Jihad is the peak power and the glory of Islam. Those who strive to occupy a high position in heaven, as well as having a high position in the world.

In general, the nature of jihad has a very broad meaning. Which is jihad against the passions, jihad against the devil, and the jihad against the wicked from among the scholars of heresy and immorality. Meanwhile, according to the Personality ', jihad is devoting all ability to fight the infidels. See Fathul Bari (6/77).

So that it can be concluded, that jihad includes four parts. First: Jihad against the passions. Second: Jihad against Satan. Third: Jihad against the wicked, kezhaliman perpetrators, and perpetrators munkar heretics.
Fourth: Jihad against the hypocrites and unbelievers.

Jihad against the passions, covering four issues. First: Jihad Against the passions in the search for and learn the truth and the religion of truth. Second: The jihad against the passions in the practice of science that has been obtained. Third: Jihad Against the passions in science and preach a religion of truth. Fourth: Jihad Against the passions with patience in the pursuit of knowledge, charity, and in preaching.

As for the jihad against the devil can be done in two ways. First: Jihad against Satan by resisting what is waged every demon in the form syhubhat and doubts that could injure the faith. Second: The jihad against Satan by resisting what is waged every devil and the desires of the destructive passions.

While jihad against the wicked, kezhaliman actors, and actors munkar heretics, includes three stages. That is, with an able hand. If not able, then with oral. And if not able to as well, then with the heart, which every Muslim must do. That is the way they hate, not love them, do not sit with them, do not provide assistance to them, and do not praise them. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

ثلاث من كن فيه وجد حلاوة الإيمان من كان الله ورسوله أحب إليه مما سواهما ومن أحب عبدا لا يحبه إلا لله عز وجل ومن يكره أن يعود في الكفر بعد إذ أنقذه الله منه كما يكره أن يلقى في النار

"The three cases; he who in his case there are three, then he will get a taste of faith, Allah and His Messenger Iebih loved than the other-other mark, a person simply because he loves God and he hates to return to disbelief after Allah saved by him, sebagairnana she hated to be thrown into hell ". [Bukhari and Muslim].

من أحب لله وأبغض لله وأعطى لله ومنع لله فقد استكمل الإيمان

"Whoever loves for Allah, hates for Allah, gives for Allah, and do not give because God, he means have perfect faith". [Abu Dawud]

فمن أحدث فيها حدثا أو آوى محدثا فعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين

"Whoever makes a new case or support heretics, then he hit Iaknat God, angels and all mankind". [Bukhari and Muslim]

Jihad against people with oral Fasiq are the rights of those who have the knowledge and the scholars. Proof is by way of enforcing and refute their proof, and explain their error, either in writing or verbally. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: "The heresy is denied expert mujahid". See Al Fatawa (4/13)

Shaykh al-Islam also said: "If a mubtadi 'aqeedah that menyelisihi urged the Koran and the Sunnah, or take manhaj as opposed to the Koran and Sunnah, and feared to mislead people, it is obliged to explain their error, so that the people awake from their error and they know the situation ". See Al-Fatawa (28/221).

Therefore, it is heresy to deny expert proof and argument, explaining that haq, as well as explain the dangers of heresy aqidah expert, is something that is mandatory, to clean up the teachings of Allah, His religion, manhajNya, syari'atNya. As for the jihad against the wicked hands, then this becomes a right for those who have power or arong Commander of the Faithful, that is by enforcing hudud (punishment) against any person who violates the laws of Allah and His Messenger. As Abu Bakr had done with fighting those who refused to pay zakat, 'Ali bin Abi Talib fight the Kharijites and the Shi'ites Rafidhah.

What about the jihad against the hypocrites and unbelievers? Imam Ibn Al Qayyim states, jihad is a religious obligation to fight the unbelievers' ain; his jihad with his heart, or verbal, or to his property, or by hand; then every Muslim jihad with one of these types of jihad. See Zadul Ma'ad (3/64).

However, jihad fighting the infidels with his obligatory kifayah law, and does not become fard 'ain, unless it met one of the four following conditions.

First: If he is on the battlefield.

Second: If the enemy attacked his country.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said: "If the enemy has entered attacked an Islamic state, then no doubt, obligatory for Muslims to defend their country and every country that is closest, then the near future, because Islamic countries are as a country". (Al lkhtiyarat, 311). Jihad is called jihad difa '.

Third: If ordered by the Imam (Commander of the Faithful) to fight.
Fourth. If required, then jihad becomes obligatory. [See Al Mughni, Al Majmu ', Zaadul Mustaqni']

As prescribed jihad against the infidel (by hand), through three stages:

First: Center for the Muslims to fight with no required. He said:

أذن للذين يقاتلون بأنهم ظلموا وإن الله على نصرهم لقدير

"Permission (to fight) for those who fight because they have been persecuted sesungguhnaya. And verily, Allah, the Almighty really help them." [Al-Hajj: 39].

Second: The order to combat any unbelievers who fight the Muslims. He said:

وقاتلوا في سبيل الله الذين يقاتلونكم ولا تعتدوا إن الله لا يحب المعتدين

"Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, (but) do not transgress limits, for Allah loves not the transgressors" [Al Baqarah: 190].

Third. The command to fight against all the idolaters that the religion of God straight in the face of the earth.

وقاتلوا المشركين كآفة كما يقاتلونكم كآفة واعلموا أن الله مع المتقين

"... And fight the Pagans all as they fight it all: But know that Allah is with those who fear Him". [At Tawbah: 36]

The third stage is not dimansukh, so that a statute is obligatory jihad until the Day of Judgment. Shaykh Ibn Baz rahimahullah said: "Marhalah (stage) of the third is not dimansukh, may still be in accordance with the conditions of the Muslims". [Fadlu Al Jihad Wal Mujahideen, 2:440].

Thus the nature of jihad and its short secera stages of the order. All this must be understood by Muslims, resulting in a set of jihad, according to the circumstances and conditions that must be met. And Allaah knows best.

Jihad in Islamic Law Perspective

Jihad is a charity that disyari'atkan goodness of God. He became strong and noble cause of Muslims. Conversely, if the Muslims leave jihad in Allah's way, then they will get the humiliation. Described in the saheeh hadeeth: [1]

عن ابن عمر قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول إذا تبايعتم بالعينة وأخذتم أذناب البقر ورضيتم بالزرع وتركتم الجهاد سلط الله عليكم ذلا لا ينزعه حتى ترجعوا إلى دينكم

"From Ibn 'Umar, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah said:" If you have buying and selling' Inah, taking cattle and agriculture as well pleased with abandon jihad, Allah will afflict you humility (humiliation). God does not pull it out of you until you return to your religion "[Abu Dawud].

Ibn Taymiyyah stated: "No doubt, jihad and fight against those who menyelisihi the apostles, and directing their swords to the Shari'ah, and perform the duties due to their statements, to help the prophets and apostles, and to be a lesson for those who take , so that those who deviate a deterrent; so it includes the most important practices that God commanded us as a form of worship closer to Him "[2]

However, these good deeds must be sincere and qualified in accordance with Islamic Shari'a. Because both are [will condition acceptance of a deed. Beside that, jihad is not easy for the soul. Is closely associated with the shedding of blood, life and property, which is a great case in Islam, as presented Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in his saying:

فإن دماءكم و أعراضكم وأموالكم عليكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا في شهركم هذا في بلدكم هذا إلى يوم تلقون ربكم ألا هل بلغت قالوا نعم قال اللهم اشهد فليبلغ الشاهد الغائب فرب مبلغ أوعى من سامع فلا ترجعوا بعدي كفارا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض

"Behold, the blood, honor and treasure you, forbidden upon you (mutual menzhalimi), such as the sanctity of this day, this month and in the country you are, until you meet your Lord. You know, if I have submitted?" They replied, "Yes." Beliaupun then said: "O Allah, persaksikanlah. So, let those in attendance to tell which is not present, because sometimes that delivered a better understanding of the hearing immediately. Do not you re-Kufr sepeninggalanku, some of you guys kill each other in part." [Agreed alaihi]. [3]

Thus this glorious jihad case, that requires every Muslim to participate in reaching love and pleasure of Allah. Of course, this requires a commitment by the perpetrators to Shari'a provisions and restrictions, in accordance with the law al-Qur `an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, without leaving any of the provisions, in order to survive the extreme attitude, and his jihad to jihad syar'i on the road straight, and get a great reward in the hereafter. It was, as he walked on the divine light, guidance and knowledge of al Qur `an and the Sunnah of His Prophet. [4]

Therefore, it becomes an obligation for every Muslim, in order to learn about the Islamic concept of jihad is true, and ask the scholars inheritors of the Prophet about the things he knew not. Notified again in this very important issue.

The word jihad, has a broad meaning. Jihad in the sense of fighting the infidel, is only one of the forms and types of jihad, because jihad is more common understanding and wider than that.

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah explain the types of jihad in terms of its object, has four dignity, namely: lust fight jihad, jihad fighting demons, fighting jihad to fight the unbelievers and the hypocrites jihad [5]. In a subsequent statement, Imam Ibn Qayyim adds to the jihad against the perpetrators kezhaliman, heresy and munkar. [6]

Then he explained rahimahullah thirteen types of jihad dignity for the above by stating, that the desire to fight jihad has four levels.

First: Jihad to fight for divine guidance and learning the right religion, which is the source of luck and happiness in this life and akhiratnya. Whoever loses the science of this guide, he will be miserable in the world and the hereafter.

Second: Jihad to fight to practice it once knew. Otherwise, just simply mengilmuinya without charity. Although it does not spoil it, but not useful.

Third: Jihad to fight to preach and teach that knowledge to those who do not know. Otherwise, he was among those who hid clues and explanations which Allah has sent down. And science is not useful, not save him from Allaah.

Fourth: Jihad to fight for the brave missionary difficulties, and patiently endure the disruption due to Allah.

If this was a perfect four-dignity, then it includes Rabbaniyun. The salaf had agreed to declare, an 'alim (scholar) not be called Rabbani until he knows the truth, practice and teach. So that only the learned, and taught her charity alone is called upon as a great man in the sky.

The vicious fighting jihad has two dignity.
First: Combating to reject the doubtful and doubt to the faith, who directed the servants of Satan.
Second: Combating keingininan to reject bad and lust, which is thrown to the servants of Satan.

Jihad is first performed with confidence, and the second jihad with patience. He said:

وجعلنا منهم أئمة يهدون بأمرنا لما صبروا وكانوا بئاياتنا يوقنون

"And We made between them that the leaders who guide by Our command when they were patient. And it is they believe in Our Signs". [As Sajdah: 24].

God explained, that the religious leadership was obtained with patience and confidence. With patience, he refused to lust and desire is broken. And with confidence, he refused to doubt and doubtful.

While fighting the infidels and jihad munafiqin, has four dignity, namely the liver, oral, property and lives. Jihad fight against pagans, more especially by hand. Jihad and fight the hypocrites, more specifically with the oral.

While the perpetrators of jihad fighting kezhaliman, heresy and munkar, has three dignity. First, by hand if able. If not able, then with oral. If not able to as well, then with the heart.

This thirteen dignity jihad. Whoever dies and has not fought, and never to whisper his soul to the war, he died on a branch kemunafiqan. [7]

Imam Ibn al-Qayyim explanation of the above can be taken a few lessons.
First: Many Muslims understand jihad jihad just fighting infidels alone. So this is a partial understanding.

Second: You should a Muslim start with jihad jihad fi sabilillah nafsi, in obedience to God, fighting spirit by studying and understanding the religion (din) of Islam, understand al Qur'an and Sunnah in accordance with an understanding of the salafush deeds. Then the whole science of its practice. Because the purpose of science is practiced. After that, the fighting spirit by preaching invites people to science and charity, and patience from all the distractions and obstacles when learning, charity and preaching. This is the desire to fight jihad, which is the greatest jihad and take precedence over any other kind.

Ibn al-Qayyim states also rahimahullah, jihad fighting the enemies of God that is beyond (life) is a branch of jihad fighting spirit, as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

والمجاهد من جاهد نفسه في طاعة الله والمهاجر من هجر ما نهى الله عنه

"Mujahid is, those who strive to fight his soul in obedience to God. And Muhajir is, people who emigrated from the ban of God". [8]

So jihad fighting spirit of jihad precedence over fighting the enemies of God are beyond the (soul) and a parent. Because people are not jihad (fighting) spirit to carry out orders in advance and leave the ban, and not fight in Allah's way, then he can not fight the enemy outside (it). How he was able to fight the jihad enemy, when the enemy was beside him in power and menjajahnya, and yet he is jihad and fight against it. Perhaps not even he can go fight the enemy, before he set out his soul to fight jihad jihad. [9]

Nafsuhukumnya fighting Jihad mandatory or obligatory 'ain, can not be delegated to others. Because jihad is a personal touch with every person. [10]

Third: The scholars explained that Satan tempt people through two doors, namely lust and doubtful. If a person weak in faith, and a bit of obedience to God, the devil will come through the door of lust. And if the devil finds humans extremely strong commitment to his religion and faith, then he came through the door doubtful, doubts and plunge to the act of heresy. [11]

Jihad against Satan is ruling fard 'ain, also due to direct contact with every human person, as Allah says:

إن الشيطان لكم عدو فاتخذوه عدوا

"Verily, Satan is the enemy to you, then treat him as an enemy (you)". [Fatir: 6].

Fourth. : Jihad against the infidel and munafiqin done with care, oral, property and life, as spoken Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in the hadeeth of Anas bin Malik:

جاهدوا المشركين بأموالكم وأنفسكم وألسنتكم

"Fight against the idolaters with the property, your soul and spoken". [12]

Understanding of jihad against the infidels and hypocrites to the heart is, they hate and do not give loyalty or love, and feel happy with their humility and humiliation, and other attitudes, which is mentioned in al-Qur `an and the Sunnah of the heart.

Understanding Jihad by the tongue is, to explain the truth and refute error and falsehood, their sleaze, with proof and concrete evidence.

While the notion of jihad to the treasure is, spend their treasures in Allah's way in case of war or jihad propaganda, and to help and assist the Muslims.

As for the jihad with soul, that is, they fight with their hands and arms until they convert to Islam or defeat, as Allah says: "And fight them until there is no persecution, and (so) that religion is for God alone. If they stop (from hostile to you), then there is no hostility (again), except for those wrongdoers ". [Al-Baqarah: 193].

And also the word of Allah: "Fight those who do not believe in God and not (also) on the day then and they do not forbid what is forbidden by Allah and His Messenger and the religion is not true (Islam), (ie those person) given to them al the Book, until they pay the jizya with obedient, they are in a state of subjection ". [At Tawbah: 29].

Munafiqin infidels and jihad fought by the four above. However, more specifically the pagans faced by hand, because of hostility openly. While munafiqin with oral, because hidden hostility and their state under the rule of you Muslims, so proof and fought with their actual disassembled state, and described their properties, so that people know about it, and take care of them so not falling prey to such hypocrisy.

Fifth: He expressed rahimahullah jihad fighting injustice actors, heretics and munkar, performed with three dignity, by hand. If not able, then with oral. And if not able to as well, then with the heart. It is based on the hadith of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri who said:

سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول من رأى منكم منكرا فليغيره بيده فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه وذلك أضعف الإيمان

"I heard the Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" Whoever of you sees a munkar, then let change this by hand. If not able, then with his tongue. Then, if you can not also, then with his heart, and the least of weak faith. "[Reported by Muslim].

Every Muslim is required to face the perpetrator acts zhalim jihad, heresy and unjust according to his ability, and with attention to the rules enjoining wrongdoing. Thus the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam explained in the hadith of Ibn Mas'ud, which reads:

أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ما من نبي بعثه الله في أمة قبلي إلا كان له من أمته حواريون وأصحاب يأخذون بسنته ويقتدون بأمره ثم إنها تخلف من بعدهم خلوف يقولون ما لا يفعلون ويفعلون ما لا يؤمرون فمن جاهدهم بيده فهو مؤمن ومن جاهدهم بلسانه فهو مؤمن ومن جاهدهم بقلبه فهو مؤمن وليس وراء ذلك من الإيمان حبة خردل

"Verily the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" Nothing that God sent a prophet to the people before me, unless it has defenders (hawariyun) of his people and friends who follow the example of Sunnah and carry out his orders. Then comes the successor generations of those who say what they do not resume practicing, and practice are not told. Whoever is facing them with his hands, then he is a believer. And whoever is facing them with his tongue, then he is a believer. As well as those who face them with his heart, then he is a believer, and no after that small mustard seed of faith ". [14]

Every Muslim must be able to do this kind of jihad, with his heart. Thus it is a way deny and resent the act of heresy, and munkar kezhaliman with his heart, and hope that the acts are missing.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and mensyariatkan not require anything in the absence of a great purpose. Similarly, jihad is prescribed for the particular purpose described the scholars with their statements.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullah stated purpose of jihad is to exalt the word of Allah and make the religion entirely for Allah only. [16]

Rahimahullah He also said the purpose of jihad is, that nothing is to be worshiped except Allah, so that no one who prays, prayers, prostrations and fasting for other than Allah. Not berumrah and pilgrimage, except to his house (the Kaaba), not slaughtered slaughtered except for Him, and not bernadzar and swear, except Him. [17]

Sheikh Abdurrahman bin Nasir as Sa'di said there are two kinds of jihad. Jihad with the aim of the good and the improvement of the believers in aqeedah, morals, adab (behavior) and the whole world and the next case they and their education, both scientific and amaliah. This is the type of parent and tonggaknya jihad, and jihad is the basis for the second, the jihad with the intention of denying people who attack Islam and Muslims from among the heathen, munafiqin, mulhid and all the enemies of religion and against them. [18]

Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baaz declared, jihad is divided into two, namely jihad tholab ath (attack) and jihad ad daf'u (survive).

Second purpose is, conveying the religion of Allah and calling people to follow. Removing people from darkness to light and elevate Islam the religion of Allah on earth, and make this religion is for God alone, as described in the Qur `an al-Baqarah verse 193 of Surat al: And fight them until there is no persecution, and (so ) that religion is for God alone. If they cease (from hostile to you), then there is no hostility (again), except for those wrongdoers.

"And peranglah them, that no libel, and that religion is solely for Allah". [Al-Anfal: 39].

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة فإذا فعلوا ذلك عصموا مني دماءهم وأموالهم إلا بحق الإسلام وحسابهم على الله

"I am commanded to fight against people until syahadatain testify, establish prayer and give charity. If they had done so, then their blood and treasure has been preserved from me, except the right of Islam. And they submitted to God's calling to account". [Agreed upon].

From the above description of the scholars is clear, that the jihad is disyariatkannya purpose, to establish the religion of Islam on this earth, and not for personal revenge, or class, so much needed knowledge about the Islamic concept of jihad, either in law, jihad means and provisions of the spoils of war, as a consequence of the implementation of the jihad.

Jihad against Satan

At the Special edition of the devil have we picked up which is a great enemy of man. In an attempt to mislead people, the devil is always trying to dissuade people from obedience to God. Satan is always trying to turn people away with their tricks. In carrying out its action, Satan has two arms, which is doubtful, and lust.

Humans who want to survive, he must wage jihad against the devil, armed with science and mentazkiyah soul. Science nafs' will result in convictions, which would reject doubtful. While tazkiyatun nafs, will give birth to piety and patience, which will control lust.
According to Imam Ibn al-Qayyim, jihad against the devil, there are two levels. First, reject doubtful and doubt is thrown to the servants of Satan. Second, resist lust and desires to cast the devil to corrupt servants. The first jihad that will end with a conviction, while the second jihad will end with patience. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

وجعلنا منهم أئمة يهدون بأمرنا لما صبروا وكانوا بئاياتنا يوقنون

"And We made between them that the leaders who guide by Our command when they were patient. And it is they believe in Our Signs." [As-Sajda: 24].

God proclaim, that religious leadership is achieved with patience (and keyakinaan). Patience which refuses lust and desires are damaged, and dismiss the doubts and doubtful faith. (Zadul Ma'ad).

Therefore, a weapon against the devil weapon is knowledge and patience. Knowledge that comes from the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger. Then the practice of science, so that the soul be clean and pure, and develop patience.

The face of the devil, in detail, of whom performed in the following way:

A. To the believer and God Bertauhid truthfully.
Behold, all the strength, power, perfection belongs only to God the Creator. Therefore, a servant who helped and protected by God, then no one is able to destroy him. So that the weapons first and foremost for a Muslim to deal with the devil, is a true believer in God, worship Him with sincerity, sole trust only in Him, and perform good deeds according to the rules, through His Apostle Sunnah.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has preached, Satan has no power to His servants who believe and mentauhidkanNya. He said:

إنه ليس له سلطان على الذين ءامنوا وعلى ربهم يتوكلون إنما سلطانه على الذين يتولونه والذين هم به مشركون

"Surely he is not his power over those who believe and sole trust to his Lord. Lo power (Satan) is only over those who took it to be a leader and the people who mempersekutukannya with God". [An-Nahl: 99 , 100].

Ibn al-Qayyim explained, when the devil knows that he has no way (to master) the people are sincere, then he excludes them from a conditional oath to mislead and destroy (human). Mentioned in the Koran, the Devil says.

قال فبعزتك لأغوينهم أجمعين إلا عبادك منهم المخلصين

"By your power, I will put them all, except the slave-servant Mukhlas between them". [Shad: 82, 83]

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

إن عبادي ليس لك عليهم سلطان إلا من اتبعك من الغاوين

"Behold, My servants no authority to you (Satan) against them, except the people who follow people who are astray" [Al Hijr: 42]

So sincere is the way of freedom, Islam is the vehicle of salvation, and faith is a security cover [1].

2. Sticking To the Book and Sunnah Fit Salafush Understanding Salih.
When God sends down men on earth, surely He includes instructions for them. So that people live in this world is not left alone without guidance, or without order and without any restrictions. In fact, Allah revealed the holy book and sent the apostles to carry a warning, explanation and evidence. Whoever turn away from God, then he will fall prey to the devil and cast down into eternal crash. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ومن يعش عن ذكر الرحمن نقيض له شيطانا فهو له قرين

Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has explained that the way of Allah, the path of truth, just one. Deviate from it, then follow the streets of the devil.

عن جابر قال كنا جلوسا عند النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فخط خطا هكذا أمامه فقال هذا سبيل الله عز وجل وخطين عن يمينه وخطين عن شماله قال هذه سبيل الشيطان ثم وضع يده في الخط الأسود ثم تلا هذه الآية (وأن هذا صراطي مستقيما فاتبعوه ولا تتبعوا السبل فتفرق بكم عن سبيله ذلكم وصاكم به لعلكم تتقون)

"From Jabir, he said," We were sitting near the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then he makes a line in front of him, then he said:' This is the way of Allah Almighty. Becomes clear, that the road safety in order to avoid the cunning of Satan is to follow the path of Allah, follow the Book and Sunnah as the understanding Salafush Salih. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.

ومن يشاقق الرسول من بعد ماتبين له الهدى ويتبع غير سبيل المؤمنين نوله ماتولى ونصله جهنم وسآءت مصيرا

"And whoever opposes the Apostle after the obvious truth for him, and follow the path that is not the way of the believers (ie the companions of the road), we let him free of error that has mastered it, and we insert it into Jahannam, that Jahannam and bad -an evil destination. " [An Nisa ': 115].

3. To seek refuge of Allah from Satan Disorders.
Imam Ibn Katheer, may Allaah have mercy say: The meaning of 'I seek refuge with Allah from Satan the accursed', that I seek protection in Allah from Satan the accursed of interference on my religion, or in my world, or stop me from doing what I told him, or encouraged to do what I was forbidden to him. Because there is nothing to prevent the devil from a man except God.

Therefore, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala ordered to take care and be gentle to human evil, do good to him, so tabi'atnya (good) declined from the disorder (which he did).

Allah ordered the (human) take refuge in Him from Satan, the jinn, because he did not accept bribes. Good works will not affect him, because he (Satan) has tabi'at evil. And will not prevent it from you, but Yang has been created. [3]

This is the Best way to save yourself from Satan and his army, to invoke the protection of Almighty God, for He is Hearing, Knowing, and All-Mighty.

Invoke the protection is carried out in general at any time, any disturbed the devil, and also performed at certain times of dituntunkan Allah and His Messenger. He said:

وقل رب أعوذ بك من همزات الشياطين وأعوذ بك رب أن يحضرون

"And say:" Yes, my Lord. I seek refuge with You from the whisperings of Satan. And I seek refuge (also) to thee, O my Rabb, from their arrival to me ". [Al Mukminun: 97-98]

Allah also says,

وإما ينزغنك من الشيطان نزغ فاستعذ بالله إنه سميع عليم

"And if you overwrite something temptations of Satan, seek refuge in Allah. Allah is Hearing, Knowing." [Al A'raf: 200].

The specific times for beristi'adzah dituntunkan, among others are: when disturbed Satan, the evil promptings, interference in prayer, when angry, nightmares; now going to read Al Qur1an, about to enter the mosque, when entered into the waste intent, when he heard the howling of dogs and the braying of a donkey, when will berjima ', in the morning and evening, isti'adzah for children and families, when stopped at a place, when going to sleep. 4. Read the Koran.

عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لا تجعلوا بيوتكم مقابر إن الشيطان ينفر من البيت الذي تقرأ فيه سورة البقرة

إذا أويت إلى فراشك فاقرأ آية الكرسي (الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم) حتى تختم الآية فإنك لن يزال عليك من الله حافظ ولا يقربنك شيطان حتى تصبح فخليت سبيله فأصبحت

"If you occupy your bed, then please read paragraph seats (Allahu la ilaha illa huwal hayyul Qayyum) until you finish the verse. So you really will always be a guard from Allah, and Satan will not approach you until you get the morning". [Bukhari]

5. Dhikrullah reproduce.
Dhikrullah is a very strong fortress to protect themselves from demonic interference. As it is known from the preaching of God through His apostles. Among others, through verbal Prophet Yahya Alaihissallam, as the hadith below.

عن الحارث الأشعري أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إن الله أمر يحيى بن زكريا بخمس كلمات أن يعمل بها ويأمر بني إسرائيل أن يعملوا بها ... وآمركم أن تذكروا الله فإن مثل ذلك كمثل رجل خرج العدو في أثره سراعا حتى إذا أتى على حصن حصين فأحرز نفسه منهم كذلك العبد لا يحرز نفسه من الشيطان إلا بذكر الله

Of Al-Harith Al Ash'ari, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Verily, Allah commanded Yahya bin Zakariya Alaihissallam with five sentences, in order to practice it and he ordered the Children of Israel that they practice it (among others) ... I command you to dhikrullah ( remember, called God). Indeed parable like the parable of a man being pursued by his enemies quickly, so if he had come to a strong fortress, and he saved himself from them (with shelter in the castle). Such a servant would not be able to protect himself from Satan except with dhikrullah. "[Reported by Ahmad]

So, if you want to survive the intrigue and against evil spirits, let them always wet tongue with a concentration in the liver accompanied dhikrullah.

6. The Muslim Jama'ah honor.

عن أبي الدرداء قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ما من ثلاثة في قرية ولا بدو لا تقام فيهم الصلاة إلا قد استحوذ عليهم الشيطان فعليك بالجماعة فإنما يأكل الذئب القاصية قال زائدة قال السائب يعني بالجماعة الصلاة في الجماعة

"From Abu Darda ', he said, I have heard the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:" There are three people in a village or the fields, not founded on their congregational prayers, but Satan controlled them. So join the congregation, because the real the wolf will eat the goat alone "[Reported by Abu Dawud, no. 547]

7. Knowing the power of Satan Tipu-So beware.
Satan is very keen indeed to mislead people. He spent his life and breath to destroy the human condition. Then the obligation of a reasonable person, he must be aware of this enemy, who appeared hostile since the time of Prophet Adam Alaihissallam. Allah warns His servants with His Word:

ياأيها الذين ءامنوا لاتتبعوا خطوات الشيطان ومن يتبع خطوات الشيطان فإنه يأمر بالفحشآء والمنكر ولولا فضل الله عليكم ورحمته مازكى منكم من أحد أبدا ولكن الله يزكي من يشآء والله سميع عليم

"O ye who believe, do not follow the footsteps of the devil. Those who follow the footsteps of the devil, the devil was actually asked to do acts that are cruel and unjust. Had it not been for the Grace of God and blessing to you all, certainly not none of you are clean (of deeds shameful and unjust it is) for ever, but anyone who pleases God to clean. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing ". [An Nur: 21]

One way to learn the cunning of Satan, by knowing and dismantle the hokey-charged, so one can avoid it. For anyone who does not know the evil, without realizing it, he will fall into it.

8. Menyelisihi Satan And Avoiding Deceptive Means-ingredients for humans.

يآأيها الناس إن وعد الله حق فلا تغرنكم الحياة الدنيا ولايغرنكم بالله الغرور إن الشيطان لكم عدو فاتخذوه عدوا إنما يدعوا حزبه ليكونوا من أصحاب السعير

"O people, verily the promise of Allah is true, then not ever let life of the world beguile you, and so do not let Satan deceive you that clever trick of God. Verily Satan is the enemy to you, then treat him as an enemy (mu) , because the real demons that took only faction that they may be residents of a burning hell. " [Fathir: 5, 6].

Included in this, namely menyelisihi evil deeds, such as:
- Satan eating and drinking with his left hand, then we menyelisihinya to eat and drink with his right hand.
- Satan does not do qailulah (break at noon), then we menyelisihinya by qailulah.

The arguments that we mentioned this, contained in the authentic hadiths. Similarly, we stay away from the means used by Satan to mislead people, such as music, singing, drinking, and others.

9. The weakness of Tipu-believe Satan
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

الذين ءامنوا يقاتلون في سبيل الله والذين كفروا يقاتلون في سبيل الطاغوت فقاتلوا أوليآء الشيطان إن كيد الشيطان كان ضعيفا

"Those who believe fight in the way of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the way of Evil, so fight the devil fellows, behold the cunning of Satan is weak". [An Nisa ': 76].

Among the weaknesses is the devil: he can not open a locked door and called the name of God to him. Likewise, can not eat with people who say bismillah before. Setab also unable to spend the night at the house where people go to read bismillah.

10. Repent and seek forgiveness.
While still alive, man needs repent and seek forgiveness of his sins to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. As long as humans have done this, then Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala will always forgive him.

عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول إن إبليس قال لربه بعزتك وجلالك لا أبرح أغوي بني آدم ما دامت الأرواح فيهم فقال الله فبعزتي وجلالي لا أبرح أغفر لهم ما استغفروني

"From Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri, he said, I heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:" The devil said to Robbnya,' For the glory and the glory, I will always deceive Adam's children as long as the spirit is still there in their '. Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah FII Sabiilillaah Jihad Joint Enforce Ulil Amri

Jihad is one of the most important Islamic syi'ar and is the culmination of glory. Position in a religious jihad is important and constantly maintained. Jihad fii sabiilillaah remains there until the Day of Judgment.

A. Definition of Jihad
In the language (etymology) says jihad is taken from the sentence:

جهد: الجهد, الجهد = الطاقة, المشقة, الوسع.

Which means the power of effort, difficulty and ability. [1]

According to the ar-Raghib al-Ashfahani (d.. 425 H) rahimahullah: الجهد means trouble and الجهد mean ability. [2]

The jihad is taken from the words: جهادا - يجاهد - جاهد

According to the terms syar'i (terminology):

الجهاد: محاربة الكفار وهو المبالغة واستفراغ ما في الوسع والطاقة من قول أو فعل.

"Al-Jihad means to fight the infidels, which is trying in earnest to devote strength and ability of either word or deed." [3]

الجهاد والمجاهدة: استفراغ الوسع في مدافعة العدو.

"Jihad means to devote all its capabilities to fight the enemy."

There are three kinds of jihad:
A. Jihad against real opponents.
2. Jihad against Satan can chase.
3. Jihad against the passions.

Three kinds of jihad is rooted in the Qur'an al-letter al-Hajj: 78, at-Tawbah: 41, al-Anfal: 72. [4]

According to al-Hafiz Ahmad ibn 'Ali ibn Hajar al-Asqalani (known by al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar al-' Asqalany, died th. 852 H) rahimahullah: "Jihad according syar'i is devoting the entire ability to fight the infidel. "[5]

The term is used also for the Jihad against the passions, Satan can chase, and the people Fasiq. As for the fight against the passions is to learn the religion of Islam (learn properly), then practice it and teach it. The jihad against Satan can chase by rejecting all forms of doubtful and lust are always decorated by Satan can chase. Jihad against the infidel with his hands, treasure, oral, and liver. As for the jihad against the people Fasiq by hand, oral and liver. [6]

The words of al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in accordance with the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

جاهدوا المشركين بأموالكم وأنفسكم وألسنتكم.

"Strive against the idolaters with the treasure, the soul, and spoken of you." [7]

Jihad by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah may Allaah have mercy is: "Devoting all abilities to achieve what is loved by Allah Almighty and reject all that is hated by Allah." [8] he said: "Behold, jihad is essentially reach (achieve) what is loved by God of faith and good deeds, and reject what is hated by Allah in the form of disbelief, wickedness, and maksiyat. "[9]

This definition includes any kind of jihad is carried out by a Muslim, which includes obedience to Allah Almighty to carry out the commandments of God and keep His prohibitions. Sincerity invite (preach) the other person to implement compliance, near and far, Muslims or pagans and earnest fighting the infidels in order to enforce the sentence of God and apart from that. [10]

Jihad did not say the real jihad, but it's jihad when directed to seek the face of God, upholding his sentence, raising the banner of truth, and give all baatil rid of body and soul to seeking the pleasure of Allah. But if someone strive to find the world, then do not say jihad is real.

Any person who fought to get the position, obtaining booty, show courage, seeking fame (intensity), so he will not get rewarded and not be rewarded. [11]

Jihad in Islam is a main-seutama charity. God commands jihad is contained in Al-Qur-an, which is the letter of al-Baqarah: 190, 193, 216, Ali 'Imran: 142, an-Nisa': 95, at-Tawbah: 73, al-Anfal: 74 , al-Hajj: 78, al-Furqaan: 52 and the ash-Shaaf: 11.

'Abdullah bin Mas'ud Allaah anhu said:

سألت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: أي العمل أحب إلى الله? قال: الصلاة على وقتها, قال: ثم أي? قال: بر الوالدين, قال: ثم أي? قال: الجهاد في سبيل الله.

"I once asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:' Charity what is most important? 'Messenger of Allah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: 'Prayer in time.' I asked again: 'Then what?' He sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied : 'Dutiful to parents. "I asked again:' Then what? 'He sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam replied: 'Jihad-laah sabiilil fii.'" [12]

Abu Dharr of Allaah anhu once asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "Amal what the most important?" He sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam replied: "Faith in Allah and the jihad fii sabiilillaah ..." [13]

'Abdullah bin' Umar anhuma said: "The main-seutama charity after the prayer is jihad fii sabilillaah." [14]

There is a person who asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "O Messenger of Allah, there is someone who fights for hope Ghani's house (the spoils of war), there is another war in order to be named, and others fought in order to see his position, who is fighting in Allah? "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من قاتل لتكون كلمة الله هي العليا فهو في سبيل الله

"Those who fight God's words be high, so he fii sabiilillaah (in the way of Allah)." [15]

B. Law of Jihad
The law of jihad is fard (obligatory) on the basis of God's word al-Qaahir:

كتب عليكم القتال وهو كره لكم وعسى أن تكرهوا شيئا وهو خير لكم وعسى أن تحبوا شيئا وهو شر لكم والله يعلم وأنتم لا تعلمون

"Prescribed for you to fight, but fighting it is something that you hate. Perhaps you hate something, but it is very good for you, and may be (too) ye love a thing although it is very bad for you, Allah knows while you do not know. "[Al-Baqarah: 216]

This paragraph is a determination of the duty of jihad from Almighty Allah for the Muslims, so they stop the evil enemies of Muslim territory.
Muhammad ibn Shihab az-Zuhri (d.. 124 H) rahimahullah said: 'Jihad is obligatory for every individual, whether in a state of war or who was sitting (not present). People who were sitting, when asked for help, then he should provide assistance, if requested to go to war, then he should go to war, and if not needed, then let it remain in place (not participate). '"[16]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said Fat-hu at Makkah (Mecca release):

لاهجرة بعد الفتح, ولكن جهاد ونية, وإذا استنفرتم فانفروا.

"There is no emigration after the Fat-hu Makkah (the liberation of Makkah), but there is jihad and goodwill. When you are asked to go to war, so go forth! "[17]

The law of jihad is fard kifaya [18] with the arguments of Al-Qur'an and the authentic Sunnah and explanations scholars of Ahlus Sunnah, among others, Al-Qur-an letters an-Nisa ': 95-96, at-Tawbah : 122, al-Muzzamil: 20, and some of the hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is authentic.

The priest and the other four schools have agreed that jihad is a fard fii legal sabiilillaah kifayah, when some Muslims practice it, then fall (liabilities) on the other. If no one do it then everything is sinful. [19]

The scholars said that jihad becomes fard 'ayn on three conditions:

First: When the Muslim forces and infidels (unbelievers) meet and are facing each other on the battlefield, then the person must not retreat or turn around.

Second: If the enemy attacks the Muslim country is safe and besieged it, then it is obligatory for the people of the country to come out to fight the enemy (in order to defend the homeland), but women and children.

Third: If the Imam asked the people or some people decide to go to war, then it must go. The evidence is the letter at-Tawbah: 38-39. [20]

Jihad is required for:
A. Every Muslim.
2. Baligh.
3. Sensible.
4. Independence.
5. Men.
6. Have the ability to fight.
7. Have sufficient assets to her and her family during her disappearance in a jihad. [21]

For women there is no jihad, jihad is a Hajj and 'Umrah. It is based on the hadith RasulullahShallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam of' Aisha anhuma Allaah, when he asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

يا رسول الله, على النساء جهاد? قال: نعم, عليهن جهاد لا قتال فيه: الحج والعمرة.

"O Messenger of Allah, whether the women must fight jihad? Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam replied:' Yes, women are obliged to wage jihad (although) there is no war in it, namely (worship) Hajj and 'Umrah.' "[22]

C. The virtue of Jihad
The virtues of jihad is very much at all, among which are:
A. Mujahid movement (those who strive in the way of Allah) on the battlefield was the reward given by God. [23]
2. Jihad is a profitable trade and never lost. [24]
3. Enliven jihad precedence over the Grand Mosque and give drink to the pilgrims. [25]
4. Jihad is one of two good (win or die a martyr). [26]
5. Jihad is the path to Heaven. [27]
6. Those who strive, even though he was martyred, but he is still alive and are given good luck. [28]
7. Those who strive as people who do not break their fasting and prayers night constantly. [29]
8. Truly Heaven has 100 levels provided by God for those who strive in His way. From one level to another is like heaven and earth. [30]
9. Heaven in the shade of swords. [31]
10. Those who died a martyr has six advantages: (1) sins forgiven since the first drops of blood, (2) be able to see his place in Heaven, (3) will be protected from the grave Allaah, (4) is given a sense of security from the terrible fear on the Day of Judgment , (5) is given faith clothing, married to an angel, (6) can give his family syafa'at to 70 people. [32]
11. People who go for jihad in Allah's way better than the world and everything in it. [33]
12. Those who died a martyr, his soul was in qindil (light / lantern) which is in heaven. [34]
13. Those who died a martyr forgiven all sins except debt. [35]

D. Disyari'atkannya purpose Jihad
Islamic Jihad aim to fight the enemies of the religion of God straight in the face of the earth, not just kill them.

Allah al-'Aziiz said:

وقاتلوهم حتى لا تكون فتنة ويكون الدين لله فإن انتهوا فلا عدوان إلا على الظالمين

"And fight them until there is no persecution, and (so) that religion is for God alone. If they cease (from hostile to you), then there is no hostility (again), except for those wrongdoers. "[Al-Baqarah: 193]

Ibn Jarir Tabari (d.. 310 H) rahimahullah said: "Fight them so that no longer shirk to Allah, there is no worship of idols, idolatry and other gods, so that worship and obedience to God not only to the other. "[36]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله ...

"I am commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god has the right to be worshiped but Allah correctly ..." [37]

Abu 'Abdillah al-Qurtubi (d.. 671 H) rahimahullah said: "The verse and the hadith above shows that since' qital '(war) is kufr." [38]

Shaykh as-Sa'di rahimahullah said: "The purpose of the war in the way of Allah is not just shed the blood of infidels and take their property, but the goal for this religion is established by God above all religions and eliminate (get rid of) all forms of idolatry that hinders the establishment of this religion, and it is 'slander' (shirk). When fitnah (polytheism) is gone, achieved this aim, it is no longer a murder and war. "[39]

Thus, jihad for Allah's religion disyari'atkan upright in the earth. Therefore, before starting the war commanded to preach to unbelievers so that they convert to Islam. [40]

E. Levels of Jihad
According to Imam Ibn Qayyim al-jihad Jauziyyah rahimahullah has four levels [41], namely:

First: Jihaadun nafs (jihad against the passions).
There are four levels of jihad:
1.Berjihad to study and instruction, which is studying the religion of truth. A person will not be able to achieve glory, happiness in the world and the hereafter, but with the knowledge and guidance. If he does not want to learn useful knowledge, then he will harm the world and the hereafter.

2. Strive to practice the knowledge they have gained. If solely based on science without charity, then maybe it would harm science does not even do him good.

3. Strive to mendakwahkannya, teach it to people who do not know, so if this mission does not include hiding then this knowledge that Allah sends down either in the form instructions and explanations [42]. So knowledge is not helpful nor can they be saved from Allaah.

4. Strive to be patient with the difficulties of her mission in the way of Allah and also patient with human disturbance. He bore the difficulties of preaching it was solely because of Allah. If all four levels are met then it would include a person who Rabbani. Thus, the Salafush Salih agreed that a person can not be termed as an Rabbani until he can find out the truth, practice it and teach it. Therefore, the learned, practice it and teach it, then he will on the side of the angels praised Him.

Second: Jihaadus Syaithaan (Jihad Against Shaytan)
Jihad this kind there are two levels:

F. Division of Jihad

All praise belongs to Allah, we praise, ask Him for help and beg forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of self and our deeds. Whoever Allah gives guidance, then there is none that can be misleading. And whoever is led astray God, then nothing can menunjukinya.

I bear witness that none deserves to be worshiped solely because of Allah, no partner to Him. And I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. May the prayers and greetings and blessings of Allah always (delegated) to him, his family and his friends and to those who follow the steps and walk on manhajnya, follow-Sunnah and the Sunnah until the Day of Resurrection.

As for the future:
Indeed, I would like to advise my brothers and Muslims in Indonesia suadara with some advice, and I hope I am sincere in this advice, and hopefully also the purpose of this advice is the face of God and the next village.

The Word of God

Rule-Rule in jihad

This is a very important discussion on the issue of jihad, the jihad is to understand that Islam is prescribed in accordance with the rules and requirements described in the Qur'an and Sunnah Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the Salafush Salih atsar . And worship is not valid without the knowledge and understanding of religion. Therefore rahimahullah Umar bin Abdul Aziz said: "Those who worship Allah without knowledge he more harm than good." Syaikhhul rahimahullah Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Satan always wants of man to exaggerate them in all cases. If syaitah inclined to see the person you love then he made extravagant in love, so do not hate what God hates and is jealous. But if Satan saw him inclined to rudeness / hardware, then the devil was made redundant by not doing charity / good, gentle and affectionate in accordance with which Allah has commanded and he was very extreme in the hated and denounced, and gave sanction ... [5]. Jihad is to be filled with justice and away from tyranny. These are important provisions in the jihad in the way of Allah, as Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala his word.

"Meaning: Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, (but) do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limit '[Al-Baqarah: 190]

And words.

"Meaning: O ye who believe, you shall be the people who always uphold (the truth) for Allah, bearing witness with justice. And do not ever hate against a people, encouraging you to do injustice. Heed, because it's just closer to piety. And fear Allah, surely Allah is Aware of what you do "[Al-Maidah: 8]

In the past, when the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam sent his troops, always mewasiati them to be cautious and he said: "Go with the name of Allah and in Allah's way, fight those who disbelieve in Allah. Do mecincang (corpse), and do not cheat and do not kill children "[Reported by Muslim Hadith 1731]

The scholars have explained that people who do not go to war from the women, small children, old people, blind people, people who are weak / sick, crazy people, and pastors / priests and monks / nuns is groups who do not deserve to be killed in jihad because the war was directed against those who fight against us when we show God's religion. Anyone of the above groups who do not participate we fight then we must not fight against them. That is because God allowed to kill the spirit with which these creatures can be good, as God says.

"Which means: And do slander larger (sin) rather than to kill" [Al-Baqarah: 217]

It means that despite the ugliness of war and destruction in it, but the damage and defamation of heathenism over it all. Whoever does not prevent the Muslims from establishing the religion of Allah, the only danger to his own disbelief. Hence the scholars said: "The preacher is called heresy that menyelisihi kepad the Qur'an and Sunnah worthy of sanction, as opposed to a silent (no calls to bid'ah). All this includes the good of Islam and the Islamic call to do justice and avoid all forms of persecution and tyranny "[4]

[6]. Jihad (tholab / attack-pent) must be with imam of the Muslims or with the consent both leaders / priests are good or wicked person. This is the most important among these Terms which must exist in jihad fi sabilillah, because jihad, especially jihad against the enemies of Allah with a weapon can not be done but with the power and strength can not be obtained but by unity. And unity can not be realized but with leadership. And leadership is not running but with the attitude to hear and obey (the leader). All cases are inter-related and partly imperfect, but with some others, will not even erect religion and this world but him [5].

This provision has been described in the Sunnah and the sayings of the Salaf. Mentioned in the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he said.

"Which means: Verily priest / leader is a shield (the Muslims) to fight behind him and make a shield" [Bukhari Hadith Muslim 2957 and 1841]

Imam Abu Ja'far said in Ath-Thohawi Aqidah Thohawiyahnya: "Hajj and jihad is always carried out with Ulim amri / leader of the Muslims who are good and the dzolim until doomsday ...".
Imam Al-Barbahari rahimahullah said: "Anyone who says; allowed to pray behind every good and wicked priests and jihad is permissible with the kholifah, and he did not rebel against the ruler by lifting her arms and pray for her kindness, it really has come out in Khowarij group of words from beginning to end "[6]

[7]. Jihad in Allah's way adapted to the situation of the Muslims, are still weak or strong is? because things change all the time and place. Jihad in Allah's way is prescribed in Islam through several stages: At the time of jihad Mecca disyariatlan yet to take up arms, because the Muslims at that time still a minority and the weak, but jihad is prescribed by the liver and oral.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.

"It means: Do not follow the unbelievers, and strive against them with the Qur'an with great jihad" [Al-Furqan: 52] This verse makkiyah (down before the Pilgrimage of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to Medina, - pent)

Word of God: "Wajahidhum". Ibn Abbas said: "The Koran" as narrated by Ibn Jarir in his commentary. After he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam migrated to Medina and started to establish an Islamic state allowed him to fight absolutely through His Word.

"It means: it has allowed (to fight) for those who fight because they have been wronged. And that Allah, the Almighty really help them "[Al-Hajj: 39]

Then obliged jihad to the Muslims and was ordered to fight those who fight them and refrain from people who do not bother them.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.

"Meaning: Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, (but) do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limit '[Al-Baqarah: 190]

After that Allah revealed the verse that absolutely commanded to wage jihad, and not hold back from anyone until they get into the religion of Allah or pay the jizya, as set forth in His Word.

"Which means: And fight them, that no libel and that religion is solely for Allah. If they cease (from disbelief), then surely Allah sees what they do "[al-Anfal: 39]

The expert scholars reinforce the notion that the verses are nothing mansukh / removed (legal,-pent), but the verses are applicable in accordance with the existing conditions, then the Muslims have every time and place to take the verses in accordance with their capabilities. If they are in a weakened state the jihad according to their abilities. If they are weak enough to preach it orally. And if they already have most of the power then they are (allowed) to fight those who fight against them or are close to them and refrain from that does not disturb them. And if they have a very strong and has the power (permissible) to combat everything that human beings are all converted to Islam or pay jizya. [7]

Rahimahullah Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Whoever among the Muslims in the state is weak in a certain place or time, then he should practice patience and forgiveness verses those who harm Allah and His Messenger and the scripture among the Pagans". [8 ]

Sheikh As-Sa'di Abdurrohman rahimahullah said: "Let them know that God does not burden the man but according to their abilities and Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was suspended tuladan them. Previously, he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam through two states in the preaching and jihad. He governed in accordance with the situation. While the Muslims in the state-controlled enemies are weak and he was ordered to defend itself alone and replenish themselves with preaching jihad and refrain from taking up arms, because it is more madhorotnya. And at other times they are told to resist the evil of the enemy with all the powers that be and make peace as long as there are beneficiaries in the peace and to fight against those who exceed the limit if maslahatnya greater. Obligatory for the Muslims to imitate their Prophet in this regard. And he is imitating the benefit and success "[9]

[8]. Jihad must be able to realize the benefit and does not result in a greater kemadhorotan. That is because Jihad in all its forms is prescribed to bring serious benefits and rejects madhorot of Islam and the Muslims, both individuals and groups. Always jihad is prescribed as sure as if known with certainty or estimated carefully to realize that goal. But conversely, if it is known with certainty or estimated carefully bring it more madhorot, then the jihad at the time it was not prescribed. Rahimahullah Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: "The main Seutama-jihad and good deeds are to obey God more and more beneficial to the servants of God. If jihad can memadhorotkannya and blocking of the more beneficial it can not be categorized as good deeds "[10]

[9]. Conclusion: The foundation of the above rules is to make the Qur'an and Sunnah as the benchmark in all circumstances and it includes four things: the correct Aqeedah, a sincere intention, Honesty in the sole trust, and follow the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. A mujahid who do not adhere to the correct aqeedah then words and deeds can not be separated from the damage and irregularities, because the true Aqeedah is the foundation for the safety of a person's words and actions. And a mujahid who do not stick with sincere intentions in words and deeds then jihad is not because the face of God or to enforce his words even just to satisfy his desires. And mujahid who is dishonest in his sole trust in God it will not be istiqomah in jihad in the way of Allah and the jihad burden, even a weak determination could quickly and easily pessimistic than God's help. And a mujahid who do not follow the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam then the jihad will not be true and not far from heresy and deviation. Even more condoh jihad to the destruction of himself and much of the improvement and an appeal to the straight path of Allah.

Jihad in Islam

Ibn Qoyyim rahimahullah

Jihad is the backbone and the Islamic dome. Position of those who strive very high in heaven, so also in the world. They are precious in the world and the Hereafter. Messenger is one of the highest rank in the jihad. He has jihad in all shapes and kinds. He is striving in the path of Allah in truth jihad, either by the liver, propaganda, information (knowledge), swords and guns. All the time he was only to strive with heart and hand him verbally. Hence, he is very sweet name (on the human-pent) and most precious in the sight of Allah.

God commanded him to jihad since he was sent as a Prophet, Allah says

"And if We willed, We sent is true in every country that gives a warning (the apostle). Do not follow the unbelievers, and strive against them with the Qur'an with the great jihad." [Al-Furqan: 51-52]

This letter included a letter in which there are Makiyah command to wage jihad against the infidels and the information and to submit proof of the Qur'an. Likewise, the jihad against the hypocrites by submitting proof because they already exist under the rule of the Muslims, Allah Ta'ala says:

"Meaning: O Prophet, strive (against) unbelievers and the hypocrites, and be hard at them. Their place is Hell. And that is to return to the worst." [At-Tawbah: 73]

Jihad against the hypocrites (with proof-pent) is more difficult than the jihad against the infidels (the sword-pent), because (with proof-pent jihad) can only be carried out only special people are the inheritors of the Prophet (ulama ). Could accomplish it and that helps them is a small group of people. Nevertheless, they are the noblest people in the sight of Allah. [2]

Including semulia-noble jihad is telling the truth even though many people who strongly opposes such convey the truth to people who worry about interference. Because of this, sholawatullahi Apostles' alaihim salaamuhu wa-including the most perfect

Jihad against God's enemies outside (the Muslims) including a branch from a servant of his jihad against himself (desires) in obedience to God, as spoken of the Prophet:

"It means: Mujahid are those who strive against Allah and obey him in Muhajir is the one who emigrated from what is forbidden of God" [Hadith Reported by Ahmad and sanadnya jayyid / well]

Therefore, jihad against oneself more precedence than the jihad against the infidels and it is the foundation. A servant if not for jihad against itself in obeying the commandments of God and what is forbidden to leave because of his sincerity, then how could he possibly Jihad against the unbelievers [3]. How can he fight the infidels, while the enemy (the passions) who stands beside his left and right and he still has not mastered fight jihad for Allah. Maybe he will not come out jihad against the enemies (unbelievers), so he was able to wage jihad against his desires to get out jihad. [4]

The second enemy is the target of jihad was a slave. But there is still a third, which he could not wage jihad against them except after the third beat. He (the third enemy is) always blocked, deceptive and seductive servant so as not to wage jihad against his desires. He was always a portrait of a slave to the passions that the jihad against very heavy and had to leave the delights and pleasures (the world). No way she jihad against the enemies unless it first had to fight jihad. Therefore, jihad against the foundation in the jihad against them. The third enemy is Satan, Allah Ta'ala says:

"Which means: Verily Satan is an enemy to you, then treat him as an enemy (mu)" [Fatir: 6]

Command to make the devil as the enemy is a reminder that (a servant) to mobilize all forces in the fight, because the enemy is never tired and weak to mislead people of all time.

(Then he said-pent) If the above is to understand the jihad is divided into four stages [5]:

[1]. Jihad against yourself (lust), and it is divided into four levels

a. Jihad in studying religion there can be no happiness in the world and the Hereafter except him. Whoever is behind the science of religion then he will be miserable in the world and the Hereafter.

b. Jihad in the practice of science that he learned, because science without charity if not memadharatkannya, minimal knowledge of no benefit.

c. Jihad in da'wah (calling people) to teach science and that do not know. If not, then he is among those who conceal knowledge that Allah has revealed and will not be useful knowledge, and he would not be safe from Allaah.

d. Jihad in the patient encounter obstacles in the way of propaganda and human disturbance due to Allah.

If a servant has perfected this all four levels, then he classified Robbaaniyyiin (Robbani people). The salaf previously been agreed that a scholar can not be said Robbani until he knows the truth, then practice and teach. Anyone who knows (the truth) then he is to practice and teach it, then he will be honored among the inhabitants of heaven.

[2]. Jihad against Satan, and it is divided into 2 parts:

a. Jihad in rejecting doubtful (confusion) and doubt in the faith
b. Jihad in rejecting the first whisper of lust jihad, and jihad will inspire confidence that both will produce the patience of the Almighty said:

"Which means: And We made between them that the leaders who guide by Our command when they were patient. And it is they believe in Our Signs." [As-Sajdah: 24]

Allah ta'ala mengkabarkan that leadership in religion can be obtained only with patience and confidence. Patience can resist lust and desire, while bad faith can resist doubt and confusion.

[3]. Jihad against the infidels and hypocrites. This includes four things: jihad with the heart, oral, property, body and soul. Jihad against the infidels is more devoted to hand and jihad against the hypocrites is more devoted to the spoken word.

[4]. Jihad against the dzolim, a heretic, and munkar maker. It has three stages. By hand if it is able, if not then move to the oral and if not able to also then with the heart.
This is the thirteenth stage of the jihad and (Those who die and do not fight jihad and never to whisper in her for him to die in jihad is a branch of hypocrisy) [6]

And jihad will not be perfect but with the move and there is no hijra and jihad without faith [7]. People who expect the grace of God are the people who run those three things, Allah ta'ala says

"Meaning: Those who believe, those who emigrate and strive in Allah's way, they were expecting the grace of Allah, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Al-Baqoroh: 218]

As faith is the duty of every person, it is also required to move them two at any time:

[1]. Mentauhidkan emigrated to God by Him, sincerity, repentance, resignation, hope, and love Him.

[2]. Emigrated to His Prophet by following his sunnah, subject to his orders, which he confirmed the news to convey, and putting his command other than a command. The Prophet said, which means:

"Meaning: Those who emigrated to Allah and His Messenger, then the Pilgrimage to Allah and His Messenger. And those who emigrated to the world or the woman who was about to marry the hijrohnya to what he intended". [8]

Orders for jihad against the passions in obeying Allah and jihad is fard ayn against demons that can not be delegated to anyone. As for the jihad against the infidels and hypocrites is fard kifaya.
