asking permission Hafsah home. Al-Bukhari also narrated from Ibn 'Abbas, he said: "Asked the Prophet sallallaahu' aliahi wa sallam: 'Why did you not marry the daughter of Hamza?' He replied: 'He is my brother's daughter sepersusuan.' "[16]

Breastfeeding period.
Al-Bukhari narrated from 'A'ishah radi anhuma that the Prophet sallallaahu' aliahi wa sallam met, was at his side there is a man, then his face seemed to change (as) did not like it. 'Aisha said, "He is my brother." He said:

انظرن ما إخوانكن, فإنما الرضاعة من المجاعة.

Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said: Al-Muhlib said: "Prohibition sepersusuan simply (happening) in childhood until breastfeeding is fighting hunger." Meaning Tabattul Al-Qur-an.
Shaykh Muhammad ibn Isma'il said: Among the things that ought to be mentioned that al-Qur-an ordered tabattul in His Word:

واذكر اسم ربك وتبتل إليه تبتيلا

"Say the Name of your Lord, and bertabattullah (Worship) to Him with diligence." [Al-Muzzammil/73: 8].

The meaning of this verse is the command to use all of his time to God with a sincere worship.

As Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وما أمروا إلا ليعبدوا الله مخلصين له الدين

"And they were not told except that worshiping God with obedience to Him purifies the (men-run) straight religion ..." [Al-Bayyinah/98: 5].

While there is no prohibition tabattul the Sunnah. إن أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم

He said:

فالصالحات قانتات حافظات للغيب بما حفظ الله

"... Because it is the righteous woman, who was obedient to God longer maintain themselves when her husband was not there, because God has kept (them) ..." [An-Nisaa '/ 4: 34].

Al-Bukhari narrated from Abu Hurayrah radi anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said:

تنكح المرأة لأربع: لمالها ولحسبها ولجمالها ولدينها, فاظفر بذات الدين تربت يداك.

"Women married for four cases: for wealth, offspring, her beauty, and her religion; then choose a religious woman, surely you're lucky." [1]

O my brother, this does not mean that beauty is not necessary. But the question is not to restrict the beauty, because it is not a principle for us in choosing a wife. Choose because of his religion, and if not, then you will not be happy. From 'Abdullah bin' Amr is marfu ', he said: "Do not marry a woman for her beauty, because it could be that her beauty would memburukkannya, and do not marry her because of his wealth, his property could be made exceed the limit. Imam Ahmad narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

من سعادة ابن آدم ثلاثة: المرأة الصالحة, والمسكن الصالح, والمركب الصالح, ومن شقاوة ابن آدم: المرأة السوء, والمسكن السوء, والمركب السوء.

"Human happiness is threefold: Women who shalihah, good place to live, and a good vehicle. While his passion man is: Women are bad (temper), poor shelter, and vehicles are bad." [5]

Ibn Majah narrated from Tsauban, he said: "When it comes down (verse al-Qur-an) of silver and gold, they asked: 'Then the treasure should I use?' 'Umar said:' I'll tell you about it. ' Then he rode his camel to follow the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, while I followed behind. Then he asked:' O Messenger of Allah, what treasures will we use? أيما امرأة تطيبت ثم خرجت إلى المسجد لم تقبل لها صلاة حتى تغتسل.

فتغتسل من غسلها من الجنابة.

In a history:

ولا ينظر الرجل إلى عرية الرجل, ولا تنظر المرأة إلى عرية المرأة.

"There should be one man sees another male genitalia and a woman should not look at other women's private parts." [22]

Ninth:
IN THE NATURE is that she obey her husband.

Ath-Thabrani narrated from Anas ibn Malik radi anhuma, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Shall I inform you of your men who are in Heaven?" Tenth:
WIFE THE BELIEVERS DO NOT ASK DIVORCE her husband.
If a wife fear of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, he will not ask for a divorce to her husband forever, so if so ordered her parents.

Narrated Tsauban radi anhu, that he said, "the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

أيما امرأة سألت زوجها الطلاق من غير ما بأس فحرام عليها رائحة الجنة.

"Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without a justifiable reason, then he is forbidden to get scent of heaven. '" [24]

An-Nasa-i narrated from Abu Hurayrah radi anhu in marfu ':

المختلعات والمنتزعات هن المنافقات.

"Women who seek divorce, they are women hypocrites." [25]

Al-Muntazi'aat is a woman who divorces himself from the embrace of her husband's wealth without his willingness.

Thus, if he obeyed his parents to seek divorce from her husband, so she had adulterous Allah and His Messenger. They should know that he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لا طاعة لبشر في معصية الله, إنما الطاعة في المعروف.

"There is no obedience to a person in a sinner to God. Obedience is only in doing good things." [26]

Eleventh:

From Umm Salamah radi anhuma, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

أيما امرأة نزعت ثيابها في غير بيتها, خرق الله عزوجل عنها ستره.

"Any woman who takes her clothes in other than her house, then Allah Almighty destroy his blinds him." [28]

From Abu ash-Shadafi Adzinah radi anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

خير نسائكم الودود الولود, المواتية المواسية, إذا اتقين الله, وشر نسائكم المتبرجات المتخيلات, وهن المنافقات, لا يدخل الجنة منهن إلا مثل الغراب الأعصم.

"The best of you is a loving wife and fertile (many children), enterprising, and workmanlike, if they fear Allah., And worst of you are wives who like to preen and look reasonable (to deceive her husband), they are women hypocrite who will not enter Paradise except as crows feet and a red beak. From Fadhalah ibn 'Ubayd in marfu':

ثلاثة لا تسأل عنهم: رجل فارق الجماعة, وعصى إمامه, ومات عاصيا, وأمة أو عبد أبق فمات, وامرأة غاب عنها زوجها قد كفاها مؤنة الدنيا فتبرجت بعده, فلا تسأل عنهم, وثلاثة لا تسأل عنهم: رجل نازع الله عزوجل رداءه فإن رداءه الكبرياء وإزاره العزة, ورجل شك في أمر الله, والقنوط من رحمة الله.

Twelfth:

رحم الله رجلا قام من الليل فصلى, وأيقظ امرأته فصلت, فإن أبت نضح في وجهها الماء, ورحم الله امرأة قامت من الليل فصلت, وأيقظت زوجها فصلى, فإن أبى نضحت في وجهه الماء.

Al-Manari commented: "As the water rose or flower."

Dr. Nuruddin Tar said: "The meaning of nadh-h is the spark that is not intrusive and does not cause surprise. Could also use the other like rose water or wiping his face with a little perfume." [32]

Thirteenth:

It is narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim from ats-Tsaqafiyyah Zainab, the wife of 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud radi nanhuma. Verily Allah is the duty of preaching the prophets (may prosperity bestowed upon them), and the way the scholars rabbaniyyin, therefore preach to God is a charitable approach to God are the most important, and most exalted position.

God says.

ومن أحسن قولا ممن دعا إلى الله وعمل صالحا وقال إنني من المسلمين

"Meaning: Who are better words than those who call to Allah, doing charitable deeds, and said:" I am among those who submit? "[Fushilat/41: 33]

And preaching to God, it must be true goal, clean manhajnya (way), here's the mission of our prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and anyone who followed he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam well, as the word of God.

قل هذه سبيلي أدعو إلى الله على بصيرة أنا ومن اتبعني وسبحان الله وما أنا من المشركين

Habib Al-Ajami is one of the residents of Basra, affluent merchant, when he attended a council of Al-Hasan Al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) and listened to his advice, the advice is pervasive in the hearts of Habib Al-Ajami, since that Habib al- Ajami became a most ascetic and religious experts in the city of Basra.

This is the story for you in detail.

"It is Al-Hasan Al-Basri sitting in his association with each day he held a council on the ground. The Habib Al-Ajami sits in his association and trade world where experts come. And he was negligent with menjelis Al-Hasan Al-Basri, and do not look at all to what is conveyed by Al-Hasan Al-Basri. Until one day he wanted to know what the Al-Hasan Al-Basri, then said to him: "In the assembly of Al-Hasan Al-Basri said about heaven, hell and people are encouraged to get next, and implanted ascetic attitude toward the world (focus all the gifts of God for the Hereafter). So these words stuck dalah him, then he said: "Let us go to the assembly of Al-Hasan Al-Basri", it said, the people who sit in the assembly to Al-Hasan Al-Basri: "O Abu Said was Habih Al-Ajami facing you preach it. Then Habib Al-Ajami facing Hasan Al-Basri and Hasan Al-Basri facing him, then he advise Habib Al-Ajami, he reminded the heaven, he scare the hell, he hasung to do good, he is reminded to apply ascetic in world. So Habib Al-Ajami was influenced by advice, then charity 40 thousand dinars. And he applies qona'ah (received) with a little, and he continued to worship God until death "[1]

Perhaps you saw the honesty Al-Hasan Al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) in his preaching, preaching survival purposes, to exhortation made an impression in the hearts of Habib Al-Ajami, honest advice that it has moved from riuhnya voice in the market and trading up to be a lady expert worship and ascetic experts who have an efficacious prayer (answered prayers) and Karamah noble, as he was an expert in charity and berinfak in the way of Allah Ta'ala.

What a wonderful word Malik bin Dinar in this matter: "Honesty is seen in the liver in a weakened state, then the owner of the liver rose look, and add up to make berbarakah God on him, and his words takes on a drug for people guilty".

Then Malik said: "Do you not see them? later he came back to himself: "Yes, by Allah, we have seen them: Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Sa'eed ibn Jubayr and such as they were, a man among them who God turn his words to a group of men" [2]

And when Zainal Abidin Ali ibn al-Husayn heard the advice of Al-Hasan Al-Basri, he said: "Most holy God is the word of an honest man" [3]

One of the scholars were asked: "Why is the word Salaf Salih more useful than our words?" Then he also said: "Because they speak for the glory of Islam, for the salvation of souls, to seek blessings of Allah, Most Gracious, while we are talking to the glory of self, seeking the world and seeking the pleasure of being "[4]

And causes a person to benefit from the advice of Al-Hasan Al-Basri and his association of the assemblies, that Al-Hasan Al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) was a good role model, and does not include those who said what he did not do.

It is said to one of his friend Al-Hasan Al-Basri: "Is something causing Al-Hasan Al-Basri reached position like this? And among you there are clerics and Islamic law experts? Friends of Al-Hasan Al-Basri and even then said: "It is Al-Hasan Al-Basri if ordering a case that he was a man of the practice on what he says, and if he was banned by a munkar then he is a man of the most far behind the ban was "[5]

And another thing that we must pay attention to the above events, the attention of Al-Hasan Al-Basri on delicate issues, problems ascetic, and morals, to the extent that Al-Hasan Al-Basri had a special assembly in his association, which he do not talk to him but the meanings and religious ascetic. So if someone asks to speak to other issues because he felt tired, he said: "Verily we retreat together our friends is to dhikr" [6]

Indeed most of the advice and testament of Al-Hasan Al-Basri was about denouncing the world, and the prohibition of extending hope and order to purify the soul, and the correct objectives and intentions.

It would be our quickness to such counsels and restrictions of the clergy, so the previous scholars, the advice giver as Ibn al-Jawzi said. [7]

Said Al-Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal: "How our quickness against dishonest advisers" [8]

And indeed Al-Hasan Al-Basri in most circumstances be ascetic to the world, warning of the world, menghasung to the afterlife, and this is a powerful prophetic way, indeed the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said. which means "Behold the biggest thing I'm worried about you guys is what is excluded from the blessings of the earth", asked: "Is the earth's blessings? She replied:" Flower of life world "[9]

Therefore, Al-Hasan Al-Basri said: "By Allah, I was not ta'ajjub (wonder) with something like astonished me to someone who does not think that love is one of the world's major sin, for the sake of Allah, that love to the world is included great sins, not branches sins because of it but the love of the world? It is not to be worshiped idols, disobeyed Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala but of love the world? (Yes). So who knows no one will complain of humiliation the world, and will not be racing him and not be discouraged as much of the world "[10]

It is true sayings of Al-Hasan Al-Basri, some major sins are grown from the love of the world: theft, adultery, jealousy, lying, arrogant, do riya (like in glory) and in others is because of the love of the world, and the world pounced on each other, even Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala in His book has menghabarkan noble and appropriate disbelief that someone is being punished because of the love and give priority to the world rather than the Hereafter, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.

من كفر بالله من بعد إيمانه إلا من أكره وقلبه مطمئن بالإيمان ولكن من شرح بالكفر صدرا فعليهم غضب من الله ولهم عذاب عظيم ذلك بأنهم استحبوا الحياة الدنيا على الآخرة وأن الله لا يهدي القوم الكافرين

"Meaning: Those who disbelieve in Allah after his faith (he got the wrath of God), except those who disbelieve but their heart is forced to remain calm in the believers (he is innocent), but the people who paved the breast to disbelief, then the wrath of God befall and her great torment. That is because they really loved the life of the world more than the Hereafter, and that Allah will not guide the people who disbelieve "[An-Nahl/16: 106-107]

Here there is a final note: "Behold, some people who repent away from the life of worship, in this case there is a comment, which is not justified that everyone should repent this path: that is decided and ascetic from taking effect causes life of the world is allowed, then that rahbaniyyah (worship by breaking the world) that we prohibited it.

وابتغ فيما آتاك الله الدار الآخرة ولا تنس نصيبك من الدنيا

"Meaning: And look at what has been bestowed unto God (happiness) in the Hereafter, and forget not your portion of the (superior) temporal" [Al-Qashas/28: 77]

No Rahbaniyyah and also no maadiyah (materialistic) and only a Muslim's worship of God, trying to do good on earth, it means working with the content that is self-sufficient and not become a burden to others. And it is not known in Islam decided to live only to serve alone but after elapsed time of great virtue (during the Companions), since the arrival of Sufi teachings that do heresy (that are not charitable admonitions of religion), and has been known attitude of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam against three people who inquired about the worship of Allah, prayer, fasting, menikahnya. Abu Nu'aim quoted in the book "Al-Hilyah" with Ibrahim bin Sulaiman sanadnya to Az-Zayyat, where he said:

"It is our stand beside Sufyan Ats-Tsauri, then came a woman and her son complained, she said:" O Abu Abdullah, I come to you so that you advise him? Then Sufyan Ats-Tsauri said: Yes, bring your son. " Then she came with her son, then Sufyan Ats-Tsauri had advised him, after the boy turned away. Kembalillah then after some time the woman and said: "May Allah reward you with goodness, O Abu Abdullah (Sufyan Ats-Tsauri) and he tells her that he loves behaviors after receiving advice Sufyan Ats-Tsauri.

After a while, she came back and said: "O Abu Abdullah, annakku never sleep at night, and during the day he was fasting, not eating nor drinking. Then saith Sufyan Ats-Tsauri: "Woe to you, why would he do that?" She replied: "To find a hadith". Then Sufyan Ats-Tsauri said: "Expect her reward yourselves from Allah," [12]

Sufyan Ats-Tsauri is one of the leading scholars, and a lot of telling the good, is not he afraid of censure those who like to denounce the path of Allah, until one of them said: "It is I am out with Sufyan Ats-Tsauri, it was almost his verbal do not drop out of the telling of the good and forbid munkar well as go or go home "[13]

As a person who is concerned with the condition of the Muslims, and of the story is what was narrated by Yahya bin Yemen: Sufyan Ats-Tsauri and Ibrahim ibn Adham talk at night until dawn, are they both discuss the issues Muslims.

عن أبي ذر الغفاري رضي الله عنه, عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما يرويه عن ربه عز وجل أنه قال: «يا عبادي! إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي, وجعلته بينكم محرما; فلا تظالموا. يا عبادي! كلكم ضال إلا من هديته; فاستهدوني أهدكم. يا عبادي! كلكم جائع إلا من أطعمته; فاستطعموني أطعمكم. يا عبادي! كلكم عار إلا من كسوته; فاستكسوني أكسكم. يا عبادي! إنكم تخطئون بالليل والنهار, وأنا أغفر الذنوب جميعا; فاستغفروني أغفر لكم. يا عبادي! إنكم لن تبلغوا ضري فتضروني, ولن تبلغوا نفعي فتنفعوني. يا عبادي! لو أن أولكم وآخركم وإنسكم وجنكم كانوا على أتقى قلب رجل واحد منكم; ما زاد ذلك في ملكي شيئا. يا عبادي! لو أن أولكم وآخركم وإنسكم وجنكم كانوا على أفجر قلب رجل واحد منكم; ما نقص ذلك من ملكي شيئا. يا عبادي! لو أن أولكم وآخركم وإنسكم وجنكم قاموا في صعيد واحد فسألوني فأعطيت كل واحد مسألته; ما نقص ذلك مما عندي إلا كما ينقص المخيط إذا أدخل البحر. يا عبادي! إنما هي أعمالكم أحصيها لكم, ثم أوفيكم إياها, فمن وجد خيرا; فليحمد الله, ومن وجد غير ذلك; فلا يلومن إلا نفسه

Abu Dhar al-Ghifari radi anhu that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam narrated Allah Almighty says, "O My servants! Indeed I forbid kezhaliman upon me and I am making it forbidden amongst you. So, do you guys menzhalimi each other. O My servants! Each of you are hungry except those whom I feed. Then, ask for the food to me necessary I'll give you a meal. O My servants! Each of you are naked except those whom I give clothes. So, have clothes to Me I will certainly give clothes to you. O My servants! Surely you guys always do wrong (sin) at night and during the day; being I forgive all sins. So please guys Forgive Me undoubtedly I will forgive your sins. O My servants! Surely you would not be able to impose danger to me so that you can harm me and you will not be able to give benefit to me so that you can benefit to me. O My servants! If the first and the last of you, the human and the jinn of you, their hearts are all as one of the most righteous of you, then it's not going to add any to my kingdom. O My servants! If the first and the last of you, the human and the jinn of you, all like-minded one of the most evil of you, then it's not going to diminish any of my kingdom. O My servants! If the first and the last of you, the human and the jinn of you all are on the field then any of you asked me and I gave his request, then it does not diminish what was on my side but like a needle that reduces sea ​​if put into it. O My servants! Surely it's all deeds that I wrote to you guys; then I refine it for you. Anyone getting good, let him praise Allaah, and whoever get besides that, then let him not occasionally denounced (blame) except to himself. "

Sharh HADITHs:
1. Sense of injustice
Word of Allah Almighty, "O My servants! Indeed I forbid kezhaliman on Me. "

Its meaning is: Allah Almighty forbade himself to do injustice to His servants, as his word,

وما أنا بظلام للعبيد

"... And I do not menzhalimi my servants." [Qâf/50: 29]

Allah Almighty says,

وما الله يريد ظلما للعباد

"... And Allah does not want kezhaliman against His servants." [Ghâfir/40: 31]

Allah Almighty says,

ومن يعمل من الصالحات وهو مؤمن فلا يخاف ظلما ولا هضما

And whoever did the service was him (in a state) believe, then he is not concerned about the treatment of injustice (against him) and not (also concerned) will be a reduction in their rights. [Thâhâ/20: 112]

What is meant by the word "الهضم" in the above verse is the reduction of the reward goodness, and the meaning of the word "الظلم" is torture for the sins of others. Passages such as the above many in al-Qur `an. [1]

Injustice is not putting anything in its place. Originally meaning of injustice is acting wrongfully and beyond. Zhalim also significantly deviate from the goal. [2]

Almighty Allah created His servants act in which there is kezhaliman. This does not mean that Allah Almighty has zhalim properties. Similarly, God can not be attributed to all the bad things done is the result of the creation of man and his destiny, because God only acts attributed to Him and not attributed with deeds of His servants. Actions of His servants are His creation and He can not be attributed to one of them, but He is attributed with the properties and actions available to him. Allaah knows best.

2. Doing injustice illegitimate
Word of Allah Almighty, "And I'm making it forbidden amongst you, so do not you menzhalimi mutual."

That is, Allah Almighty forbids injustice act upon His servants, and forbid them together menzhalimi, because kezhaliman itself is absolutely forbidden.

Kezhaliman divided into two parts:
First: Kezhaliman a servant to himself, and the greatest kezhaliman is shirk (associating Allaah), as his word,

إن الشرك لظلم عظيم

Indeed associate (Allah) is really great kezhaliman. "([Luqmân/31: 13]

Why Pagans have placed the creature on the position of the Deity (Creator), so he worshiped and mempertuhankannya. This means not putting anything in its place.

Most of the threats to people who zhalim in al-Qur `an is intended for the polytheists, as spoken of his,

والكافرون هم الظالمون

"... Those who disbelieve that injustice." [Al-Baqarah / 2:254]

Then next followed by immoral acts with various types of deeds great sins and little sins.

Second: Kezhaliman a servant to others. That is mentioned in the above hadith. At the Farewell Hajj ', the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said in his speech,

إن دماءكم, وأموالكم, وأعراضكم عليكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا, في شهركم هذا, في بلدكم هذا ».

".... Indeed, blood, property and honor you as you are forbidden to shirk your day in the month you are in this country these guys." [3]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

إن الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة ».

Indeed kezhaliman is darkness on the Day of Resurrection. [4]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

«إن الله ليملي للظالم حتى إذا أخذه لم يفلته», ثم قرأ) وكذلك أخذ ربك إذا أخذ القرى وهي ظالمة إن أخذه أليم شديد (

Surely God must delay (the punishment) for the injustice. But if he had been abused, he did not meloloskannya. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam read the verse,' And so the punishment of your Lord when He was tortured (population) countries who do injustice. Indeed, punishment is very painful and very heavy. '[Hûd/11: 102] "[5]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

«من كانت عنده مظلمة لأخيه; فليتحلل منها; فإنه ليس ثم دينار ولا درهم من قبل أن يأخذ لأخيه من حسناته, فإن لم يكن له حسنات أخذ من سيئات أخيه, فطرحت عليه»

Anyone on him there mazhlamah (possession taken by zhalim) his brother, let him ask menghalalkannya right now, because there (Day of Resurrection) no dinar and dirham, before the charity shalihnya taken from him and given to his brother. If he has no good deeds, then the mistakes his brother was taken and then charged him. [6]

A Muslim is obliged to act away from injustice, because kezhaliman result:
a. coming wrath and punishment of Allaah,
b. spread enmity and hatred among people,
c. will be wars and rebellion,
d. and it will make people broken to pieces and destroyed their civilization. [7]

3. All humans need God Almighty, Most rich
Word of Allah Almighty, "O My servants! Each of you are hungry except those whom I feed. Then, ask for the food to me necessary I feed it to you. O My servants! Each of you is naked kecuai whom I give clothes. So, have clothes to Me I will certainly give clothes to you. O My servants! Surely you guys always do wrong (sin) at night and during the day was I forgive all sins. So please guys Forgive Me undoubtedly I will forgive you. "

This shows that the whole thing really needs to God Almighty for the benefit and refused to harm (hazards) in religion and their world. It also shows that people do not have anything for them. So, whoever was not given sustenance and guidance they will not have them in the world. Whoever was not given a remission of his sins by God Almighty, then his mistakes destroyed in the afterlife. [8] Allaah says,

من يهد الله فهو المهتد ومن يضلل فلن تجد له وليا مرشدا

Whoever is guided by Allah, then he is rightly guided, and whoever misled him, then you will not get a helper to give him instructions. "[Al-Kahfi/18: 17]

The verses that convey with this lot in the Koran.
Allah Almighty says,

ما يفتح الله للناس من رحمة فلا ممسك لها وما يمسك فلا مرسل له من بعده وهو العزيز الحكيم

Any of the grace of God that was given to man, then no one can help it, and what detained him, then no one able to release it after that. And He is the All-mighty, all-wise. [Fâthir/35: 2]

Allah Almighty says,

وما من دابة في الأرض إلا على الله رزقها

And none of the creatures move (animate) on earth but all guaranteed sustenance Allah ... "[Hûd/11: 6]

Allah Almighty says about Adam and Eve said,

قالا ربنا ظلمنا أنفسنا وإن لم تغفر لنا وترحمنا لنكونن من الخاسرين

O Lord, we have menzalimi ourselves. If you do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, surely we include those who lose. [Al-A'raf / 7:23]

Allah Almighty says about Noah Alaihissallam who said,

وإلا تغفر لي وترحمني أكن من الخاسرين

If you do not forgive, and (do not) have mercy on me, surely I am among the losers. [Hûd/11: 47]

Prophet Ibrahim Alaihissallam berhujjah that there is no deity that has the right diibadahi correctly except Allaah, and that whatever disekutukan with Him is bathil. Prophet Ibrahim Alaihissallam said to his people,

قال أفرأيتم ما كنتم تعبدون أنتم وآباؤكم الأقدمون فإنهم عدو لي إلا رب العالمين الذي خلقني فهو يهدين والذي هو يطعمني ويسقين وإذا مرضت فهو يشفين والذي يميتني ثم يحيين والذي أطمع أن يغفر لي خطيئتي يوم الدين

He (Ibrahim) said, "Did you notice what you worship, you and your fathers earlier? Indeed they are (what you worship) was my enemy, another case rabb throughout nature, (ie) who has created me, and He will guide me, and that gives me food and drink, and when I was sick, He is the One who heals I am, and His will kill me, then will I turn (again) and a very wanted will forgive my mistakes on the Day of Resurrection. "[ash-Syu'arâ` / 26:75-82]

Indeed Allaah the Almighty who created one of his servants, to give guidance, provide sustenance, turn on and off, and to forgive sins in the afterlife, then mandatory for slaves to the Oneness of Allah Almighty in worship to Him, asking , will humble themselves and submit to Him. [9]

Allah Almighty says,

الله الذي خلقكم ثم رزقكم ثم يميتكم ثم يحييكم هل من شركائكم من يفعل من ذلكم من شيء سبحانه وتعالى عما يشركون

God who created you, then gave you sustenance, then mematikanmu, then menghidupkanmu (back). Are there any among them that you sekutukan with God that can do such a thing? He and Maha Maha sacred than what they associate. "[Ar-Rûm/30: 40]

In the hadith that we are talking about there is the argument that God Almighty was very pleased when His servant begged and asked all the benefit of religion and the world, whether it be food, drink and clothing, to Him. As Allah Almighty so glad his servants begged guidance and mercy to him. [10]

4. Every human being is created in the disposition to accept Islam
Word of Allah Almighty, "O My servants! Each of you are astray except those whom I give a hint. "

Some suspect that the word of Allah Almighty on the contrary to the hadith 'Iyâdh bin Himar radi anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam who said,

يقول الله عز وجل: خلقت عبادي حنفاء (وفي رواية: مسلمين) فاجتالتهم الشياطين

"Allah Almighty says," I created my servants in a state of straight (in another narration: the Muslim state) then they are deluded by the devil. '"

And the word of Allah Almighty is in no way contrary to the Hadith, because Allaah created Adam's offspring, forming them to accept Islam, tend to tend to him and not the other, ready for him, and to prepare firmly for him. والله أخرجكم من بطون أمهاتكم لا تعلمون شيئا

Almighty Allah said to His Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

ووجدك ضالا فهدى

And he puzzled people find you and He will give you instructions. "[Adh-Dhuhâ/93: 7]

That is, Allah Almighty find you do not know the book and the lessons that have been taught, as well as his words,

وكذلك أوحينا إليك روحا من أمرنا ما كنت تدري ما الكتاب ولا الإيمان ولكن جعلناه نورا نهدي به من نشاء من عبادنا

And thus We have revealed to you (Muhammad) spirit (Koran) by Our command. Formerly you do not know whether the Book (Koran) and what is faith, but We made the Koran was light, with it We provide guidance whom We will in the servants ... "This [asy-Syûrâ/42 : 52]

So, people born in a state ready to accept the truth. If Allah Almighty give him a clue. So, he was given the means in the form of those who taught him instructions. So finally, she really be the one to get directions and actions after he got the hint by force. If God let him, he let it ruled that teaching something contrary to nature, such as the Lord the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

مامن مولود إلا يولد على الفطرة, فأبواه يهودانه أو ينصرانه أو يمجسانه

It's not a baby born in a state of nature but then both his parents were making Jewish, Christian, or Zoroastrian. [12]

5. Pleaded guidance to Allah Almighty
A Muslim is obliged to pray for guidance and should be determined to find and implement causes convey to these instructions. [13]

The instructions request by the faithful to Allah Almighty is twofold:
First: A global directory, which is guidance to Islam and faith.

Second: The instructions are detailed, the instructions of God to know the details of the parts and the Islamic faith and help him to do it. Instructions such as these are necessary for a believer in every night and day. Therefore, Allah Almighty ordered His servants to read His word in every raka'at following the prayers they were,

اهدنا الصراط المستقيم

Show us the straight path. [Al-Fatihah / 1:6]

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said in his prayer at night,

... اهدني لما اختلف فيه من الحق بإذنك, إنك تهدي من تشاء إلى صراط مستقيم.

I told the truth Tunjukilah disputed it with thy permission, for Thou art thy servant leadeth to the straight path. [14]

Therefore, if someone sneezes is said to him, "Yarhamukallâh (may Allaah merahmatimu)," then the person who sneezes say to those who pray, "Yahdîkumullâh (may Allah Almighty give you a clue)": As mentioned in the As- Sunnah. Although it was rejected by the Iraqi jurists suspecting that Muslims no longer need prayer for instructions. However, their opinions challenged jumhur follow the Sunnah Scholars since the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam sent' Ali radi anhu to ask statutes and instructions, with the following prayer:

اللهم إني أسألك الهدى والسداد

O Allaah, verily I beseech Thee guidance and determination. [15]

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also taught al-Hasan ibn' Ali radi to say in qunut in Witr prayer,

اللهم اهدني فيمن هديت ...

O Allaah, give me directions to the person whom You have guided ...

Case-Case Hidayah
A servant is in desperate need of guidance, both physically and spiritually, in all things that he did and he left, it matters include:

• Case-cases that have been done without the guidance is based on, both in terms of the way, charity and goodwill. So he needs repentance, and repentance is doing is guidance.

• Case-case against him, but not in detail so he needs guidance into details.

• Case-case against him, but not perfectly. For that he needs improvement so that he obtained perfect guidance and grow.

• Case-case he needs guidance in the future as he has got in the days of past.

• Case-case which he believed was not as it should be, so he needed the guidance that removes the false beliefs of the heart and determine the truth becomes opponent.

• Case-case guidance that can he applied, but have not yet created a desire to do so he needs the creation of a desire to do so for the sake of perfection hidayahnya.

• Case-case that he can not apply, but he wanted to do, so he needs guidance to be able to do so.

• Case-case that he can not do and no ability to do so he needs the strength and desire to create the perfect hidayahnya.

• Case-case he did stand to guidance based on beliefs, desires, and actions. So he needs stability and continuity.

Then apply the guidance needs are the greatest and most urgent needs. Almighty Allah rabb loving plea requires him to do this day and night in the most prime, ie in prayer five times a day by repeatedly. It was because he was in dire need of content application. [16]

6. Begging forgiveness of Allah Almighty
As for asking forgiveness of sins is a request for forgiveness, and a servant really need it because he made a mistake in the evening and during the day. Al `Qur` an mentions often repent and seek forgiveness; commanded the believers to them and advise them.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

كل بني آدم خطاء, وخير الخطائين التوابون

All the children of Adam are the ones who make mistakes and the best people who make mistakes are those who repent. [17]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

والله إني لأستغفر الله وأتوب إليه في اليوم أكثر من سبعين مرة

By Allaah, I beristighfar to Allaah and repent to Him in a day more than seventy times. [18]

Every son of Adam shall repent to Allaah with an honest repentance. Every person who repent from sin and sinners should he meet the requirements repentance, namely:

1. Al-Iqlâ '(cease from sin), the person who sins shall cease from sin and immorality that had he ever did.
2. An-Nadam (sorry), that he should regret what sin is.
3. Al-'Azmu (determination), that is, it must be determined not to repeat his sin was.

If his sin had to do with other people, then in addition to the three conditions above, the added one more requirement that there must be a free expression of the rights of the disadvantaged. If the aggrieved is his property, then his property should be returned. If such malicious allegations, he should apologize. And if in the form of backbiting or calumny, he must repent to Allaah and do not need to apologize to those who diumpat. [19]

7. God is rich toward His servants, and do not need them
Word of Allah Almighty: "O My servants! Surely you would not be able to impose danger to me so that you can harm me and you will not be able to give benefit to me so that you can benefit to me. "

That is, all the servants of Allah Almighty can not benefit or harm to Allaah, as Allaah alone is commendable Maha Maha rich and does not need servants to obedience. The benefits of obedience they did not return to him, and yet they themselves are taking benefits. And (Allaah) did not lose their immorality with immorality-but instead they themselves are the losers for it. [20]

Allah Almighty says,

ولا يحزنك الذين يسارعون في الكفر إنهم لن يضروا الله شيئا

And do thou (Muhammad) worry by people who easily get back into pagan, actually they do not harm any of God ... [Ali 'Imran / 3:176]

Allah Almighty says,

وإن تكفروا فإن لله ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وكان الله غنيا حميدا

But if you disbelieve then (know), belongs to Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth, and God is Rich, Praiseworthy. "[An-Nisa '/ 4:131]

That is, Allah Almighty pleased when His servants fear Allah and obey Him, as He hated it when they engage in immoral to him. [21]

8. Almighty God's Kingdom will not increase with the obedience of His servants and will not diminish the immoral acts of his servant.

Word of Allah Almighty: "O My servants! If the first and the last of you, the human and the jinn of you all like the heart of one of the most righteous of you, then it's all a bit did not add my kingdom. O My servants! If the first and the last of you, the human and the jinn of you all like the heart of one of the most evil of you, then it's all not in the least diminish my kingdom. "

Word of Allah Almighty above is a sign that the kingdom of God Almighty does not increase with obedience beings, although they are all good people and fear and their hearts like minded people who are the most pious among them. Word of Allah Almighty on top as well as the argument that the kingdom of God Almighty does not decrease with the immorality of people who engage in immoral, despite the jinn and all mankind to be adulterous and wicked men, and their hearts as the most wicked heart of the them: for Allah Almighty Supreme wealthy (not require) with His Essence anyone other than himself and has absolute perfection in Essence, attributes, and His actions. Thus, the kingdom of God Almighty is the kingdom of perfect and not reduced as a nothing. [1]

This hadith states that if all His creatures are in goodness and piety servants of the most perfect, then it does not add one bit of his kingdom. And if they are in the nature of evil servants of the most evil, then it is not in the least diminish his kingdom. This suggests that the kingdom of God Almighty is perfect and any conditions; does not increase or perfect by obedience-obedience, not disobedience-reduced with disobedience, and there is nothing that can affect the power of God Almighty.

Here there is the argument that the subject of piety and evil is the heart. If your heart has been good and righteous, then all the body parts to be good. Conversely, if your heart is evil, all the organs of the body become evil, [2] as accepted in those sayings the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

التقوى هاهنا

9. Treasury Allah Almighty will never run out
Word of Allah Almighty: "O My servants! If the first and the last of you, the human and the jinn of you all in the same place then any of you asked me and I gave his request, then it does not diminish what was on my side but like a needle that reduces sea ​​if put into it. "

The meaning of the word is an expression of the perfection of the power of Almighty God and His kingdom. Kingdom and treasures God never runs out and is not reduced by the administration, although he gave all the jinn and mankind demand the first generation to the last generation in one place. Here there is an appeal to people that they asked for and apply for and needs to God Almighty. [4]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

«يد الله ملأ ى, لا تغيضها نفقة سحاء الليل والنهار» قال: «أرأيتم ما أنفق منذ خلق السماء والأرض, فإنه لم يغض ما في يده ...»

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إذا دعا أحدكم فلا يقل: اللهم اغفر لي إن شئت, ولكن ليعزم المسألة, وليعظم الرغبة, فإن الله لا يتعاظمه شيء أعطاه

If any one of you prays, let him say, 'O Allaah, forgive me if You will,' but let him serious in asking and increase desire, because God Almighty is not held by the serious and earnest but He him. "[6]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

إذا دعا أحدكم فليعزم في الدعاء. ولا يقل: اللهم إن شئت فأعطني, فإن الله لا مستكره له

If any one of you prays then indeed it meant the prayer, let him say, 'O Lord Almighty, if you will, give me,' Because no one forces Allah [7]

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri radi anhuberkata, "If you pray to God Almighty, elevate your requests, because what is on his side can not be reduced by anything."

What is on the side of Allah Almighty has not diminished one bit, as the words of God Almighty:

ما عندكم ينفد وما عند الله باق

What is on your side will vanish, and what is on the side of God Almighty is eternal ... "[an-Nahl/16: 96]

If a needle is inserted into the sea later in the lift, the slightest sea water is not reduced. Likewise, if the sparrows drink in the sea, then the sea has not diminished one bit. Therefore, the Prophet Khidr Alaihissallam make an example like that to the Prophet Moses q about both science when compared to the knowledge of Allah Almighty. [8] This is because sea water is always supplied by all the world's water and rivers flowing. Thus, although taken, then no one is reduced to her, because supply is more than the water taken. So is food heaven and what is in it, then it does not run out, as Allaah says:

وفاكهة كثيرة لا مقطوعة ولا ممنوعة

And a lot of fruits. That did not stop the forbidden fruit and did not take it. [Al-Wâqi'âh / 56:32-33]

This is reinforced by the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in eclipse prayer sermon:

ورأيت الجنة, فتناولت منها عنقودا, ولو أخذته لأكلتم منه ما بقيت الدنيا

And I saw heaven then I hold the cluster thereof. If I take it, you can eat it as long as the world is still there. [9]

10. Charities servants were written on the side of Allaah
Word of Allah Almighty: "O My servants! Surely it's all deeds that I wrote to you guys later I perfected it. "

That is, Allah Almighty wrote all the deeds of His servants and then perfected his reward. So whoever who believe and do good deeds so he got a good reward, and whoever pagan and ungodly so he got a bad result. [10] the Word of God Almighty in the Hadith Qudsi is the word of Allaah in al-Qur `an :

فمن يعمل مثقال ذرة خيرا يره ومن يعمل مثقال ذرة شرا يره

So whoever did the service weighing ant, surely he would see (reply) it. And whoever ant weighing evil, surely he would see (reply) it. "[Az-Zalzalah/99 :7-8]

Allah Almighty says:

ووجدوا ما عملوا حاضرا ولا يظلم ربك أحدا

And they found ... (all) what they have done (in writing). And thy Lord is not menzalimi one. "[Al-Kahfi/18: 49]

Allah Almighty says:

يوم تجد كل نفس ما عملت من خير محضرا وما عملت من سوء تود لو أن بينها وبينه أمدا بعيدا

(Remember) the day (when) every soul menadapatkan (children) the goodness that has been done to her face, (as well as children) for the crime he has done. He wished if only there was the distance between him and (today) was ... "[Ali 'Imran / 3:30]

And Allaah says:

يوم يبعثهم الله جميعا فينبئهم بما عملوا أحصاه الله ونسوه

On that day they were all raised by God Almighty, and preached to them what they have done. Allaah count (charitable deed), although they forget ... "[al-Mujâdilah/58: 6]

Word of Allah Almighty said: "Then I perfected it."

In zhahirnya, which is the word of the refinement is the reward of the Hereafter, as Allaah says:

وإنما توفون أجوركم يوم القيامة

... And only on the Day of Resurrection perfectly awarded repay alone ... "[Ali 'Imran / 3:185]

Or may be it is meant Allaah perfected reward deeds of His servants in this world and the Hereafter, as Allah Almighty hath spoken:

من يعمل سوءا يجز به

Those who do evil ..., will be repaid in accordance with the crime ... "[An-Nisa '/ 4:123]

Because narrated from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that he interpreted that way. He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said that the believers are given in return for their mistakes in the world and their kindness saved in the afterlife, then the rewards kindness is enhanced. Being an infidel, the reward goodness and kindness in the world hasten mistakes are stored in the hereafter: and hence he was tortured in the afterlife. Improvement is improvement reply actions; either good or bad. The ugliness rewarded with the same vices without added; except if Allah Almighty forgive him. 11. Praising Allah Almighty for all His favors and gifts

If Allaah wills provide guidance to His servant, He helped her, leading her to obey him, and that was a gift from Him. If Allah Almighty willing to abandon His servants, He handed it to himself, and left. Then he tricked the devil because of negligence for dhikr of Allah Almighty, and he followed his own lust, crossed the line, and that of his justice. Since the real proof remains in the servant with the revelation of al-Qur `an and the coming of an apostle. So, anyone of the people have no proof again in Allaah after the sending of the apostles. If the purpose of the above hadith that whoever is getting good in the world, he was ordered to praise Allah Almighty for what he got, which rewards the righteous deeds that hasten to him in the world, as Allah Almighty hath spoken:

من عمل صالحا من ذكر أو أنثى وهو مؤمن فلنحيينه حياة طيبة ولنجزينهم أجرهم بأحسن ما كانوا يعملون

Anyone doing good, both men and women in a state of faith, then we will definitely give him a good life and We will give you a reply with a better reward than what they have done. "[An-Nahl/16: 97]

ولنذيقنهم من العذاب الأدنى دون العذاب الأكبر لعلهم يرجعون

So, if a believer get catastrophe in the world, he returned to her and asked her to blame her return back to Allah Almighty to repentance and forgiveness of Him.

However, if the intended word of Allaah in the hadeeth is the person who finds good and bad in the afterlife, then it is an explanation of Allah Almighty that people are getting good in the Hereafter is praised Allah Almighty for it; and people who get slammed evils themselves when criticism is not beneficial to them. Thus, the phrase is an expression meaning a command but the provision of information, such as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

من كذب علي متعمدا; فليتبوأ مقعده من النار

Whoever intentionally lied on my behalf, let him prepare his seat in Hell [Agreed alihi]

That is, the liar is preparing his seat in hell.

Allaah describes the heavenly host praising God that their Almighty the God given to them. Allah Almighty says:

ونزعنا ما في صدورهم من غل تجري من تحتهم الأنهار وقالوا الحمد لله الذي هدانا لهذا وما كنا لنهتدي لولا أن هدانا الله

Almighty Allah also explained that the people of the Fire condemned themselves and hated it. Allah Almighty says:

وقال الشيطان لما قضي الأمر إن الله وعدكم وعد الحق ووعدتكم فأخلفتكم وما كان لي عليكم من سلطان إلا أن دعوتكم فاستجبتم لي فلا تلوموني ولوموا أنفسكم

Allah Almighty says:

إن الذين كفروا ينادون لمقت الله أكبر من مقتكم أنفسكم إذ تدعون إلى الإيمان فتكفرون

'Amir bin' Abdu Qais said, "By Allaah, I definitely mean it. By Allaah, I definitely mean it. If I survived, it was by the grace of Allah Almighty. If not, I do not blame myself. "

Fawâ-id Hadith:

9. Surely all men are misguided except those given guidance by Allah Almighty, this rule can be drawn from the lessons that we were instructed to always invoke the guidance of Almighty God that we do not go astray and do not deviate.

10. Prompts for studying syar'i by Allah Almighty says in the hadith Qudsi, "Each of you are astray." There is no doubt that his education is compulsory and the best charity, especially in our era where ignorance and prejudice has spread , as well as those who are not entitled to have the courage berfatwa berfatwa; then his education at this age are very stressed at all.

11. This hadith shows the necessity of pleading and asking God Almighty all the needs for the benefit of religion and the world because of all the good that is in Allah Almighty.

13. A Muslim must always invoke the guidance Taufik God Almighty because many people in desperate need of guidance throughout life.

14. Indeed the whole human in origin is in a state hungry for not being able to create something else that can turn their bodies; then Allaah gives sustenance to them.

15. Word of God, "then ask for food to me," this includes food requests to God Almighty and includes also asked businesses in search of fortune and the grace of Allah Almighty, because it is known that the heavens did not lose the gold and silver, will be mandatory business to obtain good luck.

16. Man was originally bare to Allah Almighty to give clothes a variety of reasons exist.

17. About the generosity of Allah Almighty. K He explained to His slaves and their circumstances so their quickness in him: and he asked them to pray to Him, so goes the poverty and hardship that existed at them.

18. That all the children of Adam are many mistakes and sins.

19. Liability for the son of Adam to always repent to Allaah and fulfill the terms of repentance.

20. That no matter how much sin and human error, the Allah Almighty will forgive fixed: but they shall seek forgiveness (ask forgiveness of Allah Almighty).

21. That Allaah forgives all sins are forgiveness by Allah Almighty says, "And ask Forgive Me. 'As for those who do not ask for forgiveness, then the small sins can be eliminated by good deeds, are major sins have to repent in particular and can not be removed with righteous deeds. 22. Perfection of Allah Almighty power and quickness of Allaah towards His slaves by the word of God Almighty, "Surely you will not be able to impose danger to me so that you can harm me and you will not be able to benefit to me so that you can benefit to me. "

25. Perfection wealth and breadth of wealth by Allah Almighty Allah Almighty says, "O My servants! If the first and the last of you, the human and the jinn of you all in the same place ... "This shows the extent of the wealth of Allah Almighty and the extent of His bounty and generosity.

27. That God Almighty never menzhalimi a servant at all, even who do a practice then he'll find reward by his words, "Then I perfected for you."

28. Obligatory praise Allaah for people who get good. It can be seen from two sides: first, that God Almighty has made it easier to do good deeds and the second, that the Almighty Allah reward the reward for his good deeds.

29. Those who are lazy and negligent in doing deeds so that is why he is not getting good in the hereafter; then he must not reproach but themselves.

OPINION ABOUT CROSS MSG (monosodium glutamate)

The reader, may Allah pour His mercy to us all. Discussion of monosodium glutamate (MSG) today was very necessary for us to discuss. In addition because of the many questions posed to the author, as well as the issue has caused controversy in the community. Many consumers do not want food contains MSG (flavor enhancer). But in fact, snacks containing MSG behavior proved more than that does not contain MSG.

However, there is one basic question unanswered. Is MSG harmful to health? It's intended to correct a misperception that there is in the community about MSG. Because the goal of understanding the lack of precise straightening, with very forced the author mentions two opinions first. The author did it so no one will say, "Surely Professor So and so said so. Indeed Fulan doctor said so ". Because all opinions exist. But we find the strongest opinion.

FIRST OPINION: MSG DANGEROUS

The second proposition: It is a reality that people who frequently eat foods containing MSG often suffer from headaches, aches in the upper back and neck muscles become hard. This is what is known in the world of food with a Chinese restaurant syndrome. Try it on our own bodies. If we do not eat MSG in a long time, the disease goes away by itself. The author personally never tried it.

SECOND OPINION: MSG NO HARMFUL HEALTH
First proposition: Government still allow MSG circulating in the community. A government may not have a hobby poison people. Even the FAO (UN agencies) allow MSG

The second proposition: MSG consists of two substances. First is the sodium or sodium, and it is a mineral that the body needs. Both are glutamate and it is the building block of proteins (amino acids), which is also required by the body. Since the beginning of man to set foot on the earth, these two kinds of nutrients are consumed. No one has complained about health problems caused by these two substances.

Glutamate is not really a problem if taken in quantities enough though. However, sodium, as sodium is in salt, should only be consumed in limited quantities. Excess sodium consumption is one of the drivers of the increased risk of high blood pressure. That is then perceived by the body as headache, stiff neck and muscle strain.

Then why MSG is considered dangerous, while salt is not? There is one rule in the world of food, "Where there is good, there is no danger." Meaning, that good food makes us eat them in large quantities. While all, if the dose exceeds the size and will surely bring destruction.

REPLACEMENT ALTERNATIVE MSG

More precise, we must return to the constituent substances MSG. Sodium can be found in the salt. The glutamate is the amino acid building blocks of protein. Amino acids can be obtained from the broth. So, broth plus salt could have the same taste with MSG.

In closing, in fact if you already have a number of POM, it stands to safety. However, for people who already consume a lot of MSG in the day, of course he does not want to eat more than the body that can be accepted. Straighten UNDERSTANDING AL-WALA 'AND AL-BARA' (A CORRECTION LOYALTY OF A MUSLIM)

Almighty God requires us to have al-wala 'to the Muslims, and al-bara' against infidels.

Allah says:

إنما وليكم الله ورسوله والذين آمنوا الذين يقيمون الصلاة ويؤتون الزكاة وهم راكعون ومن يتول الله ورسوله والذين آمنوا فإن حزب الله هم الغالبون

"Verily, thou helper is Allah, His Messenger, and those who believe, who establish regular prayer and practice regular charity, as they are subject (to God). And whoever take Allah, His Messenger and those who believe, be helpers ( guardian who adhered to), then the real followers (religion) of Allah which will be victorious ". [al-Maida / 5:55-56]

لا يتخذ المؤمنون الكافرين أولياء من دون المؤمنين ومن يفعل ذلك فليس من الله في شيء إلا أن تتقوا منهم تقاة

"Let not the believers take the unbelievers became guardian to leave the believers. Whoever did so, surely he must let loose of the help of God except by (tactic) preserve themselves from something to be feared from them" [Ali 'Imran / 3:28]

قد كانت لكم أسوة حسنة في إبراهيم والذين معه إذ قالوا لقومهم إنا برآء منكم ومما تعبدون من دون الله كفرنا بكم وبدا بيننا وبينكم العداوة والبغضاء أبدا حتى تؤمنوا بالله وحده

Al-wala '(loyalty) and al-bara' (innocent) has been established in Al-Qur'ân, Sunnah and Ijma '. This problem has been prescribed before any commands jihad, when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was in Mecca. Al-wala 'and al-bara' are still required, both in a safe condition and war. It is not something new.

We express this problem continues to be remembered and to clarify ambiguities in understanding it. Since most of the aggressors, who walked on thinking Khawarij understand 'adâwah (hostility), barâ'ah (innocent), and hatred for unbelievers have consequences, (ie) illegitimate associate with unbelievers.

They do not know that the question is innocent of their religion. In the sense of not loving them. That is not allowed to hang out with them on the issue of Islam is allowed, or menzhalimi them by destroying their homes, killing those within the security, killing children, women or even destroy their property. Then it is called jihad.

While others thought, hatred and innocent of infidels is a terror and kezhaliman to them. As it is revealed in dialogue and in writing in some media. This mistaken assumption then utilized by the infidels and hypocrites. They said Islam was a religion of terror and savage?!

We (Shaykh Saalih Fawzaan) told the first group and the second, that Islam is a religion of mercy to its adherents, and the religion which teaches justice and the fulfillment of a promise to his enemies.

Allah Almighty says:

ولا يجرمنكم شنآن قوم أن صدوكم عن المسجد الحرام أن تعتدوا وتعاونوا على البر والتقوى ولا تعاونوا على الإثم والعدوان واتقوا الله إن الله شديد العقاب

"And do not ever hatred (mu) to something people because they hindered you from the Sacred Mosque, pushing you from doing injustice (to them). Menolonglah And please-you in (doing) virtue and piety, and do mutual assistance in sin and transgression. bertaqwalah And in Allah, verily Allah is severe in punishment "[al-Maida / 5:2].

ولا يجرمنكم شنآن قوم على ألا تعدلوا اعدلوا هو أقرب للتقوى واتقوا الله

"And do not ever something of the hatred towards, encouraging you to do injustice. Applies fair, as fair it is closer to piety., And fear Allah" [al-Maida / 5:8].

So Dinul-Islamic, although ordered that hostile unbelievers because of their religion, their teachings so that no one infiltrates into the middle of the Muslims, and this is to close the gap, but Islam forbids injustice done to them without reason haq. Islam respects the rights of unbelievers mu'ahad (which was the peace treaty), dhimmi (unbelievers who live in the Muslim community by paying taxes), musta'man (Gentile asylum). Islam forbids blood and their property. Islam also gives the rights and obligations to them, as well as the rights and obligations of the Muslims.

Allah Azza wa Jalla spake:

وأوفوا بعهد الله إذا عاهدتم ولا تنقضوا الأيمان بعد توكيدها
 
"And stick to a covenant with God if you promise and do not cancel oaths (mu), after confirming". [An-Nahl/16: 91].
 
وأوفوا بالعهد إن العهد كان مسئولا

"And fulfill the promise; actual promise was certainly prompted held accountable". [Al-Isra '/ 17:34].

إلا الذين عاهدتم من المشركين ثم لم ينقصوكم شيئا ولم يظاهروا عليكم أحدا فأتموا إليهم عهدهم إلى مدتهم إن الله يحب المتقين

"Except those musyirikin you entered into an agreement (with them), and they did not omit anything (of the agreement) you and not (also) they help someone hostile to you, then the promise to fulfill their deadline. Verily Allah like people-people who fear Allah ". [at-Taubah / 9:4].

'Abdullah bin Rawahah radi' anhu told, when he was sent by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi w sallam to the Khaibar to estimate or calculate the approximate yield fruit that became the foundation of the Jewish tax collection, and there are Jews who want to bribe so that he (the 'Abdullah bin Rawahah radi' anhu) relieve them.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam forbade us to kill infidels who were tied to an agreement. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من قتل معاهدا لم يرح رائحة الجنة

"(Whoever killed the infidels who are in agreement, then it will not smell the fragrance of heaven)," but this kuffar hated us, as God Almighty says:

إن يثقفوكم يكونوا لكم أعداء ويبسطوا إليكم أيديهم وألسنتهم بالسوء وودوا لو تكفرون

"If they catch you, they would act as an enemy to you and let go of their hands and their tongues to hurt you (you), and they wish that you (again) disbelieve". [Al-Mumtahanah/60: 2].

كيف وإن يظهروا عليكم لا يرقبوا فيكم إلا ولا ذمة

"How can (no covenant from Allah and His Messenger to those musyirikin), but if they earn victories against you, they do not maintain ties of kinship with you and not (also ignored) agreement". [At-Tawbah / 9 : 8]

ها أنتم أولاء تحبونهم ولا يحبونكم وتؤمنون بالكتاب كله وإذا لقوكم قالوا آمنا وإذا خلوا عضوا عليكم الأنامل من الغيظ قل موتوا بغيظكم إن الله عليم بذات الصدور إن تمسسكم حسنة تسؤهم وإن تصبكم سيئة يفرحوا بها

"Here you are, you like them, but they do not like you, and ye believe in all books. ما يود الذين كفروا من أهل الكتاب ولا المشركين أن ينزل عليكم من خير من ربكم

Preaching God Almighty is evident in their treatment of the Muslims today, in the form of murder, expulsion, torture, destruction of their country and love with no feelings at all. [3]

However, when the Muslims are in the position above, they will not respond with similar treatment, as the realization of their religion straight. So, how is it possible to say "Islam is religion of terror and barbaric?" And improvements in the Islamic da'wah, such as Shaykh al-Islam propaganda Ibn Taymiyyah and Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab, and other improvements are preaching terrorist propaganda?

These words are nothing but distort the facts and create confusion among the people. (Because) the actual terror and barbaric treatment are infidels against the Muslims, when they were in power.

Al-wala 'and al-bara' in Islam does not mean terrorism and injustice done to the followers of divine religions. It just means fighting the enemies of Allaah, as Allaah says, which means: "O you who believe, do not take my enemy and your enemy become loyal friends you tell them (news Muhammad-news), because of affection "[Mumtahanah/60 verse 1] - so there is a line distinguishing between Muslims and unbelievers, so that a Muslim Islam and aqidahnya awake, and feel proud of their religion. Allah says:

وأنتم الأعلون إن كنتم مؤمنين

"And you are the people who are the highest (rank), if ye are believers" [Ali 'Imran / 3:139].

لا يستوي أصحاب النار وأصحاب الجنة

"There is no equally dwellers-inhabitants of hell with occupants-occupants heaven" [Al-Hasyr/59: 20].

قل لا يستوي الخبيث والطيب ولو أعجبك كثرة الخبيث فاتقوا الله يا أولي الألباب لعلكم تفلحون

أفنجعل المسلمين كالمجرمين ما لكم كيف تحكمون

أم نجعل الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات كالمفسدين في الأرض أم نجعل المتقين كالفجار

So one should be proud of their Islam. Kepribadiaanya should not be mixed up with that is not Muslim. He should say:

لكم دينكم ولي دين

"For you your religion and to me my religion" [al-Kâfirûn/109: 6]

وإن كذبوك فقل لي عملي ولكم عملكم أنتم بريئون مما أعمل وأنا بريء مما تعملون

If they reject you, then say to me my job and work for you. You are innocent of what I do, and I am innocent of what you do [Yûnus/10: 41]

Therefore, a Muslim is forbidden to non-Muslims like. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من تشبه بقوم فهو منهم

"(Whoever resembles a people, he included as part of the it) ', because they physically resemble showed love to their hearts.

So the al-wala `wal-bara` instead meaningful terror and applicable zhalim. A Muslim mendakwahi charitable deeds before men to preach the word of mouth. Da'wah with wisdom spoken in a way, a good warning, and debates in the best way. As Allah Almighty ordered it to Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, also to the Prophet peace be upon Moses and Aaron when they were sent to Pharaoh. Allah says:

فقولا له قولا لينا لعله يتذكر أو يخشى

"So you two berbicalah him with words of gentleness, hopefully he remembers or fear. [Thâha/20: 44]

A Muslim, even though the disbelievers hate because of their religion, but he still adorn themselves with noble morality, social good, fair to the Muslims or non-Muslims, either by word or action.

Allah Almighty says;

وإذا قلتم فاعدلوا

"And when you say, then ye justice" [al-An'am / 6: 152]

. وإن عاقبتم فعاقبوا بمثل ما عوقبتم به

"And if you give a reply, then please reply with the same response with the punishment meted out to you." [An-Nahl/16: 126]

Thus, we ask God that He would show us the truth as truth and the strength to follow it, and show us falsehood as a falsehood and the strength to stay away.

In fact, sometimes exaggerated by ignoring the existence of belief in the blessings and mercy of Allah, by some of the admirers of logic, is considered illogical. Ironically, they are precisely stuck on confidence matters irrational and far from logical, such superstition, mysticism, and the things that are contrary to progress. Actually the tradition of offering, victimizing and offerings to the gods, spirits or are believed to be the ruler of a particular place, have existed since ancient times, when people are still technologically backward, spearheaded by the pagan idolaters.

Imam Ibn Jarir Tabari in his commentary rahimahullah bringing history to the isnaad, from Abu Hurayrah radi anhu, he said, "I heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to Ibn al-Jaun Aktsam radi anhu:

يا أكثم, رأيت عمرو بن لحي بن قمعة بن خندف يجر قصبه فى النار, فما رأيت رجلا أشبه برجل منك به ولا به منك ". فقال أكثم: أخشى أن يضرني شبهه يا رسول الله? فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم:" لا إنك مؤمن وهو كافر, إنه أول من غير دين إسماعيل وبحر البحيرة, وسيب السائبة, وحمى الحامي

This hadith is discussed in genealogy work ahadith Shahîhah Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah. [3] He rahimahullah explained that hadith was also narrated by Ibn Abi 'Asim and his isnad Hasan.

Imam al-Bukhari also narrates t, from az-Zuhri, from Urwah, Aisha radi anhuma actually said that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

رأيت جهنم يحطم بعضها بعضا, ورأيت عمرا يجر قصبه فى النار, وهو أول من سيب السوائب

From the bit of the story above, it is known that such offerings offerings certain animals to idols, known semanjak old, an age known as the time of ignorance (age of ignorance). At that time, some of the offerings in the form of animal life forms known as Bahîrah, Sâ'ibah, Washîlah and human rights.

About Bahîrah, Sâ'ibah, Washîlah and human rights, there is little difference among the Ulama interpretation, but in essence lead to nearly the same spot. Among them is the interpretation of Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib rahimahullah as presented by Imam Ibn Kathir rahimahullah in his commentary [5]: That the Imam al-Bukhari narrated from Ibn Shihab rahimahullah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, he says, " Bahiirah are animals (camels) that should not be milked and milk, as an offering to Evil-Evil (Satan / idols to be worshiped but Allâh). then one should not be flushed her milk.

While the animal is sa'ibah (some interpret to mean no camels and goats) are released by the Arab ignorance as offerings to their idols. So there should be no one gives any burden in these animals.

Then Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib rahimahullah said that Abu Hurayrah radi anhu said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

رأيت عمربن عامر الخزاعي يجر قصبه فى النار, كان أول من سيب السوائب

Furthermore, Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib rahimahullah explained again, "Washiilah is child-sex female camel was born first, followed by a second child who is also interspersed with young females without a male camel. Onta is released to the offering of the Evil-taghout them. While ham is a male camel who repeatedly membuntingi camel, if it is completed, then they release the male camel is a tribute to Evil-Evil and should not be burdened with anything. they call it as Hami. [9]

In another statement, from Ibn 'Abbaas that bahîrah anhu is already bearing camels five times. The ancient Arab polytheists will see, if this is the fifth male child, then they are slaughtered and eaten by men, not by women. If the fifth child is a female, then they tear his ears. This is called bahîrah (and then released as an offering to the idol-pent). [10] is haram Bahiirah ridden by them, and respected. [11]

While there sâ'ibah interpret ten camels have tails all females give birth, then the parent is released, should not be used as mounts, and should not be milked milk except for the guest. [12] It was all for the purpose of sacrifice to idols.

Washîlah Likewise, there are other interpretations of it, but the point is the same animal that is revered as a living sacrifice to idols.

Offerings to idols, jinn and creatures believed to be the ruler of a particular place at the time jahiliyyah, not only in the form of live animals were then considered sacred, but the meat of animals slaughtered or blood.

Idols lata, 'Uzza and Manat were among the idols that have always received offerings of blood, or other meats. Because of that there are some scholars who say that the idol called manat manat due to the abundance of blood that flowed qurban animals as offerings to him for the purpose ngalap blessing. [13]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لعن الله من ذبح لغير الله ... الحديث, رواه مسلم

God curse those who slaughter animals for purposes other than Allah. [HR. Muslims]. [14]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam shows the slaughter of animals for sacrifice in the name of other than Allah or. Allaah knows best.

Thus, among others, the history of which dedicate offerings to idols or to the god besides Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. That habit of idolaters in the time of ignorance before. And now it turns out that many emerging tradition again, after the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and his Companions radi anhum was stopped. Even now done by many Muslims were not a few have higher educational backgrounds and live in an age of super-sophisticated. And it certainly is a reflection of backward communities, despite carrying seabreg education degree.

Bahîrah, sâ'ibah, washîlah and human rights does not exist anymore, but it comes up with new names and terms, such as float, ingkung, planting buffalo heads and other forms of offerings are offered to demons for the safety and success.

If this is maintained, the retardation will always hit people. And this nation will be hard up the progress.

Therefore Islam came to liberate humanity from the shackles of ignorance, freeing people from backwardness and build an advanced civilization. So Islam is strongly opposed to the traditions and activities of the above.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ما جعل الله من بحيرة ولا سائبة ولا وصيلة ولا حام ولكن الذين كفروا يفترون على الله الكذب وأكثرهم لا يعقلون

God never mensyari'atkan the bahîrah, sâ'ibah, washîlah and human rights. But the disbelievers a lie in the name of Allah, and most of them are not intelligent. [Al-Mâ'idah / 5:103]

This verse is a reproach to the Mushrikeen because they create their own sharia in matters of religion, which no instructions from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'aladan they forbid what is permissible by Allah. So based on the idea of ​​the destruction, they forbid something halal animals they comply with the terms of their own. [15]

Thus it is clear that Allah Almighty never mensyari'atkan all that matters (bahîrah, sâ'ibah, washîlah and ham). Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alajuga not admit that it was all an approach to Him. However, those disbelievers who invents a lie in the name of Allah. They create their own sharia for themselves and make it as self-activity approach.

Islam also opposed offerings, and offerings float anything to other than Allah Almighty.

In a hadith narrated by Imam Muslim that has been presented on the face, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam firmly proclaim that Allah mela'nat semblihan people who slaughter animals for purposes other than Allah.

Definition: "God mela'nat" is, Allah keep grace and mercy of the perpetrators of the slaughter of animals dedicated to other than Him. So people are kept away from the mercy of Allah, certainly will not get happiness and safety.

For that reason, should not people who claim to be servants of Allah and followers of Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam great loves, still survive doing shirk tradition and retarded like that. Nas'alullaha at-Taufiq.

INTRODUCTION
Allah Almighty, the All-Merciful Essence, His mercy encompasses all things. Among the clues to His mercy, Allah Almighty created the universe and its contents for human life, His servants. Not only that, even the Almighty Allah sent His messengers with a treatise (the revelation of Allah Almighty) to be delivered to them, so they can achieve true happiness in this world and in the hereafter.

Nevertheless, not a few of them are still wallowing in the valley of infidelity, denying Allah Almighty and His Prophet, do not believe in heaven and hell, did not believe in the day of Judgment. Even their number far more than the believers. Not limited to reject the teachings of Allah Almighty and His apostles preaching, they even dare to fight the enemies and the propaganda of the apostles. Despite the threat of punishment has been warned by the Almighty Allah will befall those who do not believe, but they stick to their stance of vanity. Wallâhul hadi

PEOPLE regret infidels in the day
Through the above verse, Allah Almighty to preach about the state of the disbelievers on the Day of Resurrection, when they witnessed the torment of hell with their own eyes. At that time, they became fully convinced that they will be overwritten torment is before them. How embarrassed they were in the presence of Almighty Allah, until they bowed their heads. How deeply regret their time, until they meohon to Allah Almighty to be returned to earth to perform righteous deeds. They said:

ربنا أبصرنا وسمعنا فارجعنا نعمل صالحا إنا موقنون

"O Lord, we have seen and heard, so send us back to the world. We will do righteous deeds. Surely we are the people believe."

The purpose of these words, as described Imam Ibn Kathir rahimahullah, "O Lord, we have seen and heard, so send us back into the world to do righteous deeds, we actually have now convinced that your promise is true, and the encounter with You is true . " [1]

Imam Qatadah rahimahullah said, "By Allah, they did not expect it returned to earth to meet the family and relatives, but they hope to return to earth to perform obedience to Allah Almighty. Look at the expectations and desires of the people who do not perform obedience to Allah Almighty when in the world! Therefore, do your obedience to Allah Almighty (while still living in the world). "[2]

To convey the same fragment above verse, Allah Almighty says:

أسمع بهم وأبصر يوم يأتوننا

How bright their hearing and how sharp their vision on the day they come to Us [Maryam/19: 38]

This verse contains two shîghah al-ta'ajjub (shape amazement), both as kinâyah to represent the threat of punishment that will befall them. [3] That is, Allah Almighty threatened them with the torment they have seen and heard. This shows that they regret when it's not useful, why they've started to believe then? Why in the world when they turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the warnings of the messengers of Allah Almighty? Let us consider the word of Allah Almighty in another verse:

لقد كنت في غفلة من هذا فكشفنا عنك غطاءك فبصرك اليوم حديد

Verily ye are in a state of neglect (case), then we reveal of you cover (the cover) your eyes, then your vision so sharp that day [Qâf/50: 22]

They also regretted their actions by blaming themselves, saying;

وقالوا لو كنا نسمع أو نعقل ما كنا في أصحاب السعير

If we first want to listen or think about (the warning), surely we are not including the dwellers of the blazing Fire [al-Mulk/67: 10]

It shows how great their regret over their bad behavior when in the world. However, at that time, their regret is not useful anymore. Like the rice has become porridge. If regret that before punishment was in front of them (ie, at the time they live in the world), then regret it would be beneficial for them. They will be saved from the torment of the day. [4]

That their condition on the day of Resurrection, the poor can not be denied, they would suffer a very painful punishment due to their actions in the world. May Allah Almighty protect us from it.

Kinds of remorse [5]
Ungakapan "then regret is useless", it is appropriate to describe infidels regret, remorse remorse when they come it's not useful and no effect to improve the situation. However, if after a regret that there was a chance to fix what's regret, the remorse that would be very useful.

There are two kinds of sorrow that is not beneficial to anyone.
First, the regret at time of death arrived. Among the examples is regret fasiq people who are reluctant to carry out the obligations issued their wealth to charity, as mentioned in the word of Allah Almighty:

وأنفقوا من ما رزقناكم من قبل أن يأتي أحدكم الموت فيقول رب لولا أخرتني إلى أجل قريب فأصدق وأكن من الصالحين

And spend some of what We have given you before death comes to any one of you, and then he said, "Yes Rabbku, why do not you suspend (death) to my near future, which caused me to give charity, and I am among those the pious "[al-Munâfiqûn/63: 10]

In another verse, Allah Almighty also mengkisahkan Pharaoh regrets when death approached. Allah Almighty says:

حتى إذا أدركه الغرق قال آمنت أنه لا إله إلا الذي آمنت به بنو إسرائيل وأنا من المسلمين آلآن وقد عصيت قبل وكنت من المفسدين

Until when Pharaoh was almost drowned, he said, "I believe that there is no Rabb (entitled diibadahi) but (Rabb) is trusted by the children of Israel, and I am among those who have surrendered (to Allah). (Then it was said to him), "Do it now (you just got to believe), when in fact you have been disobedient long ago, and you're among those who do mischief". [Yûnus/10 :90-91]

The two verses above show how useless a regret when death has come.

Second, regret at the time the punishment will befall (on the Day of Resurrection). As mentioned in the text we have discussed above and in other verses, such as the word of Allah Almighty:

Almighty Allah also says:

وترى الظالمين لما رأوا العذاب يقولون هل إلى مرد من سبيل

And you will see the people when they see injustice Allaah says, "Is there any way it seems to go back to the world?" [Asy-Syûrâ/42: 44]

So remorse, repentance and faith at a time when death comes (breathe his) or in the torment will befall on the Day of Resurrection, they are not useful for a person and not accepted by Allah Almighty. [6]

PEOPLE DEMAND infidels in the day [7]
Once we know the regret infidels in time to witness the punishment of Allah Almighty on the Day of Resurrection, then let us see what requests they submit to Allah Almighty arising from their regrets? There are some queries that they pose, including:

1. They asked to be returned to earth in order to perform righteous deeds. Pious charity, the scope is very broad, covering greeting two sentences creed, prayer, pay Zakat, Hajj and others. They demand it as the Word of Allah Almighty above (as-Sajdah/32: 12), and other verses, such as the word of Allah Almighty:

وأنذر الناس يوم يأتيهم العذاب فيقول الذين ظلموا ربنا أخرنا إلى أجل قريب نجب دعوتك ونتبع الرسل

And give a warning to mankind against the day of (the then) Allaah came to them, the said persons injustice, "Our Lord, send us back in time a bit though, surely we will obey the call and follow the apostles thy- apostles ". [Ibrâhîm/14: 44]

In another verse, Allah Almighty also says;

وهم يصطرخون فيها ربنا أخرجنا نعمل صالحا غير الذي كنا نعمل

And they cried out in hell, "Our Lord, remove us we surely will do different deeds we've done" [Fâthir/35: 37]

And there are many other verses that indicate their request to return to the world so they can do good righteous.

2. They expect anyone would (could) give intercession (aid) for them to be saved from the punishment of Almighty Allah, as Allah Almighty says:

يوم يأتي تأويله يقول الذين نسوه من قبل قد جاءت رسل ربنا بالحق فهل لنا من شفعاء فيشفعوا لنا أو نرد فنعمل غير الذي كنا نعمل

On the day of truth came preaching the Qur'an, said people forget before that, "there came apostles of our Lord brought the Truth, then is there for us to be givers give intercession intercession for us [al-A'raf / 7:53]

However, their application is meaningless, the request is not granted by Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty has to know if they were returned to the world, they would like the original, which belied the verses of Allah and His Messenger menyelisihi. [8]

Allah Almighty says:

ولو ردوا لعادوا لما نهوا عنه وإنهم لكاذبون

Had they returned to earth, they would have returned to what they had been forbidden. And they are certainly liars mere [al-An `am / 6:28]

PROMISE SURE GOD Almighty accomplished
Furthermore, Allah Almighty says;

ولو شئنا لآتينا كل نفس هداها ولكن حق القول مني لأملأن جهنم من الجنة والناس أجمعين

And had We willed We shall be given to every soul guide him, but was still the word (decree) from me: behold, I will fill Hell with Jinns and Jahannanm people together [as-Sajdah/32: 13]

The above verse to convey the same paragraph:

ولو شاء ربك لآمن من في الأرض كلهم ​​جميعا

And if your Lord had willed, surely all the people on earth is a believer [Yûnus/10: 99]

Shaykh 'Abdurrahman as-Sa'di rahimahullah said, "All of this happened over the destiny of Allah Almighty, which Almighty Allah has let them wallow in unbelief and disobedience, therefore Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alaberfirman (in the paragraph above ) meaning; And if We willed, We will give to every soul guide him, this indicates that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alamampu provide guidance to all men if He wills, but Allah Almighty does not want that because there is wisdom (which is implied therein), therefore Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alaberfirman meaning; "but has remained the word (decree) from me", that provision will not change, "I'm actually going to fill Hell with Jinns and Jahannanm people together ", is a promise of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'alayang definitely happen, no one can resist it, of course (it) followed by a number of reasons that infidelity or immorality. [9]

Almighty GOD ANSWERS ON DEMAND PEOPLE infidels [10]
By the time they ask Allah Almighty with full hope of terkabulkannya their prayers, Allah Almighty answered these requests with different answers, but the meaning is the same. Namely, their request was not granted. Among the answers, there is a continuation of the verse in which we discussed this time, which is the word of Allah Almighty:

فذوقوا بما نسيتم لقاء يومكم هذا إنا نسيناكم وذوقوا عذاب الخلد بما كنتم تعملون

Then taste the punishment is because you forget this meeting with your day (Day of Resurrection), we have indeed forgotten and you also feel the punishment is eternal, because what ever you do. [As-Sajdah/32: 14]

In the next verse, Allah Almighty also answered their request by saying:

أولم تكونوا أقسمتم من قبل ما لكم من زوال

Did not you have sworn before when in the world that once in a while you will not perish?. [Ibrâhîm/14: 44]

The answer is at once a reproach upon their words and deeds while on earth.

Almighty Allah also responded to their requests to the letter Fathir verse 36 in his word:

أولم نعمركم ما يتذكر فيه من تذكر وجاءكم النذير فذوقوا فما للظالمين من نصير

And if we do not prolong your days in a period sufficient to think for people to think, and do not come to you a warner? So taste (adzab Us) and none for those who zhalim a helper [Fâthir/35: 37]

This verse indicates that Allah Almighty has done iqâmatul proof (proof in order to establish the reasons for break) to provide them with a long life to those who are enough for them to think about the verses of Allah Almighty when in the world. Nevertheless, they remain reluctant to think about these verses, they prefer disbelief than faith.

Almighty Allah also responded to their requests to the letter al-Mu `Minun verse 37 by humiliating them in His Word:

قال اخسئوا فيها ولا تكلمون

Allah says, "Abide with contempt in it, and do not talk to me. [Al-Mu `minûn/23: 108]

Thus Allah Almighty's reply to the request unbelievers when they were in hell, they do not demand attention, even they were told to keep quiet and refrain from speaking to him. Really, how much misery they experienced, and how great their regret. They suffered tremendous humiliation in hell.

Therefore, the duty of all of us-while there is still a chance-to have faith in Almighty Allah and obey His commandments, and his avoidance of all restrictions. Therefore, his violations of the Shari'a will only lead to humiliation for the perpetrators.

Hopefully Allah Almighty makes it easy for us to get the guidance and tauhfik to do good according to the commands of Allah Almighty and His Messenger instructions.

LESSONS OF VERSES
1. The threat of punishment for the unbelievers and their regret on the Day of Resurrection.
2. Remorse, repentance and faith in someone in death, and when they see the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, all of that is not beneficial to them.
3. Desires and expectations of unbelievers to come back to earth to perform righteous deeds after they learned the truth chastisement of Allah Almighty.
4. Regret on the Day of Judgment is useless.
5. Decree of Allah Almighty does not change
6. Human deeds is a reason for them to get a good or bad reply. Allaah knows best
