GOD HAS TO EXPLAIN RELIGION IN Usul and Furu QURANUL AL-KARIM

If someone adds a number rak'ah prayer, which he said it was ordered, then the prayer is a bid'ah and was not accepted, because it is not in accordance with the provisions of Shari'ah in the number rakaatnya. Fourth. Kaifiyah (How).

But if someone feels that he is a follower and not a maker of shari'ah, it will reach perfection by him fear, submission, obedience and worship to the Lord of ittiba alamien and perfection '(participation) to Imamul Muttaqin, Sayyidul Mursalin, the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam.
The author told the brothers the Muslims who consider either part of heresy, which pleased both with the Essence, asthma 'and the nature of God, or are pleased with the personal and the glorification of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, let them fear Allah and avoid things like that. Beramalllah with sincerity and based on the sunnah, not shirk and bid'ah; according to what God approves, not what you liked devil. And let them pay attention to what can be achieved by their hearts, in the form of salvation, life, peace, happiness and great nur.
May Allah make us as cicerone who guided him and the leaders who bring good, to fight our hearts with faith and science, making science that we have a blessing and not a disaster. And may Allah guide us to the path of His servants who believe, make us including the fear of his Auliya and his group are lucky.

Origin of the word innovation is created (a new thing) with no previous examples . As word of God, God the creator of heaven and earth. (Al Baqarah: 117). That God created them without the previous example .
As for the meaning of heresy by syar'i, is as has been stated by Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, which all means that are not religious disyari'atkan by Allah and His Messenger; that are not ordered, either in form or shape of the recommendation shall command  , either in the form of belief, worship and muamalah.
Meanwhile, according to Imam ash Syathibi, innovation is a way in which religion is made to match the existing Shari'ah (ie resembling disyari'atkan of worship, but essentially not the same, even contrary); goal is to overdo the practice of worship to God.
So, who is a heretic, is any form of religious practice that has no arguments or legal basis in the religion which indicate its validity. As for which has its basis in the Shari'ah that its presence, then the Shari'ah is not regarded as heretical, even though the language is said to heresy. Then any person who invents something, then menisbatkannya to religious teachings, but has no arguments or legal basis of religion, then it includes innovation.
LIGHT Sunnah and the darkness of heretical
Every Muslim must obey the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, both when he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam was alive or after death. Obeying the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, including part of the perfection of one's love for God, as Allah says, Say: "If you (really) love Allah, follow me". [Ali Imran: 31].

أوصيكم بتقوى الله والسمع والطاعة وإن عبدا حبشيا فإنه من يعش منكم بعدي فسيرى اختلافا كثيرا فعليكم بسنتي وسنة الخلفاء المهديين الراشدين تمسكوا بها وعضوا عليها بالنواجذ وإياكم ومحدثات الأمور فإن كل محدثة بدعة وكل بدعة ضلالة
"I told you to wasiatkan devoted to God, obedient and faithful, though led Habasyi slave, who is still alive because of you, it will see a lot of disputes. 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud, he said, "let you follow, and you do not kebid'ahan. Truly you have been paid back in the Islamic religion".
Imam Al Auza'i said, "Have patience you guys on the Sunnah. Remain upright as friends of the upright on it. Say as they say. Hold yourself of anything that they refrain from it, and follow the road salafush deeds."

"And Hold the sunnahku and the Sunnah of the four caliphs who gave the instructions, and gigitlah Hold him with your teeth. Beware of new matters (bid'ah), because each new case is heresy, and each of the innovation is misguided ". [Abu Daud, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah]
And the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
صلوا كما رأيتموني أصلي
"Pray you all as you see me pray". [Bukhari, Muslim, Ahmad. See Irwaul Ghalil no: 213].
Ad Darimy narrated that Abu Aliyah said, "If we go to someone to study, then we will see he prayed. If he prays correctly, we will sit down to study with him. And we said, 'He will be better in other problems '. Conversely, if the prayer is broken, then we will turn away from it and we said,' He will be more damaged in the other matter ". 
And one thing that strengthens again, that this was a case of heresy, because it is done regularly and permanently in every month of Ramadan. They assume, that it is the best way to pray tarawih.
2. Read Surat Al An'am In one rak'ah of prayer Tarawih.
The scholars consider that reading the Al-An `am in one rak'ah of prayer tarawih bid'ah, because it is relying to such a proposition. As for the hadith of Ibn Abbas and Ubay ibn Ka'b that the Prophet said:
أنزلت سورة الأنعام جمة واحدة يشيعها سبعون ألف ملك بالتسبيح والتحميد.
"Letter Al'An'am lowered simultaneously in a single stage delivered by seventy thousand angels, reading and prayer beads tahmid".
Many ordinary people are deceived by this hadeeth. Yet according to Imam Suyuti, that the above hadith is da'eef. If any hadith is authentic, well there is not a suggestion that is read in one rak'ah sunnah.
Al An'am read the letter in one rak'ah can be said of heresy for the following reasons. First, specialized community of Surat al-An `am deceived, that another letter Afdhal or less is not good to read during prayer times tarawih. Second, the reading is solely devoted to the tarawih prayer time. Third, the burden of the Muslims, especially the laity, so that they will be angry or upset or arising out of religious hatred. Fourth, the way it menyelisihi sunnah, because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam advised the second rak'ah shorter than the first rak'ah, while innovation has changed the tolal sunnah and against shariah. 
3. Collecting heresy Sajadah Verses.
A priest collected the verses of the Qur'an mat when completing the tarawih prayer in the last rak'ah, then he bowed down with the congregation. 
4. The verse reads Some Verses Known Hirs (Protection).
Gather some verses which they called the name of the verses of protection, then read in its entirety at the end of the rak'ah in tarawih prayer.

6. Guided By A Bilal dhikr.
Bilal dhikr with a guided prayer after every two rak'ahs of prayer tarawih, then act like this, including heresy. But sometimes reading dhikr done individually with a light, or dhikr is sometimes read in congregation. 
Dhikr in this way, including heresy, for the following reasons:
• Due to new procedures in worship that is never exemplified by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is an act of heresy. From Jabir bin Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: "Amma ba'du. Truly the best of speech is the Book of Allah and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad. As bad as the worst of worship is far-fetched, and every innovation is heresy" . 
• Dhikr is solely devoted to the tarawih prayer times only, but single out individual worship is not based on the proposition, then it is bid'ah and every bid'ah is misguided.
• It may be aggravating the Muslims especially the laity, giving rise to resentment against the attitude of worship.
• The act clearly has menyelisihi sunnah. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never recommend reading dhikr in congregation in prayer tarawih. Similarly, he Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam never taught reading dhikr-remembering it. Then the form of dhikr such is contrary to the Sunnah of the Prophet and his companions habits.
7. Specializing In Reading Qunut Tarawih prayers.
Qunut specialize only in the middle of Ramadan in prayer tarawih. That is never exemplified the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Imam Malik in al-Kubra Mudawwanah book states, "There is no authentic argument that can be used as a support for people who specialize in Qunut tarawih prayers during Ramadan, both at the beginning and end of Ramadan, or the witr prayer .
8. Together Tarawih Between The Male And Women In The Mosque.
Among kebid'ahan and munkar in mosques associated with prayer-especially-the tarawih prayer in congregation prayers mix-up between men and women in the mosque .
9. Dhikr aloud and in congregation as choir.

• Create a new worship practices in tarawih prayer that never exemplified the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Though he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
من عمل عملا ليس عليه أمرنا فهو رد.
"Those who perform deeds that are not in accordance with our doctrine, the worship was rejected". [Reported by Muslim].
10. Loud Dhikr in congregation with sound rak'ah When Will Commence New In Tarawih prayers.
Reading dhikr is practiced after every two rak'ah prayer greetings from tarawih, and (then) was about to start a new one rak'ah, (this dhikr) of bid'ah. Ordinances and reading dhikr include:
A bilal read:
فضل من الله والنعمة يا تواب يا واسع المغفرة. أللهم صل وسلم على محمد.
Then answered by the congregation prayed together tarawih loud
صلوا عليه, ....... أللهم صل وسلم على محمد. .......
Then in the final rak'ah-rak'ah khulafaurrasyidin they pray to the four.

12. Melazimkan Surat Al Ikhlas And Mu'awidzatain The End Of Every rak'ah Witr Prayer.
Melazimkan Sura Ikhlas and Muawidzatain in every last rak'ah of witr prayer, including the act of heresy. It was never exemplified the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and scholars of the Salaf from among the Companions and tabi'in. While the ordinary people fascinated by the hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, narrated by Imam Ath Thabrani in Mu'jamul Ausath, from Abu Hurayrah the sanad weak, because there is a narrator As Sary bin Ismail and Miqdam son of David, both of which narrators da'eef. Ibn Jauzi said, "Imam Ahmad and Yahya ibn Main has been denied by an additional hard Muawidzatain in the final rak'ah of witr prayer .
13. Stop Of Prayer Prayer Qiyamul Lail Or Tarawih After completing the Qur'aan.
There are some Muslims who stop qiyamul Lail or tarawih prayer after completing completing the Qur'an, even though such actions include innovation .
14. Juz read Two Or More Of The Qur'an In Last Tarawih prayer.
Read two chapters or so on the last night in prayer tarawih. There is also a melazimkan from start to finish Dhuha Adh letter .
Thus the explanation of some of the innovations surrounding the tarawih prayer, which in general has been widely spread in the community. So for the sake of preserving the integrity of the teachings of Islam and preserving the Sunnah, as well as maintaining the reward of worship, especially prayer-tarawih then I urge all Muslims to abandon bad habits and actions in every sphere of religious heresy. Qur'an and Sunnah explicitly warned about the dangers of heresy. Similarly, the companions and the tabi'in who follow the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam by doing good also warned of the danger of heresy by the firm
Among the arguments from the Qur'an that warn deplorable heresy, among others, as follows.
Postulates-BOOK OF AL
God said, 'And that (which we ordered) this is a straight path, so follow it, and do not follow the streets (the others), because the streets were scatter you from His ways. That is commanded of God to thee to fear Him. "[Al-An` am: 153].
Straight path is the path of Allah that must be followed. The path is the Sunnah. While the diverse paths and patterns it is just the way innovation experts who deviated from the straight path.
FROM arguments Sunnah
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,
إني تركتكم على البيضاء ليلها كنهارها لا يزيغ عنها بعدي إلا هالك
"Verily I have left to you the teachings of pure white. That night like noon. And it is not someone who is away, but must be destroyed". [Reported by Ahmad and Ibn Majah].
من سن في الإسلام سنة حسنة فله أجرها وأجر من عمل بها بعده من غير أن ينقص من أجورهم شيء ومن سن في الإسلام سنة سيئة كان عليه وزرها ووزر من عمل بها من بعده من غير أن ينقص من أوزارهم شيء
"Whoever gives a good example in Islam, then he gets the reward and the reward of those who do good deeds, without prejudice to reward these people at all. And he gave a bad example in Islam, then he gets the sins and the sins of the people who worked on the sinful that thereafter, without prejudice to the sins of the people at all ". [Reported by Muslim]
Of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud said, that once in a while the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to make a line, then said, "This is the straight path of Allah," then he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam to make the lines on the right and left, and then said, "This is a walk, and every road there is a devil who took to the road," then he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam recited the words of God: "And that (which we ordered) this is a straight path, so follow it, and do not follow the streets (the others), because the streets were scatter you from His ways. 5. Khawarij qaswah color (hard) and Jafa '(violent) without tolerance like the Jewish character. He said: "Has not come, for those who believe to submit to the remembrance of Allah and their hearts to the truth that has come down (to them) and they do not like people who had previously been revealed to him the book of Al, then the long berlalulah over them and their hearts became hardened. 6. Khawarij fight Muslims, but not to disturb the disbelievers. This is a hobby of the Jewish past and present. He said: Have you not considered those who were part of the Book? They believe in Jibt and Evil and say to the disbelievers orng (polytheists of Mecca) that they were more correct way than to those who believe ". [An Nisa: 51]
They even hand in hand with each other the infidel Muslims to brush. Ibn Taymiyyah describes: "The friends and the next generation of scholars agree (berijma ') to fight the Kharijites. 7. Khawarij mentahrifkan (twist) the arguments of true meaning, in line with the attitude of the Jews. He said: "And a party of them heard the word of God and then they change once they understand, and they know" (Al Baqarah: 75). In this regard, Ibn Taymiyyah concluded: "The root error Kharijites, they believe that the Imams (Muslim leaders, scholars) and the Muslims have put off the spirit of justice and false way." 
Arrogant toward others even to the figure the better is the character that is always embedded in the Jewish . He said: "And among them are illiterate, do not understand the Scripture (Torah) unless mythical nonsense and they are just guessing" [Al Baqarah: 78].
This attitude contrasts with the culture of righteous ones who put the clergy in a high position. Sufyan ibn 'Uyainah advised: "Grace of God come down when called righteous people. 
10. Khawarij popular with the establishment of instability and internal dissent. Also the word of God: "Then you turn to after (the agreement), then if not for the grace of God and His grace upon you undoubtedly belong to the people you guys are losers." (Al Baqarah: 64) And His words: "Do you believe in most of the Scripture and deny the others'. [Al Baqarah: 85]
11. Firqah is said, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam could have been mired in error, and error kezhaliman. Jews as their role models, are also very reckless of the Apostles and Prophets, with a pronounced heretical, and killing memfasikkan beings are elected. Thus the task of the scholars bearers of science. They must keep the religion of Islam and Muslims from around the shirk, kebid'ahan and disobedience. They keep it from disintegration and the ravages of these things.
But what did they receive? Censure, condemnation of terror, and many come and go. They were condemned as divisive people, sharpening differences in race, defamatory and a myriad of other charges. That's all risks, from the duty bearers of knowledge they gained. They continue to perform the task of maintaining these religions and people of division and destruction, with devoted affection for these people living under protection. They stop the heretic and enemy of God from the activities of proselytizing and apostasy people, with kindness beramar nahi unjust, and invite people to stay away from all kesyirikan bertauhid, kebid'ahan and disobedience.
It is they who can maintain the unity of the people, uphold the pole, the power and the triumph of Islam over other religions and destroying lust, heresy, kefajiran and disobedience.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said, "The scholars have the obligation to maintain and deliver the people of this religion. If they do not convey this knowledge to their religion or dereliction of duty to keep religion, then so is the greatest tyranny against the Muslims. Therefore Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.

So unpack the deviation of religion, not to break the unity of the people and exacerbate the dispute. Errors and irregularities dismantle religion, is an important matter and become the carrier of the noble task of science. Also be a blessing and grace of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala to the Muslims. So that people can understand their mistakes and can correct it for the better and perfect.
It is pointed in a hadith declares that this noble cause, which must also demonstrate their virtue and science.
Imam Ibn Qayim said: This hadeeth indicates praise the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to the scholars who took the science legacy. Science is hinted at in his saying he n:
(هذا العلم). All bearers of science should be mentioned that a "fair. Therefore, it is well known among the people of these properties' fair penukil and bearers of such knowledge, without any hesitation and indecision again.
Certainly, every person who has been praised the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not get Jarh (censure) on them. Because of them, according to these people not including caretaker nabawi science. Thus, it is assumed n science Messenger, except those who 'just.
But sometimes, there is a misunderstanding of the term of this fair. Thus consider that the reference is to the person who has no sin. Indeed, it is not. The truth is meaningful "fair, credible on this religion. 
No wonder these things because they are the inheritors of the prophets and apostles, as otherwise the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in his saying:
وإن العلماء ورثة الأنبياء وإن الأنبياء لم يورثوا دينارا ولا درهما ورثوا العلم فمن أخذه أخذ بحظ وافر
Indeed the scholars are the inheritors of the prophets. The prophets do not inherit the dinar nor dirham, but inherited the knowledge. So anyone who has taken it, meaning it has the perfect take. 
It is strange when somebody is trying to straighten out a mistake or group of Muslims prayers, then regarded as a disseminator of libel, breaking the unity and brotherhood of Islam. Even more than that, they have been terrorized by a variety of taunts and insults and accusations without evidence and clear explanation, such as nicknames, as American and Jewish stooge, sycophant government, or a fool does not know fiqh waqi 'and others. What a vile accusations and mindless-humanity, especially in accordance with the shari'ah. Allegations that are not likely to come out of someone who understands the science right bearers. Feasible and is it appropriate charges addressed to people who unload the deviation of a congregation or group of Muslims, that all conscious repentance and return to God l?! It was extremely inappropriate and highly inappropriate.
So that would befall sunatullah enforcement of truth, of the apostles and prophets, and their followers.
ولن تجد لسنة الله تبديلا
And occasionally you will find no change in the law of Allah. [Al Ahzab: 62].
Blasphemy and bad has happened to the mat Ahlu Sunnah scholars since time immemorial. Imam Abu Uthman Shabuni Ash explains, "I see the attitude of innovation experts to give the mat-mat in the Ahlu Sunnah is a bad imitation of the way the dispute with the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam. Likewise, innovation experts, may God Almighty humiliate them-have given the title of the scholars that many hadith narrators, who pass it on to someone else and the followers of the Sunnah of Rasulullah SAW. Hadiths he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam that contains commands to his people to do kemakrufan in word and deed, containing the prohibition of all kemungkaran.
Similarly, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala help them to cling to and take instructions to his behavior and sunnah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. Also enlarges their breasts to love the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, the priests and the clerical Shari'ah. So, anyone who loves the people, then he is with them on the Day of Judgement, with the basic words he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
المرء مع من أحب
That someone with his loved ones. 
This noble Hadith which also explains the dangers tahrif a person who exceeds the limit, lies and vanity experts ta'wil, people are ignorant of this religion. So the purification of Islam from this case, is the obligation and duty bearers syar'i for science. Kifayah fard that must be implemented with the manners and the rules of Shari'ah, so it can wash away sin and duty of this people. HAZARDS AND KEBID'AHAN silence munkar
Kebid'ahan silence and munkar that Islam spread in the community will lead to a variety of damage and danger. Among the damage and harm that is:
A. Loss of important elements of life and glory of Islam, namely unjust injunction prohibiting kindness and fight sleaze.
2. Cause the vanity of victory experts Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama'ah
3. Deploy and develop the practice or the person who menyelisihi truth, both in i'tikad problems, thoughts and deeds.
4. Growing doubtful, doubtful that damage aqeedah and morals, as well as the hearts of Muslims.

8. Cause people are capable of committing this sin, because refute and dismantle kebid'ahan and error is an obligation.
9. Undermine religion by mixing truth and falsehood.

SOME EXPERTS heretical QIRA'AH AS PROVIDED BY THE ULAMA

ورتل القرءان ترتيلا

Al-Hasan Al-Bashariy said: "The Koran was revealed to practiced, but the man makes the reading of the Koran as a job." Means: They are only concerned with the affairs of the practice of reading but not the contents of the Qur'an.
14. Read by two qira'ah (how to read) or more in one paragraph, in prayer or outside prayer in the midst of many people. (Reading the way this is possible when a teacher explains the ways in subjects reading interpretation to determine the intent of each passage).
15. Including innovation is specialized reading a verse or a particular letter in the obligatory prayer or in addition to the obligatory prayers without any arguments, such as:

i. Read the suras in which there is a verse prayer mats in addition to (ALM-Tanzil-As-Sajda) at the dawn of Friday prayers as a disunahkan is: read the first rekaat (ALM-Tanziil-As-Sajda) and (sura al-Insan) in the second rekaat.
j. Combining these verses that contains tahlil (phrase La ilaha illa Allah) and read it like reading the chapters.
16. Including innovation is specialized reading a verse or sura no argument at a certain time or place for a livelihood. Such as:
a. Read al-Fatiha with a specific intent or intent to eliminate the hardship.

e. Get used to saying: "Allaah Shadaqa ul-'adheem" after reading the Koran.

Taqlid (IMITATES) Sound qaari '

This is, in our time-that makes a lot of jostling people gathered around the mosques that priests have a principle as above (imitating the sound of the qaari 'famous). So many people during Ramadan are traveling from one country to another with the aim of tarawih prayer in a mosque that priests have a "good sound".
Try to keep in mind this is fine, how trampled upon them the Sunnah of the Prophet regarding the prohibition of "deliberately traveled (to a glorified red) except to three mosques: Haram Mosque, the Prophet's Mosque and Masjid al-Aqsa".

He said on the subject of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:
وماأنا من المتكلفين
"And I'm not including people who forges". [Shaad: 86]
Should any slave attempt to bring the heart and repair the intention, so he read the Koran to enhance his voice without making it up and push themselves beyond their means. Do not be making it up to sing and force to force the reading and how reading is prohibited.

Similarly, (if) with the intention of leaving the disyari'atkan and practice in addition to the Sunnah to be used as a way of practice that is considered Sunnah, then this attitude is considered as the attitude to improve the Shari'a (which as if not perfect), leaving the masyru ', considers sunnah and the way would be to make ordinary people fooled by such means, Allaah knows best.

Warning birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa Sallam According to the Islamic Shari'ah
Al-Yazid ibn Abd al-Qadir Ustadz Jawas
Praise be to Allah Almighty who has perfected religion of Islam for His servants who believe and makes the Sunnah of His Messenger as the best of the instructions are followed. I hope and greetings poured out blessings on the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, family, and his companions.
Almighty Allah has perfected Islam for his people; perfected His blessings to them. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala is His Prophet mewafatkan sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, but after he finished delivering all that disyari'atkan Allah Almighty clearly, either word or deed; also after he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam explained that diada every new thing invented by man, and leaning to the religion of Islam, either i'tiqâd (belief), word and deed all that is heretical and rejected, though well-intentioned. All this is because innovation is the addition of religious teachings and mensyari'atkan something that is not allowed to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and is tasyabbuh (resemblance) to the enemies of Allah Almighty from among Jews and Christians. In addition, mean harassment of heresy against Islam and consider it perfectly. This belief contains great damage and against the word of Allah Almighty and the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is warned against heresy.
Making up new things in religion, such as warning Mawlid the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then assume that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has not been perfected His religion for these people, or assume the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam has not submitted all that must done for his people. Undoubtedly, this assumption because of the danger of opposing God Almighty and His Messenger. Because God Almighty has perfected this religion for His slaves.
It is inevitable that the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was the most noble Prophet and the last. Prophet of the most perfect submission and sincerity. Had Warnings Birth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was actually includes the blessed religion of Allah Almighty, surely the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam had to explain to his people; Or at least, must have been done by his companions. However, it did not happen. Thus, it is clear it is not part of Islamic teachings and includes cases that diada inventions (innovations) and includes tasyabbuh (like) the Book (Jews and Christians) in the great days of their
Among the strange and surprising thing is that many people are keen and eager to attend events that heresy, and even defend it, while they leave the obligations that Allah Almighty syari'atkan as the obligatory prayers, Friday prayers, and prayers berjama 'ah even some of those familiar with immoral deeds and great sins. They realize that they have done a great kemungkaran. This is all due to the weakness of faith, the shallowness of thought, and the number of stains that pollutes the liver.
Stranger still, some proponents claim that the Prophet's birthday 'alaihi wa sallam came to attend the event. Therefore, they stand to honor and welcome. This is the greatest falsehood and ignorance are very bad. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam would not rise from his grave before the Day of Judgment, not communicating with a human being, and did not attend the meetings of his people at all.
Love the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was not to host events such birthday celebration, but to obey his orders, confirming all the dikabarkannya, away from all that is forbidden and diperingatkannya, and does not worship except Allah Almighty with his shari'ah' atkan.
A. THE FIRST TIME THAT PEOPLE HOLD Birth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam

B. A FEW REASONS TO WARN banning Birth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
The scholars then and now have to explain baatil heresy commemorating Mawlid the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his supporters argue. Commemorating the Mawlid (birth) of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is bid'ah and haraam according to the following reasons:
First: Warning birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is an innovation that made-up in this religion. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala did not lose any details and knowledge about it. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never mensyariatkannya either through oral, his deeds and statutes. In fact Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:
"... What the Messenger to you then receive him. And what he forbids you then leave ... "[al-Hasyr/59: 7]
Also said that it means: "Verily Allah has been present in that role models are good for you (that) for people who expect (mercy) of Allah Almighty and the (coming) Judgment Day and he was much remembrance of Allah Almighty." [Al -Ahzâb/33: 21]
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد
"Those who hold the new one does not exist in our religious affairs, the practice was rejected".
In the history of Imam Muslim, "Whoever does not practice a practice that on the basis of our affairs, the practice is rejected".
Second: The Khilafat-ur Rashidun and the Companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never hold another memorial birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam and was never invited to do so. In fact they are the best of this Ummah after the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من استحسن فقد شرع

Ninth: A rational person is not easily deceived by the many people who commemorate the birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, because the truth is not a measure of the number of people who practice it, but based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah are authentic according to the understanding Salafush deeds.
Tenth: Based on the rule of Shari'a is to return the disputed matter to the Qur'aan and the Sunnah of Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
As Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:
"... Then, if you disagree about something, then give me back to God (Al-Qur-an) and the Prophet (Sunnah), if ye believe in Allah and the day Then k" [An-Nisa '/ 4:59]

Twelfth: Celebration of the birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is an act ghuluw (berlebih-lebihan/melampaui limit) to his sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, yet Allah Ta'ala and His Messenger forbade ghuluw do.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
إياكم والغلو في الدين, فإنما أهلك من كان قبلكم الغلو في الدين.

Fourteenth: The birthday anniversary of vanity there is confidence that the spirit of the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, to attend the birthday of their inventions.
On the grounds that they were standing by to congratulate and welcome the arrival of his sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. It most certainly works falsehood and worst of all. Because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam would not go out of his grave before the Day of Resurrection and will not be associated with someone (sober), nor are present in their meetings. He will remain in his grave until the Day of Judgment. His spirit was in 'Illiyyin the highest in the Rabb him in Darul Karamah. 
Allah Almighty says, which means, "Behold, thou (Muhammad) will die and they will die (again)." (Qs az-Zumar/39: 30). And in another verse, Allah says what it means k, "Then, after that, actually you all really going to die. Then, surely ye shall be raised up (again) on the Day of Judgment. "[Al-Mukminûn/23: 15-16].
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
أنا سيد ولد آدم يوم القيامة وأول من ينشق عنه القبر وأول شافع وأول مشفع
"I was a human prince on the day of Resurrection, and the man who first came out of the grave, and the person who first gave syafa'at and delivering syafa'at" 
Verse and the hadith above as well as many other similar verses and hadith shows that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and people are already dead more will come out of their graves on the Day of Resurrection. Allama Abdul al-Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz rahimahullah stated, "This is the opinion which has been agreed upon by the scholars of the Muslims, there is no difference of opinion among them." 
In addition, when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was alive, he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam did not want to be respected by his feet. Then how can they respect him n the way up after he died.
C. THE NATURE OF LOVE Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
People who truly love the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is the one who showed some signs of him. Among them are:
1). Follow the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, Allah Almighty mentauhidkan, away from shirk, doing Sunnah, following the words and deeds of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, with adabnya civilized.
2). Precedence over the commands and Shari'ah Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam than his passions and desires.
3). Many bershalawat to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in accordance with the Sunnah. Allah Almighty says,
"Verily, Allah Almighty and His angels bershalawat to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. O ye who believe! Bershalawatlah k you to the Prophet and say hello to him with great respect" [al-Ahzâb/33: 56]
4). Loving person who loved the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, both family and companions and the Ansar and the Emigrants hostile to those who were hostile to the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, and hate people who hate him.
5). Love al-Qur'ân revealed to him sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, love Sunnah, and knowing its limits. 
D. FATWA heretical CELEBRATION OF THE ULAMA Birth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam
Here are some of the scholars fatwa stating that the memorial birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is heresy dhalâlah.
A. al-'Allama al-Shaykh al-Fakihani rahimahullah Tajuddin (d.. 734 H) said:
"I do not know the basis of the birth of this warning, either of the al-Qur'an, Sunnah, and never cited the practice of one of his scholars who followed the religion of the people and sticking with atsar-atsar of past generations. Even the celebration of (birthday) is a diada heresy invented by imitators lust ... "
2. Rahimahullah Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said:
"Making a feast apart from the feast of the disyari'atkan, like most nights in the month of Rabi al-Awwal is called the birthday of the night, or most nights in the month of Rajab, or the 18th day in the month of Dhul Hijjah, or the day Fri ' at first in the month of Rajab, or the 8th day of Shawwal is called 'Eid-ul-Abrar by stupid people, then all it includes innovations that have never suggested and never performed by the Salaf. And Allaah knows best. "
3. al-'Allama Ibn al-Hajj rahimahullah (d.. 737) describes the warning Mawlid the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam:
"... That is in addition to religion, not the act of generation of the Salaf. Follow the Salaf, more mainstream even more mandatory than adding a variety of intentions (goals) that menyelisihi what's been done Salafush Salih. Because, Salafush Salih was a man who follows the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam, and (most) and the Sunnah of Allaah exalt his' alaihi wa sallam. They hasten to advance it, but never quoted from one of them that they do birthday. And we are their followers, then we have enough what it has enough of them. "
4. Shaykh 'Abdullah bin' Abdul 'Aziz bin Baz rahimahullah said:
"It is forbidden to carry a warning Birth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the anniversary of his birth but because it is an innovation in religion. Therefore, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam never did, nor the Khilafat-ur Rashidun, nor his other companions, and is also done by people who follow them well on the preferred future generations. In fact they are the most knowledgeable man Sunnah, the Messenger of Allaah loves' alaihi wa sallam, and most follow the Shari'ah than those after them ... "
5. Sheikh Hamud bin 'Abdillah at-Tuwaijiri rahimahullah said:
"... And let's well known that commemorates the birthday of the night the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and make it as a warning does not include instructions the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. But it is a forged deed diada made after the time he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam after the elapse of about six hundred years. Hence, commemorating that diada invent it came under severe restrictions that Allah Almighty mentioned in his words, 
"... Then let the people who violate orders His Messenger, fear will get a trial or a painful Allaah be overwritten." [An-Nûr/24: 63]
If in the event that diada birthday inventions have little kindness then the companions have rushed to do it ... "
6. Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih al-'Uthaymeen, may Allaah have mercy said:
"First: that the night-born Apostle sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not know for sure, even some historians determined that tonight is the night of the birth of the Apostle-9 Rabi' al-Awwal, not night-12. Thus, making it the night of Rabi 'al Awwal twelve months has no basis from a historical perspective.
Second: from the Shari'ah point of view these warnings have no basis. Because if it includes the Shari'ah of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala would the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam had to do it or submit it to his people. If he had done or had been present it then it must be maintained because Allaah says, which means: "It is We who are lowering the Koran, and also to maintain it we must." [Al-Hijr / 15:9]
Because there is nothing that happens from that then can diketahuilah the Birth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not include the religion of Allah. If it is not the religion of God then we should not serve God and draw closer to him. If Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has given way to put to him that is what brought the Apostle sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then how can we as God's servants are allowed to create their own path that leads to God? It is a crime against the rights of Allah Almighty, the God of religion mensyari'atkan in something that is not part of it. This also contains a disbelieving against the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, which means: "... This day have I perfected your religion for you, and I have both ends meet My favor unto you ..." [al-Maidah / 5: 3] "[31 ]
7. Sheikh Salih bin Fauzan bin 'Abdullah al-Fauzan Hafizhahullah said:
"Conducting Birth of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is heresy. Never quoted from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, not of the Khilafat-ur Rashidun, and not from the generation who preferred that they carry this warning. Yet they are the people who most love the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the spirit of doing good. They do not do anything except a form of obedience that disyari'atkan Allah Almighty and His Messenger, as the practice of the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, which meant: "... What the Messenger to you then receive him. And what he forbids you then leave ... "[al-Hasyr/59: 7]
So when they do not do this birthday anniversary, can diketahuilah that it was a heresy ...
The conclusion that the conduct memorial birthday of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has forbidden bid'ah which does not have a good argument from the Qur'aan and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam ... "

Abu Mas'ud then said to Abu Musa: "Do you ordered them to calculate their ugliness, the ugliness? And you give them assurance that their merits will not disappear at all? "Abu Musa replied:" I have not ordered any one to them ". Abu Mas'ud said: "Let us go to them".

They also said: "O Abu Rahman, for the sake of Allah is not our desire but the good". Abu Mas'ud also said:
"How many people who want the goodness does not get it".
Amr ibn Salamah said: "Indeed, I have seen their general assembly held a remembrance that we are fighting a war on" An Nahrawan "with the Kharijites". (History Darimi a saheeh sanad)
I (Shaykh Musa Nasr) said: "Hunches Ibn Mas'ud against them (ie the innovation experts who hold halaqah dhikr) is true, where experts joined the heresy that caused Khawarij" continuous string "them in kebid'ahan. Rasulullah Sallallahu really just 'alaihi wasallam threatening them because their actions are heresy and unjust, namely: the Muslims because they mengkafirkan maksiyat deeds, and they think the Muslims go to hell eternally (because of the immoral deeds) when the (right) who commit major sins Hell is not eternal. As well as they require for a menstruating woman to replace the prayer (which he left when menstruation) as he was changing fast (Ramadhan if she was menstruating at the time).
So they do exceed the limit in their religion, and burden them with great charity themselves, even they (ie khawari) has khuruj (exit) of the Prophet devotion to the child's uncle, his son Ali ibn Abu Talib Allaah 'anhu (when it became the Caliph) even they killed Ali bin Abu Talib Allaah 'anhu in dhalim and deception.
And our Prophet Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said:
"Which means: Verily Allah keep repenting of every expert heresy until he repented of kebid'ahannya"
While the oral condition heresy expert said: "This is the religion of Muhammad bin Abdullah". How beautiful the words of Imam Malik, which he said:
"Barangsapa do a kebid'ahan in Islam that he had a good view of it was he supposed that Muhammad has betrayed the message, as Allah says:" This day have I perfected for you your religion, and I'd had a sentence `ni both ends unto me; and Ku-ridhai has become the religion of Islam is for you "(Al Maidah 3). So what is the time it was not religion today is not considered a religion, and will not end well, but with what these people are good at the beginning of a people (the Companions). "
Heretics are forbidden from drinking a delicious mouthful of water from the hand of the Prophet Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telaganya and from which the lake was whiter than snow and sweeter than honey.
Then it really has been true from the hadeeth of Anas Allaah 'anhu he said: Rasulullah Sallallahu' alaihi wasallam said:
"Meaning: It's really a people of my Ummah will be rejected from the lake as a foreign camel is rejected (from the crowd of camel)", then I say: "O Allah, it is my people," then said: "Surely you do not know what they are there- held after you ". [Hadith Bukhari and Muslim history]
So it is that the final denouement innovation experts both in the past or the present, (May Allah protect us from adverse cardiovascular death as their end). So whether they are conscious of heresy experts in every age and place them back in the bad place? Let them repent to God with repentance "Nasuha" (genuine repentance), we expect for those who like that.
And only Allah the One who gives guidance to the path to ittiba '(following the guidance of Allah and His Messenger).

Between Traditional And Worship
Sheikh Ali bin Hasan Al-Halabi Al-Atsari
This is a very important sub-study that refutes the superficial notion of reason and knowledge, innovation or practice if they make challenged and criticized, they thought they were doing good, they replied: "That is heresy! If so, the car heresy, heresy electricity, and hours of heresy! "
Some people who get a little of the science of jurisprudence sometimes feel smarter than Sunni clerics and those who follow the Sunnah by saying to them as a denial of reprimand those who say that the new charity that he did it while he was declared heretical that "the origin of all things are possible".
Such expressions do not come out of them but because of ignorance about the distinction between customary rules and practices. Indeed terseubut rules revolve around the two hadith.
First: The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
"Meaning: Whoever did something new in the matter (religion) is that we are not in it, then the charity is rejected".
This hadith has been mentioned syarahnya takhrij and at length.
Secondly: The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in date palm pollen outcrossing events are very famous.
"It means: You better know about the affairs of your world"
This hadith found in Saheeh Muslim (1366) put in a chapter entitled: "Following the words of Chapter Mandatory Alaihi Wa Sallam Prophet The Sharia Problem Mentioned And The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa Sallam Opinions About Life Under the World", and this is meticulous preparation of the chapter
On this basis the actual penghalalan and prohibition, the determination of the Shari'ah, the forms of worship and the explanation of the amount, manner and their timing, and put the rules in general are just right muamalah Allah and His Messenger, and there is no right to ulil amri  in it. While we and they are the same in that regard. So we should not refer to them in the event of a dispute. But we must return it to Allah and His Messenger.
As for other forms of world affairs then they are more aware than we are. Such as agricultural experts know more about what is more serious benefits in developing agriculture. So if they issue a decision relating to agriculture, people must obey them in that respect. Complied with trade experts in matters relating to the affairs of trade.
Truly giving something back to the people in charge of the public good is like referring to the physician in knowing which foods to avoid dangerous and useful from it to be fine. This does not mean that the physician is the food justifies the benefit or harm forbidden foods. But in truth only to the extent as supervising physician to justify being a decisive and forbid the Shari'ah (Allah and His Rsul), Word.
"Which means: And for them to justify all that is good and forbids them the bad things" [Al-Araf: 157] .
Thus you know that any innovation in religion is false and fabricated. The problem of heresy in the world then there is no ban on it as long as not contrary to the basis set out in the religion . So, God allows you to create what you want in world affairs and the way you want to produce. But you should pay attention to the rules of justice and deter mafsadah forms and shapes to bring serious benefits. "
The rules in this regard by scholars as Ibn Taymiyyah said  is: "Surely human deeds are divided to: First, the worship which they make as a religion, which is beneficial to them in the afterlife or useful in the world and the hereafter. Second, customs that are beneficial in their lives. The rules of the law was originally in the forms of worship are not disyari'atkan except what Allah has prescribed. While the origin of the customary law  is not prohibited except what Allah prohibited ".
From the above description is quite clear that there is no innovation in indigenous issues, production and all means of public life ".
It is as stated by Shaykh Mahmud Syaltut very good in his book, Al-Bid'ah wa Asabbuha Madharruha (p. 12-by tahqiq me), and I have commented as follows: "Those things are nothing to do with the nature of worship. But it must be observed from the side effect, whether he is contrary to the laws of Shari'ah or get in it ".
Here there is a very thorough explanation suggested by Imam Syathibi in a long study in Al-I'tisham (II/73-98) which in the end it says, "Surely these things are related to the customs when viewed from the side of the cultures, then there is no heresy in it. But if used as a religious custom or put in a place of worship then he became a heretic ".
Thus it is "not any that have not existed at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and also did not exist in the Khulafa Rashideen called heresy. For any new and useful knowledge for the human being must be learned by some Muslims to be able to increase their power and existence of Muslims.
The real innovation is something new created by humans in the forms of worship alone. While that is not the matter of worship and not contrary to the rules of Shari'ah then it is not heresy at all "
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah in Al-An-Nuraniyah qawa'id Al-fiqhiyah (p. 22) says, "The custom is something that man can do in world affairs related to their needs, and the legal origin of the problem is not restricted . So there should not be prohibited except what Allah prohibited. Because the real rule is right and forbid God's prerogative. Then worship must be based on orders. So how something that is not ordered in hukumi as being banned?
Hence, Imam Ahmad and other hadith scholars of fiqh experts say, that the legal origin of the worship is tauqifi (of the beard). So, worship is not prescribed unless the provisions of God, is if there is no provision of the perpetrator, including his people in God's word.
"It means: Do they have allies who mensyari'atkan to their religion are not allowed to Allah?" [Ash-Syuraa: 21]
While the origin of the problem customary law is to be forgiven (be). So, should not be prohibited unless Allah has forbidden.
"It means: Say. Explain to me about the sustenance which Allah revealed to you, then you are illegitimate and made in part (some things) lawful. 'Say,' What God has given you permission (about it) or did you have to invent a God? "[Yunus: 59]
This is a great principle which is very handy. 
Yusuf Al-Qaradawi in Al-Halal wal Haram fil Islam (p.21) says, "The customs and muamalah, then God is not the originators, but the men that trigger and interact with it, is God come to fix, straighten and build and set them on a time in things that are not cloudy mafsadat and harm ".
By knowing these rules , it would seem to establish laws against a variety of new events, so it will not blend between traditional and worship and no vagueness of heresy by the new discoveries in the present. Where each has its own shape and each has a law on their own.
